My wife and I just had our windows and door redone. We absolutely love them! The sliding door is amazing as well as the windows. Our old windows were from the 80's so these make a huge difference, especially with the sound and efficiency! We loved the entire process starting from selecting the windows to having them installed. Mike, Job, Robert and Justin did an amazing job at installing and were super friendly and efficient. Thank you so much for the windows!

Gerry was our salesperson. Aside from being very knowledgeable and informed, he was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. The windows and doors (slider, patio door, 3 windows) were ready a few weeks earlier than estimated. Julian and Colby came to do our install and were on-time and very courteous to our tenants. They took great care to cover flooring and furniture and clean up after their work was done. The windows and doors look fantastic! Would absolutely recommend Amer Vision Windows!

I recently had windows replaced throughout my entire home. I did extensive research and received many quotes on a variety of options. I chose Anlin windows through American Vision Windows for two reasons. 1. Fair, competitive pricing for a quality product and 2. Excellent customer service experience. My windows were installed last week and I could not be happier! They completely transformed my home in so many ways! Aesthetically they look stunning! I have a white home with a lot of windows so I chose black Thermacoat frames on the exterior with dark tinted glass (Anlin Sun Matrix series) and there is a huge “Wow factor” now! All of my neighbors keep commenting on how amazing they look! I also noticed a huge difference in energy efficiency. We are currently experiencing summer temps over 110 degrees and yet the windows are actually cool to the touch from the inside- a huge difference from my old windows. They also have significantly reduced the noise from outside so they serve as a great sound barrier. Everyone I worked with at American Vision Windows did an outstanding job from start to finish. My sales consultant Luis was thorough and educational, followed by a visit from Chad who was excellent measuring all my windows with accuracy. The day of installation was so exciting to watch how efficiently and effectively the team worked with the utmost professionalism. The foreman, Mike, was very attentive to every detail orchestrating his team. He updated me every step of the way with progress. I couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to get such a big job accomplished (but by no means did they rush or cut corners- no pun intended!) They brought an impressive crew and completed the job in about 6 or 7 hours, installing 21 large windows and 2 oversized sliding doors. I would like to recognize ALL of the crew members for their amazing work. THANK YOU to Mike, Mike Jr, Daniel, Victor, Christian, Julian, Colbe, Nate, Angel, and Dylan!!! I couldn’t be happier with the results! I highly recommend American Vision to anyone in the market for new windows. They were delightful to work with throughout the entire process!

American vision Windows just finished our windows and new front door installation, what a great job! The whole crew ( Hector,Erik,Victor,Christian, Nathan,Jonathan,Dylan and Daniel)were professional and always willing to answer questions. As I am also in a trade, I was naturally curious how the new windows were fitted. The guys were happy to take a minute and show the process, Thanks guys! I had shopped three other well known window installers getting a very high estimate to a much lower estimate. American Vision came in around the high middle price point but I think their product is really on par with the most expensive ! I researched all of the products before I had estimates( My sales rep Rod Troyer was shocked how much I had read) and was pretty set on Anderson windows. But once I held the Anlin windows, saw the Provia security door and saw American visions commitment to quality it was a easy choice. The only down side was the wait for install( to be fair ALL of the quotes I had were at least 15 weeks or more because we were using colored window frames) But, they promised to get them in a time frame and did . Kudos to the team!

Update. Windows installed. What a great installation team Hector, Erik and Dylan got here on time and started right to work! Covered and put down carpet proctors. Plus measured the old window and beford they were removed thr new ones were measured too! Cleaned up when done. Showed me how to use the windows too. Great team! Rod came out to give us his presentation. We found them at the home show. Liked what we saw. Pricing was great. Upgrades from the The manufacturer so we got four layers instead of three layers. Plus the financing deal for 12 months We decided to go with them they had the best price for the product which will include six windows a sliding glass door and between the sliding glass door and. Front I will keep you updated when installation

