We had a great experience with Pella from start to finish! We wanted a hassle-free quote with a fair price and did not want to play back and forth game that some other competitors do. We have an older home and had all the windows replaced. We went with the black frame outside and white frame inside. The installation crew did a fantastic job! The installation by Randy Evans Construction and Remodeling was top notch. Since my house is 50 years old, and not exactly plumb in some spots, they ran into a few issues putting in two, 8-foot sliding glass doors. However, the crew of Evans Construction's attention to detail, quality of craftmanship and the commitment to problem solve to get the job done right was superb. I went with Pella because of its reputation for quality products and so far, I am impressed. However, a HUGE glitch in the installation was caused by the mis-labeling of one of the glass sections at some point, either at the factory or the distribution center, and although it had my correct name and address on it, it was the incorrect door. I got somebody else's door, and somebody will get mine causing a second issue. Yes, mistakes happen but those can and should be eliminated with proper training, re-training as needed, along with the expectation by management of quality customer service and the job done right. Now I have one section covered with plywood and I must wait weeks until the correct door is re-sent. I asked that only Evans Construction be the guys to finish the job because they are committed to quality customer service.

We ordered replacement windows and back sliding glass door to replace all the original single-pane ones in our rental house. Rich Davis was so easy to work with and went above and beyond with his customer service. The house was vacant at the time and we live out of state, so I was concerned logistics would be a nightmare. Thankfully, I was wrong. Randy and Rich did such a great job with the windows and door replacements. The installation team arrived early and got the entire job done in a single day. And since we weren't able to see the finished product, Rich drove over afterwards and took pictures to send us! He even checked inside the house to make sure it was left just as clean as it was before the job started. It was so thoughtful and it really made the process go smoothly and put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Pella and would specifically recommend Rich and Randy for any window/door needs you may have. First Patricia was very helpful and informative when we went into the showroom to explain the options in the door and windows that we purchased. Once the sale was finalized she followed up to let us know when the product arrived and setup and installation time. Then Zach at installation time was very professional and friendly. He made sure to clean up any and all messes that was created from the removal and installation of the windows. Now for the quality of the product is a night and day difference from what we had. Our back door you could see light coming through and the trim was falling off. Now with the new door and windows installed I can already tell the difference in how often the heater kicks on and the lack of outside noise from the everyday traffic and kids. Thank you guys! We originally reached out to Lowe’s for help & discovered that we did not have a standard size door and Lowe’s made sound like that was going to be a big problem & we’ll need to fill the surround wall in to have the door fit. In addition, Darrell came out on numerous occasions to deliver screens, adjust windows and sliding door, and replace one sliding glass door screen that was damaged by the builder. Pella, from start to delivery and to a repair, top notch. Had a window that was broken by a neighbor mowing the edge of the street and threw a rock. Jon and Darrell came out and within 20 minutes pulled the broken panel and installed the new one. The window was hard to reach, they had all the correct equipment including a small battery powered vacuum and cleaned while they worked. Jon even cleaned the other panels while on the ladder and touched up a part on the frame that had a scratch from the siding installers. These guys did an amazing job, really took pride in their work. Absolutely trust them at my house even if I wasn't present. Ask for Jon and Darrell specifically. You won't go wrong.

We just had 20+ old vinyl and aluminum windows replaced with beautiful wood-clad Pella Lifestyle windows, and we are so happy with them. Yes, they are expensive, but the quality is incredible and the windows are truly so beautiful, clear, and efficient. Also, they were only a fraction of the price compared to the astronomical sales-pitch we got from Renewal by Anderson, not to mention there were no hokey "lightening deals" or "sign here today" gimmicks or any of that other Anderson garbage. Our account manager, Patricia, was lovely and very responsive, and our installers, John and Joey, were truly our favorite tradesman we've had at our house this whole year (and we've had lots!). They were friendly and professional, asked great questions to make sure everything was just right, cleaned up after themselves each day, and made sure every single window looked perfect. We wish we could hire them for every woodworking job! We have a couple windows left and we look forward replacing them with Pella soon! Two tips: We are especially obsessed the side-pivot hardware on the casement windows. Side-pivot hardware allows the window to open more like a door on the side hinge, vs the window sort of sliding into the middle of the frame. I wish this came standard or that I had asked for this on all my casements because it makes a big difference in being able to see through the whole window, plus I think it's just more classic. Also, consider ordering pull-down screens! We love how easy it is to go screen-free without having to pop out the screens and store them. A request for Pella for next time: Please consider adding push-out double French casement's to your line! These are my dream windows for my next house :)

