Window world did an amazing job. They were efficient and affordable. Chaz hooked us up with a quote (he was so kind to our nervous dog) and he explained honestly which windows in our home didn’t need replacing, so we could prioritize our budget on the windows that were leaking air. Mike and Mike did a great installation job and removed the old windows and installed the new ones in less than two hours. They were kind and communicative. I will definitely call window world to replace our next set of windows in a few months!

Very good crew to install the new window. Sales representative was professional and polite not pushy at all. Only down was I did not get a call when my window arrived at there warehouse to schedule the installation. I just happened to think about it one day and called them to check on it, they said oh yeah it's here and forwarded me to the schedulers. Also, didn't get a confirmation call the day before installation like they said they were going to do. Othere than a small communication issue with the office, the field personal were great to work with. Going to have them do the remaining windows next year.

It was a great experience from the point of sale which provided us with payment options, to scheduling with the added updates to let us know we could have a earlier install date, and then finally the day of installation which was like watching nascar. They replaced all 8 windows in 1.5 hours. I followed up on the workmanship and the crew did excellent work. At arrival the project manager checked out all the window locations and then at the end went over the paper work and use of windows. I work in sales in the landscape industry and I was really impressed. Normally I ignore these types of questionnaires but the entire process blew me away. I would definitely recommend Window World to family and friends!

My overall experience with Window World was very good. The initial consultations with Dion were great. It was very low key and not high pressure at all. He answered all my questions. And I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Window World within 2 months after signing a contract saying that my windows were in and that I could call to arrange an installation date. My original installation date was scheduled for Monday, 1/30. Due to extreme cold, the installation date was rescheduled to Saturday, 2/4. While I was happy that the rescheduled date was soon, I think it should have been better communicated upfront that due to the forecasted cold weather it was likely my original appointment would be rescheduled. The original appointment was cancelled last minute and it was too late for me to cancel my day off work. My windows were installed on 2/4 and it was a very pleasant experience. Tim and the guys who helped him were all nice, fast, and left virtually no mess. They installed 15 windows in less than 3 ½ hours. A few communication issues aside, I am very satisfied with my new windows and the service I received. I would recommend Window World and use them again in the future.

We ordered 4 windows in July. Our salesman was Chaz, and he was fantastic. Very thorough and answered all of my questions!! The windows were not guaranteed by the end of the year and I clearly understood that. I called at the end of Sept to check the progress and was advised they were in early! I was scheduled for installation on Oct 24. The day comes, only to be a complete rain out. I was contacted in the morning and was advised that somebody would be contacting me to reschedule. I specifically asked if I would have to wait 4 more weeks and was told no. I called about 30min before closing and the call was answered by Rob in St. Louis. After much back and forth? He insisted the earliest available date to install the windows was Nov 23. Another 4 1/2 weeks!! The next morning, I was contacted again and advised they had a cancellation and could come install the windows. Kyle and his crew showed up and completed the job in just a few hours. Everybody was courteous and answered all my questions and concerns. When finished, everybody cleaned up inside and out, and you couldn’t tell the windows had just been installed. They were that clean. Kyle showed me how the windows work, how to clean them, etc. The windows look GREAT! Better then I ever could have imagined. Although there was the frustration with scheduling, the end result was positive. Chaz was great to work with and I plan to contact him at the start of the year to get the remaining windows ordered for my house. Additionally if available, I would have Kyle and his crew back again for installation!

The whole process was communicated by sales rep, the office and the installation team. The process took a little longer (1.5 days to 2) than we thought but I’m glad the team went the extra mile to do it correctly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for windows in the future.

I replaced all of my windows at my house with the tinted windows. Since it was before Covid the delivery was on time with custom windows. The installation was quick for a whole house replacement and the installers were very professional. Just like any other business I expect there will be delays these days. I work for a manufacturer, supply chain issues are not something this company should be hold responsible. Recently I realized 2 of the windows' vacuum seals were not holding. I called the company, within minutes they ordered replacement with no hassle. Amazing people in this location. Just to note I found them through a friend's recommendation. He had the same good experience. They are delivering consistently good customer service. They broke a window and warranty covered it. Update: The supply chain issues made the delivery of the replacement longer than promised. I am still in the opinion of 5 star*****. Leadtime is not something they can control these days. Service tech called the day before replacement to make sure I would be home. Called today and asked if he can come about half hr early. Excellent communication. He was very professional, replaced the windows and gone. 2 new windows under warranty. It was another positive experience.

