Over the years I watched Nasha practice Yoga on Facebook. I’ve always wanted to attend one of her sessions because I felt like I was going to get more out of it than a pose. In the first session I learned more from her about meditation and breathing than any book, class, or video out there. She has made a difference in the way I sleep, breathe, feel, and I am able to manage stress better. I immediately booked an appointment for my best friend as a gift, and haven’t stopped talking about my experience with Nasha because for me, it was life changing!!! Thank you so much!

Sorry this is a delayed review, but better late than never! I hosted a bridal shower for my sister-in-law Dec 2021 and wanted to incorporate a yoga session into the days events. Nashikeata was easy to work and plan with for the day! I wanted a sexy R&B yoga session and she DELIVERED! We all had a great time! She even used her sound bowls and special oils to open our heart chakras! Highly recommend, check her out, an absolute pleasure to work with!
