He took his time installed the front windshield even cleaned my door steps where he had to get in and out of my car I will continue to use him and recommend him for business he provides good quality professional services and fair prices very responsive very respectful

Hello all, I came to Joe is distress after previously having a terrible experience w an auto shop. I was reluctant to trust him because of this but he assured me I was in good hands and this rang to be true! I had a crack in my windshield that was spreading fast. He conveniently came to my location to replace the glass. Now I have to be honest the windshield was leaking afterwards but stick w me here. Bc this is why I’m leaving a review at all. So often, when poor work is done those folks just shrug it off leaving you in a worse spot than you started. Maybe charging you anyway when it’s not fixed? Or not taking ownership? But he was attentive and he cared. He was nice and professional the entire time. He came back replaced the windshield shield again and I’ve had no leakage since..even after a tornado! These kinds of things are sort of unheard of in my experience w auto shops and mechanics. I don’t know if he knows how appreciative I am of him and his service. We all make mistakes but his action afterwards was a breath of fresh air. Thank you, Joe.

Absolutely impressive and remarkable service! Precision Auto Glass came out and did what I thought was impossible and that was replace my driver window on my Alfa Romeo Giulia. When all others said they couldn’t help or even better they said they never heard of that car. But Joe from precision auto glass came out and completed that task. Can’t say enough good things about Joe! My neighbors called him early on a Saturday morning after a string of car windows were smashed on our street. He got to us quickly and had three cars fixed within two hours of time. I’m sure you could just go about your business while he works, but I wanted to see how it was done so he let me watch him the entire time and answered any questions I had. He certainly made it look easier than it is. He also made sure to get all of the broken glass out of the door frame and vacuumed it all up afterwards. I didn’t really shop it out because I needed my car fixed immediately (before I had to go to work downtown and bad weather the next day), but his price felt extremely reasonable given how quickly he got it handled and on a weekend. He made what was an otherwise time consuming and frustrating experience much more manageable. 10/10 would call Joe for any glass repair needs!

He located the window I needed replaced on my '97 car quickly and had the best prices I found. When I told him I was looking to get my window fixed soon and I already had an appointment at another glass shop, he not only was quick in responding but also gave me some feedback on the place I was looking to go. He didn't bash the other shop, but instead actually said some pretty nice things about them....and that had me sold. He's honest and not just out to get your money but he really cares about helping people get the best service possible. And not to mention that I work in downtown New Orleans and he drove all the way from Chalmette to wrap/seal my window that was broken so that I could drive it home in the rain! Precise Auto Glass will be my families "go to" for all of our needs and I suggest if you're local that you reach out to him too!
