I recently had Harley Exteriors replace all the windows in my home. The entire experience from start to finish was beyond expectations! The sales rep I worked with, Camden, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Scheduling for each step was clear and up front, from having the installer come out to get exact measurements for my windows to get made, to the actual installation day. The installation was surprisingly quick! All 10 windows got installed same day and the install crew did a great job at cleaning up and removing all traces of the old windows.

Early in the year this 2022, we decided to move forward with our plans to replace all the windows of our house. We contacted 3 reputable window companies to start the process. We knew exactly what we wanted as experienced homeowners. 1. A Company with an Excellent Record for delivering top service, so after meeting with 3 Salesmen from the 3 different companies. We decided to contract Harley Exteriors for the job. From start to finish our experience with Harley Exteriors was smooth and easy. The Salesman was punctual. He went over the different style windows with us and as well demonstrated the differences in our choices of energy efficiency windows and price points which best fit our budget. All while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. 2. Quality was definitely top of our list. We want excellent quality windows that didn't just look good, but that were durable for the long haul, functional and energy efficient, 3. Guarantees! This was by far one of our main concerns. We wanted to contract a company that could guarantee the quality and efficiency of their product and workmanship. Harley Exterior was able to meet and exceed our expectation with their lifetime guarantee of their windows. They guarantee replacement of our windows if damaged by accident or means of mother nature as well as product malfunction had us sold. 4. Installation. All of my concerns would put to rest by the fantastic team of installers that were sent to do the job. Everything that needed to be covered was done, window frames to the house were 98% damage free. The team was broken into two groups. One group worked on the top floor while the 2nd group on the lower part of the house. They were very organized, clean, respectful not just with us but with our home. The crew leader was on top of his game. He took his time to address some of our concerns in a very professional manner. I would recommend Harley Exteriors to anyone looking to replace their windows. I would gladly work with them again. They are indeed a highly Reputable rated A company.

Robbin did a fantastic job showing us the value and quality of the windows and company service and values. We really liked that Harley Exteriors recycles all of the old windows and that the new ones will help us save energy costs. The demonstration with the heat lamp was impressive (you have to see it for yourself). Also, we were really impressed with the high quality of the product and the median price range. We feel that this is the best value for us. We had gotten other quotes before Robbin's presentation and his knowledge and honesty of other company's products and pricing was spot on. They are already making a difference with the heat and cold staying at bay. The actual installation was a stress free experience and the installers were the best. Art and Unis were quick and detailed. Feel like they went the extra mile for us and made sure when they left my house was spotless. I would partner again for another project with Harley and Art and Unis. Also after talking to a fellow girlfriend she got her windows done and paid 20 thousand with no screens, the work is sloppy and it the busted ones that fail after a few years with only a 5 year warranty. I feel bad not telling her now. I have a lifetime warranty and if I sell it goes to the new owner for 10 years . But hey from here on out Harley all the way .

We had windows replaced by Harley Exteriors this summer. It was 12 windows and a sliding glass door. We love the windows mostly and are hopeful our energy bill will reflect some real savings. Our experience has been awful on resolving a couple issues. They broke a window on original install. It has now been 4 months later and their office is still confused that a window was broken and they have completely forgotten to get a replacement ordered. Every time I call they act like it is the first time hearing about it. I forced them to add a note to the contract before I would let it fund just because they were so unresponsive in fixing the window. Called again today and I am starting from scratch to get the replacement window under way. Also had the kitchen window replaced and was talked into changing from a horizontal opening window to vertical opening window. We now have a bar right in the viewing area for my wife. Harley will not address or fix the issue. Just be sure about exactly how you want your windows. They will not provide any service to help.

We chose Harley to replace all the old windows in our house with all new good looking double pane windows. They gave us a really informational free estimation and pretty soon after that came over to install the windows. It only took them 1 day to install all of the windows including a great afterwards clean up! Recommend them if you want some good service and windows!

The process wasn’t long, considering my upstairs house had 17 ver large windows, and one e completed was beautiful! Since the install we have noticed a significant change….no cold air from the windows, reduced noise and reduction of transferee heat from the sun! Highly recommend!!!

We are getting new windows installed from Harley Exteriors thanks to our salesman, Ryan, I believe his name is. He spent 2+ hours with us explaining everything and answering all my questions. He is very personable and straight forward. He did an excellent job of explaining the product and the installation process to us. He showed us samples and even demonstrated how strong the glass is by hitting it and banging on it pretty hard. He explained that there is a double lifetime warranty on not only the windows and screens, but the installation of them too. Even if its our fault how the window broke as long as it was accident it is covered. I don’t like usually doing business with a company that sends a sales rep because they tend to be more expensive but Ryan seemed like an honest man and knew his stuff. Im so glad he was our salesman and i wish him the best with his newest family member and i hope he enjoys his time off. Thanks Ryan!!!

