I love my new windows. Sales rep Ryan was nice but it sucks that I was only ever kept in the loop about things when I followed up. Simple updates would have been nice considering the time that lapsed before my windows were actually replaced; Had to wait 4 months just to get them ordered in and another month just to have them fit me into their schedule for the job. Otherwise Eric and Jon were fantastic, very friendly, professional and did a clean job. I did notice a minor crack in the kitchen window that I called in about and they’ll be replacing the panel at no cost to me. Otherwise I am so happy with the result; Thank you Markey !!!

I cant recommend Markey enough! Ryan, the sales rep was incredible. He is knowledgeable, reasonable, professional and responsive- not to mention friendly and relatable! Due to supply chain issues we were expecting to wait a while for our windows to come in but Markey was able to get them 6 weeks earlier than expected!! The workers finished the job in a day and a half- 15 windows replaced (most of the framing was rotted!) The workers were outstanding- I have a baby and they worked with me around his nap times 🤣 they were hardworking people, friendly, and VERY respectful of my family and my home-and when they left I think my yard looked cleaner than when they came-lol. My home looks so different in the best of ways- I can’t rave enough about my experience. Thanks Ryan!

Eric, John and Joe came out today to replace our sliding deck door and also our back door and they did a phenomenal job. Our doors before were horrible and I couldn't be happier with the doors and service we received. They were all friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up perfectly. We are incredibly satisfied with Markey for our windows replacements, end to end from the Sales to Install processes. We chose Markey after getting quotes from several companies - of all the visits, Markey's salesman (Ryan) was the only one who stood out as honest (no trickery, shady sales techniques). The install went even better - the window installers (Jimmy and Tommy), were on-time, quick and efficient, and respectful of my home during the install. On top of that they were very friendly and had great communication throughout the install. Most importantly, we are very happy with the windows themselves! We have used Markey Windows, Doors, and More two times now. The first time we used them was to have a large window replaced by a sliding glass door onto our new deck. There was a delay due to COVID in getting the door (not Markeys fault, just supply chain issues). However, once the door came in they were able to schedule me and get the door installed in record time. We were impressed. We had one small issue with the spring on the screen door and they came out and repaired it no issues. We were so happy with their work, that we called again to have our windows replaced. Some windows were original to our 70's house and some were just old and broken. Again we were fascinated by how wonderful a job they did and how quickly they did it. They were able to replace 9 windows (some of them rather large) in under 2 days. The windows look great, were wonderfully installed, and we are very happy with the work. Thank you to everyone at Markeys for your professionalism and great work. We will keep you in mind for any of our future needs. Highly recommend.

We have Markey windows throughout our home and a 9 ft sliding door that was installed some time ago. Recently, we went to clean our windows after our townhouse was power washed leaving streaks all over the windows and the one window would not close. This was unusually as Markey windows make that task easy and we never had an issue in the past. I called Markey whereby Travis answered and he said he would be over in 30 minutes to check it out. Travis made our day as he fixed the window in 5 minutes free of charge, was so friendly even showing us the correct way to open the window wide and clean it, something the original installer did not show us. Thank you Travis as Markey is a company that cares about it's customers.

I was recommended to use Markey LLC for my window replacement & sliding glass door in 2007. Was extremely happy with installation. After 10 years the windows were still fantastic. I used them again in 2021 for my full tear down of my roof. It needed 2 layers removed & areas fixed that weren't done right. The crew was friendly, showed up in time. They completed the job in 2 days as promised. And now the roof drains properly in the areas that didn't before. I also had all windows replaced in the house & the sliding glass door. Ryan the sales rep was extremely helpful, professional, & called me back promptly. We needed the job done in 1 day & they sent out 2 crews to accommodate our schedules. Revision. We had a bit of a rough patch with Markey. After talking with Rob, we quickly got it all sorted out, and in the end they went above & beyond the call of duty and completed the job to our full satisfaction. Ken did a great job finishing off our basement windows and we would not hesitate to call them again when we need some work done.

