I am so happy with the work that Nate and Mike did. We just replaced our Kitchen window and they did a fantastic job. They showed up right on time and did the whole install quickly. My sliding screen door needed to be rescreened I also needed to have a dog guard installed. The technicians, Nate and Cameron, came out and took the door back with him to the shop. The door was rescreened and the dog guard was installed and they will finish the job and return the door reinstalled it all in the same day. I am is very satisfied with the service. The technicians are friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

I had a 2:00 appointment and was called at 1:00 letting me know I could come in a bit early if I wanted. I showed up right at 2, but then was told it might take a couple hours to get my window done. It was done in an hour! We walked back, and was checked out very quickly. Fast, easy, kind, and courteous. Great experience!

Valley Glass did a good job fixing the window on our car last Thursday. Staff were friendly and the window replacement went quickly. It has been a few days and we have had no problems, so I assumed the install was done correctly. The new window is amazing, it's like driving a new car. The best part about the whole experience was that they did the window for about $100 less than the other bid we got for the window job. To top that they said they would replace rock chips for free as long as I own the car. I used to go to techniglass in Clearfield however I went to get a rock chip repaired a couple months back and they refused to honor my lifetime repair because they were "aquired be Safelite" the signage inside and out was still techniglass. I ended up spending close to the cost of this new windshield to repair three chips. Fast forward to last week I went to get a bid and the signage was changed and they bid $100 over Valley Glass and no free rock chip repair. Thanks Valley Glass, I will be back.

Such a great experience from start to finish!!! The estimator came out the day after I called. He was very professional and thorough while he got the details and measurements of our windows. He also explained what all would be involved in the replacement and that it would take 2-3 weeks for the new windows to arrive. 2 1/2 weeks later I received a call to set an appointment for the next day to install our new windows. The installers called to let me know they were on their way. From the time Lee and Cameron arrived and through the entire install, I was highly impressed. They were both very kind and pleasant. They got to work quickly and had the 2 windows done in about an hour. Upon inspection, the windows looked great and these 2 gentleman cleaned up all of the mess even though the power went out. I would definitely recommend to anyone!!! They will be my first call if I need glass in the future!!!!

We had most of our windows replaced on the main level of our home by Valley Glass. A week later and the difference it has made is really amazing. We contacted Valley Glass in October to get an estimate for six windows. After the initial consultation they estimated it would take 12 weeks to get the new windows. We weren't on a time crunch so that sounded fine. They called us two weeks before our installation date to set up a time. The day of our installation we received a call to let us know they installers, Nate and Cameron, were on their way. They worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old windows and replace them with the new. Our new windows are wonderful! Our bedrooms are warmer and they really help block out more noise. There was a problem with one screen that was cut the wrong size. Nate and Cameron took it back to the shop and returned with the correct size. We highly recommend Valley Glass!

While waiting for my window install, the staff answered the phone calls repeatedly with knowledge and kindness. They have fixed my automobile windshield and two residential bed room windows. I would definitely use them again! We had a broken window and I called for an estimate on how much it would be. Someone came out in the next couple days. He was very friendly and happy to answer my questions. We had to wait 3 weeks for the glass but that's because it was a custom size. We purchased a shower door and used Valley Glass in Layton to install. We used them for a custom master shower before and will not use anyone else because of their price and quality. Nate and Tanner were the installers. We have worked with Nate before and were excited to see him arrive. Both did an amazing job and the install went as planned. They cleaned up there mess and left the glass doors sparkling clean. You can't go wrong with Valley Glass in Layton.

First of all, the work they did looks fantastic. I had them install a Euro glass shower corner enclosure and a large mirror above the vanity. They had to work with bowed shower walls, non-square walls, and a gap between the wall and vanity and they still made it look awesome. More importantly, they were great to work with. From the first time I called to set up a estimate they were responsive and respected my time. They are serious about customer satisfaction as well. I also highly admire their integrity. I had already agreed to pay for a change that I wanted. Jess went back to the office to find out how much it would cost. He found some new information and rather than let me pay what I already thought it would cost, he called me back and lowered the price. I would highly recommend Valley Glass.

June 29th updated review: They took care of the repair like they said they would! As far as the window replacement goes… they did a great job and they repaired the damage that was done to my Jeep. Took a little longer than I wanted but it’s taken care of and that’s all that matters! Previous review: I’ll be coming back to update my review based on how they handle my situation. I was going to have Safelite come to my house to repair my cracked passenger side window but my insurance agent talked me into going to Valley Glass because she refers a lot of people to them. Shortly after they took my Jeep back, the gentleman I was working with came up to me and said, “Nate… there was an accident in our shop and unfortunately your Jeep was damaged. We are going to get the window replaced and then we can go out together and assess the damage. I’m so sorry….” Window got replaced and sure enough there was a nice dent on my Jeep. Having owned a business myself I understand that things happen… mistakes happen and people aren’t perfect. They made a mistake… there’s a debt in my Jeep but all I care about is what they’re going to do to fix it and make it right. He let me know that their insurance person is in St George this weekend and will be reaching out to me the beginning of next week so that we can get this fixed. He didn’t have me oat for the replaced window yet and personally I don’t think I should have to with what happened but I’ll leave that up to them. Dealing with insurance is ALWAYS a nightmare so I’m interested to see how painless or painful getting this fixed is going to be and after everything is fixed and taken care of then I’ll come back to update my review. It’s times like this that you get to see how much a business truly does value their customers and if they make a mistake what they’re going to do to make things right.

