Absolutely hassle free remote windshield replacement. Portland Glass replaced my windshield where I work while my truck was parked in the parking lot. They called to let me know when they would arrive and let me know when they were finished. Great communication, no problems with my new windshield...it was great. No complaints!

While other places told me they couldn't do it until the following week, I was able to bring my car in the very next day. We had 7 double pane windows with broken seals. These windows were foggy and very unsightly. We had lived with them for too long! I got several quotes to repair the glass. Portland was the best price and their service people took the time needed to get accurate measurements. The day of the job went smoothly. No surprises. They did what they were contracted to do correctly, professionally and quickly. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

Had a amazing job done. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and they could get me in Friday morning. Dropped it off at 8:30 am and it was done by 11 am. PG staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for fast easy friendly service.

I broke one of our triple panel windows on accident while trying to clean them :(. I called and they came out promptly and measured. The two tech came in and did a very nice job installing the 4 glass pannels in our Bow window. They were challenged by a bee's nest that we did not know was in the eaves over their heads. They did a great job. Windows look great.

On New Years Day a falling branch shattered my back glass on my auto. I contacted the Hooksett,NH location for help. They gave me a choice of either the following Thur or Fri I chose Fri. Upon hearing the weather for Fri on Wed it was going to snow. I spoke with Renee about changing it to Thur instead. She was so helpful, contacted the installer and switched my appt to Thur. to beat the storm. Very enjoyable experience. Thank you Renee & Portland Glass.

I highly recommend PG-Hooksett. More specifically, I personally recommend Leon Haines for technical service. He has replaced three different windshields on my vehicles and has delivered exceptional service every single time. He went out of his way to see to it that we got exactly what we wanted and is extremely knowledgeable at his craft. I can’t say enough about the quality of his work. In fact, I refer him to anyone I know who has glass needs. Additionally, Renee was excellent when booking my appointment. She was very patient and did a tandem call with my insurance company to process my claim. She also was sure to get me right into the schedule. The installation from Portland Glass was great. Wasn't overly happy with the process of hiring Portland Glass to install our mirror. I had to make several calls to get them to come out to do an estimate, several calls to get the estimate, and then I had to chase them to schedule the installation. The only saving grace is that the guys that did install were great and the finish product came out better than we imagined!

Cracked windshield needed replaced next day, Kevin and the guys and gals at Portland took me right in for 230 the next day. Owning my own landscaping business I look for a certain etiquette in doing business with other companies. I will most certainly do more business with them and will reccommend anyone in need. Great customer service, two lady's at the front desk Jen and Kayla were sweethearts and very welcoming. Great wait area too !!

The service for getting my windshield replaced was phenomenal! Ron (I think that's his name) was very helpful when I called and worked out an amazing deal for me. They had no problems rescheduling for the following day when it rained on the day of my initial appointment. A man named Chuck came to my work to do the service. He was really great and super patient when he had a hard time contacting me to get into the building where I work. The price he told me was not the same as Ron had told me over the phone, but Chuck went above and beyond by contacting Ron about the cost when he went out to do the service since I was not able to do so myself at work. The service also seems to have been done really well. I will definitely be using them again if I ever need any more glass repair done!

We called Portland Glass during after hours and we thought the price they quoted us was fair then. However, Allyce emailed us the next day with an even much lower price! Moreover, the mobile service was free (it wasn’t free from the other company we called and their price was $110 more). They scheduled us an exact time, not between a few hours so it wasn’t a guessing game on when they’ll come. Dustin came to replace our minivan’s windshield today. He got here right on time and replaced it within an hour. Added bonus: he was able to remove the new style inspection sticker from the old windshield so no need to bring it back to get a new one!

When I walked in on a snowstorm the day after. I had snow and ice was fallen from my building. When I walked in the manager was there to provide an estimate and I had to leave the truck their for the windshield to be replaced and had no ride,was going to call Uber and he asked where I was going and I went out of his way to give me a ride with no questions asked. The techs were going to be late so one called and left a message to let me know they ended up being about 3 minutes late. Ounce to started it took them about 15 minutes. This was all done at my place of employment in the parking lot so no inconvenience to me at all, then when it came time to pay they told me to just call the office as they didn't want to be carrying my credit card info around the balance of the day as it could get lost/misplaced how thoughtful.

RE: 2009 Tacoma Back Glass Replacement. I called 3 glass companies for quotes and PG was the lowest. Even better, when I picked up my truck and paid the bill, the final charge was $25 less than originally quoted. The replacement was needed because the original glass had been shattered. PG also vacuumed up all of the shattered glass from the interior of my truck.
