I made my appointment and my tech james called me and told me he was on the way and would be there in 20min. After he hot here he told me all about my window and that it was replaced before and i never knew that. He then told me he has new clips for the side paneling of the winshield and new seals for the bottom cowling, after he cleaned the pinch weld and primed it, the new window went on and he used original seals from my ford company as long as he said they were reusable and not deteriorated other wise he would have to use aftermarket ones. I can't say enough how nice it feels to have this done and now i know i or my gf is not in any danger from a weak winshield. James took pride in making sure my window was done right and i could tell he wanted it right and not have to come back for a sloppy job, thank you james for a pleasent experience with safelite and keep up the good work, safelite managers i salute you all to good training experience within this company. I recommend this company to anybody that needs a window replaced, no matter the bad reviews on here. Remember but heads are a dime of a dozen when it comes to workmanship in a company, you may get one that don't care or you could get someone like james who obviously loves his job and the customers. Thanks to everyone at safelite.

Paul was extremely quick, detailed, and helpful when he came to my location to replace the shattered windshield of my SUV. The worst part was waiting an entire week for my appointment, as my car was basically undriveable, but I understand that's often out of the business's control. Thanks Paul for fixing my windshield and also for removing the majority glass remnants from the interior!

As promised, when the correct actions were taken I would re write my review. The gentleman James who worked on my car was very courteous and informative. He made it work in a storage unit while raining outside! I think the office may need to look at better communication with customers. Possibly let them know the work time is not included in the wait time for arrival, and for the office staff to ask more questions from ignorant customers, like myself, who do not understand the glass business. I was under the assumption I could get my glass fixed during my 9 hour time slot given 8-5pm so I chose my work location. After the tech didn't call around 3pm and I was told it would take a couple hours, I called their office to discover he wouldn't be there until after 5:30pm and it would take an additional 2 hours which by that time I would he at home with my children in a different county. Once I conveyed this to the office staff, we were able to get a smaller window of 8-12pm and he was prompt and really a great technician. Good job James for redeeming the company!!!

Cracked windshield. From the time I first called to finish was less than 36 hours. Zero out of pocket and they came to my office and replaced the window. Gus was my technician, very friendly and professional service. He came at the beginning of the appointment window and was done in less than an hour. An overall fantastic experience! Highly recommend!

BEST SERVICE EVER! I was worried about having this done, but they are amazing! Setting up appointments, reminders before hand, speedy service.... Best of all was the wait. The office staff seeen me dragging my laptop in for school work so they put me in the breakroom with a table, water, and coffee!!!! The work done was spectacular as well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

We brought our van here for a total windshield replacement. We dropped it off at 9:00am and it was ready by 4:00pm. Unfortunately, they couldn't recalibrate the front camera on that day, so we did have to bring it back the following weekend. Again, dropped it off around 9:00am and it was ready by 1:00pm.

I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled time (8 am), they promptly got me all set up and the very nice person working at the front desk saw that I had my backpack with me and offered to let me use their conference room to work in while I waited. Multiple employees passing by kindly greeted me and offered me water and coffee. I anticipated it taking 2-3 hours to replace my windshield but it was done in just an hour and I was updated through text about the service progress! The windshield looks great and the employee that completed the installation personally came to tell me he was done and addressed any questions. I highly recommend this location and do recommend booking for 8am if possible (less busy and everyone is very friendly right after morning coffee)

While Safelite did a great job replacing my windshield, I had to make a second appointment. After dropping off my car and being picked up by a friend, I received a call 30 minutes later informing me they didn’t have the right windshield in stock. It seems this is something they could have easily determined when I made my first appointment by asking a few simple questions about my vehicle. It was made even more frustrating by the fact that the location is 25 minutes from my house. Luckily, they had guest WiFi and I was able to work during my second appointment.

The chairs are NOT comfortable or safe for larger customers. When an employee, Jeff, saw that I had resorted to standing, he allowed me to sit in a large conference room in the back. He was a lifesaver! The staff was very friendly, and my car was ready ahead of schedule. When I left and had a definite air leak, I returned. The tech fixed the leak, took my car for a test drive, apologized and explained what had gone wrong. Caring people made what could have been a bad experience into a pleasant one!