Markey replaced all our old storm and screen windows about 5 yrs ago. and did an excellent job. Over the weekend I opened one of the replacement windows in a room we seldom use and the window would not remain open but kept sliding back down to the closed position. I called Markey Monday afternoon to explain the problem and Travis from Markey came to the house about 15 minutes later. Travis quickly assessed the situation and was able to repair the window in about 30 seconds. Not saying every situation might be a quick fix like this issue was, but it's nice to know there are still companies like Markey out there that stand behind the products they sell/install even 5 yrs later. The installed windows are top quality and look great. Rob & Travis in the office were very responsive starting with their free estimate and keeping me updated on the progress of the delivery of the windows. When we first had replacement windows and new doors installed several years ago, Markey arrived on time and finished the job completely in just a few hours. Ever since, we've been very happy with the windows and doors. Whenever I need a few adjustments or repairs, all I have to do is call them and they get back to me right away. My goodness these guys are amazing!!!!!! I have used 2 companies before this, and they were terrible!! The last company I used was so bad they made the wood inside rot because they couldn't cap it. Markey was very professional! Sales Rep Ryan was super nice guy and informative. I am 100% using them again and will refer to all my neighbors to use Markey Windows! I wish I used these guys for all my other windows in the past ...lesson learned!

We had most of the windows in our home updated last year through Markey. They were professional and did a good job. We were waiting for a few new screens to come in after the bulk of the job was done, and when they arrived, it took them a minimal amount of time to do the install. One of our windows has since broken - it won't stay open all of the way. We're waiting for a part to come in to repair it, which I anticipate will be done with no drama and 100% under warranty.

I had a slider installed in 2009. It came with a lifetime warranty. About 2 months ago, I noticed there was water between the glass panes of the fixed section. I called Markey and spoke with Rob. He asked me to email him photos of the issue, along with any documentation I had. After dealing with the manufacturer, Rob advised me the manufacturer was not going to honor the lifetime warranty. Markey stuck to their guns, and replaced the entire slider, at their cost. I’ve had all of my windows replaced by Markey, as well as the slider. They really are a great family operated business. There were no discussions, debates or headaches. They showed up on time, replaced the entire slider, cleaned up every bit of debris, and did a great job. There really is something to be said about using a local business. I know the treatment would not have been the same with a big box store. The installation crews are pleasant, professional and know what they are doing.

Had 13 windows and 1 patio door replaced at my Townhouse. I've spent several months getting quotes (both big stores and local guys) and reviewed quality of products offered by them all. While there are cheaper "deals" out there, beware, the quality of the product, it is nowhere close to what Markey offers (I got OKNA windows). It has been several months since the installation, I'm very happy with the product and the job they did. Installation took a half day longer then initially planned, but it was a big job and weather wasn't very cooperative so not a big deal. The owner actually stopped by on the last day of the installation to check on the progress and see if I was happy, it was a nice personal touch. I highly recommend. On a side note, I replaced old drafty windows and patio door, and now the home is definitely more comfortable and the gas/electric bill was much lower in the winter vs last year.

Over the past few years, James T Markey has installed both windows and siding on my mother's home. They have done a wonderful job on both occasions. The windows have not only provided better insulation, and reduced heat and air conditioning loss, but have had a noticeable impact on noise reduction as well. Markey installed new windows in our home over 10 years ago. The windows have been great, but the seal between panes broke on one window. We have a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer, but when I called Markey, they told me the manufacturer went bankrupt years ago. Still, Markey measured the window, had a new glass insert made, and then came out and installed the insert in the existing window frame. They were prompt, courteous, and did not charge us for this. Fantastic service!

Best company out there for windows. They gave me an estimate that was right on. No games or back and forth with the price. Windows installed a couple of weeks later, I bought the Okna 800 series from them. They did All 16 windows in one day, including installing the older ones. Very professional. Customer services is right on top when we had a slight problem with a tiny air leak, they came the next day and fixed the issue. If I buy a home again, I would love for them to do all new windows for us. Thank you!

One of the best contractors I have worked with in three states. James, Ryan and Rob are easy to talk with in regards to addressing what you are looking for as well as providing other options for consideration that are not necessarily more or less expensive. They really do a great job working with the customer. They provided top service which matches the products they sell. They installed over a dozen windows from Okna last fall that have not stopped impressing me in respect to winter and summer performance expectations. The gutter work they did was done well and the crew did do a pretty good job of clean up too. Between these two projects and a large window replacement project at a local church coordinated by my neighbor both of us highly recommend them.

Absolutely the best contractor I have worked with. They were prompt, cost effective, thoroughly professional, and super. I used them to change all the windows in my house and it was 100% perfect. They went the extra mile and spent more than an hour taking care of a misaligned frame in one location that was an issue with my home (not their window) until they got it to fit. No extra charge. Two of my neighbors have also used them over the years and recommended them to me. And now I am a fan too.

