I was 4x4ing last weekend and unfortunately got nailed by a rock from the guy in front of me. It wasn’t repairable combined with some scratches and nicks it already had so I decided to reach out to Safelite. I made a scheduled day where they could actually come to my business and replace tube windshield right in the parking lot. The appointment was set for between 8am-12pm and as you all know with most appointments like this the company’s usually run late and it’s very frustrating. Not with Armando from Safelite. He promptly called after 8am and alerted me he’d be here in 30 minutes. Upon arrival he greeted me, explained things to me and promptly started on the windshield. It took about 45 minutes and looks great. Highly recommended and kudos to Armando

First time going to the shop to get my glass replaced. The staff there is super friendly and have great customer service while creating a professional atmosphere. They definitely work on putting the customer first. As I saw one guy come in to get his back window replace but it came in with damaged seals. They were quick to notify him that it was going to take longer and they were going to go get him a new glass themselves. My windshield was quoted to take about two hours to replace but only took about an hour and a half. I was actually surprised at how affordable it is to get your windshield replaced outta pocket instead of going through insurance.

I came here in a day's notice, recommended by my insurance, and I'm very happy I did. A rock had chipped my windshield, I was devastated as my car is only 6 months old. I wish I had a before pic to show how amazing the restoration went. The works were very kind and professional from start to finish. The waiting area was well kept, magazines to read, TV to watch, free wifi, even complimentary beverages. The bathroom was very clean (I was there in the early morning hours) but I trust they maintain it through out the day. I was waiting for about 30-40 mins, which flew by as I read my book I brought. The spot that had been chipped looked so great!! Just 2 little raindrop sized chips versus the mini spider webs I had. My insurance covered the cost, l would recommed checking if yours does before you pay for it out of pockets.

This is my 2nd broken windshield within 2 months. I was referred to a different company for the first windshield and had a horrible experience, they had me scheduled for an installation and never showed up. Then I called customer service and they told me I was wrong with the date, even though I had an email confirmation from them. They did this 2 more times before finally fixing the windshield. Fast forward to Safelite, I called them and they answered the call within minutes, they schedule my service, they confirmed my service the day before and also called me the morning of for a reminder. The tech called me to give me a courtesy call and let me know what time he would be arriving. The tech wore a mask and was very respectful. This is the way business should be handled and I couldn’t be happier with Safelite.

What can I say! it was like it never happened. From start to finish was just a breeze for me, I had a windshield that got hit by a rock of course in the streets of las Vegas from the never-ending construction and trucks with rocks that fly in the air! Had my windshield like that for couple of months, after the change of weather then boom, a whole crack across just like that. After searching for "best prices" or "best place" or "cheap windshield replacement shops", I just went to what my gut was telling me and from watching so many commercials on TV and social media, I booked my appointment online with all of the information required, showed up and within an hour, it was done! Thank you to all Safelite Technicians for doing a wonderful job!! and to keeping my stickers and camera accessories that i thought it wouldn't come off, they did and got them back! I appreciate those little details!! You guys have my business hopefully not soon!

Wow, what a great job they did! My driver window wasn't broken but the mechanism was. I had already replace the part 4 times prior to my visit to this establishment. I bought the part myself and had them put it in. Apparently I had been missing a pin to hold the window. That was causing all the repeated issues. The mechanic made his own pin. The window is working perfectly and I couldn't be happier!! Thank you to the hole team for all the efforts.

Wow. I couldn't be happier with the new windshield. The service was fast and friendly. Great value in my opinion. My windshield was cracked but after seeing my new one I didn't realize how bad my original window was damaged by road debris. Wish I had replaced it sooner.

I was stranded in the middle of the road my car had stopped. Shane a Safelight Auto Glass Guy pulled over and helped me get my car out of the road and also try to figure out what was going on with my car he was absolutely great and kind in a stressful time for me I appreciate him. He didn't have to stop he could pass me by like the other drivers were. Shane I don't know his last name but he's a great Safelite Auto Glass Guy and a good human being!

EASY online ordering/appointment scheduling and payment. Staff was super friendly, professional and on time. The tech that did the job, Jay, was great, from pre-inspection to delivery. He went above and beyond, with great communication through the entire process of replacing the windshield, (which took about one hour) - vacuumed the front, cleaned the side windows, and then gave me a can of Safelite Glass Cleaner to take home. Very good service with good time on my repair. A little pricey but the techs are friendly, personable and honest about your vehicle. I recommend this shop if you have windshield/window damage. I showed up to my appointment an hour late and they still took me and had my work done within 90 mins.