AVW has been great to work with. From our first meeting with Elias 2 years ago (Thanks Covid) to our install this past week, we have to say we are really pleased on how it all worked out! Working with American Vision Windows has been a pleasant experience from the beginning. My wife and I just completed our first home improvement project with the help of American Vision Windows by replacing an old aluminum sliding glass door with a fancy new Anlin door in our spare bedroom. The installation crew members, Jonathan and Nate, arrived today (1/31/2022) on schedule and they were courteous, friendly and professional in their work. The new door looks great and my wife and I already notice a big difference in the room as far as looks and temperature go. We recently had 11 windows replaced by American Vision Windows (9/2/21) and were very pleased. The team (Hector, Erick, Christian, Julian, Colby and Cody) was great. They were prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were careful about covering carpets and areas in which they were working and worked carefully around our pre-existing shutters. They were thorough in their cleanup. The windows have cut down on outside noise and are very energy efficient. We would highly recommend them.

Our long wait was so worth it. We shopped around for quite some time until we found American Vision Windows of Arizona. Affordable, beautiful and great customer service. We replaced 19 windows. I expected it to take ALL day. But Hector, Jacob, Nate, Christian, Alberto, Gilbert, Erick and Jonathan worked like a well oiled machine. Victor, Julian, Colby and Christian did a great job, they showed up 1st time in the morning and installed 8 windows and 2 doors in less than 8 hours. The reason for getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because they neglected to mention trampled on my front yard plant ( which I could have understood if they were just mentioned as it was unavoidable due to not having enough room to work in that specific spot) and trampled on the hose nozzle ( which could have been accidental)…it’s just a matter of communication guys. But the actual glass-frame-window-doors work was very well done.

Top notch customer service! We had an excellent experience from our initial meeting. Elias from sales was extremely easy to work with and ensured that we were well informed of every option. There was zero sales pressure or gimmicky tactics that other companies used during our consultation. The installation of our new windows was AWESOME!!! Hector and Colby were our installation team, and we are so happy with the work they did! They worked hard, windows were installed well, and the windows look incredible. One window is backordered, so we can't wait to see Hector and Colby again when they come out to install the last window! The new windows are great too. We've already noticed a huge decrease in noise and a cooler house. Great value for high quality windows. The pictures are before and afters of the new windows. The new ones have the bigger fin and look worlds better than the old ones. 😁

I had 2 sliders and 1 window replaced last week. The installation crew was absolutely fabulous. They paid special attention to cleanliness. Everything inside was covered, including pictures, counters, furniture, and more. The clean up afterward was amazing. There wasn't one crumb of dust or grit anywhere. The glass in the windows was spotless. The outside was as clean as the inside. We love our new windows. Already we can feel the heat has been reduced. We ordered 2 sliding doors with frames to match our xsistin windows in May. We were told some time o In November for delivery, about 24 weeks. We just got them installed today . It has been about 14 weeks, such a pleasant surprise! Hector, Erick and Gilbert were here early in the morning, they were very nice, worked hard and were finished quickly. By noon we had new doors and you could not tell we just had new doors installed. Looking from the inside or the outside, you can not these are replacements. We are extremely happy!

Love my new doors from American Vision. They were the only company out of 3 we called that would provide a finished product (replaced trim + door painted + lock set). The company was very good about communicating through the process and delivered the doors ahead of schedule. Elias, our sales rep, was knowledgeable and provided pressure free education on the various options. We decided to go with Anlin vinyl windows, and have already noticed a great reduction in heat and noise compared to the previous 26 year old windows! The installation crew consisted of Job, Victor, Robert, Angel, Nate, Colby, Jonathan, and Christian. I had a great experience with American Vision Windows. After much research I chose Anlin brand windows for my replacement windows and then searched for a dealer. I liked the fact that American Vision carried different window brands and their crews were very experienced. From Elias, their sales rep, Joanna in the office, and Chad who came out to measure, all my questions were answered. My windows arrived sooner than expected and my job was scheduled. I had all my windows replaced and a 16 foot sliding glass door installed in my family room. Super high quality product. What I like about American Vision Windows is they have a contracting license, which means they know how to tear out walls and install big sliders. Most window companies have glazier licenses which let's them specialize in working with glass. The installation went very smooth. They guys are fast and clean. It was a pleasure working with the entire team:. Krystie, Tom, Job, Victor, Christian, Jacobi, Albert, Gilbert, Zak & Cody. I will post more pictures after we get the hose painted.

