We had a great experience with Champion. Booking an appointment online was easy and convenient. Communication and reminders up to the appointment was really helpful. Angela was an awesome sales rep! She was easy to work with, gave honest recommendations and didn’t push into a decision. We were extremely happy with our visit. I was impressed with all the financing options and since the price was lower than I expected it was an easy decision to move ahead. Post purchase, I’ve been updated three times on the status of my windows and the ETA for completion. Great experience all the way around…next is install!

Also, their customer satisfaction ratings have been consistently high year after year. This enhances my comfort level and I feel confident in my decision to go with them.

Karter provided an excellent experience which started with him showing up on time and not even having to call me for directions (unusual for my location). He listened to my needs and responded accordingly without trying to oversell me. He did a good job presenting his company and product and gave me a fair price including current discounting and promotions. Understanding my budget he worked with me to provide a proposal that was appropriate. We discussed a few possibilities and landed on the beat scope for my needs and budget. In addition he was a nice young fellow and was pleasant to chat with. I would recommend giving them a chance on your next window project. Highly professional salesman.

After meeting with several companies, I chose Champion because of the professionalism of the advisor, they make their own windows, and the cost competitiveness. Sometimes when you meet with window companies, you have to sit through a painful sales presentation. They can get stuck on their “script”. Just talk to me like I’m your next door neighbor, give me the relevant information I need/ ask for, and I’ll make the decision. By far, the Champion representative was the easiest to do business with.

We ordered our windows in April of 2022. We were told due to "supply chain issues", they wouldn't get installed until August, or September at the latest. We agreed, since we need the windows regardless and will wait as needed to get them replaced before the cold winter. August, September, October AND November passed. Finally got a call yesterday, December 19th, that our windows will be getting installed today, December 20th. I took a day off of work, we moved all the furniture, removed all the window treatments and were waiting this morning for the installer to come out. Just received a call that the installer will not be arriving due to weather--mind you the weather is exactly as what was forecasted yesterday. Nothing changed. Why even set up these appointments get customers hopes up that you're finally going to complete what was promised just to call and say sorry, installer is not going to make it due to the cold. Their salesmen are good, just be prepared to wait way past what they promise. Frustrating.

When we had Champion replace our windows and siding about five years ago I would have definitely given them a five star review. Because we liked them so well we decided to go with them again when our facia and soffit came down. We knew this wouldn't be high on their priority list so decided to sweeten the pot by having them replace our sliding door and our front door. We put it on the financing they provide and have been paying for five months. We got a post card back in about April saying that the doors were being worked on and would be here by the beginning of October and that's the last we've heard from them. I have reached out a couple of times because I want to make sure the facia and soffit get fixed. Both times the one person I reach tells me someone will get back to me. Now we are two weeks beyond the promise date and nothing. We paid 37k for new windows and siding last time so wouldn't you think repeat customers would be treated better than to be repeated blown off?!!

We were amazed at the product that will be used and the price came in well under any other quote we have recieved! The superior quality of the window frame and shash and all included parts make this window better than any others we have viewed. Karter came out to our home and did a demo for us. He was very patient and easy going. He provided multiple quotes to help us determine if we were able to replace all of the windows and front/patio doors. We chose to say yes on the same day of his visit to receive the fullest discount and financed with them. We looked into personal loans rates and refinancing ahead of time and felt that independent financing with their company was the best fit for our budget and having the ability to pay it off sooner. Overall the whole appointment took about 4 hours between rough measurements, the demo, choosing options, allowing us some private time to discuss what we wanted to do, and then filling out the contracts and signing everything. We are looking forward to having efficient windows going into summer and lowering our energy bill this year!

We installed Champion windows in out home 4 years ago. They were professional and timely installed. When it came time for our last project, we call Champion out to quote our new sliding glass door on our deck. Wesley came out, was very professional and talked about timeliness and options. When it came time to pricing we had some sticker shock to say the least. However, this price shock was not due to a bad price, it was due to lack of knowledge on mine and my husband's part. All of that aside, Wes worked with his boss Vlad to get our pricing down a little from the initial quote. Using their "yes" program. They are supposed to give you a discount based off of signing rhe contract thay day, but they bent the rules a little bit and gave me a few days to think it over. All in all had a great experience with the window installation 4 years ago, and with our door consultation in 2022. Looking forward to install when lead times allow!