A family member surprised me by setting me up with a sales call from Harley, within a day they sent out Dale. He was kind, courteous, humorous and down to earth. He gave a thorough explanation of the value of their specialized window design and provided a rough estimate. I won't be purchasing windows here for financial reasons, but if you want to be thoroughly informed about their products be sure to request Dale- he has the heart of a teacher (do that Dale!), and is clearly knowledgeable about windows. Five starts for Dale, minus two stars for limited options, pricing and colors, and the initial sales call staff for not understanding my limitations, and wasting Dale's time.

At the end of the day, they did an adequate job of installing windows. There were bumps along virtually all phases of the project, however. After 2 no shows the guy finally showed up in his 3rd appointment window to take measurements. They scheduled me for 1 day to install 9 windows. I was skeptical that it could be done, but they told me they would send a large crew. 3 people showed up, and were at my house until 10:30pm. I gave them permission to stay late to finish because they assured me they could finish the job that day. They were unable to finish. The following week 2 more people came to finish the job. It was another 8 hours of work. I have no problem with the length of time it took to do my job, but they should do a much better job estimating it to the customer. And no one should be at your house until 10:30pm. I believe all of my windows are installed properly, but the caulking job is very poor. I had to tape and paint all of the lines on the inside window sills. The outside caulking is very sloppy on some windows as well and not easily fixable. The installers and project management were all very friendly and eager to do a good job, but I feel that maybe the installers that I got were lacking in the skillset required to call themselves a premium window service.

Her samples of other products made choosing the Harley windows an easy choice. They have not yet been installed but we are grateful to be making this investment in our home. We hired them to replace our 6’ sliding glass door with a 12’ sliding glass door. Their salesman Nico was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and not pushy. The work has not started yet but I am confident that it will go smoothly and that Harley will address any concerns or issues that may arise based on their excellent communication so far and amazing customer service. Andy, the Sales Specialist, was very knowledgeable, interesting and fun to talk to. We listened to his presentation then those to move forward with the higher quality windows offered. Since our house was built in 1936 it had gone through several remodels, additions and upgrades, which were not always done well. So, the installation of two new kitchen windows was not a very straight forward task. The team that did the job had to deal with a vent pipe running up against the windows opening among other obstacles but they were very polite and professional. They worked until it was too dark to see and I was a little worried when one of the windows was noticeably crooked after they left. Later, I learned that they had told my wife they would be back the next day to fix and finish. When finished, we were amazed at the detailed workmanship and we are very happy with the upgrade to our kitchen.

Camden is always so informative and helpful when he comes to look at our windows. We had 5 windows done the first time and felt a huge difference this summer. It wasn't as hot and we didn't feel like we were losing air when we had the AC going. He came back to quote us for the remaining 5 windows and it was a great rate this time and same low price. I took off 1 star because the molding frames around our windows got cracked when they were installing which is cosmetic but it will still cost us money to fix the cracks. Also they left sawdust all over our stuff in two rooms which I think they didn't see because I didn't see it till I was cleaning but they could of protected the area a little better so there wasn't sawdust on my furniture. They have great products and are pretty nice windows!

They were professional did a great job. The warranty is excellent. It covers literally everything and transfers to the next homeowner, too. Since they make all of their windows themselves they were able to replace our large (and 2 small) odd shaped windows and they completed it early. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Project I have a house that was built in 1950 that has three large windows and nine smaller windows. We had Harley Exteriors replace them all with Lindsay Windows, LLC windows. The largest pane in our living room window is roughly 50 square feet which caused issues with other suppliers, but not with Harley Exteriors / Lindsay Windows, LLC. Installation Harley Exteriors’ crew replaced all our windows within two days along with window moldings and sills as necessary. Their workforce was courteous and professional working around my wife and I with minimal disturbance. The craftsmanship was exceptional considering the challenges inherent in replacing windows of an older house. Also, the crew cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the project. Resolution of Problems During the final walk through, several problems were noted – a damaged screen and a scratch on the main picture window pane. These were noted on the final walk through sheet, but I was nervous about whether or not Harley Exteriors / Lindsay Windows LLC would honor their warranty for the damaged window pane. Harley Exteriors replaced the damaged screen within a week, but It took a month and a half, for Lindsay Windows, LLC to come out with a crew and replace the window pane. No extra charges were charged for any of this problem resolution work. Bottom-line, I was satisfied with both Harley Exteriors’ and Lindsay Windows, LLC’s efforts to resolve the problems. Conclusion I am extremely satisfied with Harley Exteriors and Lindsay Windows, LLC. They have proven to me that they are passionate about their work and warranty. As a result, I whole-heartedly recommend them for window replacement projects.

The sales people were very knowledgeable and informative. Windows have not been installed yet. My only wish is that I didn’t need to wait for 12 weeks for windows to be made. I ordered their custom virgin vinyl framed windows which are guaranteed not to degrade, like builder grade windows from UV damage.

