I love this studio! It’s cozy and so welcoming. Lizzy is a skilled instructor and her vin yasa is fun, original, and well rounded. I also loved kelvin’s yin class!

We (my wife, sister, and I) dropped in for a Sunday morning class of Forrest Yoga at Kula Movement. Jill taught our class. She was incredibly welcoming, showed us through the entire studio even though we were visiting from out of town, and ran a great class with a combination of flexibility and strength work. She was super helpful with modifications and gave clear instructions. We'll definitely come back on our next visit.

Loved the vibe and people working at this studio. Bright sunny, airy! Went here while visiting because my body was a wreck after a long flight. I went to ‘mid week melt down’ class which was a gentle stretch class and now I am pain free. Thank you!
