Amazing experience with Pella. I wanted 100% fiberglass, custom windows, in black, and Pella had the perfect product. From sales to ordering to install, the process was seamless (even when the install occurred in sub-zero weather). When they estimated the project, they made sure the costs were inline with my budget and that I was aware of all available options (like in-glass blinds). The final product looks great and was a necessary component for an extensive kitchen renovation.

Today is a first for me as I have never left a google review and never felt so moved to do so as I do right now. I had a sales representative (Tyler Jennings) here last week for an estimate and to discuss some door and window replacements for our home. Let me start by saying the second he introduced himself you could feel his warm kind and happy personality. Tyler was on time, professional, courteous, and authentic. Our meeting went very well and I was up front telling him that I was having several estimates done and that I was going to have to choose the lowest price as I am working with limited budget and have many repairs to be done at my old house. I had one more estimate that afternoon after Tyler left. I spoke to my husband after Tyler left and told him how impressed I was with the knowledge and realness of the Rep Tyler from Pella windows. We decided at that point even if Pella price was a bit higher that we liked Tyler's work ethic and demeanor so much that we would go the little extra if need be. Fast forward a few hours later my next appointment shows up and NOT a Tyler for sure but a price that I just couldn't say no to. It was significantly less than the best price from Pella. So sadly to save a few thousand dollars I went with another company....sadly because it was solely based on cost which I don't like. I wanted you to know that I was more than impressed with Tyler's abilities as a sales representative and am sorry that we were not able to sign a contract with Pella. Tyler is polite, cheerful and knowledgeable a true asset to your company.

We had a great experience with Pella. On our installation day (a Friday), we got notified that our installers were sick. Nevertheless, they rescheduled us for installation on the following Monday so we only had a couple days delay from the original plan and we appreciated Pella being responsible and not sending someone out while sick. Matt J was our new installer and he did an amazing job replacing 6 of our windows. He was very respectful of our home and left the areas clean and free of any package/paper or old window parts. We were very happy with the service he provided and overall very happy with Pella.

Pella did a wonderful job on the whole process of my window. It came earlier than expected, which was great. Tyler was a wonderful salesperson. Congrats on your newborn (I forgot when he/she is due)! Hope all went well. The subcontractor was great. He forgot a tool at my house and tried to call it in to return it. I was told that they would relay the message. Never got a call back about it. I had to call about a problem on my new window and they came as soon as they could. It turned out to be a screw that just needed to be tighten and all was good. Each and every interaction with everyone at Pella was pleasant and professional. Price? It was fair. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive of all my bids. I did my research and Pella was highly recommended if I wanted a good window to last a lifetime.

Enver and Mike were outstanding professional installers--answered every question. The two sliding doors were the superior quality I expected (I had visited the Pella plant and KNEW they would be excellent.) Sales were honest in their descriptions and the time required; hit the install date a few days early. Everything we've experienced with Pella has been outstanding. I highly recommend them. If we do other window products we'll be calling Pella.

I had the opportunity to have my second round of windows installed today after a first round installation on Nov ‘21. This was a two-day install project. Jesse and Sean alerted me ahead of time of their plans of arrival so I was prepared. They offered to help me move my furniture, provided constant checkins of where they were at, and clearly communicated how much time they’d think they would need both days. It seemed to go by very quickly, and they ensured to provide a very clean space for me when they were done, making it very easy to move my furniture back again. I very much so enjoyed my experience with Pella, but Jesse and Sean were the main reason of my 10/10 experience! If ya book pella, request these guys!!!!

Our new Pella doors are soooo nice! They not only look better, but they are clearly much stronger than our old doors. Our installers, Enver & Mike did a great job. It was clear that doing the job right was more important than getting it done quickly. They even did a neat smooth job on the silicone caulk. It was 34 degrees outside, but that didn't seem to phase them a bit. Our sales consultant was Wyatt. Wyatt was very friendly and explained everything very clearly, answering all of our questions along the way. He thought our doors would probably be installed in mid October or early November. Oops... They were installed in mid December. Supply chain issues. You should keep in mind that it can take a while for the doors to get made if they are custom. Be patient.

David and Troy installed 8 Pella windows for me, explained the process, answered and addressed concerns and cleaned up after they left. I scheduled my windows with Pella, was given a date that was two weeks earlier than the actual install due to supply chain stuff, and informed of the delay two months in advance with a new date set and followed. I understand this is pretty good for the times we are living in, where sometimes people are delayed for a year.