I discovered Harley exterior when my wife wanted a Garden Window for her African Violets some 10 years ago . They repaired the seals on that about 3 years ago at no cost when they did 1/2 of my original single pain windows. I had them replace the 30 year old Steep singled Alpine roof last year and the rest of my non-energy efficient windows. They completed the work on schedule and left the site cleaner than when they arrived.

Let me start by saying top notch salesmen. They will do what it takes to get the sale. They scheduled twice and had to reschedule twice as one window was still in manufacturing. After the second reschedule I stated I do NOT want to schedule until they physically have the window. The install went great! they guys were friendly and professional and didn't make a mess, even though this is a messy task. After that there is A LOT left to be desired. After financing is set up they do NOT answer the phone. They do NOT return your calls! They do NOT return your emails! They do NOT follow up! It is very frustrating as they did not fully explain how to get the tax rebate other than you file a paper with receipt when you file your taxes. They did not say when to expect the first payment to be due, or when it will come out of a selected account, other then 30 days after installation. I have called and left at least 4 voicemails, and sent multiple emails to our project manager and the finance team. I have gotten NO response. With all the competitors out there not sure I would recommend them to others.

After reading several bids for window replacement I signed a contract with Harley Exteriors to do this work. We saw estimates that were lesser than the one we decided to go with. One reason we chose this ven H E was the thoroughness of the presentation and assurance that the product would be of the highest quality and excellent workmanship. After lengthy negotiation of our final cost we signed and made a 50 percent deposit. The very next day, on my Facebook account was a posting from the owner of Harley Exteriors stating September was window replacement month and all work was reduced 50%. In my visit with Vernon, he said nothing about this offer. This would of saved our household a minimum of $1,000 dollars to my account. I never heard back from Vernon, which is a disappointment. I am now working with a project manager and hopefully communicating will be better. At a time when everything cost I can only hope Harley Exteriors will do good with the impending installation. We are hopeful Harley Exteriors is a company of its word. Vernon appears to be a decent person. There was a window of three days for me to change my mind on this contract - I decided after seeing the promotion on Facebook to wait and see if I would hear back from Vernon about this- I heard nothing, not even a thank you for the business.I My trust now leans to my Project Manager to see how this works out. Lastly in dealing with people or contractors we sometimes learn more about by what isn't done or said than what is said or done. We will see. I'm hopeful someone, perhaps the owner will pick up the call a say we will do the right thing and honor our relationship with our customers big and small. Respectfully, Edward Esparza

When I got my house, many windows had cracked seals and were foggy inside as well as windows that wouldn’t open, or wouldn’t lock, and a sliding glass door with a latch that wouldn’t stay open. I went to the Skagit Home & Garden Show and talked to a number of vendors. I liked the information I got from Harley Exteriors. They have an excellent reputation and good guarantees on their installations and products. The installation was done in two days and the clean-up was very thorough. I am thrilled with the way the new windows look. They really make the house “pop.” In fact, I was so happy, I invited them back to give me an estimate on the roof. Again, a great job, done quickly and professionally, with a thorough clean-up. They even had one person coming along each row of thick shingles tapping in any nail that the nail gun hadn’t quite set properly. I also negotiated the replacement of a couple of rotted trim boards two stories up. My roof looks great! They were not the low bidders, but, as they say, you get what you pay for. Am I satisfied? Yes! The first photo is the old windows. The second is the new windows and roof.

The sales pitch is a bit intense, set aside plenty of time. The windows so far are great. We will see if the heating/cooling bill goes down or not. The sound of traffic behind the house did decrease. I had 18 windows and two slider doors replaced. The two installers were great, cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant. I was told during the initial sales pitch that the company takes care of the manufacturing and install so this should make it easier if anything goes wrong. I liked that aspect instead of getting the run around from two different companies. Time will tell if this is true. The window quality appears to be great, I did get the more expensive ones, a little more expensive than I wanted to pay. This is why the value score is lower. Hard to tell value with such little time with the widows, might improve score if windows are still looking great in a few years. Bottom line if you can stand the sales pitch you will get some pretty nice windows. If you are lucky enough to get the two installers I did you will be doing just fine. Less

