Such an easy stress free process. I got in the website and put in the year make and model along with the insurance information and Safelite handled everything online including the insurance claim. I scheduled the replacement online and the next day Eric was out here 2 hours early ready to install my new windshield. He even saved my brake tag like it wasn’t even moved. Thank you Eric and Safelite for an excellent job. I even handled the deductible payment online through Safelite.

If you want fast, shoddy work, don’t use Safelite because they take their time and are thorough. I love that I can stay and wait, or drop my vehicle off, or get glass service done in my driveway at my home! Every staff member I have interacted with has been forthright and honest about the length of time and any issues they come across. Specifically, Africa at the front desk is really sweet and Ray in the service bay saved me hundreds of dollars by recommending an aftermarket retailer where I found a replacement mirror, instead of me going to the dealer for an expensive new part on my senior car. I am a Safelite client for life.

Decent price, great service. Safelite had the right window available on-site and got it changed out with no fuss only an hour after I dropped the vehicle off. They even managed to get all the pesky, rattling glass out of the bottom of the door! 10/10 would recommend if you need a window replaced.

After, having issues replacing my windshield in Florida, my insurance company transferred my claim to the Safelite shop in Metairie. Immediately after arriving, I was approached by employees checking up on my status. Once I got in the office, they had to do some research, but they found my referral, and they had the glass. They were very nice, and courteous. I was briefed on how long the process would take, and shown where the coffee was located!! Ray, the master tech on several occasions, updated me on the status of my windshield replacement. It has been a pleasure getting my windshield replaced it. If, I ever need my windshield replaced again, I will request that the Safelite office in Metairie, do it for me. Thank you!!!!

I’ve come here twice and each time has been a wonderful experience. These types of repairs are always sudden which typically adds surprise stress to already hectic lives. I came in expecting to leave my vehicle all day. Was prepared to sit and wait for hours until I could find someone to pick me up. They not only gave me space to work on my laptop while I waited, they finished the repair way ahead of schedule. As you can imagine, the night before, seeing my window smashed was jarring and created an array of concerns. Knowing I can come here and things will be taken care of with the utmost care makes the situation (while still upsetting) less stressful.

How annoying to have to get your windshield replaced.. Making the appointment online was easy. Be advised that each car has many different windshields to choose from. Choose wisely! I was sent reminders and directions day of! That was great! The service at the location was just okay. I was told it would be about an hour and a half and that before they started, a tech would come talk to me. That never happened although in hindsight I was sent an email that I didn't see until later that they were starting on my vehicle. About 40 minutes in, I inquired at the counter and she didn't seem to happy to be checking for me. I mean, she said someone would come talk to me, right? She noted that my car IS being worked on.. My car was being worked on by a mobile guy in the parking lot. No biggie, just worth noting that they had no mobile appointments available at the time. He was super nice and I had to go over to make sure I get my bridge toll tag since I forgot. As I was driving out of the parking lot, my steering wheel wasn't secured in place and I didn't know how to secure it so I had to go back. Not a huge deal, but I was in a hurry. Nola peeps, make sure to get pictures of your brake tags (both sides) to avoid paying a fine for replacement.

Easy to get in and had windows done quickly. Tech called to answer any questions prior to work completion. Hate that scheduling is all done online and the inability to call the local store to ask questions but it did work out.

I had a great experience. The man who dealt with me and the receptionist were very polite and professional. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment so they were able to take me a little bit early. Their waiting area was large and nice. So far I'm satisfied with the job done. I wanted to take off a star since I couldn't get an appointment to come to me when I wanted, but ultimate that's on me.

GREAT customer service, from the great smiles "Danielle" at the front desk gave us and her super assistance with getting us in and fixed. The technicians that worked on our car were awesome friendly walked us through the process this shop is amazing. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was its location, not very much to do when you're waiting on your car for a couple hours but other than that great experience all the way around thank you very much.

Prompt & Professional Appointment was easy to set up & Safelite helped me set up my insurance claim. I had to cancel/reschedule my initial appointment and person I spoke to on the phone could not have been nicer. The day I actually had my appointment my technician was great -- called me the morning off my appointment and told me the exact time he would be there -- and he showed up at that exact time. Service was fast and professional. Very satisfied from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Awesome customer service is an understatement. From the setup of the appointment to check-out. We've went to SafeLite three different occasions and have been very well taken care of. The staff was kind and courteous. The technician, Mike, explained everything before and after the work was performed. The windshield has a lifetime warranty. He told me to call if if I have any problems, and gave me his card. I obtained cost estimates before choosing Safelight. Safelight offered the best price by far. They also had comfortable work areas with charging stations, courtesy beverages, and a lounging area while i waited. The entire experience was great. I would choose them again without hesitation.

I really wish that all repair service providers (of any product) were as prompt, professional, efficient and as easy to deal with as Safelite. I really thought this would be time-consuming and drawn out, but I could not have been more wrong. I went to the main office and Amy was amazing setting them all up to get them done as quickly as possible. Each tech that came to my office was great. They had personality and where exactly what a service tech representing a company should be. The representative informed me that if I had comprehensive coverage my insurance company might cover the repair. To make a long story short, the rep scheduled me for the same day I called. I run an auto transport company, one of my jobs is to schedule windshield replacements. Safelite is one of the easiest companies I work with. Today, Dion was supposed to change a windshield for me, but he can't because it has been raining all day. He kept in touch since 8 a.m. and made me a new appointment. Another time I had a windshield replaced, something happened, amd the windshield cracked. I brought it to Safelite, they fixed it immediately. These guys are great, never had a problem.

We came to this location on Thurs. April 28, 2016 due to what looked like two places in the windshield that were hit by rocks. Honestly thought we'd have to get a whole new windshield, but after our technician Kary got done, the damage is hardly noticeable! He did one heck of a good job, and we can't thank him enough, he really deserves some nice recognition! The lady at the desk was also very nice, so thanks Safelite for being so kind and for taking away the worries we had. We would highly recommend this location for anyone who gets those darned dings in the windshield. I tried taking a photo of the "after" repair, and although there is still a very small noticeable result of the damage, I could not find a photo good enough to show that.

Sorry that it's taken a week for me to respond. Jordan was a joy to work with. He was polite, personable and very knowledgeable.