All the people I dealt with were knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. The install was trouble free. One of my windows was damaged in route to the warehouse so I haven't gotten ALL the work totally done yet. But if the last window install goes as smoothly as the other 6 windows (plus 2 sliding.doors) I'll be sticking with my 5 stars. Chad called and asked if he could come early to measure our windows for an install. He arrived on time, was very courteous and introduced him self. We walked the house so he could see which windows we were planning on replacing. He went out side, did the measurements and explained each window install to me. He was very thorough and easy to understand. He wrote up the contract with the measurements and type of glass plus all the glass that needed to be tempered and why. We went thru the contract signing where needed as he explained each detail. I felt very comfortable with the entire process. Chad was very professional and concise and easy to work with. He is an asset to your company. Job M. and his crew (Robert, Gilbert, Christian and Dillon) did an excellent job of replacing our old single pane windows. They covered our furniture with plastic, put down carpet protection, and sealed the window openings when they had to do the demolition work. They cleaned up all their debris and were very efficient and professional. I highly recommend this company for your window needs.

At first they were great. Communication and service were wonderful. The people that came out to do the measurements and the install were knowledgeable and efficient. However, there was an issue with the new sliding door that was to be installed and it was too wide. We still have no idea if the measurements were submitted correctly or not. At this point my experience went down hill, quickly. Now it suddenly became a "warranty issue" and they pawned us off on the manufacturer. Now 3 months later we still don't have a slider installed and I can't seem to get any answers. I called Am. Vision and was given the information for the manufacturer and told to call them myself. For the amount of $$$ we paid I feel Am. Vision should have followed through and continued to handle things until everything was properly installed. Edited on 9/29/22 - after posting this review I did receive a call from corporate. I've changed this from 3 to 4 stars based on that conversation and the follow up that has happened since. The slider was correctly installed today, finally. I only hope that they use this situation and feedback to improve their customer service in situations where all doesn't go as planned.

Our experience with American Vision Windows was superb. We only have completed our south facing windows and a totally needed patio door. The old ones were original aluminum, single pane windows which previous owners had placed a film tint on. They were ugly, ugly. Scratches, rips, and bubbling. Made our rooms dark, etc. The demonstration in our home was done by Gerald, who was very specific and educational. Windows were measured by Chad, who explained what would be taking place during the installation. We had 5 windows and an oversized patio door replaced in one day by Julian and Colbi. Beautiful double glass, which holds the heat away and does not come through to the inside. Our plan is to get these paid off and then have the front door and remaining windows completed. Just can't say enough good about the construction and service with this company. The warranty is a double lifetime. Would not want to leave Monica out, in mentioning her coordinating the team to complete everything. She was so sweet and did an exceptional job. I would recommend these windows and working with this company to anyone.

American Vision Window Crew came to our home at the estimated arrival time yesterday morning. I walked through the house with Hector, the supervisor of the job, being asked to show and count the windows that were to be replaced, and then the job began. Hector, Erik, Angel and Adrian were efficient and proficient at their jobs. The rooms were lined with plastic and canvas to protect our furniture and our things. They came equipped with their own trash can. Our home, their job site, inside and out was kept neat throughout the whole process. Our 1987 windows were removed and some hours later we were so very happy to have 10 new windows in their place. These guys made it look easy, but I know it was not. My husband who works in construction came home and was amazed at how the windows looked like they had always been there. No broken stucco, very neat caulking, no broken tiles in the replacement of two, tiled shower windows, and they made sure there were clean windows afterwards…it was quite a display of professionalism that I hadn’t seen in some time. I was asked to walk with Hector afterwards to check out the completed job. Thank you to a great team who does superior work! We will use American Vision again when we replace our sliding doors. This company comes highly recommended.