I was a museum director for over 43 years before retiring a year ago and have very exacting standards for work and reliability. I wish your team members had worked for me, they were efficient, and their workmanship was excellent. I would recommend your business to anyone who wants to obtain replacement windows and doors. Your team salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly and provided us with a lot of information about the windows and doors that we were considering. We chose a financing option that was an easy and convenient experience. The team that came to measure for the new windows and doors a few days later was led by the supervisor of the actual installation group that was to do our windows. He consulted with us about replacing window trim and measured everything accurately. He also described the window installation process completely for us. A few weeks later, the installation team members arrived on time and went right to work. They asked questions and provided help moving furniture and ensuring that areas of our house they needed to enter were kept neat and clean. They wore shoe protectors when entering our house and were very respectful of our being at home while the work was done. They cleaned up everything including a final vacuum of our carpets in the affected areas and policed the exterior of our home for any debris. The windows have been installed for two weeks now and we have noticed a real difference in the heating of our home as well as a marked reduction in exterior noise. We did have one screen that was missing for our bedroom and it got ordered and someone will come out to install it instead of it just being shipped to our house. These windows are amazing. I have already noticed a decrease in my electric bill. I also noticed a difference in the temperature in my home. I don’t have to turn up the thermostat to keep it warm. The quality is excellent, from the construction of the window, to the installation, and finally, the customer service. So what is beautiful about these windows, the view you have seeing through them. We had owned our home for several years now. The windows are original to the home which was 38 years old. The original windows were aluminum, which is quite dated now. A few were starting to show condensation between the glass, and the slider wheel bearing were damaged by years of use. We had an excellent experience, start to finish! We met with their sales representative, who was very thorough and helpful. We did not feel pressured to commit to any more of a project than we needed - about 5 windows replaced due to mold accumulating between the double panes. They were more than willing to meet with us in the evening and on weekends which was extremely helpful because we both work. They were able to schedule the work in a timely manner and it was executed professionally - the crew was on time, polite and cleaned the site when complete. They protected our floors and walls and other than brand new, beautiful windows you'd never tell they were there. I was happy to hire a local company and would absolutely hire them again if/when I need windows replaced. We fisrt had Harley Exteriors do our upstairs windows because we had aluminum single pane windows. It would get unbearably hot every summer. Their product holds up to the description. At that time we had considered also replacing our low-budget vinyl windows and sliding doors but held off. They contacted us in May and offered a special to do our remaining windows. At that point we decided to go ahead and had them replaced. We got the same imstallers as the first time. They were courteous, kept everything as clean as possible and cleaned everything up after. Our new windows are amazing!! I’m so glad my husband saw the Harley ad on TV! I was very hesitant about using a big box store- there are too many mixed reviews and many of the product reviews for the specific window products are downright scary. So many of them said- you never get to talk to an actual representative from the manufacturer- you have to go through the big box store sales rep- I didn’t like that at all. We were initially only going to get two openings done – It didn’t take long for David to blow our minds- the quality/technology/durability of the Harley message blows everything else out of the water! We live on salt water- David showed us the fine print on the other warranties stating if you live within a couple miles of salt water the warranty is void- we never would have even realized that. Every single window is custom made. You don’t pay a premium for that service. David was happy to quote for the two openings we needed but mentioned there is a bigger cost savings with the more openings you include- especially with a 4 opening minimum. So I asked him- just out of curiosity what it would be to add all of the windows on our main floor- we have 6 huge windows- David explained that the size isn’t a big deal- it’s easy for them to build any size window. My husband was not happy with me asking about a quote for doing more at once but I couldn’t help it. Why wouldn’t you want to get more done when the price per window goes down the more you add. It took my husband a little time to think through the bigger investment which we hadn’t been planning. We had a second visit from Todd as well. He helped seal the deal for my husband. Todd knows the value Harley delivers and knows how to articulate it against any possible objection like some my husband had. We knew the quality is far superior to anything else we saw- and the warranty- unbelievable- no one offers 100% But it was still hard for my husband who is very frugal to invest the bigger amount to get more done at once. I just knew it would be great to get the whole floor done at once- why wait. Todd also offered such an incredible discount my husband couldn’t say no- so we did it! And now we have the most gorgeous windows in our home- that are safe- solid as a rock- guaranteed for life- we never realized how much our home deserved this or how much we deserved to enjoy the new windows while we are still living in our home. Todd offered us the same similar wonderful discount again for when we are ready to do the final set of the next 12 windows in our home. What big box store can promise you that- The installers, Oleg, Anatoliy & Ivan were amazing! They are 100% pros- they have such experience- such attention to detail- so methodical- took their time to get it done right- one window in particular was crazy big and high off the ground- I didn’t know how they would be able to do it- it was harder than the rest but they figured it out. Also- the 8 foot patio slider we had installed- another huge opening- their work was incredible. We are so thankful for their talent, strength and hard work. They were excellent. Kristi was our project manager- she was so great- kind and responsive – helped us understand the process- the dates- all of the coordination. From start to finish everything was easy- everything was organized- everything was professional – everything was first class. I cannot believe the difference with Harley. I know we made a fantastic decision with their products and service and I am so excited to get the rest of our house done within the next year. Our house is so much warmer with the better quality windows insulation – it’s also so much quieter. We hadn’t expected that. They are absolutely beautiful. What a deserving upgrade for our home. I had several companies come out for estimates, including the big-box stores. Harley was by far the only one that went above and beyond just measuring and providing a quote. Their rep spent almost an hour with me going over options and what would make the most sense for my needs. Rep was friendly and followed all necessary requirements considering we are in working in a Covid world. Great communication between purchase date and install; kept me in the loop along the way. Install day was great. 7 windows and 1 patio door took a full day, but still less time than expected. Team showed up on time and was very clean and courteous. Purchasing windows is not a cheap endeavor in a home you are not flipping, so I spent lots of time making sure I picked the right company. They were not on the cheapest, but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for… and based on what I experienced, they could have charged much more. So on March 1, Harley Exteriors came to install their Olympic LX Series windows in my Seattle home. Replacing every window in our 1945 built home, this install went extraordinarily well. The crew was well organized, careful, yet quick. Drop clothes and light tarps were set up as needed, keeping the house clean. The touch up work, re-framing the window sills, was seamless and again, clean, leaving us after a day of installation with a house that feels transformed. And yes - the job was completed in a single day, to my surprise... A word about the Olympic Series Window performance - drafts that existed in the home are eliminated. We live near I-5 and have become accustomed to the noise of the highway. That noise has been cut back tremendously. The Harley Customer Service team has been highly responsive throughout the process with a positive, "can do" attitude that seems to permeate throughout the company. My wife & I recently embarked on a major remodel project of a 60-year-old farmhouse, which had been vacant for quite some time. We came upon the Harley Exteriors booth at the 2019 Skagit County home show & scheduled an estimate for new windows. The sales person provided a very through presentation complete with samples of their product and also competing suppliers. We had quite a bit of remodel work to accomplish before window installation so we pushed the order out a few months. Our assigned Harley Exterior project manager kept in touch regularly and worked with us to order the new windows and installation to our schedule. Installation went better and more efficiently than I expected so I was quite pleased with the entire process. The new windows look and operate great. Harley exteriors did a great job installing my new windows. My house was built in 1999 and shouldn't have needed new windows just yet but they were fogging inside the panes, mold had started to grow and they were pretty drafty. When it was windy out, my bedroom door would shake with every gust. After getting new windows, no more shaking doors or drafts. My gas bill was also cut by at least 25% from this time last year. The install was painless and the installers were very courteous. It did take 2 days because one of the windows and the sliding back door weren't ready yet. It took us two years to decide on upgrading our windows. We were approached by Harley Exteriors at the puyallup fair and they have maintained their word on calling on us when we are ready. They came out and did all the windows of our house. Two guys, 4 hours. Very efficient and professional. While the back sliding door had issues of not being able to lock it with a key from the outside. They were able to send out a specialist to fix it at our scheduled time. We will need to get our gutters done as well. We are highly likely to ask them to do that too.

