What an amazing experience it was to join the Sedona retreat. The yoga practice was great for all levels. I really enjoyed the ability to practice yoga and relax with such incredible people. Nina and Tami were the perfect hosts. I have gained so much from this experience and truly feel blessed. Thank you!

This beautiful yoga studio is located in the northwest- centennial hills area. Today was my first class. As in..I have NEVER taken a yoga class in my life. I chose to do Yin at 10am and it was wonderful. It was peaceful, relaxing and challenging. I suffer from constant low back/hip pain but after class, it was completely alleviated! The space is absolutely gorgeous, clean and serene. Leah was a fantastic instructor and so encouraging. I feel nervous because I have never done yoga before l, but she made me feel confident and able. I can't wait to go back !

I had the privilege to participate not only in a Bubbles and Bolster class at the Obsidian Studio, that was a truly relaxing and centering practice, but I also just returned from Tami & Nina’s Zen & Soul Retreat in Sedona, AZ. It truly was an amazing weekend get-away! Tami & Nina are the perfect complement to each other with their unique gifts and talents that they shared over the 4 day extended weekend. The small group of people made it so fun to get to know the other participants and we all went away feeling blessed to have shared such a special time together. it was the perfect mixture of planned group activities and also individual time to go out and explore the area! Thank you ladies for the beautiful experience!

Hidden Gem. Conviently accessible in the Centennial Hills neighborhood, with no parking concerns, one is able to approach the studio with a smile. As a beginner to studio yoga, Obsidian yoga has transformed my mind and body positively. Every single instructor is top notch professional, very nurturing and compassionate in this cozy space. Students are very diverse in age, fitness level, body type, etc. This is a genuine space for anyone seeking peace and restoration.

I have been a member of Obsidian yoga studio for a few months. I love the serene atmosphere of the studio as well as the convenience, as it is close to my home. I have also had the wonderful experience of attending a shakra workshop, Bolsters & Bubbly restorative event as well as a Zen & Soul Sedona yoga retreat with Tami & Nina. I joined Obsideon Yoga when they opened last year and I ❤️❤️❤️ this studio. It is clean, beautiful, and has a small boutique community feel to it. They have all levels of classes plus Restore, Zin and fantastic meditation thrown into some of the classes. All the teachers are wonderful and each have their own style and challenges for you so you are never bored. TY Obsideon!