I am happy with the Back windshield, however I was not happy with the $25 cleaning fee that was charged and all the glass not cleaned. When I communicated with customer service they stated it is a fee to clean around the window and to wipe it down before replacing the glass. They came thru tho on the customer service and are coming to me to clean the glass out of my back dash and seats. Way to go customer service!!!!

Always very professional and I have never had an issue with any of the work they have done for me or people I've referred. Last time they injected a crack in a friends windshield with resin instead of replacing the whole unit. Even though I'm sure it's structurally sound and safe it does remain visible to the eye. I personally would much rather have it replaced so there is nothing visible left over if given the option but to each their own... I must say it seems the crack is growing in size which the we were told may happen so we are going to inquire about possibly just replacing it instead. Still great services, people, and business practices and have yet to have a bad experience with these guys... Keep up the good work!

Had a rock hit the windshield of my charger on the way home from myrtle beach. Set the appointment up as soon as we got home, simple, easy. Payton showed up, explained exactly what he was going to do. Didn't have high expectations since I had a larger chip repaired on a different vehicle by safelite years ago and it was still very obvious but did the job, didn't crack any further so I was good with that. But, on my pride and joy I really wanted perfection. Even considered replacing it out of pocket. Insurance paid for the repair. Glad I didn't, Payton did an amazing job with it. The chip is just barely visible in sunlight, looks like a very tiny bug splat. He replaced the wipers, treated the windshield, less than an hour he was done. Very professional, very quick and I'm extremely happy with how it came out. Personally I would highly recommend safelite.

I went in for what I thought would be just a quick repair. Turned out my crack was too deep. I needed a whole new windshield. The tech (I wish I could remember his name, really tall guy) handed my information to a guy at the desk who ran it through my insurance, everything was good to go. The tech had the windshield replaced in no time at all. The windshield looks so good, it's like theres no window there. I'm very satisfied.

Got a rear window replacement from a mobile van. It took longer than expected, but they got the job done before I got off work so I wasn't moving my car out of the parking lot anyway. Turned out they broke my rear windshield washer nozzle, but they fixed it at no cost two weeks later. Decent folks to work with.

I scheduled the appointment online to get an additional 20% off then used my AAA discount on top of that in which I was paying out of pocket. The associate came to my home, he was on time. He just needed the key to the vehicle other than that he didn't need me for any thing else. He knocked on my door when he was finished. There was a price discrepancy. When Kris finished the job he he explained everything to me about no car washes for 24 hours and about what they guarantee. The new glass looks great. I compared prices with 5 different shops satellite was the leadt expensive. I will definitely use again if I have the bad luck to have the need for a new glass.

Had a miscommunication and ended up going in on Friday for my appointment and finding out I was scheduled for the week following. After looking at it to see if it was safe or not, I was told that if I left the car there for the day they would get it done as it was that bad. It was completed by 11am and done wonderfully.

My truck window was smashed due to someone breaking in. Stole a lot of stuff and cash. Was in a very bad mood at that. They replaced my window within two hours and even cleaned my broken glass out for me. Actually made my whole day a lot better. I will always recommend this company. Great people and smiling faces.

I’d give it 4.5 out of 5. Scheduling was a breeze, but there was a mix up with the glass windshield for our van. The first windshield installed was the non-acoustic version for the Odyssey when our model requires acoustic. So I had to make a second trip to get the right glass re-installed. Minor inconvenience, but an honest mistake, and they stood by their warranty to make it right. Can’t complain there. Knocking off 1/2 star for the second trip I had to make, overall happy with correct windshield. Waiting room was clean and neat, and they have an assortment of complimentary coffee, bottle water, and regular/diet soda - that was a nice touch. Waiting room also had plenty of USB ports to charge devices if you wait.

A tiny less than an inch crack in my window turned into a footlong fracture. Not a great experience. They're coming out to replace the full window soon. Will update review if they make things right. Update: They replaced the window, but unfortunately this means that I lost my tinting in the process. I understand that this would have happened if I replaced the window anyways, but the original intent was to seal a tiny crack, which would have left my tinting untouched.