After getting a quote from another company in excess of 41K for replacement of 12 windows and 2 sliding doors. I contacted Harley Exteriors, Inc. via their website, they were quick to respond and set an appointment for a consultation. Tod arrived on time and provided all the necessary information regarding the Harley product, warranty and installation process, he had a nice portfolio of previous jobs, licenses, and credentials, and a sample window for us to see. The quote came in roughly two thirds cheaper than the previous quote. Both consultations were lengthy (about 2 hrs) both offered a discount only good at the time of the consult, I felt a bit of pressure by this part of the presentation but it seems to be standard practice in this industry. There was no pressure from the sales consultant to sign on the spot and reassured us that he wanted us to feel comfortable with our decision. He even went outside to give us some space and time to to discuss it on our own. Harley is a local company and the windows are custom made here in the Northwest, I like the idea of supporting local business! I couldn't be happier that we decided to go with Harley Exteriors for our windows. They were very personable and I felt that we were dealing with real down to earth people that knew our particular needs. They communicated well with us in all aspects of getting the job done! I like the security of having two locking mechanisms on all windows and keyed locks as well as a kick lock on the sliding doors! The only thing on my wish list would be to have the ability to lock the windows in a semi-open position, especially for rooms located on the ground floor, also the keyhole on the sliding doors are too close to the frame which makes it difficult to insert the key and turn it without hitting your knuckles. The craftsmanship is top notch, as well as the installation! They look great and function just as great as they look! We are very happy with our new windows, and the ease in which they function!

Harley Exteriors did an excellent job. Our house is a hundred years old. Our roof had exceeded the allowable number of roof replacements that required only a new layer of shingles. Instead we needed complete removal of the old roof and layers of shingles. Harley put down plywood sheets and a new layer of shingles. The new shingles are top grade, far thicker than ordinary. Without any prompting the company made major adjustments and replacements to the fascia boards. They installed vents under the eves that again were not specified in the original contract. It was one of the best contractor services I have ever had.

