I have used these guys twice in the last 3 years. I bought a amp and sub. They installed the system and it has been great. No need for a warranty. You won’t need it. I bought a new vehicle and they installed my old system in my new ride. I want to give a shout out to Jimmy for the installation, I also enjoyed meeting him. He is a great guy. Thank you Pedro, for educating me on the process and working with my schedule. And big thanks to Logan for getting me back and forth to the house while they had my ride for installation. Logan was also a huge help in helping me with my questions. Thanks guys.

I called Pedro a few weeks ago and discussed a new sound system for my 2013 jeep. He was extremely helpful over the phone and set up an appointment with Jimmy his installer. A few days later I met with Jimmy who reviewed all of my options and made a recommendation for a new head set and speaker combination. I let my jeep with him and the system was installed within a few days. When I picked up my jeep Jimmy revised the entire system with me and answered all of my questions. Without reservation, I consider Pedro and Jimmy true professionals in their industry and highly recommend their products and service—I am extremely happy and satisfied customer forever.

I remember taking my truck to Discount car stereo 3 years ago to install a new stereo system, they did such a bad job that I had to get three installation done in one week they damaged my dashboard system I would have gave them a negative five stars if I could. However, nevertheless I taken my truck to Car Tunes to get my stereo system reset because it wouldn't reset due to the park brake release not working properly, to make a long story short these guys is professional and knows what they are doing i would in my own experience highly recommend car tunes.

To start I had shopped upgrading my Tundra's audio system with a few shops. Sean and Alex at Car tunes were the only one's I felt really listened to what I was trying to achieve. Others either tried to upsell or push much more expensive equipment that would've blown my budget and made me compromise on what I could do. I wanted to amplifiy my current after market speakers installed and add subs. Even though the tundra is a difficult truck to outfit they were able to get me outfitted with the custom box I needed and the system I needed to push 2 Kenwood subs and my 6 other speakers all while staying right on budget. Granted, it's not some audiophile premium build but it wasn't bargain brand stuff either. To say I'm more than happy with the work they did would be an understatement. The sound is awesome, and everything is installed super clean. I feel like I got more than I was expecting for what I spent. I would highly recommend them for any audio or custom work. Those guys are pros and their work shows the kind of passion they have.

I've been coming here for nearly a decade and ill keep on coming back. Nest part is they won't oversell you and drain your pockets. Their prices are more that reasonable. This was done all in one day with no appointment. The system was installed so clean and neat and sounded way better that I thought it would. Great install on our Jeep. Just needed some extra bass added to the factory system. Car Tunes added our Kicker sub amp L3 sub to the factory system. The attention to detail was great. Clean wiring, small custom risers to keep the amp dry in case the floor got wet and a great stealth install. Didn’t oversell us in unnecessary equipment and fair pricing on wiring and parts.

Went into Car Tunes so that they could figure out why my aftermarket car audio system was experiencing some distortion. They quickly were able to diagnose the issue at no charge. Essentially, I had made some mistakes doing the install myself. Not surprised. Alex, the manager, informed me of three or four different routes we could go to fix the issue. He was able to give me a great deal, and along with his great customer service, I was sold. I went ahead with getting more work done than I initially planned on after Alex was able to thoroughly explain the root cause of the issues and why certain upgrades would be produce superior sound. I highly recommend Car Tunes. I don’t normally write reviews because I’m not a snobby, Yelp-reviewing a**hole, but the team at Car Tunes exceeded my expectations enough that I felt they deserved a shoutout. i stopped at best buy to get a radio installed....they couldn't do it same day, but directed me to take my truck there. i dealt with Albert (apparently the manager after reading these reviews) i needed a stereo and security system for the truck i had just bought. i settled on a pioneer navi head unit that they happened to be out of stock on......not a problem....he sold me the display model discounted 10% and could have it installed the same day. now the security system was gonna be another story....there was a heavy workload for them that day and they would not be able to install same day as it would take around 3-4 hours to install.......or could they(let's just say there are ways to grease the wheels if you are willing to show some love to your installers and sales people $$) so great......gonna get my new stereo and alarm installed in 5 hours, but what to do in the mean time.....thanks to albert....problem solved, he had one of his tech's take us a few miles up the freeway to main event (a local bowling alley with bar) to kill time, then picked us up when they were close to completion.....or so they thought. i had them replace some cheap sub speakers before i finished with them. oh and i almost forgot.....the 5 hours was really only about 3-3 1/2 hours i for one was extremely satisfied with the customer service, the quality of installs, the speed of installs, and the knowledgeable staff and would recommend all my friends there. PS. and for all you skeptics......i was not paid for this review, nor am i affiliated with their business. thanks for reading