Quality work. I used this company twice, including when I needed to replace all windows in my house. Both times I had pleasant experience and good results. There was one issue with incorrect measurements taken by a sales guy and misunderstanding about siding work being included with windows replacement. James personally called me to rectify both and made sure I got everything I wanted without charging an extra dime. He stands behind his company and cares about return customers. Replaced several townhouse windows and a 9 foot slider, solid quality product that immediately improved sound buffering from the outdoors and noticeable change in temperature for the better. Installers were on time, personable, helpful with movement of an over sized blind and furniture, cleaned up, and most importantly knew what they were doing ! Used Markey to install replacement windows and vinyl siding back in 2000. We recently needed some warranty work done on a couple of windows and some trim. They made minor repairs on several windows and replaced the glass on another. They also replaced several pieces of aluminum trim. All at no charge. They stand by their work and products. I had a full house window replacement through Markey - I had an excellent experience. Sales rep was very straightforward and knowledgeable. Installation nearly perfect and well-organized. The Okna Insul-tec model appears to be outstanding both aesthetically and functionally. I was skeptical of the green tint associated with low-E coatings but these windows have a higher transparency than Soft Lite, Great Lakes, etc. I am thrilled to report that, to my eye, the new Okna windows have an unrecognizable tint from inside the house.

Even almost ten years after installation, they stand by their work & materials. This past year, when one window's exterior materials were found to be sun damaged, Andrew took the time to follow up with the original manufacturer (under warranty) to get that window replaced. The installation team of today was as professional as the guys were back in 2007. I highly recommend this company if you desire quality, skill, and care in your own window installation.

We had Markey replace all our windows with triple-pane windows.....and we were amazed and surprised by their workmanship, speed, and the quality of the windows! We had six very large, double windows; and the Markey's men came at 8 AM and they were done by 12 noonwith the windows installed, all the floors and rooms vacuumed clean, and the older windows removed. Since then we've recommended Markey again and again to all our friends. In a word, they are greatand we'd use them again...anytime for almost any project!

These guys are incredible! We were having issues with a window taking on water when it rained, and it hasn’t stopped raining so it was bad. Anyway the frame of the window definitely needed to be fixed, but our severely clogged gutters were part of the issue as well. They came in the morning checked everything out came back later that day and completed the entire job in about an hour! So professional so friendly. They will be called every year for our gutters and eventually our gutter guards! They are also so fairly priced, they could probably even ask for more and still be fairly priced! The workers seem very loyal to the owner,one I met this morning with him 17 years and one I met with this afternoon has been there for 27 years! Stop looking you found exactly who you need! So very impressed,almost can’t wait for a little more rain! Awesome job guys really! I will be referring you to anyone I know

James T Markey replaced all the windows in my condo with OKNA windows in June 2017. Two windows leaked around the window sill after heavy rains this summer (2018). I called the company in October 2018 and they came out and reinstalled the windows and replaced the window sills at no cost to me. The guys who reinstalled the windows recognized immediately that the windows were not insulated properly the first time. I was told that the 2 guys who installed the windows the first time no longer work for the company. I would have rated the company 5 stars if the windows were installed properly the first time. I love the OKNA windows!

Had a bow window and sliding doors installed. Awesome job. Love it! Amazing and very skilled crew. I was actually somewhat entertained watching them throughout the day. It is obvious they like what they do and make a good day of it. Also, incredibly clean. One of my biggest pet peeves is when contractors leave a mess. It was as if they were never there. I had two sliding doors installed. The experience was pleasant from start to finish. The initial measuring was done, and Ryan Caruso took all the time necessary to answer every question I had. I then stopped at their Bridgewater location to take a closer look at the doors. Again, the help I received was patient, straight-forward and informative. I was getting the doors replaced because one set was leaking on my deck into the room below. I expressed my concerns and they took notes on this issue and said they would ensure that the seals were done to ensure the leak would be stopped. When the installation was done, the crew was aware of the issue and took particular steps to work on the issue. I knew that it was possible that the door could still leak after the installation, because of the type of deck I had. Sure enough, the leak still occurred. True to their assurances, Ryan returned the next day I called and fixed the leak to my satisfaction. I would return to this business and confidently recommend them to friends.