Before I get into my positive review I want to echo the various folks saying that this company is pushy. They are pushy. We had to tell our salesman 5 times that we didn't want financing. However, I am more impressed with their work than I was upset about pushy sales reps. We had the most amazing experience with Harley exteriors. They replaced 8 windows for us and I couldn't be happier with their work. They did it all in one day and it's crazy how big of a difference it made! Not only in appearance but in comfort. We can actually open our windows now. Anyhow I highly recommend them if any of y'all need any roof or window work done.

We had our entire entry way replaced in our split level home that was built in 1964. The original entryway consisted of a single door with a side light almost equally as wide and a large picture window on top of it all. We had it replaced with double doors and a new large picture window on top of it. Our entryway turned out to be very problematic because it was unlevel and out of plumb. It ultimately took 2 installation crews and 2 days to complete the work, but they got it done and done right on their own initiative. We had first contact with Harley Exteriors at the Evergreen Fair last August. We set up an appt for that week and Elio came to our house to talk about windows. He worked with our evening schedule and spent a few hours with us going over different options and making sure it worked with our budget. He was also very professional, friendly, even with our dogs and funny! We signed up to replace all windows and our slider that night. Financing was approved in the next few days and critical measurements were taken a week after our appt. Windows were ordered and were ready to install by the end of October. Install took a day and a half for 10 windows and 1 sliding door. We even upgraded our kitchen window to a garden window. The crew was prompt at the scheduled arrival time and got to work right away. They were great about working in one part of the house while I kept our dogs contained in another. When I noticed that two of the windows were installed reverse of our plan, I let the crew know and they fixed them right away, no complaints or issues, even though they were finished installing them and cleaning them. They finished 2/3 of everything that day. They came back the next day and finished the rest, called everything up well, cleaned all the glass and cleaned up after themselves; they did leave a few supplies behind like tape and a drop cloth. When we found out the lock on our slider didn’t engage properly with the key, we called Harley and they set up an appt with the manufacturer to replace it that week. We LOVE our windows! My favorite being my kitchen garden window. :) We are happy with the service and process overall; there were a couple times we needed to make reminders, but no complaints. We can also definitely feel a difference in the warmth of our home; we can’t feel the outside temp through them like our old ones. The white frames really help brighten things up, both inside and out. We definitely recommend Harley Exteriors and will consider them first when it comes time to replace our gutters! Thank you!!

Very nice, high quality windows. They are a big upgrade over the 100 year old single pane wood windows we were using. The install was done on time in an afternoon. The sales process included an hour long presentation which was a little over done. The the final cost was over 10% above the original estimate. They notified us weeks after we signed the contract, and had no way to back out/reconsider. The increase was for something that we think should have been obvious to the original sales associate.

Of course all this time they had a plastic barrier up, so we didn't know what windows were left. Had I known there were only 2 sliders, I would have placed them differently. I was disappointed. After getting multiple quotes, Harley Exteriors had competitive pricing, a quality product, a great warranty and gained our confidence in completing our unique and challenging aluminum window replacement project. Elio Hernandez was a delight to have over. He adapted to our needs while presenting and we felt educated about our options. We replaced all of our windows. Many had failed seals, appeared foggy and had water damage, esp. the skywall window. Hector and his crew constructed a 4 story scaffolding. Most other companies said they couldn’t do the project because of the uneven ground and immediate slope in the back of the house. The installation crew capped the skywall with a new roof, resulting in a new window wall that is consistent with the rest of the house structure. The crew manager was great at adapting to our requests throughout the project. We also had a 95x36 stained glass that they were able to carefully take down and place back after installing the new window in front of it. Even though the project took much longer to complete than originally planned, overall we would recommend Harley.

My wife met Harley exteriors at the island county fair. We built our house and about 20 years later the shingles began coming apart and leaking began to happen. The sales rep came out with some examples of the roof we were hoping to purchase and we eventually settled on a price and it comes with a 40 year guarantee. After the shingles were delivered, it took about a week and a half to begin the install. The crew was really good at making adjustments and trying their best ot get the job doe correctly. The crew also covered up or landscaping as not to damage our yard work. So far, the roof is performing as we knew it would. We would recommend Harley exteriors. Joel came to the home and did a very thorough inspection, showing real-time pictures of the mold that was growing and the leaks in the roof. While one often questions the urgency of a situation and feels pressured to make a purchase, seeing the actual mold and the water leaks provided true evidence of the necessity. While unexpected snow days and record-setting rain pushed the installation day out longer than expected, I was in touch with the crew so that I was kept posted on the work days. A crew of 8+ showed up to my house on a holiday and got to work right away. Considering the size of my roof, the fact that 95% of the work was done on one day was impressive, as I did not have to live for days with tarps on my roof or have banging taking place above our heads for more than one day. In the end, the roof is beautiful and of outstanding quality, and the warranty means I will never be dealing with this again.

