My husband and I found Unity Yoga Room when the YMCA closed in Mt. Juliet a few years back. We had tried another yoga room and the "Y" at Donelson, but really wanted something more local. The very first class that we both took was a restorative class where we each gave a donation. The room was so nice and environment was comfortable so we both decided to make this our new "yoga home." For a while we were both taking Gentle Flow classes through the week. When my schedule changed, I started taking Hot 26 classes. I still take this and mix it up for some variety depending upon my schedule. I also like the Saturday morning Hot 26 class - helps to start off the weekend! Oh, and my husband still attends classes regularly as well! All the instructors are great as well and I would highly recommend giving Unity Yoga at try!

I love Unity. The instructors are very kind and make you feel comfortable. The space is very relaxing and the people who attend the classes are friendly. Unfortunately, I'm in the process of moving to Franklin so I doubt I'll be able to attend much anymore, but anytime I'm in Mt. Juliet I'll stop by! I would highly recommend to anyone considering it.

I love Unity Yoga Room! The instructors are always so positive and the energy is amazing at every class. Compared to other places I've practiced, it's refreshing to not feel judged in my practice and to instead just be where I am. Can't recommend Unity enough!

I enjoyed the heated flow yoga class I took yesterday. I like the look and feel of the space (Including the natural light coming in too). The instruction was good and encouraging. And I felt positive vibes :)

Great studio. I started with $30 for 30 days and have been hooked every since. All the teachers and other students are so friendly. Daryn and Sammi are my favorite teachers. I enjoy the flow classes. Wish they would bring back Buti yoga.

Enjoy my classes here even though I'm not a hot yoga person - they have other options. Deborah Jackson and Nicole Belsante are my personal favorites! Regarding the previous reviewer: 30 for 30 means 30 USD for unlimited classes for the next 30 days. That is an extremely sweet deal and both clearly explained and common practice among yoga studioes. It does not mean 30 visits - that would break a small business's back. - I have no involvement with the studio except for enjoying classes here occasionally.

I asked for help before class started and the teacher graciously took the time to guide me into the correct position for the pose. Also during class she kindly came over and help me move into the correct position for the pose. The teachers at Unity are always helpful, patient, and kind!

I love the Slow Flow & Yin classes. They are suited perfectly for my age and level of skill. The instructors are patient and thorough with their explanations of each yoga pose.

Hadn’t done warm or hot yoga before and I loved it! Signed up for the two week ‘trial package and went 4 times. WELL worth the money! SUPER friendly staff, inviting space. Slipped out of yoga during a very busy holiday sesson, but I will be going back here!

This is a great place for beginners, but beware of the 30 for 30 plan. Do not buy if you have commitments preplanned. We were not given extended time for days/weeks we could not go, despite receiving conflicting info that we could go until we take 30 classes.
