I had lifetime install new Infinity by Marvin windows and they are beautiful! I needed a small adjustment with my patio doors and called for service. Joy was great in finding a time that worked with my schedule. The service tech, Darian, called me prior to the appointment to let me know he was on his way. Once there, he was able to make the adjustment very quickly. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend Lifetime Windows and Siding.

I bought my house in 2021 and the previous owners used Lifetime to install Marvin Infinity windows and James Hardie siding. In order to install a dog door I would’ve had to cut a hole in the Hardie board siding. Instead, I called Lifetime and Dave Thomas was able to create a plan for a custom window and the dog door to be installed in one of the existing floor to ceiling window frames. Normally, Lifetime doesn’t touch something like a dog door but they made an exception and totally delivered! The fact that they went outside of their comfort zone for this small project truly speaks to the premium level of customer service that they offer. Shout out to Jon and the install team for doing an amazing job! I would recommend Lifetime to anyone who wants a premium window and siding company that supports them or a new homeowner years after the original install is completed!

Alberto and his crew are definitely skilled craftsmen who have been working in this industry for over 20 years. There was no damage to our casements or siding, they made sure everything was sealed properly, were courteous and did an excellent job cleaning up. The project went smoothly with great efficiency. John the project manager made sure every detail was attended to and answered all our questions. We immediately were able to see & feel the heat reduction with the new Marvin windows. Our experience with Lifetime Windows was excellent from meeting and working with the sales person (Woody), the project manager (John Boswell) to working with the crew (led by Logan) to replace 16 of our house windows for us. Everyone we dealt with at Lifetime was knowledgeable, professional, good at what they do, and fully committed to happy customers and excellent customer service! And they don't do the ridiculous long sales pitch meetings with you like some of their competitors do, they simply ask what you are looking for, assess the situation, and present reasonable options for you to choose from (like it should be). I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to my friends and family.

I'm loving my new windows. Lifetime were not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive window we looked at. We were a little worried about switching from our old casement windows to their sliding window because casements are supposed to be better in wind, but not to worry. We recently had winds that blew down trees in our neighborhood and the windows did great! No leaking at all. The upgraded screens are great too - so clear! After we had the windows for a couple months, one of the panes shattered. We are not sure why, but it didn't matter. They replaced the window (no questions asked - just had to send photos of the window). Gabe and Darian who came out today to replace the broken glass were great. I asked them to wear masks in the house (someone in the house has health issues) and they graciously complied. They worked finished the job cleanly and quickly (they could have been quicker if they hadn't stopped to play with my dog :) ) Thanks for the beautiful windows!

We had 16 windows and a french patio door replaced by Lifetime and the whole process, from the first meeting and estimate all the way through the final installation, was great! The sales and office staff were great with communication and responding to messages (special shout out to Rebecca), and the installation crew did an excellent job, despite the difficult measurements and materials in our 132-year-old house. The installers were efficient, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable in their work. I was expecting something of a mess when things were finished, but the crew did a great job with cleaning up, so I just have to dust things off and put the furniture back :) Overall, a much easier experience than I was expecting, and a great company to work with. Highly recommended!

Despite weather delays, they were able to complete my job in advance of the deadline I had hoped for. This company really understands and delivers on "service and professionalism" from every department. The process could not have been easier and I was updated throughout. Matt, the Sales Rep provided the information I needed to make this decision in a professional and efficient manner. No 2-hour presentation of irrelevant stuff. The installation team worked efficiently and protected my property both inside and out. They left my home as they found it, except for much nicer windows. Ryan Stachon was the employee who oversaw service during and after the installation. He was exceptional. There were a couple minor things that occurred and he was on it immediately. Whenever we spoke, he told me what he was going to do to address the issue....and did it! Could not have been a better experience overall and Ryan was the one who tied it all together facilitating a very positive experience with this company.

There was one window in the basement that was damaged upon installation but they will be replacing it soon. I just had Lifetime Windows & Siding install James Hardie siding on my house. I am very happy with the product and the crew that installed it, including Marty who was the project manager. The house looks amazing and the crew did a great job of clean-up afterwards. A neighbor told me that they even helped her to move something heavy without her asking. Very nice guys. This crew has been doing this for a long time, and it shows: They work hard and pay attention to details. I'm no expert on siding, but I feel that the price was reasonable (though higher than vinyl) and the quality is excellent. I recommend the James Hardie fiber cement product and Lifetime Windows & Siding.

We had several windows replaced in our home in Silverthorne, Colorado. When we had one of the windows crack several years after installation Lifetime windows replaced the cracked piece of glass even though they now longer carried that manufacturer's product. Our installer Darrian, did a superb job making sure the proper sized window was ordered and did a great job installing it. I would highly recommend Lifetime windows. Gabe Kampeska came out a week ago to evaluate what needed to be done on repairs to screens and patio door. He determined that a free screen replacement was in order and touch-up paint was needed on the patio door. He arranged to come out on the 28th at 10am. He arrived on time and completed the repairs and touch-up as needed and was done in less than 30 minutes. Excellent service and very courteous. Gabe, thanks for the quick turnaround, my time is valuable and I appreciate you being on time and efficient.