[8/1/2020] This will be a two part review for the company. The first part will be on the sales process for the company. My wife and I did end up going with Harley for our install. I will caveat the following: 1. I understand sales processes, the salespeople are a mix of commission/salary, so understand the need to close deals. 2. I am more familiar than the average retail homeowner as I have a business in real estate and do rehabs for properties, so windows are familiar. 3. I am not turned off by sales presentations. SALES PRESENTATION: The sales presentation has a LOT of information - almost too much. While there are several things I enjoyed about it, it was too much for what is needed (especially for the average homeowner). Most people want windows to have better energy efficiency, have a nice look / modern for their home, help maintain heat/cool air, or to help with resale value. Windows are a VERY technical product as there is a lot that goes into them, but I doubt the average person really cares. It would be great if the presentation focused on the most salient points - e.g at the start just ask what are the top two things customer cares about, then focus the presentation on that. I didn't feel it was pushy - its sales. I think in general people have a negative connotation. Sales can be great if the salesperson is good. Ours was good - he was clearly very well versed in the product, all the nuances etc, but it just got too technical. This is easily fixable from presentations. Overall excited for the windows and glad to be working with a local company. FINANCING: We were able to get financing through a local bank. Pretty good terms they offer, in essence a small amount down (min $1,000) then you dont pay until 12 months post install. Helps with cash flow and im sure the interest rates will be low and reasonable (estimating maybe $250/month or so and will probably pay off before then).

We swung by their booth at a home show and made appointments with them and all the usual suspects (Renewal by Andersen, Milgard etc.). Forget the young man's name at the booth but he really knew his stuff and was cordial throughout his little spiel. A sign of good things to come. With availability of all the companies being as they were, Harley was the first to come out and give us a quote. The sales guy we got was a fine fellow named Chance. Chance was the best. Super polite. Super relaxed. Super patient. Super knowledgeable. Asked him 101 questions and he took the time to answer all of them. Like any good salesperson he tried to close the deal in the end. Given that he took all the time in the world to allay our fears/concerns, and despite my wife's strong aversion to on the spot commitments, we signed the contract. These guys aren't the low-cost leader but they offer a unique lifetime warranty and a top of the line product (ask for the heat lamp test - it won't fail to impress). Plus it turns out they were one of the few folks out there who were willing to just replace the glass of our floor to ceiling windows and not all the frames as well. That was important to us in wanting to preserve the look of our home. While still nervous about the $$'s involved I felt confident that they'd deliver. The crew that came out to do the work definitely did. They banged out the job in one day with only minor evidence of their work. The heat filtering from the new glass is working like a champ. It's been much cooler now in our living room on the hot days we've had so far. I'm confident heat will be better retained and it'll take less energy to stay warm come fall and winter. It's only been a few weeks since the install but so far so good. Super impressed with the whole Harley team and hope to work with them in the future if the need arises.

The Harley Exterior gang from the sales staff to the owner Christian to their installation crew have been nothing but courterous and professional. Our Sales person Jason spent about half of his evening bending over backwards to put us in the best window/sliding door package available at pricing and financing that we could afford. The group also worked with us when we found out that we didn't qualify for the Puget Sound Energy Rebate. My wife is due with our first child any day and we wanted to upgrade our home to provide a safe, warm home for our little Carter when he arrives. We both notice a huge difference already in our home since the installation and the furnace doesn't need to turn on nearly as often because the temperature stays more even in the house. Not only has this increased our home value, but we love the new look of our windows every time we drive up into our drive way.

We were impressed from the beginning with the looks, construction, demonstration of the R Factor and double lifetime warranty of the Harley windows. Several years ago we had already upgraded the windows in most of the house. The Harley representative recognized that our upgraded windows were of good quality and did not try to get us to buy more than what we needed. The windows we purchased from Harley were for our family room and dining room. In our family room, we have six large picture windows, three of which are custom built trapezoid shaped. We also replaced our 8-foot sliding glass door to the deck. Our old windows which we wanted to replace were aluminum frame which we knew conducts heat away from our home to the outside and causes "weeping." Also the window locks were not sturdy and would break off just from repeated handling. So we are pleased with the substantially constructed locks on our new Harley windows. The top bars of our old sliding windows were high enough that they interfered with the view of our beautiful back yard. So getting Harley windows allowed us to lower the height of the sliders with the result that the views from our windows are now more expansive which we love. Also, the new window framing in the family room and dining room matches the rest of the windows in the house and the siding. Our large family room windows face north and the room in the winter is cool. We are anticipating that, come winter, these new windows will make the room more comfortable. Our old 8-foot sliding glass door was worn out which made it difficult to open and close. Since our old slider and screen were aluminum, we decided to replace them with the more heat efficient, security conscious and color matching frame of the Harley slider. We enjoyed the friendly and conscientious Harley installers, who were not subcontractors, and were amazed that they got all the installation completed in one day. They laid down protective tarps on our carpets and cleaned up the debris from the removal of the old windows. They left the new windows sparkling clean. For all of these reasons, we give Harley Exteriors an A+ rating.