All went well. Surprised only one tech for 6 windows but he just worked through it; did a good job on clean up; went through his protocols at the end to make sure I was satisfied. My 6th house to get windows. I’ve only used window world because of the service I always get.

27 Windows, 7 man crew, 1 day. I'm usually skeptical of the low price leader on products, but the difference was so much, I could buy the windows 3 times over vs Anderson. For that big of a difference, I figured why not give them a shot. The results are fantastic. The windows are good quality, fit perfectly, move nicely, look great and the installation was done correctly. They look like they belong and I saved enough to remodel the kitchen. The below image is one wall of the finished product. The salesman suggested replacing the double hungs on this wall with picture windows. The final result is spectacular.

The guys were very timely, courteous, respected my home and left it just as clean as it was when they arrived. I have 2 large dogs, and they weren’t even bothered by them. I had Window World do both siding and windows on a new investment property. First, their sales reps were great and to the point. Their estimates were Half the price of the competitors' bids! They squeezed me into scheduling much earlier than originally anticipated! Their installation crew was awesome and worked fast as a team and got everything done amazingly fast in less than 3 days! I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered my replacement windows but I was really impressed by the quality, professionalism and pricing I received from the Window World. The salesman was informative and detailed, windows came in before I expected, the installation took less time than I expected (less than 2 hours for 9 windows). Installers covered everything in plastic, then cleaned up and vacuumed. I even received a followup call from their foreman. Windows look great from inside and outside. The next closest bid from a competitor was a $1000 more. Very happy, would use again, but the lifetime warranty says I won't have to.

From the initial sale through the install everything went great. The sales person (Dion) was very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. The install crew lead by Mike were very professional and respectful. They always took off their shoes when coming indoors, which doesn’t sound like a big thing, but goes a long way in showing they care enough about what they’re doing and your property. Hopefully the windows end up being as good as everything else was. 👍👍

We got quotes from a couple companies in advance. The salesman seemed straight forward and honest. Relative to the other offers we looked at, window world was fairly priced. The installation crew was solid and did a good job. They worked hard and made a point to make sure we we're happy with the end product. Nearly 5 stars, but 1) they didn't contact us before delivering materials and inadvertently blocked my car in the garage...thankfully I could work from home that day. 2) not all the trim pieces were delivered up front so they had to come back and finish the job later than initially communicated.

Very impressed with Tracy who came to my residence and replaced a window and several screens. He was very efficient doing his job and he still had time to carry on a conversation that I hope made his time as enjoyable as mine. Also very impressed with Window World’s policy of replacing windows that over time had air leaks even though my windows were originally put in over 10 years ago. Found another window that needed replaced and a few more screens, no questions asked, they just gave me a date when they will be back and it’s that easy. Very nice windows for a very affordable price. I had an appointment with Bordner for the very exact windows and they wanted to charge me 3 times what Window World charged. Window World rep was very professional and worked with me on my decisions to purchase windows. Only one problem. The installers left shrapnel on the floors that was not easy to see. I could have cut my feet at least 4 times and seriously if I did not have shoes on. The shrapnel was in different locations.

Window replacements are a huge investment, so I went into the process cautiously. Because Dion (our sales rep) had been a previous window installer, he could explain the whole process really well. Windows were delivered right on schedule and installed on not a great weather day. The installers did a great job - even cleaned up their trash and washed the installed windows.

Our church recently hired Window World® to replace windows in the educational wing of our building. The new windows look good, but it was a tough road getting there. They miscounted the number of windows, causing the final cost to exceed the original estimate by over $2000. In addition, it took three appointments with the company before the windows could be accurately measured. The company made no concessions due to their mistakes. Finally, however, the installation was completed, and we are pleased with the results. We are expecting these windows to last a long time without problems.