I purchased new windows to replace a couple of static windows back in 2015. I bought double hung, triple paned, low e, tilt in windows. I have used them and enjoyed being able to get the heat out of the house by lowering the top window, or catching a breeze with the bottom window. I had a bird smack into the screen and puncture it, but didn't bother with calling the company until I snapped the dookickies off that hold the window in place while cleaning them. The window wouldn't go back into the frame and that just wasn't going to work! Anthony Esposito called me back, pronto. Told him what I did and he asked me to send him pics of the dookickies, and I did. He told me how to fix the problem so that I could get the window back in and lock it and made an appointment with me to fix that and my screen. Have you ever met Anthony? Greatest company guy around! He's proud of the company he works for, very friendly and professional. He had the window fixed very quickly, screen and all. When a company says lifetime warranty, I'm always a bit doubtful. Lifetime Windows and Siding stood behind their product and promise. Can't ask for more than that.

Lifetime Windows & Siding has been great to work with from the beginning! I first got introduced by Audrey Congleton on the Roofing & Solar part of the business. She made sure to connect me to right person on the windows side. The windows were installed in January with a great crew that Cannon Russell was leading. Our house is a geodesic dome, and with the extensive large sliding windows that were going at the front entrance, there is a bit of reframing with new header that needed to have permits pulled for. One window got cracked upon installation, as it was just a bit too snug. No questions asked, and they reordered the window, and were prepared to come back to do the work. Today, Darian and Sean Neu came out to replace the window. They were super friendly, efficient and did an amazing job. They are a definite customer focused organization, and they've been super communicative along the entire process.

Jason, the project manager was clear with the timeline and it stayed the same. He was very professional and always available. The crew, AZ Construction was amazing. Their work was detail orientated and they cleaned everything up, even using a metal detector to find any small pieces. Mr. Youn and his crew did the gutters and you can tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Lifetime is big on customer service and even though it was higher bid than other companies it was beyond worth it!!!

My windows were in desperate need of repair. My windows were foggy with condensation and white streaks inside the rotted-out double pane panels. The Marvin window looks fantastic! It's easy to operate, energy-efficient and beautiful with custom frame color options. I had a few questions about the quality of my installation on one window after the initial work was performed and the technicians came back twice more until I was pleased with the craftsmanship. Darian M. took the time to walk through the final steps of the project to make sure that everything was great. This is an example of the great customer service that they offer, and the contract was not closed until we agreed that the craftsmanship was top-notch. I would definitely recommend Lifetime Windows and the Marvin branded window specifically for a premium home upgrade. The improvement in the temperature control alone makes it worth it let alone the fact that I can see through the crystal clear E-glass much better than before.

Darian came out and replaced a piece of glass that had been damaged by the siding installers and he did a great job. He was courteous and super helpful. Need more workers like him. I liked the work done by the siding crew, but they were a little careless with the surrounding landscaping. The window installers broke a piece of my window sill and no one said a word. Did not offer to replace it or anything. I wish to reiterate that DARIAN with the follow up repair was AWESOME!! He deserves a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating.

We needed new windows and sliding glass doors and a neighbor of a friend recommended Lifetime Windows and Siding. We are so happy with our choice. Everyone we had contact with was professional and knowledgeable and all safety instructions were followed so that we always felt safe and comfortable. The windows were installed in a timely manner and arrived even earlier that expected. We were lucky that they were installed right before the smoke from all the fires saturated the air. The windows are so wonderful and we did not have the smell in our home. Now that we experienced the first colder weather with our new windows I am happy with how they performed with that. There are no drafts and the house feels very comfortable. Now that sunshine has returned we are not getting the heat transfer that we had with our old windows. We had most of our old wood windows replace by Lifetime. They did a very professional job, the team were efficient and the team leader was extremely particular, ensuring that everything was installed exactly right and finished well. I would strongly recommend. One window arrived with some sort of residue on the glass that they could not remove, so replacement glazing units were immediately ordered. Our service technician, Darian Manzanares, swapped the units over this week. I asked if he could also look at a door lock that was proving sticky and also pointed out one window screen that was slightly damaged. *UPDATING FROM 1 TO 3 STARS. - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL AN ISSUE FROM CONSULT TO FINAL COMPLETION So I knew I had to come on here and update this as Lifetime did make this right for my parents. They finally sent over a crew, who was FANTASTIC! These guys were incredible and knocked out my parents house in 3-4 days I beleive. They were fast, efficient, skilled, and polite! My parents house has never looked better and the transformation was incredible! The funny thing is right after this review below was posted, my parents received a call about having their siding put up within a week or two I believe. Sometimes it just takes a little nudge I guess! - My parents ordered siding from Lifetime months ago. They were given an estimate and then were told their siding had arrived and given a start date for construction. That date came and went. We called and were told that somehow a portion of their order had disappeared, and ever since that time they have been VERY unresponsive and unprofessional. Ignoring calls and voice mails. It's very sad to have it start so promising and see all these amazing reviews and then get the exact opposite. Especially when I was the one who saw the ad and told them to call. I am super disappointed with this company.

