This studio Works more like a family than a business. They get to know you, their classes are suited for all levels. The owner Jennifer is one of the sweetest kindest people I've ever met. No gimmicks just wonderful group of loving caring people. I have been going there for 4 years now as a brand new yoga student. I could not be happier. They have classes from the very basic, for the elderly just looking for some stretching, to the more advanced. I never ever felt inferior in the class. Just an incredible group of people

The moment I stepped through the doors of the beautiful studio I felt welcomed. All yoga props you would need are available at no additional cost. With 2 beautiful studio rooms offering a variety of yoga classes you will always find a space for your mat. The Restorative Yoga Class is amazing! The studio offers both a 200 hour and 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training Programs. This truly is a yoga studio for the enire family.

Have been coming once a week for about 2 years to Pose by Pose. Best things are friendly and relaxed atmosphere. They take you from your level encouraging improvement without pushing you hard. The meditation segments are very relaxing and make my week great.

I just finished my 200 hour certification and felt PBP was the perfect place for me do for it. Jennifer totally understands what it’s like to be a working mom. She was so flexible with my schedule and the amount of time it took for me to complete my teacher training. Michelle’s warm flow classes on Monday and Saturday are my favorites!

This studio is exceptionally organized, stocked, clean, spacious and secluded. The staff and instructors are friendly, helpful, engaging, knowkegble and professional. The classes are well instructed.
