It's a really cute place. Very peaceful looking. The people are very nice. This is why I gave it a 7. The reason I didn't give it any higher is that the place is really small and the max class is 20. I've been in the room for a couple of classes now and with 20 people, the room gets really, really hot and you really have to be aware of your space. I've had someone's foot in my face twice and another time the girl next to me and I smacked each other when doing an arm stretch. It kind of defeats the purpose of going inside and going with the flow when you have to be so outside of yourself and your surroundings so as not to get hit or hit someone else. Or you can't fully do a pose because your neighbor is so close. I might try it again on a day where it isn't so full. I think the classes are really good and it is so close to my house, I would really like to go more. So we shall see.

I took a breath work and meditation class to help me prepare for a 5-day silent retreat I will be attending next month. It was my first time at this studio and taking the class. You do not need to have experience. The instructor Adam did a fantastic job leading the class, and creating a space of comfort for all. I felt very calm and refreshed after the practice. The facility is also spotless, smells good, and offers water and hot tea. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Wow what an amazing practice we had here at Kintsugi!! Our teacher Paul is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He leads the class with grace and understanding. I am so grateful to have found Kintsugi and Paul. I will definitely be back and am truly excited and grateful to practice in such a relaxing, healing environment!

Friendly, competent, accommodating and punctual staff respond to all needs and concerns. Lovely, clean bathroom facility. Good choice of classes available. Paul Benedict and Lauren Verona are two outstanding teachers!

EDIT: +1 star for my ignorance of the air purifier :) One small room for yoga that is not ventilated. There are windows in the space but they were all shut. There were 9 people in my class and we had to stagger not to touch each other with arms extended, but the studio technically allows 20 people per class. Which would be shoulder-to-shoulder situation. It was also hot, although it’s not a hot class. But the studio does host hot yoga so I guess it just doesn’t get aired out? Seems strange in times of COVID. Instructor repeated my name but then said it’s too hard to pronounce so she called me Al. Which was weird, because it’s not that hard. Overall cute studio, but not my vibe for sure.

Because of COVID, I have a lot of extra time on my hands, so I decided to try something new. So far, I've taken 2 classes here at the studio and I love it! I think the space is nice and everyone is very friendly and nonjudgmental. Since I have no experience with yoga prior to my first class, I was a bit nervous, but the instructor really emphasized each and every person having their own journey in practicing yoga, which I thought was nice to hear. I think you should definitely check it out if you're curious and if you wanna relieve some stress 😀

We booked a private bachelorette yoga class with them and I have never had such great customer service! They were so helpful, nice, accommodating and definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything was special! The space was super cute, refreshing, and calm. The instructor was so fun and amazing! We will definitely be going back for just another session or another special occasion!! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

FINALLY, a place I can go without having to worry about the Pandemic. Kintsugi puts MY HEALTH as their number one priority , ensuring I get a great workout in and leave with a smile on my face. Adam (and all of the other teachers I’ve met) are just so welcoming and friendly. They made my first class a blast and left me wanting to come back for more! It was my first time here yesterday. I attended 9pm Yin Yoga which was so peaceful. The room was a toasty warm at 80 degrees. Francis was beyond helpful and kind making sure my boyfriend and I were comfortable and knew what to do. I will definitely be back!