He did the following which no one has done before. As he went to measure a window he noticed the folded flag presented to me at graveside, which sits atop a memory book I made. Before Champion, we had 2 other companies do an estimate for our window replacements, previous companies were offering Andersen Windows with their latest FiberX technology. But the guys who came in for this company were I can say were just OK. They give you their pricepoint, did all the measurements but never fully demonstrated the product to us. But out came Champion Windows, we just saw their ad on facebook and decided to give them a try as we were still on the look out for a good window company. We scheduled an appointment for the free estimate, and got a schedule pretty quick. It was February and brutally cold, then the day came with 2 guys knocking on our door, they were Markus Seetram and Vlad Yatsura. Both guys were very professional and very knowledgeable about what they do. I was not expecting the dedication they showed for their work because I was thinking that time that it will be like the previous ones who did the estimate as this was our first time to try a window replacent company. But these guys delivered, I was impressed by their product demonstration and purchased 10 windows. As promised, the windows were installed as scheduled and as from their demo, the product is very sturdy and not like the other vinyl windows. The work was completed in just about 6 hours. Markus and Vlad are such a great team as they were very responsive and helpful when clarifications are needed and they were always willing to come out even in the coldest weather.

Champion replaced 11 of our house’s 18 windows several years ago. Those 11 windows were the remaining windows that were original to the house. The other 7 windows were newer replacements and were installed 6 or 7 years ago. The 11 new Champion windows were so good and so superior to even those 7 newer windows that we decided to replace them also. Our rep, Mike, was informative and helpful though truthfully we were pretty much sold before he walked in the door. To be clear, Champion windows are not cheap but Mike gave us an attractive quote as a result of us being a past customer. As an aside, you can always find cheaper windows. Our 7 newer windows were exactly those “cheaper windows” and despite the fact that they were newer replacements, they never operated as smoothly or functioned as efficiently as our 11 Champion windows. Anyway, Mike wrote up our order and the next guy in the house was the guy who took measurements for the new windows - all Champion windows are custom made - no “one size fits all no matter what we have to do to make it fit”. The last guys in the house were the two installers who installed our windows in flawless fashion. So, our house now has 100% Champion windows. The only adjustment I had to make was tempering the effort I made to either open or close the Champion windows. The older non-Champion replacement windows were high-effort and I found myself slamming the new Champion windows shut until I adjusted to the fact that these windows are smooth and almost effortless. Today we are wildly happy with having every window in our house a Champion window.

We awarded our siding & windows job to Champion on 2/11/20, and exactly one month later it looks like we live in a new house! We could not be more pleased with every aspect of this project: Redva Cox, the Champion Rep, arrived to the initial appointment promptly; and was respectful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. His presentation of Champion’s products, workmanship, and iron-clad warranty was incredible—to the point where we ended up cancelling the two other bid appointments we had arranged. We just knew that what Champion was offering was what we had to have. After signing the contract, Redva immediately put us in touch with the project manager, Tony Ernsten, who came out to the house a few days later. In addition to helping us finalize our color choices, he wrote up detailed job specs, explained how everything would unfold, and arranged the delivery of the dumpster and materials. The day after delivery, the siding crew arrived bright and early, and immediately got to work. Henry and his team were incredibly friendly, worked efficiently, and did an absolute first-class job. In just three days, they tore off our old siding, wrapped our house in insulation & vapor barrier, and installed new siding, soffit, and facia. They kept the job site totally clean throughout, and the day after they finished the dumpster was gone. The following week the window installation crew arrived. Chad and his partner arrived at 8am, and by noon we had 8 brand new windows perfectly installed. As was the case with everyone we have dealt with at Champion, these guys did fantastic work and were pleasant to interact with. Our house now looks amazing, and we are so excited about it. We’ve heard from several neighbors about the transformation, which really validates our decision to go with Champion. We are anxious to see the effect on our heating & cooling bills, which will be a silver lining to the investment that we have made. And for a bonus surprise, our house is now *noticeably* quieter from the ambient sounds of the neighborhood. In all, this was an unbelievably positive experience. Redva stayed in touch throughout the process and stopped by on multiple occasions to monitor the work. Tony was incredible, making sure that everything got done on schedule and to his high standards. We had 15 windows installed by champion and we are happy with the experience. Salesman was nice and not too pushy. The installers were quick and polite. We had one issue with one of our window panes but they advised us that it will be replaced. So other than waiting on that we are overall happy with the experience and would recommend them.

Alan was the factory representative who came to my house. He did a fine job at explaining all the details to me and answering our questions. I really appreciated that he found ways to combine multiple windows into one and really tried to give me options that would keep the cost down. He did make two mistakes though, so I recommend double checking what he orders for you. He ordered a bathroom window to be half obscured, which is weird. He said I requested that, and I don't know what I had said to him, but there should be a policy that strange requests like that should be confirmed in writing. We also have three bedroom windows that should have been two small ones as picture windows and one large one as double-hung, and he ordered the two smalls as double hungs and the large as picture. That also would be strange, but the tech caught it when he came to do measurements so that got fixed. Only two installers came, so it took three days. One of the windows had roof tile marks on it (which they fixed after I pointed it out), one had a bent screen (also fixed) and one had a broken pin which I have to wait for the service tech to come fix. So overall installation was ok but they should do a better job of double checking their work for quality control. Some other Champion employee showed up midday out of the blue and tried opening the door to another apartment (it's a duplex). I yelled at him and he asked where the others were so I showed him. Going into someone else's apartment could get him and the company into serious trouble so they should make a policy that says employees are not allowed to go through doors if they don't know where they're going.