Lifetime did a FANTASTIC job installing some new Marvin casement windows for us. We chose Lifetime for a few reasons 1. Installing quality Marvin windows 2. Sales process was easy, no pressure and they took care of the financing. 3. The price included product, installation, AND staining the interior woodwork. Other companies are selling a great product but didn't include staining after the install. Lifetime provided a 100% complete installation, and the entire project came out cheaper than the competing prices we got. You make your choice when selecting a company to do your renovation, and you hope for the best. After the sale was complete, the office called and walked us through the finance process and scheduling. They made sure all the paperwork details were taken care of. When it came time to install, the team showed up on time and did a great job, including cleaning up inside the house and outside. Love everything about my new windows. I got the Marvin Fiberglass windows. So happy that I went with Lifetime. The process was so easy and very smooth. A two day install. My installers were so great. They even watched out for my pets to make sure that they didn't escape. They took the time to show me how the windows work, how to clean them and how to remove the screens. Such a great upgrade. I have noticed the savings already on my HVAC bill. And the soundproofing from the traffic behind my home has been immeasurable. I usually do not set a alarm in the morning as I hear the traffic from the worker bees going to work for first shift between 5:30am and 6:00am. Holy cow, I slept in until 9:30am. Please do your homework. I think you will find that Lifetime offers the best value for the money, and it adds value to your home for sure.

I had a great experience with everyone who I worked with at Lifetime. Our first point of contact was their Sales Rep. Shon who was very proud to describe all of the great features of their windows. Next was Mike who efficiently measured all of the windows. After ordering the windows, Rebecca kept us updated as to the manufacturing schedule and contacted us to schedule the install when they arrived. Next, the installation crew led by Jaime was able to tear out and replace all of our windows in 3 days. Jaime's crew started early in the morning and worked late until 7:00-8:00 at night to ensure that the install lasted only 3 days. Lastly the install managers Lonnie and Cannon came out to the house periodically to ensure that the install was proceeding smoothly. We can already tell that the heat coming in from the sun and the outside noise are much less with this higher grade of window. Thanks to the whole team at Lifetime for making the process painless.

Update: After writing my original review, I was contacted by the service manager (Lonnie). He came to our house and inspected the job they had done and offered us a couple of options that he had hoped would make us happy. The first was to have one of their maintenance guys come out and fix everything and the second option consisted of them buying all of the materials for us and we would fix it ourselves. Due to COVID, we opted to do it ourselves. Even though we weren't completely happy initially, this company reached out and made it right with us. I think that says a lot about what they stand for and because of this, I would recommend them to friends/family and will use them in the future. Original Review: We ended up replacing all of our windows during Covid because they had a huge sale going on. Overall, we are pretty happy. Everyone was nice and wore masks during installation, which was important to me because I was pregnant at the time. After installation I noticed that the screen on the patio door was already coming loose so we called and a few weeks later they sent someone out to fix it. There are a few things I am unhappy about. Whoever did install the windows got glue(or whatever they use) on every single one of my windowsills. Additionally, they chipped a couple of window sills upon installation. It is going to take a lot of time for my husband and I (mostly my husband) to fix the minor damage so they look nice again. This cost them a couple of stars since it is going to cost us a lost of our own time, which I do not appreciate especially after the amount of money we spent. Time will tell how great the customer service is.

Lifetime did a great job with our windows. Obviously it’s not cheap, and that’s the big hang up always. But worth it. We had a non pressure sales person, and at first he tried to give us vinyl. I mentioned that’s probably not the best for longevity, so he offered a better product. We were able to get it custom colored, and loved how the color turned out. They did the measurements correctly, and the install actually went really well, all things considered. Lifetime did use a outside contractor for the work, but I’m sure their in house crews are just as good. All in all pretty smooth experience, and a 0% interest agreement for 5 years, very nice!