We got our notice that our windows and doors are in production. Rod was great at answering our questions and getting our order started. Chad took the measurements about a week later. Both were very professional. We have another few weeks left before we schedule the install. Looking forward to the new look of our home. Update: our install was finished in June. Had a minor size issue from the manufacturer with our bathroom window, being block construction there was any adjustment. It got resolved to our satisfaction and the rest of our windows were perfect. I can't say enough good things about the crew that came out to our house. They worked well together, were respectful of our property and did an amazing job b with the install. We have had a couple of months in the Arizona summer with our new windows and doors. The 3-5 degree inside temperature change was immediate. We run evap most of the summer so any change is noticeable. We aren't on a busy street, but the exterior sound all but went away. Overall American Vision was a great choice for our windows and doors project!

I engaged American Vison Windows to replace 4 original, aluminum windows and an arcadia door on a 13 year old house I bought last year. Even though I was not updating all of my windows or even half of them, no job is too small for them unlike some companies. The salesman was very personable, professional, and seemed honest and genuine. I thought the payment structure was reasonable with 10% up front, 40% upon manufacture ordering after final measurement, and the last 50% upon installation. I thought the price was on par with the current market, maybe even a little cheaper. I did encounter a problem the day of installation. Some of the windows were not the correct size. They were slightly smaller than they should have been in spite of being measured twice. The company was honest and told me. At what was probably significant cost to themselves, they ordered replacement windows at no additional cost to me. The installation crew - Hector, Erik, and Angel - did a great job. The new vinyl windows look amazing and stay very cool even in the 110+ heat we just had. Because American Vision Windows was so honest with me in owning their measuring errors, they earned more of my business. I will definitely call on them again when I am ready to replace more windows.

We’re happy with the windows we just installed! They look clean and way better than the old ones that came with our house. Hector and Erick did a fantastic job installing the windows and the door and kept everything nice and clean. It took about 5 hours replacing 5 windows and 1 sliding door. The only thing that made us uneasy was that we thought we would get installation done in October or November, but we got the installation scheduled in December instead. We didn’t get very much communication from the company either. We didn’t mind waiting, we just wish we would’ve heard that it would be later than expected.

I requested three bids from contractors and landed on Vision Windows not because they were the cheapest or greatest quality (even though quality is important). I landed on them because I was first impressed with the representative. He sold me without selling me but allowing me to buy, rather than he sell me on becoming a customer. I received an email when my windows were in production and the email stated that in 3 to 4 weeks I would be contacted to set up in installation date. It went beyond that and I hadn't been contacted so I followed up on my own securing an installation date. In spite of these minor things, I would highly recommend American Vision windows.

Excellent experience from the beginning to the end with installation and clean up.The project manager Rod Troyes came to my home ,very patiently answered all of my questions and at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. I received 3 estimates and even though American Vision was not the lowest I choose them because I felt most comfortable. It was a 4 month process but I was told that from the beginning. The crew 10 wonderful guys showed up on time , and went right to work. They were courteous, helpful to move out furniture I could not, and completed the job in 4 hours. This company was great from the start, from Melissa being super responsive in setting up a consult time, Elias was who came out to talk with us about what we wanted and give us a bid, tolerating our small zoo of animals with grace and dignity, laughing when our elderly boxer farted near him, thankfully. I have a few issues that I hope the company will work towards fixing for future customers. 1. We were told by the salesman that we could expect a significant drop in our electricity bill. Our two bills since install have been exactly the same, and slightly higher than the same months last year. He also said that he'd take care of our HOA paperwork, and never did, causing a short delay in the project. 2. We were told that they install all their own windows and don't sub contract out any of their work. This was our #1 reason for going with this company. Imagine our surprise when sub contractors showed up to install our windows. They did a great job, but still. 3. The screen door on our slider doesn't line up with the flange. It needs to be pulled in to latch. I mentioned it to the installer and he gave it a few pushes to bend it but it still doesn't work properly. Overall I'm happy, but when you're spending 5 figures the devil is in the details.

