Rob came out today to replace a pane on our slider door. He came and picked up the door and returned it with a new pane of glass. Rob cleaned and lubed the track and also cleaned the glass after install. Rob went above and beyond to get the job done and we are most grateful. Boss glass and door really cares about their customers. Would recommend their services to anyone!

Called Joe early in the AM after finding a broken window at the office from vandals the night before. Had to replace the glass on a sliding glass patio door. Boss Glass provide a reasonable quote for top quality tempered glass and was able to replace the glass within the existing frame on the same day. Robert was prompt, courteous, efficient, and exacting in the re-installation of the repaired door. He offered tips on how to better care for the door and secure it. Robert thoroughly cleaned the work area with his shop vacuum cleaner and removed all work debris.

1 pane of our sliding glass door was broken by a rock. I called around for estimates and Boss was the least expensive by far. I took the door to their shop. It was not a standard size door so they had to order the glass. They were upfront about the time frame and kept me updated through out the whole process. Great customer service and craftsmanship. It was a pleasure to do business with Joe. Receiving a call at 3:30am from your business alarm company and arriving to find your front door shattered is a frustrating and stressful set of circumstances. Not only was my business left wide open, but now I was tasked with finding someone to help with the repair at 4am. I called several glass repair companies advertising 24 hour service but ONLY Joe actually answered. A couple of the many benefits of his service was he quoted a price that he stuck to- no hidden fees, he arrived earlier than expected, it was a same day repair done within hours because he has glass that he cuts to your measurements, he communicates with you during the process from start to finish and he cares about the outcome...the installation was quick and precise. PS: He even did a door adjustment and got a door that was sticking for 3 years to open and close with ease... at no additional charge! From start to finish, it was a professional experience and I highly recommend him for your glass and door repair needs.

Boss Glass & Door is the only glass and door company I will use. Joe was awesome very knowledgeable. I didn’t know they did commercial door work. I’ve always used Boss Glass for mirrors and glass so when Joe came out to give me a quote for some mirrors I found out they do door work too. Perfect timing I needed to change my Locks and get some hinges fixed so I had Joe take care of it. Did a much better job then the last company that charged me twice as much as Boss. I will never call anybody body else.

I typically don't even write reviews (I think this is my first Google review tbh), but I must tell Las Vegas that Joe is amazing - He came to our home to repair our broken glass door on HIS BIRTHDAY (is that not amazing?)!! Not only did he provide a quote way less than the majority of the companies in Vegas, he was also available to service our broken patio sliding door within 48 hours. We received much higher quotes (almost double) and the other companies couldn't even make it out to our home until 5+ business days (ummm crazy). He's honest, polite, super friendly, and precise with his work!! I'm so glad we found him!! I had a break in couple of days ago at my business and I called Joe from Boss Glass and Door. A lot of businesses advertised that they are 24 hours open but no one actually answered. He was the only one who answered the phone at 5:00 Am in the morning. He was very professional and gave me the quote right on the phone to which I agreed and he was there in 45 minutes took the measurements of the glass and fixed it within hour and half most importantly before we opened for the day. The break in was Very horrible experience for me as an owner but hard working and compassionate people like Joe makes it easier to deal with these kind of situations. Thank You Joe for your service. Joe emailed me back immediately unlike other glass companies that never call back. I talked to him on a Monday and got my glass top for my 8 foot long dining table and my almost 10 foot long built in office desk.on a Wednesday. Boss Glass is an honest hard working business with good prices!. I called on a Friday afternoon after calling two other glass shops needing a residential window replaced. Both the other shops said 5-10 days and they were quite a bit more expensive. Then I called Boss, they said bring it on in and we will take care of it. The man that answered the phone offered to stay late for me to bring my window frame for him to replace the glass. I had a break in at my office late Saturday afternoon and called Boss Glass to come out and board up my door and get new glass. Joe, the owner, was out here in about an hour with supplies to board up the door, cleaned out the broken glass and fixed a couple other small issues. A couple days later he returned with the glass to repair the door. He did a fantastic job and was very professional and knowledgeable in both glass and doors. I will certainly use him again.

Would highly recommend them. I had to replace the glass in a bedroom window, and, since it was on a Friday afternoon, assumed I would have to wait until at least the next day if not until Monday. But these guys were prompt in responding to me, and I was able to get it fixed within a couple hours! It would have been sooner but actually I’m the one who delayed the process! Not only that but they were very helpful in explaining to me how to remove the window frame with the broken glass and even answered my text message at 11pm when I had a question later that night. Very relieved that these guys made this as easy as it was! Oh...and most importantly, they quoted me the cheapest estimate over the phone out of the 5 companies I called, and it turned out to be even less when they measured the window glass themselves! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