And when the windows are closed the house is so much quieter! Many noises we used to hear consistently are now completely gone. The salesman and installers were polite and professional. I had Robbin come out and replace most of my windows. My front windows, which have an ocean view, give me such a beautiful and clear view of the ocean. Robbin suggested we put 2 solid and 2 lower vented windows to have more airflow through the house. But I can see the shipyard much better now with Harley Exteriors' windows.

They came and conquered. They delivered roofoing materials on time, arrived for installation on time, installed a new CertainTeed roof and cleaned up in one day. The installers were courteous, professional, and experienced. The only downside was the sales pitch. It was way too intense. They have a good product and use experienced installers. So, no need for the "used car salesman" pitch. I almost didn't go with them because of this.

We love our new windows! The quality is great, and the installation team was prompt and professional. The only downside was the salesman who initially came to our place - he was super polite and friendly but holy cow, was he pushy. And the whole "let me call my boss and see if I can negotiate a better deal" act got old after about the 5th time... just give me your lowest price the first time instead of trying to screw me over, sheesh. And give people time to consider your offers instead of demanding an answer that night. You'll probably have happier customers. But overall we're happy with our product.

Just had my roof replaced by Harley Exteriors. Did not want to wait until it failed and experience a disaster inside my house.They were on time, Wonderful replacement, fixed the previous contractors screwups at a reasonable extra charge. Harley exteriors removed existing sheeting, exposed roof trusses, re-nailed trusses with code required fasteners and removed nasty sag in roof at reasonable extra charge. I policed the driveway and neighbors property after they left and could not find a trace of debris. Would have them do any project on my home, they are good. The best part about it is that it was done in one day, 30 squares in one day, unbelievable. The old saying hold's true. "Do it cheap, Do it twice."

Harley Exteriors finished our window replacements on April 30, 2013. They did a great job and we are perfectly happy with the new windows. We had gotten other competing bids for our window replacements but none of them had the high quality windows we wanted. They were not the lowest bid, but it was worth the extra money to get the best quality windows available. I had heard the advertisements about low-E coated windows, but didn't become a believer until the Harley Exteriors salesman brought his heat lamp and various types of window samples to actually prove how effective the triple low-E windows really were. If you are looking for replacement windows, ask for a salesman to demonstrate this for you. Even though we live in the NW and think solar heat gain is not an issue, I can verify that the triple low-E window glass reduces incoming heat and sunshine which causes damage to the drapes, window sill, carpets, etc. while still allowing enough light to enter to brighten the room. Now in full sunshine, we don't have all the heat coming in and don't have to worry about the damage to the interior. We have already noticed a great reduction in heat gain and aren't even into the summer heat season yet. And the reverse will be true in the winter, we will not lose heat and it will reduce our heating bills significantly. I truly think the triple low-E windows with the argon gas filling and duralite carbon-fiber spacer is the best design for the Puget Sound area. In addition, our windows have the UV self-cleaning glass and double strength tempered 1/8" glass. Besides the thermal properties of the windows, we love how much quieter the inside of our house is. That is one of the first things we noticed after they completed installation. I think this is because of the double thickness glass, multi-chambered frame design, efficient seal between sliding and fixed windows, and good job sealing both the outside and inside of the windows to our frame. We thought we had good thermal pane windows in the past, but didn't realize how much noise the old windows let in. Our windows also have lots of neat features like double locking cam locks, window stops to allow partial opening and a feature to allow swiveling the window inside to make cleaning easier. One of the major selling points with choosing Harley Exteriors was their excellent warrantee. They gave us a double lifetime warrantee to cover any defect in materials or workmanship (includes parts & labor) for as long as we own it and it can be transferred when we sell. They will also replace any broken window (for any cause), up to 1 window per year. Ask if any other company does this!! They also include screen damage replacement in their warrantee. We are very pleased with our window purchase from Harley Exteriors and feel confident it is the last time we have to worry about windows in our home. We highly recommend you include them when considering getting your windows replaced. We would be glad to give anyone more details of our experience, if needed.

We found that what the salesman said we could get was really not available. That made us a little upset. As he left our house he commented on a box of peaches that I had for sale. We said he could take a couple of peaches for a taste. He walked away with a whole box! That cost me $20! We thought it was obnoxious that he would assume we were giving him a whole box. However, the windows were installed yesterday and they look good. We think they measured a bit small and made up the difference with insulation.

We had our old aluminum frame windows and sliding glass door replaced and noted an immediate change during cold weather. The old aluminum frame windows collected condensation and which would then freeze. Our new Olympic window do not transmit the cold and hence don't collect condensation. The cold stays out! The Harley Team was very professional and the new windows and sliding door installation looks like they came with the house. In fact they look better than the original windows and door. It is so nice to be able to open all windows and sliding door without having to use brute force.
