Bend n Zen is my yoga HOME! I just love it. The quality of the classes are outstanding. All of the instructors are consistent, knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. The class schedule is also conducive with my busy work life, which is HUGE. This studio helps me to feel my best and I’ll be a student there as long as it’s around! Top notch!

I started coming to Bend and Zen in 2015 when they opened their doors and have been a loyal customer ever since. I moved away for several years to finish college and I really struggled with finding a studio even as close as good as this one. After I graduated and could move back to Louisville, I was most excited to come back home to this place. It’s truly amazing. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive and the studio itself is clean and beautiful. Hot yoga has changed my life and I’m so thankful to Bend and Zen for bringing such a transformative practice into my life!!

I am very impressed with Bend and Zen Louisville. The first moment I walked in the door I was warmly greeted. The space is beautiful, open and airy and everything has been thought through to give clients an excellent experience. The instructors I’ve had are excellent teachers actively walking around the room, giving tips on better positioning or simply giving encouragement. I forgot my mat and towel after class and upon returning the next day to retrieve it, it had been washed, dried, and folded neatly and the person who did me this great favor seemed happy to do it. The variety of classes available is also another great perk along with workshops for going deeper into the practice. I highly recommend this studio!

We live in Cleveland but travel through Louisville annually. We found Bend and Zen yoga a few years ago and it is now one of our top 3 studios. The classes are intense, the heat is hot (duh), and the instructors are excellent. The studio is large, clean, and mirrored. Fantastic place!

I haven’t done a ton of yoga but my wife really wanted us to go to a hot yoga. I had always complained that it felt rushed my prior times trying other places. I was a little intimidated about the heat as well. Wow what a wonderful experience from the greeting at the walk in to recognition of being new and given time and inclusivity. The hot fusion class was fantastic. (Even though I couldn’t hit all the poses yet 😂) Our teacher was the owner Meredith and she taught it wonderfully the class was very well ran and professional. We had intended on trying many places but after visiting here there is no reason to look any further. This place is easily the best place I’ve been to hands down Spending your money here is so worth it. We both left with huge smiles in our faces and energy feeling rejuvenated. Definitely coming back again and again. Meredith thanks for making us feel welcome and being sure to even ask us how it was after. This place feels like the owners and staff have really created a welcoming family environment.

I absolutely LOVE this studio. The staff was absolutely incredible. I'm newer to the yoga community but with their help I was able to pick classes that were perfect for me. They helped guide me through the class and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. The studio offers lots of amenities like free water, showers, and a cold lavender towel at the end of class (my fave). I will definitely be coming back.

At first glance the classes are a little pricey, but you are truly getting a Big Bang for your buck. Free water, private locker room, showers, mats, blocks and more included with the price for the classes. The staff and instructors are amazing! Very friendly, i appreciated the “no judgement” zone... if you are new to yoga or haven’t perfected your skill no worries. Its made clearly in every class that everyone is at their own pace and you are there to better yourself. I really appreciated that.

I absolutely love Bend and Zen!! The studio is kept very clean and offers yoga mats and towels which is so convenient if I’m out and about with out all my yoga gear I know I can still take a class and free of charge! The staff is wonderful always reminding us this is our practice and to listen to our bodies. The staff is very welcoming and makes you feel like a part of the family!!

I LOVE Bend and Zen hot yoga. The studio is clean, spacious, relaxing. The yoga teachers are great. I love the variety of hot vinyasa classes (and a not to hot class). I love the towel and water service. I have been doing hot yoga for several years and gone to studios all over the country. Bend and Zen is one of the best around! Excited to take more and more classes there.

Love love love this studio! Everyone is very welcoming and helpful! Locker rooms are stocked with essentials if needed, you can even borrow a yoga mat, if you do not have your own! Classes are spread out throughout the week with a variety of different levels. That feeling when you complete a class is the best part of my day! Sweatin' has never been so exhilarating!

Ive tried other hot yoga studios but this one is my favorite! It’s beautifully decorated. They have great deals for college students. And the staff and members are very welcoming and diverse. It’s easy to go at your own pace as a beginner.

