We contacted Shack Shine about cleaning our gutters. We were extremely impressed with the three employees that arrived on time at our house. They walked around our house with us, as we showed them the locations of the gutters and discussed the cleaning process. They were so polite and completed the cleaning in a timely manner. One of the employees even got on the roof to remove a stick that had fallen there. We were so happy with the thorough cleaning they did and the number of times they checked with us as to how they were doing. We will definitely use Shack Shine in the future!

Surprisingly two guys from Shack Shine showed up a day early. Thankfully my husband was home to receive them. My husband said the guys that showed up were professional, courteous and helpful. According to the reviews I have read customers are very happy with the work provided by Shack Shine. I am guessing they did a very good job but unfortunately I don’t know because I can’t see the inside of the gutters. I just know they would overflow water when it rained. We will use this service again but it would be nice to see before and after pics so we can admire the work that was done. This would be beneficial for both of us. Thank you for your service.

I had been using a self employed gentleman for many years to clean my windows and then he suddenly decided to retire. Last year, late fall, I called SHACK SHINE re: gutter cleaning. I was too late; it was too cold but I was told they also did window washing and to keep them in mind. Am I ever glad that I did. They were prompt and did an amazing job on my outdoor windows. The gentleman who provided the service was so pleasant and asked if I would like to "walk around." I could already see that I was totally satisfied and I would consider them for future needs. They put a sign in my front yard and I am only too happy to recommend them.

I had exterior and interior window cleaning, and was a bit skeptical because I am so particular about having spotless windows, but the two man crew of Pyon and Thomas completely exceeded my expectations. My windows are literally spotless and the screens are as well. They were even able to remove a screen that had previously been stuck in place. The crew was professional and friendly, which made the whole experience great. Last year I had my gutters cleaned and was also amazed at the results. I will be continuing to use Shack Shine for future services.

Thomas and Nathan came out to shine up my shack. They were incredibly professional, asked about my areas of concern, followed by a walk around to make sure they didn’t miss any spots. Our dryer vent is super high up and we couldn’t reach it to clean black lint from a blanket I had washed/dried a few years back. We used Shack Shine for Christmas lighting. The process was extremely efficient. They have a "look book" of their lighting options, they give you an estimate either on the phone or in person based on your specific home, and install lights with incredible quality. Two other things to mention - first, they fully respected "no touch" given the pandemic. We never had to be close to anyone. Second, their estimate was more than actual cost. I appreciated this honesty. After they installed, they said less lights were used than anticipated. Highly recommend!

Shack Shine just cleaned my gutters. This is the second time I have used them. First time was last fall (about this time) they cleaned my windows which were numerous and hadn't been cleaned in years. The weather was not good - very cold (their water kept freezing) but they did an amazing job at a very fair price. This year, once again, the weather did not cooperate. I called to book kind of last minute and they worked my job in. Workers showed up in the afternoon and stayed until after dark to finish. They were very careful of my plants around the house when they moved their ladders. I am very pleased with the price and quality of their work and highly recommend them!

We hired Shack Shine to hang Christmas lights on the roofline of our 2-story house. The workers arrived right on time and were friendly, polite, and professional. They spent several hours installing the lights. The lights look beautiful - perfectly straight and secure. We were also given a timer with several pre-set options, as well as an option to choose your own times, so the lights turn automatically when we want them to. A person purchases the lights from Shack Shine, which makes the initial price higher. In the following years, since you already own the lights, the installation price is much less and very reasonable. Shack Shine employees return to your home sometime after Christmas, remove the lights from your house, and store them for you until the following holiday season. This is hassle free for the homeowner, which is exactly what we were looking for. We are glad we hired them.

Got my windows cleaned last week by Shack Shine. The guys turned up very late for the appointment as they probably got stuck at a prior service call. But the quality of cleaning was quite good. Liked my windows after the wash as they were spotless. They took a long time to finish the work though and it got pretty dark by the time they were done. Overall was satisfied with the work quality but if they can try to keep appointments on time and finish the work in time, would be great. Will probably use their services again in future if I don’t get a better deal elsewhere 😊

Our HOA contracted with Shack Shine to clean our gutters. 40-foot ladders were required to reach the 3rd floor gutters. They not only cleaned them completely and efficiently--they supplied me with video showing the clean gutters way up there. Without their (unexpected) videos, I would never have known that the gutters were fully clean. Good service, great value! I will most certainly hire them again next year.

My 89 year old Dad was certain that no one could do as good of a job on them as he used to be able to do. Not only were mine beautifully done, but, my Dad was 'tickled pink' because, in his own words said "they did a great job. And, it wasn't easy because they were so dirty". The crew was very polite and explained everything. They did a nice job. Windows have never looked so clean. It is an expensive service (I think with any company). Look for a coupon like I did to save a little money. 4 stars because there was some discrepancy in my original quote and what the technician had written down. He wanted to charge $50 ladder fee for the high windows. This was never discussed on what I agreed upon. He did waive the $50. But there lacks some communication or original quote not accurate.
