Perfection Auto Glass came and repaired my windshield today and it was so easy. I emailed then asking a question a couple weeks ago when it was time for us to purchase I followed up on the email he came out was very simple installation and we are very happy with the results. That’s right, THEY CAME TO ME. Such an easy replacement for me. I just pulled my car out to the curb. Cody has more than 20 years of experience with the Auto Glass. He knows what to do to protect the frame from getting rest and damage after an install. The work was efficient the price was fair. I was amazed at the results. Very happy with the outcome of the service. We will be repeat customers any time we need a windshield replaced. I highly recommend Perfection Auto Glass because of the way that they install the windshield compared to other ways that I’ve seen in the industry. Most windshield installers are lazy and will forget to prime the lining on the frame which causes rust if there are any nicks or damages in the frame. Perfection Auto Glass solves that. Your car will last longer, look better and have a better resale value.

These guys are down right the best. Install is flawless, they were quick to respond and schedule. They showed up on time, and got the windshield swapped out super quick. What makes it even better is their pricing. I imagine it will be hard to find someone that beats them. I ended up having an issue that was completely unrelated to the install, I sent them a text and they responded right away. They were out the very next day to fix it. Definitely went above and beyond! Cody (Owner) was a nice guy, very personable. Gave me a quote fast by text and kind of explained it could change if he gets inside the door panel and things do not work as planned. His quote was right on. Great price, feel like he was honest and trustworthy. Cody did not charge me for replacing all of it even though he had to deal with a stubborn door. He said he saved me money and I believe it. Can't roll down my window for a while until glue dries, even put tape and foam under switch to remind me. but totally fine with that. I think that shows he is a thoughtful caring person. Would recommend this company. I told him to call or text when he gets here so he doesn't make dog bark and baby wake up. Didn't make me feel bad requesting that and was very nice. took maybe 30 min.

I just had my windshield replaced (NEXT DAY SERVICE), IN my driveway, for $100+ LESS THAN competitors, and it was SO FAST (less than 1.5 hours) — so different than my last experience with a “big name” company! They fit us in within one day, they came to us (they are a mobile operation) and were excellent at their job of replacing our front windshield. I had a neighbor who mentioned needing a review mirror replaced while they were here and we inquired if that was something they did. These guys are phenomenal! I had attempted to contact several other windshield replacement companies without any luck. I sent one email to Perfection and got a return email within minutes. All of our communication was via email which is my preferred method of communication. Had to Replace a windshield in a 2014 F-150 called Perfection Auto Glass Cody said he could have it done before 10 AM the next morning dude totally delivered. There was a lot of rust along the frame and to took extra care to ensure it was buffed down and then sealed up tight. Cody did an awesome job on our Honda Pilot Touring. I had gotten quotes and everyone else was telling me I'd have to have the car recalibrated because it had lane assist, braking, etc. Other companies were quoting me an additional $400-$600 just for that! Talking to Cody he reassured me that the car wouldn't need it and if it did, it would be best to take it to the dealership. He came to my work and took care of replacing the windshield...and it doesn't need to be recalibrated everything is still working great! I would highly recommend Cody again! He was reasonably priced and had the best service.

I had shopped around and initially went with another service but it all fell through. I gave Cody a call at Perfection and was really quick with the quote and was actually the most affordable in the area. My vehicle's registration was just around the corner from expiring and he was able to get me in first thing the next morning. I'm seriously blown away. My experience with Perfection was better than I could have ever expected. Cody was quick on the phone, and was so helpful and friendly and accommodating in my crazy time of need. And the number you call is apparently a cell phone, which was great because when Cody answered he was like "just text me the pictures and information!" which was SO EASY and it even allowed me to text him for help of "do you have any recommendations for how to avoid further damage to the window?" after our initial call had ended. These guys are awesome. I called him right after I got a rock chip on my way into work. Within 30 minutes we had worked through my insurance claim and he was at my car at my place of work. 20 minutes later he was done. From getting the chip to having it repaired was just over an hour. The repair was top-notch as well. It was a pretty nasty chip about quarter sized that was already spider webbing that he took his time on and filled in really well. You can barely see it now. Talked with him the whole time. Super friendly dude. Highly recommend him. Any negative reviews he has are just misunderstandings on the consumer's part. Mad respect for the hustle this guy has.

