Susan and Greg are my all time favorite yoga instructors! The best stretch and yoga playlists in the business. If you are looking for power yoga you will find it with them but they are also masters of the yin and restorative postures as well. I have done several of their yoga retreats and they never disappoint. Nothin but total love for my Holmies!

I’ve had many instructors (including in several states & other countries) where very few come close to their level of expertise. Furthermore, they are wonderful people outside the yoga room as well. Greg and Susan Holmes are by far the best yoga instructors i have ever worked with. I met Greg when i was only on my second yoga class. He was so fun and descriptive that i knew i wanted to always stay with him. After that, i took private lessons with him to learn the correct form and really learn to connect with yoga. Their yoga is an amazing workout and a great way to learn to breathe and condition while having fun. I love how hard they work as a team and to make yoga something anyone can do. They are simply the best!

There’s so many great things about Susan and Greg that I don’t even know where to start! Their classes are amazing and they really pay attention to their students and each individual’s progress. I’m not a dancer nor tried gymnastics but taking their classes have made me discover things about myself that I never knew I could do or be…and that’s because of them! 🙏🏻 Each class is always different and there’s something new that you learn every time. This is such a beautiful safe space to do yoga. The cues are detailed so you do not need to be watching just listening to know what to do next. These 2 powerhouses are so fueled with knowledge it’s an honor to practice with them!