Another great experience with American Vision. We had used them in our previous home and just had them replace three windows in our new home. Josh, Hector and Mike were professional, on time, polite, efficient and neat. Windows look great. We will be calling tomorrow to have three more windows replaced. New windows are in and the experience was great as usual. THEN we contracted with American Vision to redo our 30+ year old shower. The result is absolutely wonderful. What a transformation. Jarred and Donovan did the install which had a few challenges, partly caused by us. They did a stellar job and were a delight to have in the house. We are having the hottest day of the year, today! Our beautiful windows were installed a couple months ago by a very professional and pleasant crew. We just used a heat gun to measure the outside temperature of our window that is receiving full sun. We got a reading of 155 degrees. We then measured that same window from the inside...got a reading of 90 degrees. That is an amazing temperature split. These windows are not only beautiful but work exceptionally well at blocking the heat out! Great Job, great quality, American Vision Windows. We are customers for life.

I chose American Vision to do our south facing windows back in July of ‘18. Rod arrived at our home and explained the options available and pricing to fit the budget. The price was competitive. So, we decided to move forward. The install crew was led by Josh. They did a fantastic job. The place was spotless when completed. We had a sales rep out that was recommended by our realtor. The rep was Chuck Williams and he was amazing, was very thorough and very knowledgeable. He has been in contact with us from start, always following up and he too then came and saw the job done for himself. That is rare for sure. The windows look outstanding. They quadruple seal the windows. Aside from looking great we have already noticed how much more quiet they are. The three installers, Ivan, Geon and Martin were EXCELLENT! The installers were hoping for a one day install but the size of my windows were a little more challenging than they expected so it ended up taking two. This also wasn’t a problem. Dale, Ryan and Nate just finished installing my patio door any they did a fantastic job. I only had one small issue that was no fault of theirs. Seems the measurements were off and they had to remove the existing frame, and in doing so some of the stucco had to be replaced. They replaced the stucco but did not paint over it. After a lengthy discussing this with "Tom" who I assume is their boss, we agreed that I would paint. Even through he knocked $100.00 of the final payment it still did sit well with me. I was told they would leave the house the way they found it, this did not happen since they were told by "Tom" not to paint. This was a very small issue that escalated into something big. You would think that this large company would have made it right, didn't happen. I would however recommend American Vision Windows for door and or window replacement. Their installers are very professional and know what they are doing and they are by far the best price out there. I only rated them 4 stars due to the stucco issue.

Thier work was fast , clean and real quality install. Josh took his time on every window, not " it fits the hole" but seriously made the windows look and work well. Job, Robert, Victor, Gilbert, and Drew installed 6 windows with trim and a French door on Wednesday and Job and Robert came back today and installed my new front and security doors. Vincent, their Service Technician just came today (Monday) and fixed the alignment and the lock. Wonderful service from Elias from the sale and the follow-up with my issues and by Vincent for fitting me into his day to fix the lock and door issues. I'm a very happy customer!!

Our rep was Elias and they made sure all drywall and finishes were perfect before leaving. Home Depot's installation was so bad we could see daylight between the door and the doorframe and forget about trying to get someone to help you there! The overall experience was great. We were interested in replacing the windows in our Arizona home, but not quite sure about the process. Rod, the project manager, came to the house and did a superb job of explaining the product, the available options for the windows, the warranty and the process of building and installing the windows. The samples he had helped us understand the construction and utility of the windows. The timeline for building the windows was exactly as Rod has explained. When it came time for installation of the windows, Mike and his crew (Gean and Drew) showed up exactly on time and diligently proceeded to replace the windows. They even started in the master bedroom so we could keep our two cats isolated and them move them into that part of the house for the rest of the installation. They used plastic drops over furniture to keep those items clean and vacuumed up all the debris after finishing with each window. It took two days for the installation and Mike kept me informed on the progress of the project. He also walked me through operation of the windows and screens, as well as the warranty. The finished installation looks great. We are completely happy with the way we were treated by American Vision Windows from the initial contact through the installation.