Within a short time Their service tech came and fixed the window, and did some additional maintenance on the others (installed handles on the upper windows for easier opening). We had a roof, gutters and siding all installed by Lifetime this spring The installation crews were terrific. Rob, the project manager, was fairly new to Lifetime and we were his first project. What I appreciated about Rob was that everyday he checked in with us for questions or concerns and if he didn’t know the answer to something , he found out and always got back to me. Enrique and his crew were very professional. They really paid attention to details and did an excellent job. The gutter guys worked with some of our special requests and we had no contact with the roof guys other than the project manager. He was fine. Since our siding took two weeks that’s who we mostly got to know. They cleaned up each night and at the end of the project, returned our house “back to normal.” They were also nice, respectful men around our home. Because we had a fairly big project, we did have several people working with us. That was a little frustrating because different people said different things and I wasn’t always sure who to contact but eventually someone answered our questions. Maybe my fault, because we live in the mountains we had heat tape on our roof. It was not re-Installed and I was told that was not on the contract. Other roofers I spoke with as well as our Insurance, said they all would reinstall the heat tape. If needed make sure you get that on your contract. I tried to push for it a little bit, to get them to reinstall the tape, and especially given how much money we spent with Lifetime, I feel they should have done that simple task. I would rather have that done than the “thank you gifts” we received at the end of our projects. Overall we are happy with the end result and it looks like quality work. They also finished in the time frame in which they said they would.

When I requested for a sales person to come out to look at my windows and give me an estimate, Dave Thomas came to my home and was very pleasant and patient with me. He explained to me what the differences were between vinyl and his fiberglass products. Marvin windows are fiberglass and that's what makes them so energy efficient. I am so happy with my windows! I called Lifetime Windows and Doors, because they were having a sale that couldn't be beat. I had nine windows, and a new back door replaced. I was impressed how easy and fast the installation crew were and watched them as they put in the Windows. Very professional and thorough. Made sure windows were secured and caulked. I have not got my bill yet for gas and electric to see how much I have saved, but I can feel the difference in the rooms as far as the tempeture being more even and consistent. Peter the company owner went the extra step in ordering the matching window brand to complete our window install that was started five years ago. The pricing was more than competitive. The installation was fantastic, especially since due to the inclement weather, the install had to be complete on a second day. Our install completion was made a priority. Had a great experience with Lifetime, I gave four stars only because the process took a very long time due to problems with the manufacturer. I had 7 windows, a sliding glass door and the entire house resided to a newly purchased home. The siding was done quickly and installed very well. The crew that did the installation, Javier and his crew were amazing. Javier is top notch. I can't hang Christmas lights on my siding because there are no gaps, anywhere, only the gaps between boards that should be there. Beautiful job! The windows were done, then had to be redone due to a manufacturer error that resulted in them being installed twice. Wes, the person that did the window installation and the door installation was amazing. There were hiccups along the way but everyone was super nice and accommodating. When the screens fell off the second version of the windows Lonnie came out and took care of it and they have stayed. Mine was a very big job that cost a lot of money and thankfully even though there were delays and annoyances, it felt like the final door took forever the results are great. Coordination was pretty good for the big project that it was, Seth the project manager got it all worked out. The people on the office end, Krista and Rebecca were also very nice to work with. The financing worked out well and overall I am happy with everything.

We really like our windows and sliding doors. They filter the sun, and insulate against cold. The installation crew respected our home and cleaned up perfectly. The project manager was on-site several times and explained everything to me and answered all questions. Lifetime has since been extremely responsive and solved a very minor issue the day we reported it. I highly recommend Lifetime for your windows.

I have had my windows for about a week now and really like how they function and look. They are a tremendous improvement over the old single pane windows they replaced. Great company, great service, and a great product! Lifetime installed 10 replacement windows in our house, as well as patched some holes in our siding. The new fiberglass windows are excellent, so much better than the old vinyl windows. The service was exceptional. Two of the windows had complications during installation due to issues with the frame not being square, and Lifetime came back and corrected the frames at no additional cost. Lifetime has always been responsive and helpful. I would use Lifetime again in the future.

We purchased our home in July of last year and we knew that one of the first projects was going to be new windows. The house was built in 1938 and the current windows appeared to be original (steel frame, single pane). A few months after moving in, we began to get quotes from a variety of window vendors. Unfortunately, all of the quotes we got back were 50% to 100% more than we had planned on spending on this project, so we decided to postpone and focus on other projects. This past summer, we decided to revisit the project and began looking into costs again. Like before, we began getting quotes that were considerably higher than we wanted to spend, but this time we were fortunate to come across Lifetime Windows. Dave came out and went through each room with us, asking what we were looking for and giving suggestions based on our budget and design aesthetic--no hard sales pitch and was in and out in under an hour and we had a quote that we were happy with--one other company spent over 2 hours at our house. Fast forward 2 months, and the team at Lifetime Windows was back out to our home with our new windows. Two days later, our windows were installed and we couldn't be happier with the look and improved efficiency! In fact, the first day after they were installed, we had to turn the thermostat down 2º because our 2 year olds room was uncomfortably warm! There were a few minor issues with the install, but Anthony came out, listened to each issue that we wanted resolved, and had one of his guys out the next day to fix. All-in-all, we are extremely happy with both our windows and the experience with Lifetime and have already referred them to two different friends who were looking for new windows (one of whom has also hired Lifetime to do their windows!)

