If you thinking of trying yoga or you have a practice this is a great place!! David and Chrissy are amazing teachers. The yoga place is very clean and you feel at home they even give you tea to relax You will walk out feeling so much better. Your body and mind will thank you Love this place

The studio and the instructions are amazing! You have to bring your own mat or rent one for $1. They also have towels and water for $1 as well. Chrissy is so encouraging and her instructions are so helpful that I attempted a head stand for the first time. I never even though of trying it: I never thought I could. I also amount got the crow! Needless to say I am inspired and I want to take more classes. I highly recommend The Stretch for all levels and abilities.
