I used to have injuries during routine workouts. Since I started 18 months ago to do regular stretching sessions with Emily, I have not experienced any injuries. I can now do longer and more intense workout sessions with these stretching sessions. Emily customizes each session in order to reach my goals. She really cares that each session bring the maximum output. You have to start working with her.

I have been working with Emily Stein for several months in person and online as well. Working on line has been really great considering the circumstances and distance for traveling. I am very glad for the opportunity to continue on line. Emily has been working and teaching me how to stretch and body roll using the Yamuna balls. I have tried many things to help get into those tight spots and to stretch my fascia tissue that tightened after surgery on my neck and these balls do the trick! My lower back and shoulders feel so much better as well by getting into the muscle and just stretching them out. I can feel the circulation and healing. Emily is very, very knowledgeable in body rolling and working with the hard and tough areas we all need to get to and we could not get without a good deep massage. This actually is like giving yourself a deep tissue massage! She is very patient and helps keep me motivated as I am approaching those senior years and I want to stay as flexible as I can. I always feel so much better when we are done with our sessions. Thank you Emily I am so glad I stopped to talk with you at the Vegan Fest!! I think you are pretty awesome and my body thanks you too! Emily has the ability to change our lives with these exercises. Her insight to the body and her tools for rolling have had an awesome affect on my balance and healing. Emily exposed me to Yamuna body rolling and I feel very lucky to have found something new that works.