I had the Marvin 'Infinity' windows installed. They cost a bit more and the turn around time was a bit longer but well worth it. For the first time my bedrooms were comfortable in the winter and my heating bill was about a third less then this time last year. Installation was quick and clean. I went with the fiberglass frame over the vinyl because it just seemed like a better window. I am an architect so I know a good window when I see it.

My experience with Lifetime Windows had both good and bad moments. It started badly with salesman telling me it would take 2 months to get on their schedule (which fit my schedule perfectly) followed closely by a phone call saying they would start tomorrow! But I had already paid half so had to totally rearrange my schedule. Communication between salesman and installers was very lacking - installers knew nothing about work the salesman promised would be part of the job. As a result, installers had far more work to do than they expected. God bless them, they worked a very long day but quality of work suffered at the end. Trim had to be repaired and replaced in several places. Brandon’s staining team is the reason I am giving a positive rating. Brandon, Kate, Callum, Kylle and Gary did a very professional job to make the windows look perfect on the inside! It was a rocky road but I think it finally ended well. I can already notice the windows makes my rooms quieter and I am confident my rooms will also be warmer this winter.

I received a door flyer about Lifetimes siding replacement service. Decided to go with James Hardy Cement siding as our house is beat with the tough sun daily, hail, snow, wind, all the lovelies of Colorado weather! Everyone was professional and friendly. The work was completed at the time frame agreed upon too! The only thing I wished had been different is the metal flashing wrap around the windows was textured like the siding. We used smooth siding around the door and window frames, but was told James Hardy doesn't carry a smooth metal flashing for the windows & doors. Overall, we are very pleased with the siding and installation from Lifetime Windows and Siding!

In the beginning I had a very friendly agent come to my home, show me how the whole process would work, and give a quote on what it would cost to upgrade the windows on my house. They even cleaned up and made sure I was completely happy with the new windows before they left. We recently purchased 9 windows and a sliding door from Lifetime. We had some issues with some miscommunication between the sales person and management, and incorrect measurements that delayed the timeline. However, management honored what the salesperson had sold us without upcharging us, which we appreciated. The measurement issue was inconvenient, but it happens, and we were obviously willing to wait in order to get everything right. We had two different crews come to install the windows in our home, and both were extremely polite and professional. I have nothing but excellent feedback for the installation crews, who were always willing to answer any questions we had, and show us parts of the installation process we were interested in. Lastly, the windows/slider themselves are fantastic. We ordered their Wincore product, and have been very happy with their performance to date (now a few months in). We will see how they perform over the winter, but we can already tell a difference with the amount of ambient noise from outside we can no longer hear. Overall, minus a few logistical hiccups that we understand happen during any project, we have been very happy with our experience with Lifetime.

Everything has gone quite well with the purchase and replacement of all the windows in our house. They look beautiful. The old windows were mostly the original windows from 1984, mostly with condensation between the panes and cracks in a couple of places. Les Eos was the lead installer, and he and his assistant were very friendly and efficient. We had one minor glitch with the installation and an out-of-place wire, and Les told us to make sure to contact the company if there was any problem. Les and his assistant also left the work areas very clean. In addition to looking better, the tinting on the windows has been great. The back of our house, where most of our windows are, faces south with shade on only one set of windows. The light coming in the old south-facing windows actually made the floors hot where the light hit them. It is so nice to touch the same floor area now and feel only a mild warmth. We would recommend Lifetime Windows for anyone needing new windows.

We had new windows installed a few weeks ago and from the initial estimate to the final replacement Lifetime Windows was great. We had all 6 windows replaced. At the initial estimate we were told that it would take about 2 months before our windows came in but they actually came in a week and a half later and were installed the following week. The team that came and installed the windows were great; they explained everything and answered all my questions. After they finished the install we noticed that some of the foam insulation had gotten on the screen. I called Lifetime the next day and they had no issue sending someone to replace the screen. If you’re looking for Infinity from Marvin replacement windows, we *highly* recommend using Lifetime Windows & Siding as your company, especially over Gravina’s of Littleton. For our bathroom remodel project, our contractor dropped the ball on locating a suitable vendor to update 2 windows to match what's already installed in the rest of the house, and so he left that task to us. We checked with Gravina’s on our own, but they quoted a 14-16 week lead-time for 2 simple picture windows -- non-opening, non-operating, just simple glass windows. Not acceptable. Luckily, we moved on and found Lifetime as an option. They came back with a similar price for the same 2 windows, but theirs was a 4-6 week lead-time instead. And the windows actually came in early, about 2-1/2 weeks from final measure. We did have an issue with the frame profile being different from what the salesman promised, but Lifetime went out of their way to answer our questions, make things right and ensure that we were happy with the final product. We can vouch for Lifetime’s reputation of excellent customer care, and we wish we had gotten all of our replacement windows from them. It is rare to find a home improvement vendor as concerned and thorough on follow-up as this company has been for us. Be sure to ask for JB (John Bibeck) as your project manager & if possible, request Luis and/or Anthony on your install team. These guys are ready and willing to answer all questions patiently (without making you feel clueless), and they’ll put your mind at ease regarding your window choice and investment. We had a lot of questions about waterproofing and tile around the new windows, and we have more confidence about our windows in this remodel, thanks to them. Best of luck with your own project(s).

