Just want to send Window Wall a huge high five on the fantastic job they did on our windows and doors! Tipping the scales of perfection, my husband and I are very impressed and so happy we chose this company for our home improvement efforts. Not only were the staff professional from start to finish, but honestly, made us feel like valued customers. They were patient and thoroughly informative throughout the entire process. Extremely considerate of our feelings willing to go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction was met at every angle. Not only is the product really great quality but also the installers are experienced professionals in their trade! Finally, they even send a quality control representative out to address any concerns or questions after the installers were done. The representative was bright, knowledgeable, and confident about the company and treated us with utmost respect. She was friendly and equally patient and professional. Made us feel completely comfortable and encouraged us to speak honestly and freely. She has exceptional communication skills. Cody, Cory and Bryan have all been detail oriented and great at selling me EXACTLY what I want. I’m on my FOURTH order with WindowWall and have had two orders installed at the time of this review. I'm "over the moon" at the job these fine installers did! We replaced two windows with sliding glass doors. Jimmy was meticulous and kept me informed of the progress throughout the day and into the evening. Steve returned several days later for some fine-tuning ,all meticulous work! They made what I thought would be impossible, possible! In my opinion a fine company all around and I am not easy to please! 😆 My husband and I would recommend them highly to anyone!

During our follow-up home inspection with the county inspectors, they were impressed with the quality of installation and how sturdy our new windows and door are. We had a few minor hiccups along the way, and they were quickly dealt with so that we were left completely satisfied with the whole process. Window replacement is an expensive, long, and potentially stressful process. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose WindowWall every time.

We had impact windows installed yesterday (3/17/21) I can’t recommend Windows Wall enough. The crew arrived around 9:00 am and worked until 6:30 pm to install 11 windows. The crew was very professional, polite and very skilled. They moved items close to the windows and had plastic everywhere while they installed the window. When the installation was complete they cleaned the area and replace items before they moved to the next window, They left our house in excellent shape by cleaning everything up. The windows are so well made our house is VERY quiet. This company is a customer “First” company. They promised to take care of everything and they did! We highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the job from start to finish. Jordan the salesperson was spot on, he responded quickly to any calls I made to him. He also worked tirelessly to accommodate my budget. I would have given 5 stars but there was a little damage done to my transition. Yimey came right to me to show me what happened, and he called his operations manager Jon C. I called Jordan who was getting me in touch with Josh another operations manager. I sent the pictures to Josh and he said he would take care of, ok no problem. Jon C. in the meantime asked to speak to me. He was arguing with me that a transition from Home Depot would either match or would come close to the color of the floor. I was not happy with this, and he insisted, I would not budge because that's like going to Burger King for a Big Mac. Josh took control of the situation; I got my transition from the original store I purchased from, and Josh even came to my house to make sure everything was ok. THANK YOU YIMMEY, YASMANY, AND JOSH !!!! The installers Yimmey and Yasmany were absolutely fantastic. They called the morning of the install to say they work be arriving by noon, due to them not finishing a job on Friday. They arrived early and were ready to work. They took care in removing the old sliding door as well as putting the new one in. I cannot say enough on how pleased I am that these 2 men installed my sliding glass door, I'm very appreciative!!!! It started raining during the install and they didn't miss a beat. They kept on going. The cleaned up my home from the materials removed. Yimmey and Yasmany are an asset to Window Wall. They are perfect examples of hardworking individuals who take pride in their work. They didn't rush, but weren't slacking either. I cannot say enough about these gentlemen. Companies nowadays don't care in quality and don't stand behind their products. Love my sliding glass door!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!

Overall great experience working with Window Wall. The consulting process was quick, convenient, and unobtrusive. The actual installation occurred around the time they estimated production of windows to be done. They were flexible with rescheduling to a more convenient date for us as well. Installers were super friendly and the foreman upheld standards well for his crew in terms of installation and cleanup. Also my two year old would not stop trying to talk to them and they were really nice about it. The windows LOOK great and you can already feel the difference in temperature and energy efficiency after just a few days. Overall a worthy investment with a respectable company.

I reached out to WindowWall and a few other companies in December 2021 to replace 19 windows and 2 sliding glass doors in my home. They responded very quickly and scheduled a salesperson to meet my husband and me at our home. The salesperson was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. An appointment was scheduled soon after with a measuring technician, who was also professional and courteous. Then, we received a call from WindowWall that the salesperson did not order a few of our windows correctly. I was glad to hear that there was a double check to make sure what we received was up to code. They also mentioned we would not incur the additional cost. We waited about 12-14 more weeks before an appointment was scheduled to install the windows, which aligned with the estimated time they gave us. Installation took place over 3 days. The installers arrived at about 9:15am each day and left at 4pm the 1st day and after 6-7pm the following 2 days. They were professional and courteous. They covered furniture and vacuumed as they went. Since then, we discovered missing fastener clips on one window screen and a hole in our pool screen, but WindowWall is taking care of it. Overall, I appreciate the company's desire to make sure we are happy with the products and services we received and would recommend them. The quality of the windows and doors is fantastic.

We replaced all the doors and windows in our home with impact windows and doors. Due to COVID and supply chain issues it delayed the manufacturing of the windows by a couple months. Once they were here and inspected, they came out the next day. It only took a little over two days for install. The.install team was amazing. They were organized, efficient and clean. We have a few large windows. Two of those got cracked in the install process and we are waiting for those to be repaired. The company was very responsive and attentive to my calls and questions throughout the process.
