When you study yoga with Shaila, the physical location doesn’t matter! We’ve practiced outside in parks, in a preschool, on tennis courts, in city hall buildings- and it doesn’t matter because the instructor is what matters! Shaila tailors her instruction to your body and your yoga journey. Smaller classes with personal instruction equals growth in your mind and body. No studio fussiness, just 90 minutes of pure yoga with 10 or more minutes of yoga nidra to find your peace of mind.

Sheila is an incredible instructor. When she says "It's just yoga," she means it. No fuss, no muss, no mirrors, no music -- just 90 minutes of pure yoga.