In short everything went great, and we had a great experience. I would recommend them if your looking to replace windows. But if your looking for a in-depth of how it went, read below. Elias was our sales rep both times. We had to do our windows in 2 installments. Elias discussed things over the phone. Then we scheduled our appointment. He came out and showed up the options, gave us the costs and we signed the contract and gave his the first payment. He also called and set up what was called the critical measurements to be done. After those were taken they let us know it would be about 6 weeks for the windows to get made. About 2 weeks before they were done Stephanie contacted us to set up and install date. The installation was smooth as well. They just ask you move stuff 3 feet away from windows and remove the blinds ect. It takes several hours to install and they tell you not to open them or mess with the window for 72 hours. I write all this because I was clueless about the process when Elias first got in contact with me. I hope this helps someone else as well.

So far so good. Norm came to measure all 20 of our windows and spent the appropriate amount of time verifying our decisions and explaining some other questions we had regarding a door. They were super efficient set right to work after arriving at 7 am and had 10 windows and patio sliding door installed by 11:30. Did all the clean up and covered surrounding furniture etc. though I don't think it was always necessary. Overall a very positive experience. I would highly recommend!

They did warn us from the beginning it would take a while to do the install. But it happened during the COVID-19. Well they did do an excellent job and it turned out the way it was ordered. Great job and nice door. The only thing I was not too enthused about was the door molding. Just a few pieces of 2 X 1 molding and no design. Nothing but stained wood. I am way overdue on posting a review and finally have a few moments to share our experience with everyone. Back in January 2018 we had AVW install 23 replacement windows and a sliding patio door. The installers did a great job on the install. After the dust settled and I was able to clean them up better I found some defects in the glass and frames as well as the patio door. (manufacturing defects). We had Anlin windows installed and with a job this size we expected some bumps in the road. After several months of correcting the problems all is well. This past April 2019 we had another 7 windows installed to complete the job. I want to give two thumbs up to the team that came out in AprilIvan Garcia, Gaven Salban and Yaddiel Garcia. They did a Fantastic job on the install. All three went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly. Extremely pleased on how polite they were and their job ethics. We also had some caulking issues on the original install but since then they are using a different caulk and it is working out great. I also want to mention that our sales person was Elias Arreola. I can't find the words to describe his passion. He is such a great sales person and if you have issues he has your back and will fight for you if need be. He doesn't just sell windows and leave. He is there all the time to help if you need it.At the end of our initial install we had some issues that Elias got involved with and quickly handled them with the VP of sales Mr Chris Perez and we all came up with a compromise that was satisfactory by all parties and left on really good business terms.. A Huge Thank You to the both of them. American Vision Windows will work hand in hand with you on any and all issues you may encounter. For that reason, I would highly recommend them.

I also want sing the praises of all who had a hand in it, starting with Lori Erickson (sales) who was so intuitive and fulfilled all request in a timely manner that I was disappointed upon competition that our relationship didn’t continue……where are you Lori? The installers, Mike, Andrew and Geon were equally personable and wonderfully competent. They kept me informed and were obsessively neat and clean throughout the process. My electric bill dropped unbelievably due to their fine seals, to say nothing of how beautiful my window look. Thank you guys! Then Jared and Donovan followed up to drywall and finish the expanded area because I had increased the size of my windows. These two went beyond expectations (you’d wonder how this is possible, shhh-it’s our secret) and the final set of brilliant employees was a latino man and his son. They polished up the outside stucco so now my home is complete and sealed as never before. I didn’t get this fine gentleman’s name nor that of his son’s because they completed their work in less than 10 minutes. All employees for American Vision Windows were proud of their work and proud of who they work for. I have no doubt they gave their best on my job as I’m sure they do all other jobs. They are all good people!! Five Stars, Highly Recommended!!

