I love going to the studio! Nina makes everyone feel like they are important and that their fitness goals matter. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough with her guidance. She has the experience in Pilates to turn even the most clumsy person (me) into a strong and elegant Pilates practitioner.
Nina is such a sweetheart, has a magnetic personality and a great sense of humor. But, don't let that smile fool you! She will push you to do your very best so you leave your session feeling like you could conquer the world. Yeah, it's like that!

As a beginner at Pilates, I was nervous about trying something out of my comfort zone. After my 2nd session, I could tell that my body was learning and accepting these new movements. I first met Nina Waldman and went to her studio, Body in Mind two years ago. I feel so fortunate that my trainer referred me to Nina. I had previously done some Pilates sessions a few times, but really did not find them enjoyable or felt like they were helpful to me. But, after my first session with Nina, I quickly changed my mind. Nina is a true professional, who brings her passion to her work on a daily basis. She is a gentle, informative and helpful teacher and I always feel good after doing a class or session with Nina. She develops a wonderful rapport with her clients and is always there for questions, even when she is not in class. After three months of working with Nina and her staff, I began to see a difference in my strength, balance and figure. She also “walks her talk” and is a true source of inspiration. My life is better because of Nina and the work she does! Nina is a true professional.

Hi, my name is Rob Goldstein. I live at the Palms, and see the studio as I walk to my workouts. I heard that Nina is wonderful, and everything I heard is correct. I was struggling with a very tight body, and in pain stemming from an aggravated disc in my lower back that was going to the sacral nerves. I was in tears. I saw Nina, and Jen, and found out all I was doing was wrong in order to heal. They have worked with me in changing my entire routine. My body is now open, my posture is better, I feel great! I have lost weight. I have even grown taller, because I am standing taller. I strongly recommend Nina and Jen to anyone to improve their lifestyle and body. I take private lessons twice a week, and have incorporated the new routines in my home and the gym on the other days. Its so amazing what they do, and know. Your body and mind will improve vastly. Amazing class with Nina. Have taken Pilates Reformer classes for nearly 2 years, and I still learned a great deal from Nina regarding form, purpose for movement/alignment and new exercises that are extremely helpful to improving health. Looking forward to my classes while I am in town. Would definitely return whenever I can.

I have been a customer of Body In Mind Pilates studio since 2007. When Nina introduced me to the option for the, “Bootylates” class I was so intrigued that I could not turn it down. The first time I attended Bootylates, I was instantly addicted and I could not get enough. My booty never burned so good! Not only is Bootylates great "food for the booty", Nina worked my entire body. Her creative techniques and her passion for what she does and how she does it is a combination that I appreciate and will never give up!

I took Nina's De-Stress class & loved it. It was gentle mindful stretching with a short guided meditation at the end. Nina walks the talk. You can tell she wants to be there & is passionate about overall Wellness. I felt relaxed & inspired after her class.

My name is Richard Frockt and I am now in my early 70’s. I started with Nina’s de-stress and stretch class over five years ago with the goal of staying flexible and limber as I got older.
It’s worked!
I work out with her two days a week and do weights and aerobic exercise three other days. I might add I play golf 3 days. I think that my consistent exercise in de-stress and stretch has made me able to remain flexible and limber to accomplish my weekly goals. Nina works hard at personalizing the exercise to maximize the results.
My general health is excellent and her overall training regimen makes me recognize the need to coordinate exercise and diet for better health. I recommend her classes’ whole heartily

I am so glad I found Nina Waldman and Bootylates when I did. I was never an athletic person - neither as a child or young adult. I never played any sports or had a workout regimen. In my late 40s I decided it was time to get myself in the best shape I could - but I didn't have any real foundation for working out. I had awful coordination and balance and very limited strength. I wasn't necessarily over weight - I just didn't like going to the gym and needed guidance and support from a real professional. I wanted to feel better both in and out of my clothes...
Nina is brilliant. All you have to do is look at her and you are motivated. And then listen to her and hear her knowledge and passion for living and teaching a sensible and healthy lifestyle - it's so easy to get hooked. I have been doing Bootylates for about 2.5 years and I love it. I look forward to every Monday class to start my week off and each subsequent class during the week just makes me even more motivated.
