We recently purchased an older home with casement style Anderson windows. Due to the age of the windows, we assumed that they needed to be replaced. We had broken panes and cranks that wouldn’t open. Several companies quoted us six figure estimates for window replacement. I started calling around for possible window repair and found Mr Mourad. He was able to come out that same weekend and spent several hours evaluating all the windows in the house. He told us that our windows were high quality Anderson windows that only needed repair and routine maintenance. Per my husband’s request, Mr Mourad showed my husband how to replace the cranks on his own (to save additional money) and our broken glass was replaced within the week. All together, the repairs cost under 10k, saving us a huge sum of money. We are so thankful to have found Mr Mourad and recommend him to anyone that needs window and glass work!

I found QWR on an internet search for window repair. When I called the response was quick and professional. I was concerned because these windows are over 20 years old. Once measuring was completed, the parts were ordered. Everything was installed on the timeframe given. It was great to get these older windows fixed and functional again. If the need arises for window repair again I will use Quality Window & Glass Repair again.

I had three falling windows with broken balances in my home. I had tried to fix one of them myself earlier and it only got worse. I found Mourad from his stellar reviews in Google. He was prompt to respond and estimate. He asked me to take a picture and gave me a price range which was very affordable. He ordered the parts and showed up on time. He fixed two of the three windows very quickly. The last one, which I had messed up trying to fix myself, had more missing pieces than he initially anticipated. However he did magic by tailoring pieces he already had and making that windows work again without the need to order expensive pieces. Any other person would have bumped up the cost due to additional repairs needed for the last window but he did not. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. He is a real professional and a very skilled, helpful person. I would call him again for any other repair needs with no hesitation and I wholeheartedly recommend his services.

We had a great experience with this company! The owner, Mourad, came out for a free estimate within two hours of calling. He was incredibly polite and professional. We thought we needed to replace parts of our sliding glass door, as well as repair a broken window. Mourad closely inspected the door and determined it only needed cleaning and WD-40, which he did himself at no charge. This company is incredible! Not only is there workmanship the best I’ve ever seen, they are also very nice people to deal with. Moe is awesome! I had three windows with broken seals and one missing a pane. All the work was done in our home, so nothing had to go to a window shop. One window was a fixed side lite window that had to be cut out to be fixed. You would never know that window had been cut out. Their work was meticulous. From the start of measuring and ordering the panes, to installation, took only a week. Other companies were giving a much longer turnaround time, and that was having to take the windows to the shop. They are the only company I've seen that does everything conveniently in your home.

I was on a VERY tight timeline to repair and replace a double-paned broken glass that was above my sliding glass door. I was selling my house and had been holding off getting the window fixed because I was too afraid of what it might cost me. Well, when I called around and checked with the ‘obvious’ bigger companies, they actually weren’t able to perform the repair service (something about not being the original installer, blah blah blah)... He is very courteous and took all the necessary measure to keep our place clean. His estimates were little higher than others but the way he presented himself, I had already made up my mind to hire him for my project. The day of the service, as Moe started installing the ordered parts he saw another part that was breaking away due to aging and replaced it with a better working part from his van. Moe's services are fantastic. The day I called seeking an estimate/opinion he showed up a few hours later. He works long hours (7/4 at 8:30 p.m.) and one night at 9:30 p.m. He replaced some windows with broken seals, made several new screens, replaced a mechanism to open a bay window and installed new covers for those mechanisms.
