Went in for a windshield replacement, everything was good and switched out. A few days later it started raining and my windshield wiper was broke 😭 I went up there mad and explained what happened. The manager was very sincere and got the issue fixed immediately. They took notes on who did the repair so it could be brought up and nothing was down played. I appreciate the way y'all handled an angry customer and I left satisfied. 4 stars but check wipers. Lol

Very fast and excellent repair of small star-shaped windshield chip. The work was cosmetically and functionally perfect. We enjoyed water, Sprite, and hot cocoa while we waited 20-30min for job to be completed at store (we were traveling) but they could just as easily come out to our hotel if we were okay with an appointment in the future (rather than same day).

I came in to get a temporary cover to hold me over until my actual appointment to replace the window that was busted out in a 'snatch and grab'. They even did such a great job helping clean up all the glass shards. Looking forward to the finished product!

Just got windshield replaced today, so can't quite comment on the quality of the work done.. However, the service was quick! I was very pleased by that. Customer service is a very big deal to me and it was just lacking a bit here. I wasn't really given much information, though in fairness, I did not ask much either. I was not greeted nor greeted with kindness once I approached one of the ladies at the front desk regarding my appointment. I heard other techs? introduce themselves to customers as they interacted and i didn't get that either. They handled business, but didn't make me feel welcomed as a customer so can't say I'll use them again for any future needs.

I like the service of the technicians that dome out they're friendly but often times the glass is more expensive from safelite than other glass options who have the same services just for less. I am not a fan of how the can do a next day install for businesses but as a private customer I couldn't schedule an appointment until 3 days later.

Needed my front windshield replaced. Appointment was at 8 a.m. One and a half hours later they were all done. All decals and stickers were taken off the old windshield and placed on the new one. I was proved wrong. I thought no way they can save the inspection sticker and easy tag. Everything looks original. What a great job. They are very good at what they do. Will definately go there again if the need ever arises again.

Had them replace my windshield on a Mazda CX5 Grand touring. After the windshield was replaced, lane departure notification, auto dimming headlights, the automatic windshield wipers, along with a few warning came up. Took a few weeks for them to get me back in however when I was there the second time, they quickly found the issue, replaced the windshield again and now it all works great. Customer service was great and everything was covered under warranty.

It was easy to schedule an appointment online to have my windshield replaced. I was quoted a time of 2 hours beforehand and it took exactly 2 hours to perform the work. They performed recalibration as well during that time and sent me a certificate to authenticate the process.

I'll be honest, I read some not great reviews on this place prior to bringing my truck in. My experience was beyond excellent. I brought my brand new truck in for a side window replacement. Instead of dropping off my truck and having it all day, they were able to squeeze me in right away and get me out the door in less than 1/2 hour. Excellent service, communication, and they were professionals. I would recommend and will be coming back for future needs.

Safelite was amazing! My appointment was at the Safelite location at 8am & they came for me at 8am. My technician was over-the-top friendly (I didn't catch his name!) and I was on my way at 8:17am! Didn't cost me a penny - everything went thru the insurance. I was able to stay in my van with my special needs son and that was a huge bonus. He doesn't do well in new places. We would have made it work, but this was so much easier! Thank you, Safelite!

Super easy to work with. I was to get a replacement windshield through my insurance and the process was easy and simple. I later found out that they broke the clips that held on my camera system on my vehicle, causing a rattling noise when going over bumps. No issues with the camera systems themselves (lane keep, etc.) This happened on the 2/2 vehicles that had a windshield replaced at this location. Once the broken clips were replaced, the issue was gone. Would recommend checking fitment if camera housings if you get them replaced or re-calibrated there.

Update: Safelite finally send me a check in early December for the incurred repair charges back in August. Had my back window replaced a few weeks ago (August). In the process the technician damaged the hydraulic lift, which cost me $500+ to repair. I submitted the invoice and I am still waiting to hear back. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone to help me.

strange how I got a quote for my rear glass on 2012 Dodge Ram 2500, originally $365. Stopped in again 2 months later and it was $280 which I purchased and had installed. They were the cheapest price and good customer service.

I arrived at 2:30 for a 3:00 appointment, to have my windshield replaced on 2016 Pathfinder. Brianna came out and inspected my car at 2:50, and explained the procedure. She told me it would be about 1 1/2 hours. Total time was slightly longer, by 15 minutes at the most. Brianna did a terrific job, she managed to save my registration sticker and both my EZ Pass for Texas toll roads, and my Sun Pass for Florida toll roads. I was pleased with the service provided by the shop, and very pleased with the work performed by Brianna.

Brought my 04 Tundra in for a new front windshield. Had some rust that needed to be removed before they could put the new one on. Safelite was very friendly and accommodating with the whole situation and even arranged a free tow to a garage for the rust work! They came out and put the new windshield on as soon as the garage was done without even charging me the mobile fee. The new windshield looks great and safelite was very helpful given the situation.

They brought the wrong glass the first time even though I made the appointment over the phone. Then the man who came out said someone would be calling to reschedule and no one did. He called back to do it. He was very nice but the first available appointment was a week out. Had to wait. It's done now and I'm satisfied with it but the process was difficult

Good friendly service. They did a better job last time I used them. They repaired a rock chip. They told me I would still see it after the repair. The last time you could not even tell there had been a rock chip. Maybe I should take it back and see if they could do better.

I used Safelite to replace front windshield in my car after a rogue rock hit it too hard and it could not be repaired. I submitted a claim through my insurance and Safelite called to setup an appointment and then informed us via text of the assigned technician. A technician contacted me in advance that he was coming over. The process was very easy because he came to my house and replaced the window while I was at work. I was particularly surprised and grateful that he was able to transfer all my window stickers - even an EZ tag - onto a new glass. It would be a hassle to replace them. Very happy with quality of work and the new window. Highly recommend Safelite for any window replacement work