Jerry & crew arrived bright-n-early every morning (7am/ish) and I swear worked all day long until about 6 or 7 each night. We have 3 dogs and the team was extremely accommodating and mindful of their bathroom needs through the process, that took Tues. - Fri., to get our entire house done. Rob Mahoney (our Project Manager) and Jerry made sure to check in with us multiple times to make sure that everyone was always on the same page and that we were satisfied with the work as it was being done. I also want to note to all dog families, I was pleasantly surprised at how well they cleaned up all the debris around our entire house at the end of the project. To be clear they hire sub contractors to install their windows. We had a guy do our install with his little daughter to assist him.. not very professional for a company to do.. after listening to their sales reps brag about the windows but then have somebody who doesn't really work for them do the installation 🤪🤑. The windows were not on good quality and they are crooked. Having to have them replaced already. So be aware.. You would think for the costs they charge you for the windows...they would take even more precautions to HAVE THEM INSTALLED BY LIFETIME EMPLOYEES Properly!!!

We heard about Lifetime from the local news, and we were impressed with the estimate. The installers were pure professionals. They were personable and clean, installed efficiently, and explained the features of the new windows and the warrantee. The only drawback for this company is the administrative communication. It took almost 2.5 months from our estimate to schedule the install, and not for lack of calls on our part. Weeks would go by where we had no clue where we stood in the process, and at certain points our calls were taken with annoyance by the admin. If it weren't for the excellent install, we might have looked elsewhere to finish our project.

I wanted to share the wonderful experience we had using Lifetime Windows and siding for re-siding our home with their JamesHardie Fiber Cement Siding product. We first saw this product while running around the stock show with our family. They were quick to setup a home visit. Dave Thomas came out to our home and discussed all of our options and the entire process with us, as this was not a cheap project we chose to finance it using their finance partner, GreenSky, and so far we have been happy with their services as well. We were really sold on the fact that this process would basically re-insulate our mid-1970's drafty home and bring the insulation up to current code. Jason was the project manager on our job and he was great! Came out to our home a few times but didn't have to visit more than that, Kevin was his job site manager and he did a great job of keeping the job on time and making sure that all of our needs as homeowners were being met and that we were happy with the quality of the work being completed. Our onsite workers were great too, Max and Victor, were personable with our kids and us and cleaned up after themselves before leaving the site each day, they worked a 1/2 day on a Saturday, which was fine, and ended up finishing our project in about 6 1/2 days, which is under the 7 - 10 day original projection. There was even a port-a-potty delivered for them to use instead of having to use our home (I have to say this, for what ever reason, was a hit with our 6-year-old son, he loved the port-a- potty and insisted on using it when he could stating, "Mom! This is the cleanest port-a-potty ever!") Overall I would have to say that this was a great experience, we are happy with the product as well as the installation, our home is nice and warm, a little quieter, and looks beautiful!

If only I could give Lifetime Windows and Siding a 6th star! Where to start... First of all, to have such an enjoyable experience buying new James Hardie Siding and Marvin Infinity Fiberglass windows was an experience I didn't expect to have! I'm not sure what Lifetime is paying David Thomas but I know it's not enough. To have a sales manager pay such careful attention to my needs and wants is something I haven't experienced in the remodeling industry. As a business owner for many years now, I know when I'm being sold a bill of goods and when I'm being given a run for the money. Dealing with Lifetime was different. I really felt like I was being heard and being treated with respect throughout the entire process. I had no idea what the process of installing new siding or windows would look like or had any clue as to how much it would cost. I was a little hesitant to hire a company for such a large ticket item for that reason. As I learned more about Lifetime and as Dave explained in detail the process involved and what I could expect I was quickly comfortable moving forward with them. The install was completed on time and I couldn't be happier with the final result. I'd say I will be a returning customer but they offer a lifetime warranty! HIRE LIFETIME!! YOU WON'T LOOK BACK!!

Even though it was the middle of winter, they put plastic up over all the windows while they were working on them so the house stayed pretty warm. They let us know ahead of time which windows they would be working on the next day so that we could have furniture moved out of their way. They just worked on what they could get done each day. When they left for the day, all windows were back in place and the house was all put back together so that we weren't stepping around things. The finished windows look wonderful. Lifetime inspired confidence on the sales side and delivered. I consulted with a few siding companies, and what I was hearing from the others (and the reference properties they provided) didn’t meet my expectations. The scope was a full tear down to the studs, insulation upgrade, OSB board, vapor barrier, 1/2” foam board insulation then James Hardie color plus siding and painting anything not replaced to match. Their attention to detail throughout the project and finished product exceeded my expectations. The outcome is as close to perfect as you could expect. I suspect you won’t find their quote to be the cheapest, but you won’t find a better work product out there. You get what you pay for, and the double lifetime warranty is unmatched.