We replaced both the siding and the windows. We were very happy with how fast and clean the windows went in. We are also happy how our siding looks. The only complaint we have is that they screwed their scaffolding through our brand new roof on all four sides. They did caulk each hole but it would have been nice to know this before we purchased siding so we could have asked for them to use a different type of scaffolding. Also be prepared to have a few paint touch ups inside after windows are replaced due to the EPA making them use duct tape to attach their plastic in case of any lead particles in the air. We recommend them.

I have to say this is refreshing in light of the recent estimates I was trying to get from other companies. My representative from Window World was Stephen, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, calm, courteous, and easy to talk to. He left me with brochures, he let me play with a sample window, and he even talked me into replacing my French doors with a sliding door. I have been wanting to get a sliding door for a while, but wasn't prepared to spend thousands on a door. When he told how nice their doors were and how much cheaper they were, I decided to reconsider. About 2 weeks later, I decided to order 2 windows. He came back out, we signed the contract, I handed him a check, and now I am waiting on the next steps of the process. I'll update my review once I receive the windows. - I went with Window World because their prices were competitive and fair, 2 of my friends are happy happy with their windows, and Stephen let his brochures and good-natured personality take over instead of trying to pressure me into something. I never felt uncomfortable, and was even told it's whenever I feel like making a move. THIS IS HOW YOU GET BUSINESS, FOLKS!!!! You don't need to corner me in my own home to get a sale. If your business does great work, has very few problems, but takes care of them, has wonderful customer service, and a laid back sales approach, the sales will come. I can't wait to get my first set of windows. I look forward to continuing this business relationship. Thanks!

We have a 100+ year old house with a majority of the windows being original. The team was 15 minutes earlier than the estimated time given, had 20 windows completely done and cleaned up in just a few hours. The crew was amazing, funny and made the entire process look like they do it in their sleep. No mess left, everything was cleaned up and Casey even gave a short demonstration at the end. Beautiful windows and I'm so excited to enjoy them!

I had all the windows in my home replaced by window world. All my windows went bad at once. The estamets to repair were almost as much as net windows from window world. Replacement windows from other companies and contractors were high. I was given a lifetime warranty. The crews that installed the windows were efficient, polite, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. I am 70 years old, and am able to wash my windows from the inside now, no ladders. They also have great financing.

Great experience! Price was the best of the three bids I received, and the windows are high quality. The installers did a nice job and were conscious to keep the inside of my house clean. The installation took two half-days: the first day they installed the windows (22 of them), and the second day they came back to install the trim and seal the windows from the outside. They look fantastic, and work brilliantly. I live on a somewhat busy street and the week after they were installed I noticed how much quieter it was in my house; I could barely hear the traffic outside. It was really quite amazing. I can't wait to see what kind of savings I get on my heating/cooling bills as well!

Gave us a service window from 10-1, crew showed up at 9:45. Had all 9 windows replaced and finished by 12:30. Guys were courteous and respectful, didn’t leave a mess, and were happy to show us all the windows features. Would 100% use again! Edit: After having the windows almost a year now my utility bills have dropped almost $100. My house stays warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Noise reduction is amazing, I live right next to 435 and can barely hear it. Haven't had a single issue with any of the windows functionality. Great product with an even better price tag!!

First time using Window World. After getting 4 other estimates , they had the best prices to me for what all their windows offered. It took a while to get them installed due to two cancellations but they made up for that, which I commend them for that! The installers were friendly and quick! I had 5 windows installed and one redesigned , it took a couple of hours, they cleaned up behind themselves inside and out! Accurate measurements ensure our windows fit properly and look great. The Installers are courteous and professional and were thorough. This was the best experience from a contractor ever. They arrived on time , totally professional. They had the site all prepared with plastic to carry debre away. They had a triple window removed in 8 minutes! The whole process was done in 2 hours. One triple window and 3 regular windows. I will definitely have them come back and finish my house. I will also be a reference for them for someone else. Mike was one and his partner. They are awesome team.