This is the 4th time I have put a new windshield on this car in the last 12 years and the last 3 times it was done by the same 'big box auto glass store' that is all over Utah County. I started to price shop online and found a lot of options. Every big box auto glass store tried to sell on how they have replacement guarantees and only they do this and that and everyone else does bad work. Here is what happened: I asked Perfection Auto Glass to do the job. They pull of the old glass and showed me how an improperly placed windshield was causing the frame of my car to rust due to a bad seal job previously. Without changing the price he did a very good job sanding out as much rust as he possibly could. They saved me time by coming to my house to do the job, their mobile price was lower than the box stores in shop price and even if Perfection cost more I will use them moving forward. Thanks guys for your help. Job well done. You won me on up front price but will now keep me based on quality.

I dislike having to make an appointment for the next day if found within a reasonable time. When you get a chip, it needs done now. Pull in, get it done before it cracks further. I lost a windshield because I was one day late and it cracked too far to repair that next morning.

These were the first guys that came up when I searched auto glass repair american fork, ut. I called Cody last night. He was able to squeeze me in this morning. He scheduled 8am. They showed up right on time (they come to you), they were done in a half hour, and they even primed some rust spots and fixed some of the rubber surround for me at no extra charge. This is the best auto glass company we've ever worked with! We've had some pretty bad luck with our windsheild and had it replaced 4 times with other auto glass companies due to improper install and also a huge crack in our windsheild that led from one end to the other. I called Perfection and they came to my work the next day. Replaced my windsheild in about a half hour! Great work and very honest. Showed me what another company had failed to do.. which was broke clips on the sides that hold part of the glass in and didn't replace them. A few days later I had a really big rock hit my windsheild on the freeway from a semi. I called Perfection and he fixed my rock chip that day free of charge. Very knowledgeable, knows what they are doing! Will be using perfection auto glass again in the future!

Bought a truck from a used car dealer who had TechnaGlass replace the windshield. The first time I took my truck to the car wash it flooded the inside of my truck. The windshield leaked everywhere!! I didn’t even bother calling the dealership. I wanted it done right this time so I called Perfection Auto Glass. They came out the very next day. Cody showed me the giant gaps in the caulk/gasket. He also showed me where TexhnaGlass had broken the plastic cowling. Half of the retaining clips were missing. I also had rust forming because no primer was used the first time. Cody cleaned up the rust. Primed/sealed everything. And installed a new windshield for me. It’s amazing the difference in the glass. The new one does not have any waves/ripples like the other one. And the best part now is when it’s raining outside it’s no longer raining inside. Perfections prices were great!! It’s obvious Cody’s know his stuff and takes great pride in his work. I’ll never let another company do my glass work ever again! Thank you Perfection for fixing my truck!

I called ALL over trying to find someone that could replace the rear window on my kids car. The quotes I was receiving were so expensive I was dead set on doing the YOUTUBE do it yourself fix-it job. That I did... and believe me... IT'S NOT EASY! I became so frustrated, I took to the phones again, and was ready to pay hard earned cash to get the mess I created repaired. It was upsetting, the prices that many of these auto glass companies wanted to charge me for the glass itself, and the install. THEN, I just happened to call Perfection. Needless to say, after having a short conversation with them on the phone, I realized that they were the company I would be using. They showed up to my home the next day, with the glass, and did work that I NEVER would have been able to do self educating myself. The truly upsetting thing...is how much the 'Other' companies were going to charge me for the glass, and the labor to install my window. I am VERY happy with my interaction with Perfection... I TRULY feel like I have been treated right as a customer, and have received top notch quality work, at a price I was VERY happy with. (And my rear-defroster that hasn't worked for 8 years... works again. Thanks guys!) I won't tell you the name of the companies that were trying to destroy my pocket book, but I'll tell you the ONE that didn't.... Perfection Auto Glass. 5 star rating from THIS guy... and that's not easily earned.

Can you say miracle workers! Our rear view mirror fell off last summer so we replaced it ourselves only to have it fall off again this summer. So there I was again, thinking I was going to have spend another embarrassingly high number of hours to get the thing back on my windshield when we ran into the guys from Perfection Auto Glass replacing our neighbor's windshield. After our neighbors mentioned to them that we needed to reattach our rearview mirror, they gladly volunteered to put it back on at that very moment. Needless to say, this was one of the best things that could have happened. Within seconds of finding out our need, they had our rearview mirror right back where it belonged. Made a call to see about repairing a rock chip my wife had gotten on her drive home. Call was placed ~5pm and was fixed by about 5:30 taking him maybe 10 minutes to fix. He was very fixable and quite friendly said he was off but we could stop by his place of residence to get it fixed really fast. Living up to the 'Perfection' part of the business name you can hardly see any evidence aside from the impact, really pleased with the work. Definitely someone I'd look to for future repairs/window replacements.