We needed a new bathroom update. We had seen American Vision Baths at an event in Casa Grande, AZ. We then met with Brent Foutz with our bathroom remodeling project. American Vision Baths was able to give me a great price, which included the jet tub which I needed. Within a short period of time we received our call to schedule our appointment. They arrived at 8:00 every day. Jarred and Dale started by protecting the floors and explained what was going to happen. They answered many questions and cleaned up after each day. They worked well together and did an awesome job. When they were completed, they went over how everything worked again to make sure we were comfortable with everything. Wow!!! My new windows make a huge difference with sound, light and manageablity. They slide like butter and a quality window with pretty standard hardware. I can't wait to test out the deep tint during the hot Arizona summer as they should make a huge difference blocking unwanted heat from coming in. Elias Arreola was my project manager. He was very patient and answered all my questions regarding the entire process. Never had I ever undertaken a project of this size. My project was approved by my HOA quickly and the installation was scheduled. Two days were allotted for the installation. This is the second time I have used AVW to upgrade my single pane windows in a home. There was a little computer snafu which sent Rod to my old address, but he called me and arrived at my new home in about 20 minutes. As expected, the entire process was just as smooth as last time. Hector and Josh installed the windows in one day, explained all of the features, and cleaned up everything. They even fixed a drywall crack where water had seeped in and couldn't have been detected without removing the old window. I had a few companies come and give me quotes on 6 windows and 1 sliding door for my house. We had the original single pane, aluminum frame windows that rattled every time a car drove by. Scheduling the quote with American Vision Windows was supper easy. Of all the products I saw, I was most impressed with American Vision Windows Arizona package which is what we wound up getting installed in our house. Scheduling the install had a couple of hiccups due to the scheduler out on vacation and our installation date got pushed out because our windows were on backorder and I did not receive a reminder e-mail/call the week before as I was told I would. Our first encounter with American Vision Windows was when Elias visited the house, and we discussed replacing all the windows. He was cheerful, friendly, fun to work with, and we signed a contract. They were good about scheduling the installation at our convenience. The installation crew was due to arrive at our house on a certain date at 7am. I looked into the driveway to find them backing into the driveway at 6:59am! They were similarly on time every single day. Job and his crew (Mike M., Robert, Geon, Facob & Gavino) were hard working - not a single instance of the proverbial "leaning on the shovel". They worked very efficitnely, pulling out one window at a time and replacing it immediately. They used drop cloths, and plastic "walls" to keep the dust down in the house. The windows were cleaned to a beautiful spotless state. They put away their tools every day before leaving, and cleaned everything when they were done, even vacuuming my entire living room floor! They were all friendly, polite, and very pleasant to have around the house. We were also visited by Phil, one of the managers, who made sure all was going well. Again - - very friendly and helpful. Hector, the stucco specialist was also talented and friendly. I have to say that this is the most efficient, on-time, friendly and polite crew we've ever had working at our house. Today, I had the most satisfying experience with repair of my large broken window. First of all, Vincent (best repair man EVER) was early for appt. He explained the procedure, time frame to finish, and went right to work. Once done, he thoroughly cleaned up and asked if I had any other problems. I handed him a metal window strip that had disengaged itself from a smaller window and I'd saved it. He had that strip on and caulked in 10 minutes. On Feb 10th, 20 I had my master bath shower completely remodeled by AVW. YES! They do bath/showers also! First off, I want to say that if I could give 10 stars to these guys, I would. So, originally, I set up consult for 10 windows, not knowing they also did bathrooms. ELIAS came out, was super nice, professional, and not pushy or "salesman-like-in an annoying way" at all whatsoever. He was just very helpful. During conversation I mentioned needing bathroom work also, and found out AVWs also does this. I ended up signing on for my bathroom AND all my windows both. At an amazing deal. Did not even have to think about it or go looking for anymore estimates. So, back to my shower, I had a garden tub with tile in horrid condition completely removed and a large walk in shower put in. They removed everything, drywall, moved plumbing drain pipe, raised shower head for my husband, etc, put in my new shower with the glass doors, just beautiful. JARRED, DALE, JOE, and NATHAN were all so nice and having them in my home for 3 days felt like no inconvenience at all. Each one of them are very professional, go above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect and do not hesitate to get your input along the way to make sure you are happy with the progress. Each day after they left, my home did not even look like there was construction going on, they clean up every particle of dust along their way and have great respect for peoples property. I can honestly say that by the 3rd day when it was all done, my mom and I both were sad to see them all go, they felt like family. My windows will be installed this coming Sat 2/22 and I have no doubt that I will have the same experience with the "window team."

