Tosa Yoga is a peaceful place to learn the ancient practice, with fabulous teachers and a tranquil ambience, and online options available. The teachers want the best for the students and couldn't be kinder, and there's challenges and comfort levels for any experience. Couldn't recommend Tosa Yoga more

Tosa Yoga Center offers a variety of classes for all levels in a comfortable setting...I have now taken numerous classes via Zoom and in person and can say that I have enjoyed every class and instructor. Every instructor has been thoughtful in offering variations to motions as well as encouragement. I can say I'm now hooked!