My husband and I bought our home and have been living in our house for the past 5 years. Though we love the house very much our energy bill during the winter season was very high,despite finding multiple ways to save on our energy bill. We learned that most of our heat loss was due to bad windows therefore we decided to have our windows changed. We went through multiple vendors to find someone to give as window estimate. Vendors who came out to the house were not informative, most of them came and just told us what they have but none took the time to ask as what we wanted or looking for. Mike was very helpful and informative, he took the time to answer our questions and asked what we were looking for and how he can meet our needs. I was most impressed when he tested Champion products and the quality of their products. Mike answered all our questions and provided information that I wouldn't have thought to ask. Mike is genuine, glad he came to our house. We look forward to having new windows installed. Update from previous post Got new windows installed 3 weeks ago. The installers did a good job overall however according to the contract we were suppose to get a new box frame for a smaller window in the laundry room however that never happened although I mentioned it to the installers. Also the lock for the patio door doesn't lock, and there was dent with one of the window panels. To my knowledge thus far replacements have been ordered. But what I was bummed about was Mike said the windows will block out the noise, however we can still here it, I guess if you live by highway there nothing one can do unless you buy sound proof windows. But other than that I am happy with the windows and the project performed. I am now waiting to see how much I save on my energy bill.

I really liked how detailed he was and showed us different options of windows to save money. He cared about what we wanted in the look and function of the windows. He taught us the difference between insert and full frame windows and casement vs. Sliders. I was certain I would just want the insert windows but I learned that I would have more glass with the full frame. That's a big deal to me because I want as much natural light as possible and a larger view to look out. He totally loves the product himself and loves the company's lifetime warranty. Hello one and all. Most likely you are here cause you are thinking about some new windows or other construction project. This will be lengthy but I'm going to let you know what you are getting. First off, I'm a new home owner. My house was built in 1920s and the windows were original single pane with rope pulleys. Needless to say with the crazy Polar vortex heat has been sapped from my home. I went into the sales pitch as skeptical as possible. Enter Mike Sandgren a Factory Representative. Now this sales pitch started at 10am and lasted till about 2pm. Admittedly that's a long time to sit through but worth it. Now most people try and sell you on their product. Which of course we saw the displays, model windows, and heat lamp with a thermal reader showing the efficiency of the prop windows. Que the "Oooohhh Aaawww Special" response. But that not all, Mike's True selling point is the Warranty Champion Offers and the benefits of using them being the makers, sellers and installers of their product. Long story short. Warranty is Lifetime. Lifetime of what you ask? Lifetime of You, In your house! Plus one time transferable for a year if you plan on selling/moving. as a selling point. I'll post a picture of Warranty as it speaks for itself! So How many Windows, well 19 of them. What did that estimate come to Approx $25,500. We did the consultation at the end of year and had gotten a discount during a sale approx 30% between a general sale 20% and end of the year 10% deal. So a little luck was involved. 25 grand plus, that is one hell of a pretty penny. Honestly after this estimates we were pretty scared. We had just bought a house, how much more could we be on credit for. Me and my SO started talking with out parents, friends ect. who were all like that is way to much from when I bought Windows some odd 20 years ago. Long story Short there it not going to get much better. there are fewer glass makers which raises prices, and going through mendards, lowes, home depot or other home stores, there is no way their windows were going to be custom fit to my houses older larger windows. We got a general appraisal from Andersen Renewal which I'm sure you have also looked at. and the pricing is more less spot on from what champion offered us. But Andersen does only wood windows. So we scheduled another meeting with Mike Sandgren to come out and fill out the paperwork. Standard stuff. Champion trying to do better. If there something you think is missing in the contract, talk to them. More than likely they will include in! Ask them questions if your concerned. After our first visit being the skeptic I am, I looked at the google reviews horrified at what saw. Work not being done, awful customer service, some shenanigans about the better business bureau. I brought all that forward to Mike and he answered with what I perceived as a honest answer. Part of Champions goal to turn that around is to have satisfied customers post a google review such as this. But the key word here is SATISFIED. Which I am. So after all that we agreed to the Windows and Contracts and we got financed through their partners GreenSky. For these first 5 months we only pay interest and then it will be the full payments around $220 monthly. There is no penalty for paying it off early and other such kind of tomfoolery. I would like to give high regards for the Window installation team, Jason Chai, Rak Chai, Charlie Kim, Americo for their hard work and outstanding job. they showed up 8am sharp and got right into it! By the first day 14 of 19 windows were installed and ready to go! They were amazing. Especially in the cold that were having now in Minnesota. I was lucky to have it done on the two warmer days of the week. I Didn't have to worry about clean up or anything. If you need it done ask to have theses guys install.