Had a nasty hail storm and had to replace 5 Windows. Heard their ad on the radio and they lived up to everything they claimed to be. What scares me the most about home improvement companies are their estimates. Lifetime was right on the mark and they came in and replaced my windows in a timely manner. Their windows look 10 times better than the builder grade windows that were put in my house. I've lived in my house for 15 years and I need my other windows replaced. All around a good choice. We had 11 windows replaced a few weeks ago, all of which were original windows from the 50's; the house is warmer, the furnace comes on less frequently, and the whole place has more of a modern feel. The workers were very friendly, and they were sure that we were satisfied with the job, and that we knew how to operate every function of the windows, including the full detachment for emergencies. They were in and out in one day, and cleaned up every trace.

I live in a large condominium complex and the HOA have very stringent requirements for windows and their installation. Shon Romines their sales representative worked tirelessly for a month and a half to get approval for the windows. A technical problem arose when the trapezoid window in my unit was no longer being made by window manufactures .The HOA approved a right triangle window for all new installs. Alex and Freddies crew redesigned the window opening and installed the window flawlessly and the same goes for the other 5 windows. JB the project manager did whatever it took to get this project right including the new dry wall and trim. I am glad I chose this company.

There were some issues with a lip left from the original metal windows, but the installers did a great job of figuring out what needed to be done and finishing the installation on time. We're very pleased with our new windows! We hired Lifetime Windows to replace all of the windows in our house this past July. The windows that we replaced were original to our house (built around 2002) and were builder-grade; we opted for triple-pane windows because Lifetime gave us a price with which we were very happy. The basement windows were so poor that wind would just howl in. I use that area for office space, and constantly had a space heater on in the winter. Our second floor would get uncomfortably hot on summer afternoons with direct sunshine heating up the west side of our house, even with the A/C on. I hoped that our new windows would help keep the house cooler, but wasn't sure what to expect. It is not an exaggeration to say that I am amazed at how much more efficient our new windows are. Previously, I would get hot just standing near our old windows when the sun poured in - now, there is barely a temperature difference near the windows. We have used our air conditioning far less in the month of August than we used earlier in the summer. Our new windows also look much nicer, as we omitted the fake windowpane design, and our views to the backyard are so much clearer that we rearranged our living room furniture to take advantage of the view. Everyone at Lifetime was professional, friendly, and helpful, and made the experience very simple and easy for us.

Our windows were the original one's that were put in. They let in cold air in the winter and when the wind blew you could here it in the house. Lifetime windows came out and replaced them. My husband and I just purchased a home built in 1950 and we knew that our first big investment (other then the house itself!) was going to be replacing the windows. Some of the windows were from the original build while other had been installed by previous owners in a - let's say - questionable manner (e.g. upside down, crooked, the works ... ). We scheduled quotes with several companies and Lifetime Windows came out on top in terms of quality and efficiency. There was no hard sale, and even though they were in the middle/upper range of our quotes, we were confident with our choice. The measurement for the windows happened seamlessly and the installation was scheduled right in the middle of the holidays. Despite this, their install team came in and did the windows right on time (literally - they said they would be done at 2pm, they pulled away from the house at 2:00pm). There were some snafus with replacing some side-by-side windows with larger, single windows, but the install team offered to install trim for us for free if we were able to pick it up. All in all, my husband and I are very happy with our decision and can't thank the Lifetime team enough.

Pros: We initially (Jan '14) used Lifetime to put in a new window into a wall that did not already have one. The install crew was great. They came in and installed a 5x6 window in less than a few hours. Then we had Lifetime come back (June '14) to replace some older wood windows and once again the crew was great. Cons: While everyone at Lifetime has been great to work with (Rebecca in scheduling is very nice), we did have issues with the window manufacturer that Lifetime gets their windows from. Every window has been late or the wrong size. The first 5x6 window came in at 5x5. We waited another 3-4 days for them to get the 5x6 and come cut it in. Not a big deal since we weren't living in the house yet. The second time they came back, the windows were delayed a few days and weren't ready the morning that our installer went to pick them up. This became a bigger issue on our end because my wife and 3 kids had planned their day around waiting for the installers and only found out that same morning and had to change plans for the next week. Again not Lifetime's fault but they are the ones who set the schedule and should have found out the day prior if the the Manufacturer would have them ready or not. Beyond the Window Manufacturer, they only other complaitn is that with each install I have had to ask for them to clean the windows. Windows get dirty during install, I shouldn't have to ask that my new expensive windows be cleaned. In the end I would (and will) use Lifetime again, but I am going to ask that they confirm the dates with their manufacturer and provide a discount for me if they have to reschedule, and I'll be asking them to clean the windows during the install rather than haveing someone come back out the next day.

