When I called to make an appointment I was able to schedule it the next day as requested. We had the need to call Brandon back to replace a windshield on another car a about two and a half years after this review was written. He still as wonderful as he was the first time he came out professional and great at installing windshields. Brandon was great! The whole process was smooth and professional - I requested a front driver's window replacement recently due to a car prowl, and while we had some initial trouble with replacement parts being misdelivered, Brandon was communicative throughout the whole process. Once the replacement glass arrived, the service was quick and efficient. Hopefully I won't find myself in this situation again any time soon, but if I am, I'll return to Clear choice without any hesitation!

Great job. Responded quickly, showed up as scheduled, replaced my windshield. A week later when I thought there was an issue they responded and said they'd take care of it and replace it if needed. Turned out it was fine--just something stuck on the windshield that initially looked like a small crack but wasn't. Truly amazing! Long story short, I recently bought a new vehicle and not a month in got a lovely crack in my windshield... Needless to say I was heartbroken. Didn't even want to think of how much it'd cost to replace the windshield. So I contacted Clear Choice Auto Glass. Not only were they quick to respond, but they were able to come out to my home in less than 24 hours! Come today, Brandon, or Brendan I believe his name was came to repair my windshield. It took maybe 15 minutes. And now you barely see any crack! Obviously I know the damage wouldn't just disappear, but I was not expecting just how incredible it'd look after being repaired. No joke, you now see maybe a pin drop compared to a crack the size of a quarter. Mind... Blown. Simple... To Clear Choice Auto Glass, thank you!

My insurance provider told me it was more than likely going to need to be recalibrated so the cameras would work properly, but Brandon said he's never had problems with them mot working. Since then we noticed a big crack on the windshield last night that didn't look like it was done by a rock. Brandon was kind enough to hand-deliver a replacement side window, when hardly any other installers were willing to just sell the glass for me to install it myself. He was so helpful that I decided to have him replace a cracked windshield on our other car (a Toyota Sequoia) as well. His rates are very reasonable. Clear Choice should be your only choice. He's a pro, courteous, very knowledgeable, prompt, and does meticulous work. He has all the tools to perform the install at your car's location, and he even texts you a link so you can be aware of his arrival time on your cell phone. Thank you!

I was surprised that they could get the job done for $200 less than SafeLite and still provide all the same services; old broken glass disposal, mobile service and completed 2 days after I called. I’ve had Brandon fix numerous rock chips on my vehicles and finally got the rock chip that couldnt be fixed. He replaced my windshield and the process was much different than the last time I had it completed by a different company. Brandon made sure to remove any obstructions out of the way to ensure the glass was seated properly and previously another local company didn’t and I had a rattle sound all the time. Brandon made sure all the old adhesive was removed so the window had the best seal possible. He is always very detailed in all the work he does and I’ve recommended him to friends and family. He has fair pricing and keep in mind you get what you pay for if your shopping other glass shops. Give Clear Choice a chance and I’m sure you’ll be a life long customer.

Simply put, I rarely leave reviews. It's just a thing. But in the case of Clear Choice the service provided by the team rose to a level where I felt compelled to take some time to give some well-deserved recognition. My 2016 4Runner SR5 encountered a wayward rock on the I-90 bridge, and within 3 days a 4-5 inch crack was making its way across my front windshield at eye level. Based on experience I braced myself and Googled windshield replacement in the area; Clear Choice stood out due to ratings. From the moment I contacted them to coordinating with my insurance company to the actual replacement, it was the smoothest experience I have ever had with any form of repair, auto or otherwise. The service even went above and beyond - I had a layer of dust on the dashboard from offroading in the weeks prior, and upon completion of replacing the windshield I found to my surprise the dashboard devoid of any remnants of the dusty trails. Will definitely recommend them to anybody and everybody.