I am so sad to write this review. I was so happy to hire window world. For 8400 dollars they replaced 16 windows in my home. A price well below even the lowest next bidder. During installation the guys were very nice. The master bathroom top window sash was broken, either during production, or installation. Although it was to be fixed, it still remains broken to this day. Upon inspection of the windows after the freezing season I have found that almost every window has incredibly ugly welds on each side of the window where the pieces were connected. On top of that, at least three of the windows were put together in such a way that the vinyl isnt flush, allowing bugs and air to escape/enter. At least two(so far) screens do not stay up when the window is opened. As well as one screen actually being installed cut. I was so happy to initially have these windows installed. I just wish I would have paid more attention when the lead installer said "this is just a survey, you wont hurt our feelings if you dont fill it out. When it was in fact a satisfaction review, and a questionnaire asking if everything was done right. Signed: sad, hard working homeowner. EDIT:SEPTEMBER 28TH As of now, they have come out and taken care of all of my concerns. It did take two visits, but after we completed the final one, all worries have been handled. Not only did the company take care of me, they took care of my home. Make sure to manage expectations, and speak clearly about what you would like to see.

Fantastic, 5 star windows! We had our windows installed exactly 3 weeks after signing paperwork. Casey's crew was professional, courteous, and respectful not only to us but to each other, it was fun to watch them have a good time while working. The weather was a little rainy but cleared up and they worked through it all with no complaints. They did a super job of cleaning up after themselves and hauled away all trash from the day, so helpful to us! Our house is over 100 yrs old and had old single pane drafty, difficult to open, windows. I love these windows, it made an immediate difference in the inside temperature, especially in our rooms upstairs. The cost of these windows were thousands less than a previous estimate from another window company. Dealing with Window World has been effortless, they have been extremely nice and easy to contact, we especially enjoyed Jack Baldridge and his great customer service! He was also extremely timely in his response and coming back out. The installers arrived as they were scheduled and did an excellent job. Were quick, did the extra steps to ensure they were installed correctly, and cleaned up upon completion. We love our new windows and can already tell a difference!! Would highly recommend Window World. Only info they could have included more detail on is the amount of noise they would do in regards to their tools used. Quite frankly, they have performed exceptionally well! What everyone wants to know if our utility bills have been reduced. Without a doubt they have been reduced appreciably. Other advantages we gained from the new windows and doors are outside noise reduction, increased amount of light into the home, curb appeal and increased resale value.

I was given recommendations from family in another state to use Window World which luckily has a location in my area. So the same day, I called for an estimate and a sales rep visited my house at 6pm! That's dedication. He gave my wife and I useful information and a neat demonstration which was impressive. We were 75% sold at this point, but when looking at the price we were 100% in! After a short 2 weeks, 20 windows were in and ready to be installed the next day! They informed us it could took up to 2 months, so we were lucky. On the day of install with a crew of 5 or 6, they said the work would be completed the same day. The crew was very nice, polite, and considerate. Mats were laid down to protect the floor and shoe covers were worn. After a full day's worth, they were finished! I was very impressed with the clean up. So onto the windows. Wow! The windows were perfectly installed and looked fantastic! In the winter, my previous windows had drafts, but these were perfectly sealed (I'm sure based on window design). The temperature of the glass was noticeably cooler when comparing to a window we didn't replace. Looking on my Nest Thermostat history, it's made a difference in heating times. I'm very anxious to see how summer goes because it's normally terribly hot inside, but I'm confident the new windows would made a huge difference. So overall, we were very impressed. Issues were few, but include the windows needing a thorough cleaning once installed. We expected them to be cleaner once installed. Also, for our basement windows they didn't dust off the sills before caulking the windows in, so the caulk has stuck to the dust and not the sill. I'll have to cut some of the caulk out and re-seal it myself.

I am very please with my experience with Window World. I requesting a quote via the internet and I received a call in less than an hour to set up an appointment with a salesman. The salesman was knowledgeable and informative. Being in sales myself I appreciated the features-benefit presentation. A team of four installers showed up to do the job and functioned like a well oiled machine. Everyone was constantly busy. I was impressed with their efficiency and professional behavior. I even noticed that no one used any profanity which in this day and time is so prevalent as to almost be considered normal.(not for everyone!) Of course window replacement is very messy but they cleaned up my yard so you would never know they'd been here. My experience was positive from start to finish.

We had siding and windows installed....both look great. The only issue we had was there were nails left from the siding and we spent countless hours cleaning them up so that our small dogs wouldn't step on them. We ended up recovering 493 nails. A roller was never ran and this is unacceptable!