Rob and his team went above and beyond to make sure my windshield replacement was as smooth as possible. I have eyesight on my car and in the past there have been issues with calibration and they've had to put aftermarket glass in, then replace with OEM to re-calibrate. Knowing that, they were able to get the authorization directly from my insurance for OEM glass. They were very easy to work with when I had to change my appointment. Top notch customer service. Would highly reccomend.

Great service, got the chance to use both their mobile and in shop repair and I was truly impressed. They came as scheduled (actually a little early but called first) and discovered I didnt actually need a complete repair but just a part replaced, they took the door apart and made sure it was just that part... I then scheduled an appointment in store to save a bit of money and had the repair completed as soon as the part came in. The store was neat, clean and offered complementary soda, water and coffee. The staff was respectful and courteous. Overall the price was competitive and well worth a few extra dollars.

Jay provided me with the best customer service I've ever had. My appointment was set at 130 and the moment I pulled up he took my keys and got it right in. From the start he insured me that my windshield would be fixed and informed me that they will get all the glass out of my car as well. He insisted in making sure my stay was great by providing me drinks and giving me an ETA of an hour to 2. He got the job done in an hour!!! I'll recommend anyone and everyone to him!! Replacement windshield was only $200 for parts and installation. They were quick and efficient. While it took 90 minutes, they're waiting room was well appointed, flat screen, free soda and coffee etc. They also vacuumed the front of my car and gave me a free can of window cleaner. Very satisfied.

It was easy to get an appointment to get my window fixed. They leaned on the side of caution and said it could take two hours, but it took a little over an hour, which was great on a Saturday. I was in California on a road trip, over 3000 miles from home when my windshield cracked after getting hit with a rock. The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and, between her and the regional director for the area I was in, found a location that was on my road trip to have my windshield replaced. The level of service was unmatched and incredibly appreciated. When I arrived at the shop on Rainbow Boulevard in Las Vegas, all of the employees were polite and inviting and they replaced my windshield in a timely manner even though I was a little late arriving for my appointment. Could not have asked for better service all around.

This company has the best customer service I have ever experienced. They did have to come out a second time to fix a small leak. But I have to say they where so apologetic about having to come back out to the house for warranty work. They back there work 110% I wish more companies had the top notch customer services Safelite does. One of the best parts about requesting warranty service is that there was no need to find our paperwork they had a complete record of our repairs just by giving them our phone number. Ok, so first day in Vegas for the Con at the Tropicana, and my back window gets broken ou. Not the way to start a trip but these guys were fantastic! Not only did they fit me in they made sure all the glass was vacuumed out of my back seat and all my windows cleaned and my new own sealed and replaced. They kept me informed on any delay, like not having my window but it was there within 30 minutes and I was out the door in just under two hours. Great staff, hope I never have to go back to them.

The windshield on my car broke because, you know, a pebble happened. So I called my insurance and placed a 5 minute claim for my windshield to be replaced. The representative from Autoglass came to my job, gave me details on what he would do, changed the glass and cleaned it and did it all in this horrible heat! Went there a few weeks ago since I had a pretty large rock crack my windshield. The gentleman there immediately came out to assess and gave me the breakdown of what they could do to fix along. They also explained that by filling the crack, it could potentially crack it further which could break the windshield. I'm just happy they explained that before starting. Turns out everything went smooth and they were finished well under the suggested time it would take. Plus, the cost was well under what I expected... Like a lot. My new go to place.

My replacement windshield would not allow my front camera to recalibrate and had to take my car to the dealer. After the dealer could not recalibrate the camera, I had to get an OEM windshield and then everything was fine. Safelight was great to work with and to ultimately replace the windshield again.

I used safelite before for my previous car so i decided to choose safelight for my frontwindow crack from highway. It was easy to make an appt. although they give wide time frame , you get notified before they arrive and you can see where the tech is live time. Which was cool! I was ready to open my garage door when they arrived and he got it done in an hour or so. Looking great!! Would recommend safelite to anyone.

Took an old 89 Vette in for a new windshield as a rock hit it.:(. Anyway they ordered the window and new metal strip, etc. Bottom line, I didn't have it done there as they couldn't guarantee that they could save the old metal trim and the aftermarket one, may not fit100% correctly. They like wham bam replacements. Had a window guy that came to the house and did a great job, referred to me by Ian's Customer Upholstery as they put a new top on the Vette.

I'm trying to find a place to install a rear quarter panel window on my "91 Ford Probe. I already have the glass. It's an old car and really difficult to find parts for, so I searched a long list of junkyards online. I would have had to pay extra if I let the repair shop order it and I probably wouldn't get my car back for about 2 weeks. Safelight said that they will only install their own glass. Very disappointing, especially since they are only three stoplights away from my home. But they did recommend a place that would do it. They were very curtious and helpful.