The five stars is for the installation team only. Darrell and Jon answered all of my questions. They did a great job removing the old window and installing the new window. The window looks great and it was clean as well. Apart from the installation team though, the glass was overly expensive and we were charged for a sash (the wood around the window) that they didn't use. Pella wouldn't credit me for it. As much as Pella charges for windows, that should be a part of their service. I had a lot of problems getting this window ordered when it should have been a simple procedure. I give the ordering team a 2. Whatever programs they are currently using for sales and support needs updated. Also, you need to keep clients in your database for longer periods of time due to your warranties or at least keep your products long term for product support. Lastly, this is our second Pella product to be fixed. Both times Little Rock wanted to send a service guy. We knew what needed to be replaced and what needed to be ordered. The first was a door lock on a french door. The second was on this window. You don't always need to send a service guy for $125 if you just need a part. I appreciate your products and your hard work, but the business end and the support area needs to be reassessed and redone. This is nothing personal, just a review from a concerned customer. I can't say enough good about the entire process. I did not have all of the house windows replaced but am now thinking about doing the rest of the windows as the new windows really made a difference. The house looks so much better both from the inside looking out and from the outside. It is well worth the cost to have Pella Windows. To have the Pella warrenty is important and also that the warrenty can be transferred to a new home owner if I have to ever sell the property. Wonderful experience! Mary’s knowledge of the Pella product and design expertise produced a very appealing and practical window application. The use of a quad slider for our deck , which faces the lake was a huge improvement from the architect’s design. In some cases he answered questions I didn't know to ask. ;) The ordering and scheduling process were great. The installer was awesome. That said, I could tell the difference in comfort inside my house immediately. I know it's winter here but I can't wait to see the first utility bill and see what the results will be. I'm sure there will be an obvious improvement as my furnace is running about half the time is use to for the same comfort level. IF your looking for windows, this is the place to go. Mary East and Wayne Presley of Bentonville PELLA… ROCK! In a word, ordering, scheduling, installation, service and product satisfaction are... EXCELLENT! Two highly professional and informed representatives of a product which they are very proud. First day at the store… Mary provided a very informative show and tell of the available Pella products and finished up zeroed in on exactly what we were looking for… we were replacing every window in the home that wasn’t already a Pella… we needed 11 windows, triple pane, internal blinds, tinted and NO grill work. We already had a couple Pella deck sliders, gym windows and storm door for several years all in excellent shape. Mary accompanied the installing contractor’s initial visit for measuring/fitting etc. and ensured we had left/right windows selected correctly in each position and all bases covered. The install went without incident by a very professional local contractor, Guy Winchester… no messes, polite, careful and considerate… and not leaving without our concurrence the job was complete, we were satisfied… and a window by window show and tell had been completed. Since I was doing the interior trim work… he also gave me a very helpful tutor session to help me by some of the troublesome moments trimming a not so square spec house. If that wasn’t enough… a few days later… enter Wayne Presley, a very informative and knowledgeable Pella tech-expert and follow up satisfaction guaranteed person. We had a couple insignificant dings which Wayne immediately corrected without delay. These two young Pella professionals are indeed a credit to their organization… and whatever Pella is paying them… it’s NOT enough. Kudo’s to all. As for the windows, the name speaks for itself… they are the talk of this Bella Vista neighborhood… I’m glad they are nailed in to prevent theft… LOL. The small picture window is a delight. The light tint and internal blinds are awesome, there is no more glare indoors. All of the open/close actuators and blinds operate as smooth as silk. In the daytime… looking in from the outside… all one sees is their own reflection; but, at night with the house lights on… better be using the blinds, as the windows are so huge and visual… they can look right in from the outside. Wouldn’t trade them for the world, greatest windows we’ve ever owned.

New contemporary build with triple pane doors and windows - can add blinds or shades later - Dylan is a thinker and was amazingly helpful in suggestions that fit our needs - french doors with low threshold perfect for my wheelchair bound spouse - life warranty is awesome and a name we can trust!