The windows look nice and happy that they are done. They showed me how all them worked. Was very happy until. The only problem I had was they opened my back gate and never closed it. So my dog got out and my dog is my life. As a disabled veteran I need him. He keeps me going. So all I ask is if you open a gate please make sure you close it before you leave.

Before choosing Window World to replace our current windows, we got three bids from window companies. We liked WW because we didn’t have to negotiate prices and they were still low. Trying to compare their product with the other companies products during those sales pith seemed easy as everyone basically sold the same product at different prices. Because WW was about $4000 less (and in one case half the price) than the nearest bid we were concerned that maybe something would be cheaply done. The most attractive part was the 18 months of 0% financing that prevented us from taking out a loan and paying extra fees. Also other people we knew used WW and were happy with it. After our consultant ordered the windows made, they came in even earlier than expected. We signed WW on the 3rd of the month and were able to have them installed the 30th. The contractors that installed the windows were friendly enough and seemed to do a great job. They laid down tarps inside and outside the house to preserve the flooring and outside stuff. I did have to have them recaulk a couple of spots that were not completely sealed. After having time with the windows we have discovered a couple inconsistencies with the installation. One window does not latch easily and we have push up on the top window order to get it to latch correctly. Also, the contractors left some trash around the house that I had to pick up. Overall the experience was positive though the final product was not perfect. Would still recommend.

Had them out to replace a basement egress window this morning and they couldn't have done a better job. We had the tech out to measure about 4 weeks ago and they got it ordered and fabricated in no time at all. The installers were amazing. In and out with almost no noise at all. The wife is working from home and was worried they might make a ruckus but I think I only heard them beat a tiny bit to get the window in the box and it was near silent apart from that. Even she couldn't believe they were done and she gets upset when the dogs bark outside. 🙂 No mess left behind either, in fact it was the teenagers room so it might be cleaner. They are truly professionals and I would recommend them to anyone for any job large or small.

The windows are excellent but the crew installing left something to be desired. The crew leader had me sign the review paper without looking at it or filling it out. I expect he would fill it out later himself saying I was satisfied with the work. The caulk job around the windows were patchy and the windows weren't even cleaned after install.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Window World. My windows were installed almost 2 years ago in my 1939 home. I don't know why I haven't done a review before now. I want people to know that there are reputable companies with quality products and service. Installation went smoothly, and my windows look fantastic! My heating cooling bills have already shown a steady decline. Recently, I had noticed one of my windows whistling the blinds moving on that window. Tommy, from Window World, came out to fix the problem. He introduced himself (which I like, because i tend to be leery of contractors since I live alone). He even took his shoes off which was not expected but appreciated. Well, it wasn't really a problem. I had just accidentally pulled down the upper part of the window and that's where the draft was coming from. I told him I was embarrased and someone could have walked me thru that on the phone. The installers were here on time. Quite efficient on the install. They removed the brackets, but when they were done, didn't replace them. Said the caulking needed to dry. So I understood that, but was in a quandary as I have no drill & not really able to hang them myself. Short stature & 74 years old. Called the salesman the next day, Dion. He went above &beyond his duties, came out & not only hung the brackets, but also put the blinds up for me! In my mind he's one of a kind. I highly recommend this salesman, great employee.

Window matches/blends w/my woodwork. That was imp to me. The gouges made to get old windows were covered with a matching piece of wood. Looked great but needed to be tacked or nailed. As it looks presently...shiney window sealer was rubbed over the full length & width. End result: Piece of 4 foot coveres gouges but way too glossy.

And the person that they had come out and install my windows was very PROFESSIONAL and he did a very good job ... And he cleaned up behind him and made sure that my house did not have any kind of dust and debris in the to rooms I had my windows replace And he cleaned up all the trash that was outside and I have to say he did a very good job in installing my windows ... I would recommend window world to any body that would want some windows replaced and they had a very reasonable price ...

The windows are beautiful and install was perfect. However, they left a mess inside my home, caulking was all over, left nails in a brand new stainless steel sink that were rusted and it left rust marks, dropped metal in our garbage disposal that we did not find until it was turned on!