We worked with Matt Barnhart. We had glass crack in several sashes of a beautiful custom double hung bow window in our formal living room. The Pella representative who came to our home was professional, on time, and conscientious. He felt the reason the glass cracked was due to where the HVAC subcontractor placed the furnace exhaust in close proximity to our beautiful window. ( this has been corrected) Despite it not being a problem with the Pella window, Matt went to bat for us to get replacement sashes under Pella Windows amazing warranty. Pella warranties the glass for 20 years. Marvin warranties their glass for only 10 years. We remodeled a colonial home on White Bear Lake that dates to the 1860’s. My father and I made the custom bench seat that trims out the window. Next to the window is our baby grand piano which has been in my family for 5 generations We couldn’t be happier with the service and integrity we were shown by Matt, from Pella customer service

Chase and Holt where the 2 installers from Pella windows. They were prompt and on time at 7:30 am. Right out of the gate they were polite and professional. Describe to me what they were going to do for the day. Then I asked if I could see the product prior to them getting started to make sure it was what we ordered. They promptly got stuff unloaded from the truck and was able to show me the replacement picture window. Everything was as expected. Chase and Holt seemed to work very well as a team. They were efficient with there work. Anytime I walked past and asked questions they were very gracious to stop working and politely answer my questions to my satisfaction or to explain the process they were going through. Extremely professional! The work that the two of these two gentlemen did looked extremely nice when they were finished and professional through the cleanup and describing everything to me at the end. Very very pleased with the looks and operation of the product. Hoping the winter cold will stay out now. Chase and Holt are 2 employees that Pella windows should be proud to have working for them!!! We have many pella architect and designer windows and doors in our home. I was missing parts for two doors, hardware for a few windows, and screens for all of our windows and doors. after talking to several people at Pella Minnesota, who could not answer my questions I requested to be transferred to somebody in service and technical support. I was connected with Matt Barnhart. Not only was Matt Pleasant and thoughtful, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. he connected me with all the resources that I needed in order to get the parts I needed, and to have window screens made. Matt deserves a raise and a promotion in my opinion, and I hope that Pella treats him well. As a former owner of a small business I understand how difficult it is to find good employees. Matt is good as gold and I would hire him in an instant.

Richard and Luis were both fantastic to work with. Luis explained what he was doing and made sure I was happy with his work before he left. You could tell he took pride in his work. Richard checked everything to make sure the quality was up to Pella standards. One of the planks(?) color was not quite right and he called me to let me know Luis would be a little late because they wanted to stain it a little darker. Not only did Richard stop by to ensure everything was going as planned and I was happy with the product, he even followed up after the job was finished. They both went above and beyond what was expected.

Pella has some very experienced professional staff. Service Advisor Matt Barnhart was a gem... I was so thankful to have my situation escalated to him and receive his help. He listened to the problem, requested that I send pictures, and followed through immediately. Matt worked with Jeff (Installations), who had expertise in resolving my atypical situation. Jeff was efficient and effective! I was also very thankful to work with Michelle over the phone and connecting with right people. During the final installation, a manager showed up on site to make sure all was going well because this had been a bit of a challenging situation. He was very approachable, interested in what had not gone correctly and what had worked well. Although this project started out during Covid and was challenging, everything came together nicely at the end!

I replaced a double-casement window and a custom large picture window with two casement windows attached. The sales process went smoothly and my sales rep didn't make me suffer a lot of nonsense as some sales people do. They were very open about how it was going to take a long time to get the windows, and it did. It took three months from the order to the install. There were cosmetic issues with the initial install. There was not enough material to complete interior trim and a small piece of my siding under one of the windows fell off the house and broke. I spoke to the project manager and they sent someone out to replace the siding and complete the trim. While this install did not go perfectly, Pella made it right without a hassle. I have many more windows to replace, and Pella will be on the top of the list of vendors I consider.

Even though Pella states they use their own installers for their jobs, on our job I’m fairly certain they used subcontractors. Honestly, the “finished” install was borderline unacceptable given the name and perceived quality of Pella. Fortunately a Pella employee come out to re-work virtually every window that was installed. Issues identified post install. Net of which the job stayed open for approximately 2 to 3 months ordering new parts and scheduling. Like the product but the first cut of the installation was rough.

