So my chiropractor referred me here to strengthen my core to help with my back issues. I came in for the free workout 11 days ago and have been back every single day!! Even doubling up my workouts! I absolutely love it here!!! I really didn’t think I would because of the heat but I gotta say, I’m pretty addicted! I love all the different classes and that they’re open 24/7. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. I want to give an extra shoutout to Sheridan, Ellen, Jessica and Jason. They have been so motivating in this journey of mine. Especially Sheridan. I just love her. She is the sweetest! I plan on doing this for a long time! Thank you guys for all the inspiration! 💪🏼💪🏼🔥🔥 And I knew there was a Megan here! Thank you and Jessica for the help and inspiration today!! 🥰🥰

I tried a free class at HOTWORX and had to join! The facility is awesome and the infrared sauna workouts are next level! I get so much out of each workout and it is easy to schedule a class around my busy schedule since the gym is open 24/7. In addition, infrared heat has helped with my pain management journey! I would recommend this gym to anyone!

Such a great gym. Staff is always friendly but not pushy like some smaller themed gyms can be. The gym is well maintained, always clean and always hosting fun events to attend with local wellness businesses. The candle lit theme nights are my favorite of all time. I can’t say enough great things about this place.

I first discovered Hotworx in New Orleans and became addicted. When We moved to Tampa I immediately enrolled in the South Tampa Location which is amazing! The studio is clean, and the products are effective and reasonably priced. I met the owner's Ellen and Stacy, and they were so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about fitness. As a Veteran of Hotworx, I was excited to be reeducated as I had been doing Hotworx for 5 years and it was helpful to have them explained the benefits of exercising in HOTWORX infrared saunas. I love that the virtual personal instructor videos inside the saunas change every few weeks so that I stay engaged and committed. The staff is wonderful. I highly recommend HOTWORX for anyone who is looking for a great and efficient workout in a safe and clean environment.

I was looking for a different workout experience that would motivate me. Hotworx is quite literally the best workout experience I’ve ever had. The staff, in particular Sheridan and Megan, have made my experience extremely delightful. The have so many different workouts, and they make it fun and exhilarating. I owe this company my life!!!

I have loved having a membership here for months. The classes are great and my favorite thing to do was do a workout in the free weights area then head into the sauna and stretch and meditate in the heat. So therapeutic and rejuvenating to sweat so much!

Sheridan was extremely professional and kind. She took the time to give me very clear instructions. Was very sweet in answering all my questions and patiently explaining in details any concerns I brought brought up and asked. She was very nice to all the guest and members. The studio is extremely clean and beautiful. Very well located, and even the members are nice. I love the fact that there is a 24hr/7days a week access to so many classes. I highly recommend this location as well as booking your free trial with Sheridan who will take really good care on your first day trying out the studio.

I can’t say enough good things about this studio! I first stopped by to check it out a few months ago, and I got a chance to meet the owners Ellen and Stacy. They were so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about fitness. They explained the benefits of exercising in HOTWORX infrared saunas, the virtual personal instructor videos inside the saunas that change every few weeks, and their super affordable membership options. Each sauna has different HIIT or ISO workouts ranging from core, butt, yoga, to even cycle. I finally went back and tried my first Hot Cycle session and LOVED IT! I burned 127 calories in only 12 minutes! I saw one of the reviews mentioning the size of the sauna and wondered if I’d feel confined, but I’m pretty tall (5’9) and I had plenty of room to spare—even in a high-raised position out of the bike seat. The studio is clean, socially distanced, and their products are super cute. Maya, who works there, was also so sweet and helped me before my first session. Thanks to the whole team for a great experience I can’t wait to repeat!!!

I started coming to Hotworx a few months ago and i have already seen amazing results! i love working out here! the employees and owners are super friendly and always willing to help. the workouts are short and efficient. i love how they are a 24/7 gym because i can always fit in a workout in my ever changing schedule. highly recommend!!!!

My Wife and I visited this studio recently and it was a great experience. The staff is super friendly and they keep everything so clean. They have plenty of saunas and a large training area with weights which is a great option if you aren't feeling like getting too sweaty some days. I highly recommend HOTWORX for anyone who is looking for a great and efficient workout in a safe and clean environment.

Absolutely love this place!! Hotworx S Tampa is my favorite place to sweat, workout, and stress relieve. The membership is perfect as it allows you to use the App and book online; 24 hours availability; personal/private saunas due to Covid safety protocols, and the workouts (both the HIIT and 30 min isometric) are challenging yet fun. Started going to Hotworx a few months back and I feel so much better than I did then. Being able to burn so many calories, in such little time, as well as in a safe and clean environment is amazing! Nothing feels better than a good sweat, and there is no place anyone can get a better sweat than in a Hotworx studio. This place is ran by amazing management, always keeping it running smooth and clean, definitely recommend people to try out free sessions, you’ll love it!

While visiting Tampa I had the pleasure of working out a the most amazing gym . I also had the pleasure of meeting the Owner Ellen What a great energetic person . She made me feel so comfortable . My experience was amazing I would highly recommend this gym . Especially with the situation going on in our world . Infrared is the way to go now ! Detox and working out 24hr who could ask for anything more . Oh wait the price is amazing !
