We are so thrilled with Unlimited Windows. The entire process was extremely well done. They are very reasonable in their pricing. We went with their higher version of Windows that included a lifetime warranty. The crew was very professional on install day. They did everything they said they were going to do and beyond and were extremely courteous and tidy. They were in and out before 3:00 p.m! Thank you for such a great experience and the 90s music that helped me get through my Monday 😆

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I purchased vinyl replacement windows for my home, including a very large bow window, plus three new storm doors. The price was quite reasonable for the amount of work, quality of the product is excellent and the installation crew were absolutely amazing. It took four of them to get that huge bow window into the house and then into the space, which was quite a challenge. I was nervous, but these guys are professionals and made it all work. Everything is beautiful and they paid great attention to detail. Good cleanup, and so nice and polite. I am a very happy Unlimited Windows customer.

These guys are easily the best company I've worked with for a large job. Their "sales" guy (who I believe was the owner) was seriously refreshing after having suffered through an Anderson Window powerpoint for an hour and a half the week before. He came in, measured the windows, gave us our options and said call me. No pressure, no BS. We worked out most of the details via email after that and they were super responsive to all of my many questions. Price was very reasonable. It definitely took a long time for the windows to come in but I know this is a supply chain issue and they had accurate estimates on how long things would take. The installation guys were excellent, they had to work around a lot of rain but they were fast, thorough, and very professional. Kept everything very clean inside, we did find quite a few pieces of trash/old window plastic outside but I think the rain had a lot to do with that. We had some issues with the screens which we communicated and the replacement process was simple. Despite a long timeline to obtain new screens due to the same supply chain issues, they followed through without me having to nag them like I've had to do with other companies. Seriously pleasant company to deal with for the whole process. I don't plan on doing any more window work any time soon but I would highly recommend them.

We had a very good experience with this family owned company. Recommended through a friend. They came showed us what they had I told them what I wanted they quoted me a price told me it would be in within 4 to 6 weeks I think. The timing was perfect. Two young men very nice named Jay and JT got here at 9 o'clock in the morning did everything installed windows and I believe was gone cleaned up redid everything by one O'clock. Did a wonderful job absolutely love my windows thank you very much. I'd highly recommend them. We'll be using them again.

They were arrived at my house to do the installation at the time they said they would and got in and out a lot faster than I'd anticipated. The windows and door they installed look great.

We had a great experience with this company - our sliding door had to be custom ordered which took awhile, but they were very responsive throughout the process. The owner came by and double-checked the measurements before ordering, and when it came time to install their team was on-time, efficient, and did an excellent job! Highly recommend.

I can’t begin to express the appreciation I have for working with Unlimited Windows! In the middle of several unexpected home projects, we’d invited my terminally ill brother to move from out of state, his 2 bedroom apartment into our efficiency apartment office space in our home. He and his furniture arrived before the windows and his health was not so great by the time installation was scheduled. We were not able to accommodate the crew by making space around the windows——but the crew! My goodness, how they accommodated us. My heart is full, just thinking of how respectfully my brother and his space was treated. They showed the utmost professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. Mike, Jay, JT and Shane are RockStars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Also to mention appreciation to Katie and Ted. They seemed to understand the stresses of the events in our lives, came to do the estimates, were very professional, provided options but there was no pressure to over-sell us in a direction beyond our needs, desires or budget!

They gave me a good quote for new windows and told me it would be about 3 weeks to start the job. The job was completed on time. The quality of the windows and installation was excellent. Jay and Austin were the installers and were professional and courteous. Left with everything in order and clean. I highly recommend them.

I had hired Unlimited Windows for a repair several months ago and was so satisfied with the product and work that I hired them to replace the glass and screens in several windows. They arrived on time, got to work and were finished. They laid tarps to ensure they didn't bring the 'outside' in and were very considerate. The reason I chose Unlimited Windows in the first place is because I work with one of their employees, Michele, who is a person of integrity who wouldn't work for a sub standard outfit. Other of my colleagues have bought various products and services and are also happy with their purchase. I highly recommend Unlimited Windows and Doors for any job, small or large.

Wish we could post pics of the great work Ted, Scott and their crew did replacing our builder-grade windows throughout our house. They were less than the “most advertised” company around town and were able to do the 3 specialty picture windows we were looking for. That along with Ted’s initial attention to detail while getting the estimate made for a great experience from beginning to end...and we have a warranty that transfers to the next owner should we sell anytime. This is not a salesman with a bunch of contractors...this is an owner/operator and his own crews who do it all from top to bottom.

We had all new windows put in our downtown condo a couple years back. Unlimited Windows was the most affordable and it being a local business was an added bonus. The windows held up perfectly (as one would expect them to), reduced a lot of downtown noise, and lowered our electric bill. A couple years later now and we decided to screen in our porch using them. It all looks great!

I was not able to get new windows replacement at that time however, had one window that needed a new screen to match the other old window screens. I was provided Unlimited Window number by my colleague which I am so glad I call them. Very professional and very knowledgeable of what I needed of replacing my window screen perfectly! In 2015 Mr. Ted and his AWESOME CREW gave me an estimate on new windows which the price was EXCELLENT in addition, I got an estimate for my rent house as well. I am so glad I had Unlimited Windows to replace my windows for both house. The team is so professional and I must add they treated my house like if was there own home of cleaning up and making sure I was very satisfied with there work and product.

Extremely honest and upfront. We had someone come out an inspect our windows and they said it would be thousands of dollars to repair them because they were all broken. Unlimited windows came out and said that only a few pins needed to be replaced and it was only a few hundred dollars. Thankful there are still honest businesses in the area.

I was replacing a glass pane for a customer and I found the original purchase sticker on the window so I took it to Lowes where it came from and they ordered the wrong glass. I was told next piece would take 28 days so I called UNLIMITED WINDOWS! It took 6 days to get the glass and it fit perfectly! Very happy with the service and product. I certainly plan to use them in the future... almost forgot to mention they were almost $30 cheaper than Lowes also. Thank you UNLIMITED WINDOWS!!

Had a window recently fabricated to meet unusual specifications from Unlimited Windows. They got the job done and the price was reasonable. Customer service is ok. They weren't on the ball when it comes to notifying when the windows were finished, but it's more of a mom and pop operation- overall I would rate them middle of the road.