When they first put a window in, I went into the room to see it and it was not finished so I didn't know what to think. They took the time to stop installing the next window to come back and completely finish the first window so I could be excited. This review represents only my honest thoughts and opinions: I am truly not able to overstate how happy I am with my new Anlin windows and sliders that I purchased through American Vision Windows. To start, Elias our sales guy was absolutely fantastic! He followed through on all promises and has gone over and above to ensure that we are 100% satisfied with all our windows and sliding doors. PRICING - Before I selected American Vision Windows, I shopped around and got bids from various other companies... AVM had more competitive prices than the other guys, as well, they offered a superior product. WARRANTY - The Anlin windows come with a transferable “double” lifetime warranty that covers both the screens and the glass... that’s right, the screens too! (10 days after install, my dog accidentally ran through my sliding door screen. AVM replaced the screen, no questions asked.) Also, the Anlin windows warranty covers accidental glass breakage... This all provides impressive coverage and peace of mind! INSTALL - The install process was a easy! They came and went in two days and replaced every window in my house. Better, they covered everything with plastic and tarps, so there was zero dust or evidence that they had even been in my house, just new beautiful windows. RESULTS - Our home is much quieter than before (which was an unexpected bonus) as well, far less drafty! When I tell people my home was built in 1989 they now say, “no way.” New windows make your home just feel newer! This windows and sliding doors been an excellent investment. Worth every penny! I couldn't be home for the installation so I asked my mother to house-sit. Her English isn't the clearest but she understands. From the beginning, the process of purchasing and installation of our new patio door went very smoothly. The rep and techs were courteous and caring, taking time to walk us through the process and providing excellent service and product. This patio door is light-years beyond our old door, and the insert of a pet door for our dog, Juno, will make it so much easier for her to go in and out without someone having to open the door for her. It will also keep the back yard insects and lizards from invading the house to escape the cold winter or hot summer. The light weight and smooth action of the door is such a pleasure. We are in the second round of the installation. The removal of the old windows, preparation of the rough opening and placement of the new windows was done with a satisfactory level of workmanship. The first attempt at trim was unacceptable. The trim assemblies, which were built outside, did not fit properly to the window, the corners of the moulding were split, and in two windows, the trim unit was not fastened into the opening in the proper manner. Mike is now redoing the trim and is doing a proper, good fitting, professional job. He should finish this afternoon, and should get high marks. Your sales people should be careful when describing the quality of the work that will be done by the installion crew and how careful they will be in avoiding damage to walls. The first crew that was here removed one small bathroom window and banged up the surrounding walls in five places. They installed the new unit without blocking in the opening. As a result, there was more than an inch of foam between the window frame and the framing. There was no blocking at the fastener points, with the first inch of the screw being only in foam. A suggestion.. Your installing crews are under pressure to complete each job as fast as possible. Limit their responsibility to installation and have a two person finish crew follow them, with responsibility for doing proper trim work. The first crew should communicate with the finish crew so that blocking material is put in place in a manner that speeds up the finish work. Bette and Marvin LeNoue

The sales person was a bit pushy and wanted us to commit right away. Don’t feel rushed to make your decision...they will still honor all initial pricing estimates. They wanted me to say that I heard their advertising on KTAR to get better pricing, which was annoying because everyone should get the same price. Besides the pushy salesman, everyone else that we dealt with was great. All appointments were conveniently scheduled on Saturdays and all were timely. They arranged for install on a Saturday with 3 crews, so it was super fast. The install crew of Mike, Joe, Josh, Gean, Robert, Jacob, Hector, and Andrew were all very professional.

For some reason the Mesa Arizona office does not start answering their phone until 10am Arizona time,which is 9am California time,when all the offices in California open.Makes no senses what so ever. Work crew showed up at 10:30am Arizona time,which is 2 1/2 hours after appointment time. Work done by crew was great, but somebody should have called me,and told me they were going to be late. Also,if your Mesa Arizona office opens at 9am,answer the phone at 9am!