Jeez, windows are great. Customer service just sucks beyond all recognition. Pray you don't have any issues. We were shorted 2 screens and a few broken latches upon install. 15x emails, calls, etc...."were on it"...but nothing happens. Just comical. After the job is done you become persona non-grata. Customer service is negative 5. This is an update. My windows are now fixed. My screens are in. The folks who came out were pros. My advice would be to have better communication on the customer service side. too many emails unanswered and this took way too long to address.

Pella replaced all of our windows and the patio door on April 5-8. The three person crew did a very good job, windows look great, and they left no mess. Windows passed inspection. They flagged one window panel that had a faulty latch and arranged its replacement with a new one from the factory. We were very happy with the result. We had opted for unfinished interior trim. While prepping to paint, we found a single piece of trim with a minor crack. After some back and forth with Pella to clarify the problem, they agreed to send somebody to replace the trim. The soonest available date was June 14. Luis arrived on time, inspected the window, replaced the trim beautifully in less than 30 minutes, and left no mess. We were impressed! We would definitely recommend Pella to anybody needing to replace windows.

The first sales representative that came out did not do his job. He assumed either we couldn't afford the new door so, he didn't go over any information with us and stated the doors are extremely high. I called and complained because we were offended and felt discriminated against. After that call another representative, Hunter, came out and he did a fantastic job and was apologetic for the first experience. Hunter, the sales representative was amazing; he was patient, welcoming, and provided very detailed information about the process, warranty, and service. Weston K. was the salesperson for our 8’ fiberglass front entry door purchase. He explained all available options clearly and measured the existing door frame opening. He returned to confirm the initial measurements after our neighborhood HOA approved replacement of the existing 6.5’ Masonite door with overhead transom. The new door arrived on schedule and was installed 12/24/2020. The install crew of two was excellent and the door fit perfectly; installation time was about four hours. We are completely satisfied with our new door that is warm, works well and looks great.

Review of consultation only: We had a very good in-house consultation with Zach Barrick from Pella. He was thorough and patient with all our questions. While still a sales pitch, it didn't feel overly pushy. Make sure to ask for the heat lamp demo! The pricing of their wood window inserts was very competitive with similar high-end options from other companies. Also very good financing options. Zach was able to show us technical specs on his tablet but it would have been nice to have a more comprehensive brochure.

Matt Barnhardt went out of his way to help me fix my broken Pella sliding deck door. Unfortunately, a design or manufacturing defect (on my 14-year-old door) allowed the cladding on the closing edge to slide down until it was scraping the rail when I tried to close it. Matt understood the problem immediately and offered me a couple of parts that, once I had it fixed (ON MY OWN), I could re-install on the edge to keep it from happening again. Had a Pella® Impervia® 9 foot bay window along with 3 other 9 foot fiberglass windows and a couple of double hungs installed. The products met our expectations. So much better than the original windows the builder used when constructing our home nine years ago. We now have a great view of the lake in our backyard, as there is much more viewing area than the previous windows. Peter and the crew did an excellent job installing. Showed up on time each day and cared for our home as they worked in it to minimize the mess and cleaned up afterward. Only problem was one of the double hungs was packaged poorly at the factory. The result was a window that would have eventually had water leakage. The crew knew there was a problem and let us know. The window was remade at the factory and replaced. Would highly recommend Pella and especially Peter and his crew.

I needed screens for windows approx 35 yrs old and couldn't locate the serial number on the window. Had tried several times over the years via phone to various locations locations, referred to local lumber yards, Menards, Lowe's and nobody could help without s/n. I was given a business card at Lowe's for Pella Customer Service Hotline. When they finally returned my call after 2 wks, they gave me the number in Plymouth. I spoke with a wonderful rep named Shawn who worked with me and got my screens ordered. The screens arrived last Saturday in good condition and fit perfectly. SHAWN is a credit to this operation providing first class assistance. One comment. Price of screens is high and there was an additional $50 chg for shipping because they have to be trucked special, can't go UPS/FED EX because of potential for damage, or so I was told. Inagine my surprise when FED EX delivered my screens. I kniw shipping is pricey these days but $50 is way high and the justification turned out to be contrary to actuality.

Wow what a difference, we had two Inpervia windows installed in our basement bedroom, (had old sash windows) there is twice as much light in the room now. Installation was smooth, the installer arrived on time and the windows were installed by noon.