The best hot yoga in town. Friendly and informative Staff who actually try to Teach something to the new AND experienced yogis in every class. Class variations for everyone with plenty to choose from 7 days a week.Very generous with water, Towels, Mats and their time before and after class. the entire facility is Clean and comfortable. Been to Many studios through out the nation and other countries and this one is on Top in many categories.

The best hot yoga studio in Louisville, Kentucky! They offer an assortment of hot yoga classes from power vinyasa and yoga core to your traditional Bikram class. Complimentary towel service, lovely teachers and staff, state of the art studio with cork floor and waterfall. Clean, clean, clean!!! You won't find a studio around this region as nice as Bend and Zen. Prices are great and comparable to all studios in town. Seriously your best yoga!

With a very tight and inflexible body from years of lifting weights and combat sports. I started pursuing Yoga as a means to offset the imbalances. The only problem was that I had been to several local Yoga studios and I felt a bit unwelcome in them. As a gym owner myself I pick up on simple things like the way a staff member approaches someone new. And I just never felt comfortable. I gave Bend and Zen a try and I'm glad I did. From the moment I walked into the studio. I felt very comfortable and received a warm welcome from all of the staff. I've been to 5 classes thus far and learned from several different instructors. All of them instructed very clearly and were incredibly friendly. Not once have I felt out of place or unwelcome. Even if I'm not able to get into a particular pose. They're still encouraging or helpful in giving me a different version. If you're interested in trying out Yoga, but maybe you're worried you're going to be too inflexible, or you're worried about people being unfriendly. I would highly recommend Bend and Zen.

Bend and Zen is truly the most beautiful yoga studio I've seen. The decor is beautiful and lends the entire experience a spa-like feel. The ladies' changing room is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. The atmosphere is welcoming and exactly what I look for in a yoga space. I went to my first class there today (Yang Yin yoga). This class begins with 45 minutes of power vinyasa flow and then moves to a beautiful restorative Yin practice. It was absolutely fantastic! I feel amazing! (By the way, that cold towel at the end was bliss!) Meredith manages to blend challenge with accessibility. She offers modifications to ensure that each participant can tailor the class to their level of comfort. Her teaching style is encouraging, gentle and completely accepting. Everyone from the first time student to experieced yogi leaves feeling that they practiced their best yoga. Thanks, Meredith and team. Can't wait to see you again.

Bend and Zen was an amazing experience. The environment is set up to offer complete relaxation and focus. The classes are incredible! The special touch that Meredith has added to the place make you feel like a VIP i.e lavendar towels,bottled water. Overall, the best yoga studio around hands down!

Bend and Zen is such a wonderful hot yoga studio. While on vacation I always hope to find a good studio and I found one today. The studio is an impressively laid out studio, room to work out though there may be 30+ practicing. The vibe is beautiful and the bathrooms with showers and the use of free towels and bathroom-needs is such an added bonus. They had blow dryers, deodorant, hair spray, wash cloths, towels, etc. I do love the frozen hand towel at the end of a vigorous workout. I took a Bikram/Vinyasa class and it was great. I'd say the class is good for beginners and practiced yogis with options and instruction for both. FYI: (as of July, 2017) they have a $30 unlimited offer to new yogis. While on vacation that is priceless. Towels and mats, hand towels and ice cold water bottles are free. This studio is very clean. Yes, they have cork floors in the workout studio but it is not like a cork board, it is like a Parkay floor, not porous. I was concerned when I read the reviews about the floor but was pleased to see the beautiful floor and to practice in that beautiful room with tall frosted windows and tall floor to ceiling mirrors.

The facility is very warm and inviting. It is also very clean. They offer towels, mats and other amenities free of charge, how kind! The other studios I have been to charge a fee if you forget those things. I’m very pleased with bend and zen.

I decided to try Hot Yoga here in Louisville for the first time. Bend and Zen Hot Yoga was an amazing facility with new age radiant heat and personal locker rooms. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable about the different techniques that we went over in class.I would suggest you try hot yoga if you have not already.