I went to Valley Glass in Layton a few weeks ago to have a windshield chip repaired. The service was so fast. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. My husband had a chip in his truck windshield, so I ran home and brought that one in to be repaired as well. The chips were almost completely undetectable afterwards. A genuinely great experience.

Called around to several local glass companies and were given the best time frame from Valley Glass. Great! Came in with a single window that needed reglazing and was told they could do that no problem. I paid upfront in full and was told it would be ready in 5-7 business days. Fast forward to ten business days and they still have no solid date when the window will be done. UPDATE: Communication has been great since and they have more than proved customer service is their primary goal. Just met with Nate who delivered and installed our window. He was friendly, professional and apt to make sure the service exceeded our expectations. He even gave me some good information on other windows I told him I need replaced. I fully intend to use Valley Glass on future purchases.

Matt came to fix our window and was done in under an hour. He was so nice and offered to help move our furniture back after fixing the window. The longest wait time was after ordering the windows panes since what I needed was not a standard size it was 6 to 10 days. I'm over 50 in age, so I've had a few windshields replaced. This is by far the BEST experience I've ever had. Carson and his awesome partner came to my home and had me a my cracked windshield replaced in about 30 minutes. Then Carson helped me solve another issue on my wife's car from another company replacing her windshield last year and they broke off all the clips in her windshield side trim. Carson put me with Kylee at Valley Glass on the spot and she ordered me a new trim for my wife's car for under $18. Wow, thanks Valley Glass and especially Carson and Kylee (I hope I spelled this close to correct). These guys are the best!!!

Valley glass is a bit more expensive than other places that we have gotten quotes from, but they are very professional and they did the job well. Jess came to give us quotes and Matt and Brandon came to install the windows. They were on time, attentive, quick, very patient to my questions and professional. I was impressed. I was calling around trying to find someone to replace the back window of our van. Every where I called couldn't or wouldn't help me. I called Valley and he found my window, had it delivered and installed it that day. His price was reasonable and the work was top quality. The receptionist was so friendly and so knowledgeable. So we called at noon today (Wednesday 01/15/20). They said they would get the window in tonight, and to bring our car in at 12:30pm tomorrow. This isn't a normal windshield job, rather this is a rear door window, so it's not going to be as simple as a windshield repair/replace. They quoted us a price at half of what I told my wife to expect. Me being the pessimist I am and having issues with HotShots (DO NOT EVER GO THERE-TERRIBLE WORK), I will be surprised if they can get the glass so quickly. I expect to be let down based on prior experiences with other glass companies. I'm leaving 3 stars for now because they called back the second they said they would (60 seconds after wife hung up the phone), plus they guaranteed they could get the window done tomorrow. This review will have an update tomorrow, below this part of the review, whether great, mediocre, or trash, and the stars will reflect the experience coming from a pessimistic customer. Update #1 (Thursday 01/16/2020 10:23am)... *So, as I was getting ready to call to confirm our appointment and to see if they got our window in, I thought to check my review to see if they had responded. Well, they did. So far, so good. Like I mentioned, I'm a skeptical pessimist regarding window replacements (this will be my first time at Valley Glass in Layton), but so far I'm happy. The fact the company responded so quickly surprised me, pleasantly to be honest. Our appointment is at 12:30pm today, so I'll update this review whether it's good or bad. We are going to show up a half hour early, just to gauge the shop and employees. I find it hard to believe some of the negative reviews on employee practices, but time will tell. Update #2 will be here after the replacement is done. One other thing I forgot to mention in my original review is the whole reason we chose these guys is because my daughter works for AAA and this is where she sends AAA customers with their claims, and she had nothing but good things to say about them.* Update #2 (Thursday 01/16/2020 1:25pm)... *So, final update. I hate to say this, but these guys are LIARS!!!! I've never been lied straight to my face from a business like these guys did!!! They told me, basically guaranteed me, that it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Yup, you guessed it...they gave me a timeframe for which they ABSOLUTELY DID NOT adhere to!!!! Can you believe this nonsense???!!! They did the job in 45 minutes, and they did so with excellent results!! Hahaha! Honestly tho, these guys were awesome to deal with. They did the job perfectly, and we could not be happier! So, if you need your glass needs met, look no further. Prices are well within reason. Employees ARE NOT talking smack or vaping. There was no crude music. Nothing. These guys are the epitome of excellence in business and especially customer service! Thank you VALLEY GLASS OF LAYTON! You've gained a new life long customer! BBB will also be receiving an A+++ rating from me as well!! Keep up the great work!