Nice friendly service, got my windshield repaired but you could still see the cracks , so I went back about 2 weeks later and had a new windshield installed. So I would suggest having it replaced instead of repaired. After having my windshield replaced unbeknownst to me it was not done properly and caused a leak into my driver side floorboard which took me months to figure out where it was coming from as the floorboard was the only place in the vehicle that was wet, but since they give you a lifetime warranty I went back and had the windshield replaced and they also reimbursed me the $100 I had to pay a professional to actually find the leak ( Rick's Upholstery). And then noticed after having the windshield replaced for the second time they had cut a piece of my trim on the inside of my car with a knife so then I had to go back again to have that piece of trim replaced, I was not happy. So if you have your windshield replaced by Safelite and you find that your floorboard gets wet everytime it rains it may be the windshield.

I am a Gieco customer. They scheduled my appointment. Safelite met me wherever I was. Their first visit they ordered the wrong piece of glass. Safelite saved the day by scheduling service the next day. The tech came to the hotel parking garage, and fixed our window while we were away. Everything was ready to go when we returned from our trip! We would highly recommend Safelite!

They keep me now about a month to tell me that they have the new rear mirror that I need for my kia since they broke when they replace my winshield glass, and I also they tell me to go there to fixed the inside rear mirror and after 45 mins. Drove there they tell me that they don't have the mirror and they will let me know when they have one , .. what s irresponsible are that company , for me I'll not suggested to no body

Took my 2004 F150 to have the rear window seal replaced because of water leakage and wind noise but they informed me that it was a known issue of the seal at the third brake light, so instead of 250.00 dollars to repair it was only a hundred for the new lense. I appreciated the honesty that was given.

I used Safelight AutoGlass in Clarksville, Indiana years ago a couple times. This time when I needed a rear windshield replaced I found out Safelight was no longer in Clarksville. I found there was one in Louisville so I called them. My insurance was going to pay all but $250 deductible. Safelight offered to come to my home or office; I chose home. I am going to make a long story short and say I had 4 different Techs to my home over a space of time to make me completely satisfied. The Shop Manager even offered to come out, but then offered me the option to go to a Cadillac dealer to have the issue resolved with Safelight paying the bill. The issue was my original glass and the replacement glass had different connectors for the defroster. The new glass went in quickly even though my original glass had been shattered into who knows how many tiny fragments. The Tech. cleaned up the mess pretty thoroughly and all 4 Techs who visited my home were very professional and cordial. My car needed new connector to match the new connector on the new glass which is a rare situation according to Safelight and Cadillac. The year of my Cadillac model was the same as 5or 6 other model years and apparently the connectors were different for some reason. HEY! Safelight went the extra mile plus more to make me completely satisfied. I am very impressed with the extent they will go to ensure you are a happy customer. It took some out of the normal circumstances and arrangements to get it done, but it got done. Cadillac service isn't cheap and Safelight didn't hesitate or haggle over using them to make this repair completely satisfactory. I recommend Safelight Louisville, KY to everyone. I will definitely call them again if I need another window replaced. Thank you, Safelight, Rick Pase and all your Techs. Their phone answering service is also very good. They answer quickly and follow through with the shop. I see how this review could have been a 1 star if it weren't for the commitment to service by the Louisville, KY Safelight AutoGlass. They are head and shoulders above their competition.

I had an appointment for them to come to me but it was sprinkling. Fortunately I work around the corner from their shop so they called and ask if they could come get my truck and take it back to replace the window. About an hour and a half later windshield replaced and back at my work. Great experience!

As a single parent of two, money is accounted for down to the last penny. When my window was not rolling up, I took it to a car place that I will not name that said I needed a new window and was going to charge me $659. I held off and took it to Safelite where I was told that my window only needed a bolt. A FREAKING BOLT. There is something to be said about a company that has people with integrity working for them. You cannot put a price on integrity in my opinion and I am forever grateful. May the Lord bless this company and those individuals that helped me instead of taking advantage of me.