It’s not easy for me to write a review and so I rarely ever do one. Lifetime Windows and Siding is going to be the exception. After recent hail storms and a new roof, my wife and I finally, after 35 years in the same house, decided to go a little further and add windows, siding and even a new door. Surprisingly at that very same time a young man from LW&S, who just happened to be in the neighborhood going door-to-door, stopped by our house. I set up an appointment to have someone come by and give us an estimate. Bill K. was the first to arrive and after a lengthy discussion a contract was signed. Mike came next, measuring and assessing what and how things were to be done with the windows and door. Jason stopped by soon after surveying the entire outside of the building. I was a bit nervous and skeptical at first, but began to relax once I realized all three men seemed to share a similar trait. Enthusiasm. It was evident they were confident with the products and services they were about to provide. Krista thanked me for choosing LW&S with an e-mail and Rebecca followed suit letting me know all materials had been ordered. Later she gave me a timeline as to when the work would begin and soon sent out a definite date and start time. Like clockwork, Tim and Justin arrived with the windows and door and set right to work. Here was a case where the left hand really did know what the right hand was doing. Exceptional teamwork and it was obvious these young men were true craftsmen who enjoyed the work they did. Directly behind them came Nam and his crew who began to add the new siding to our house. Meticulously and tirelessly they went about transforming a very well-worn exterior into a home that could rival anything recently built. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is I had some difficulty between my expectations and understanding the product fully. I needed new siding so I decided on vinyl siding. Unbeknownst to me, there are many different parts and pieces to the system and I wish I would have had a diagram drawn for me explaining exactly what was going to stay vinyl and what was going to stay original For example, I was expecting the house to look exactly like it was, except everything would be vinyl instead of wood and cementious siding. The trim board around my windows needed to be upgraded if I wanted to keep the current width of about 6 inches, otherwise I was going to get a small piece of trim around them just a couple inches wide.. I also purchased new gutters and as it turns out, you need to replace the board behind the gutters with the new vinyl product as well. In a nutshell, there are quite a few different parts and pieces involved with vinyl siding, so do yourself a favor and get a thorough understanding beforehand of what is going to become vinyl and what is not, and what you need to upgrade if you want to maintain the current design of the house. However, on the bright side, I had an amazing Project Manager named Jason and his Assistant Kevin who turned a frustrating situation into a very good experience. Those two went above and beyond to make things right and it was so refreshing to have people who genuinely care about delivering excellent customer service in an age where the term seems to be ever elusive, so thanks guys for doing such a great job!

here's a quick run down as to why the 3 starts if you are more curious of our in depth experience with Lifetime then continue reading.... Quality of work and siding is good if you get the right crew communication is terrible (the worst i've experienced with a company) people at lifetime lied on multiple occasions put on the wrong trim color didn't finish siding the house... just left 2 walls with no contact as to why or if they were coming back.. In depth review: Our project manager was great if it wasn't for him this would would be a 1 start review. The lack of communication and lies we received from lifetime was terrible. They didn't side two walls that we paid to have sided and the trim color was wrong. Yes they fixed their mistake but coming home from vacation to a house that is supposed to be completed and it's not and it looks terrible with the wrong trim was not ideal. We never received a call regarding them running out of materials and couldn't finish or any form of contact for that matter. As far as we knew they were finished... The lies started when they said they could start the work about 6 weeks from when we signed and gave them the deposit. They didn't start the work until 12 weeks later... Don't expect a call from them you will have to initiate every conversation around the job. I called when we were getting close to the 6 week timeline and was told that the product was ordered and I should hear from someone to schedule in a few weeks. (now passed the 6 week mark at this point). No call came, I called back and someone else told me the product hasn't even been ordered and once it does it takes about 5 weeks for it to come in and get the job started... I then spoke to someone else the next day who was following up and was told it was ordered and they saw pieces coming into the warehouse... Well all of it was a lie, the product wasn't ordered in fact they weren't even done measuring for the job yet because the following week a guy was sent out to do a final measurement before ordering. At last the work has started and now the lack of two walls not being done added another 10 days onto the project to get materials. Yes they fixed their work and the quality of work is good but the headache was not worth paying top price. They were one of the more expensive companies that quoted us but we thought we would be getting better treatment and a better experience for the price so we went with them.

The job started off bad and they had the wrong crew putting up the siding. Then there was a very long wait for the product and for the job to start. About 10-12 weeks. Once they started they were trying to install the wrong product so another 4+ week wait. They showed up with just an insert to the siding to "correct the issue" but it did not work. They went out and pick up the correct product the same day and installed it in about 2 days to complete. I have no idea why I had to wait so long if they could of just go pick up the correct product and install it in the first place. I would of given 5 starts if it was not suck a hassle to deal with everything. The install itself went good once they had the correct crew working on the job.