My son got a new-to-him 2007 camry. We spent some time going through it mechanically, and we wanted to update the radio to give the car hands-free calling. It turned out to be hard to find something due to a shortage, so I swung into CarTunes. They had great options, and Alex took time to figure out what was important to us and what was not. The install was very well done and timely. They figured out an issue with the 3rd party rear view camera and ported that over to the radio. For what it's worth, we went on a road trip to the east coast and the camera (not installed by cartunes) got water in it and quit working. I called a shop near our destination and got a quote for replacement. Then I called CarTunes. Alex talked me through some repair options, and his prices were so much better. I'm usually a do it yourself guy, but I'm glad I went in to CarTunes.

I just bought a Kenwood stereo for my wife's Subaru. We were literally on the way to purchase the same unit at Car Toys, we already had the price and installation settled. We hit traffic on 45 (no big surprise there), but we had to hurry so they could install today. Was on the feeder and saw Car Tunes, and thought let me give them a call. Wow! What a difference? They quoted me $180 difference and they could get us in minutes, so we turned around and bought from Car Tunes. The experience was fantastic, they didn't try to upsell us anything while we were there. The install was great the radio is fantastic, and they even walked my wife through functions of the radio. While we were there they also had a sale for window tinting, so we got that done as well! $20 a window. Great experience would highly recommend them.

These guys just saved my sanity, and my eyes! I tore the tint off my window and realized I can’t see without it. We called around and found these guys. We got there and walked past the tint guy as he was leaving and he was awesome enough to turn around and not only tint my truck but did a spectacular job, and he was smiling! Not once did he complain about us walking in late in the day. Everyone in the shop was knowledgeable, very polite, not at all pushy, answered every question about work the other place did (and how I can fix/upgrade it), they’ve got all of the brands I love, solutions to every issue with lights or sound and tint. The installation was completed timely and of the utmost quality. There is not much room to work with in the cab of a C10 but they created custom boxes that perfectly match the interior of the truck. Was told by David that he is the manager. Whether that's true or not may be a sales tactic. Regardless, he told me a two speaker install would be $200 and that sound dampening would be "a little extra". Upon reaching the register, a "little extra" to him meant doubling the price. By the way, I was providing the material for the dampening since I had already bought it. And it was still double the price of everything I was paying!! You are warned! I'm giving this 3 stars because it hasn't caught fire yet and their "work" MIGHT be good. Just saying watch your wallet.

Alex and Sean outdid themselves with the sound system in my 2020 Chevy Silverado. Sean made a custom ported subwoofer box that was perfectly fitted and contoured to the rear seat. It sounds unreal and looks great too! Alex really went out of his way to make sure I had a quality system that was within my budget and he was knowledgable as well. I also got tint installed and everything looks like it's straight from the factory if not better. If you're looking for great service and a high level of professionalism at a good price, I'd recommend checking them out for yourself. *UPDATE* Once again Alex and company knocked it out the park. I loved the 8" JL Audio subs that I purchased but after listening to it for less than a week, I got bit by the bass bug and wanted more. I got 3 - 12" TW3-D4's by JL Audio and this time Jimmy custom built the box for them. He also custom built the amp rack to go behind the rear seat. Alex kept me updated with pictures of the work that Jimmy was performing and it is one of the cleanest installs I've seen ever! The finished product is phenomenal! The box tucks neatly underneath the seat with no poking out, just like the previous build. And the sound is on point to say the least - clear, concise, and with clean bass that hits hard! Car Tunes is officially my go-to for all my future auto upgrades.

This is my new go-to spot for everything car audio/video. I'm largely a do-it-yourselfer, but I'll let a shop handle jobs that I don't care to do like door speakers & under-hood work. I'm not at all the ideal customer for this shop, but they've always taken the time to answer my questions, offer solutions that make sense, & offer competitive pricing. For example, I was ready to upgrade my door speakers from stock & sound deaden the doors. I made my initial choice, they installed the new component speakers, deadened the doors, & everything, but I wasn't as satisfied as I had expected to be. no problem! Prince was happy to offer something quite a bit better at a reasonable price difference. I was then very satisfied. Kudos to Prince, Albert, Eric, Adam, & the whole Car Tunes team - keep up the good work!

I must say that I typically don't take the time to write reviews, but the guys at this location, particularly the manager (Albert), deserve a great review. I complained about hearing a "hiss" after a brand new sound system was installed in my Honda Accord, and the Car Tunes staff gladly replaced the unit, and inspected it to make sure everything worked well. The guys were friendly, and willing to listen to my problem and work with me until the issue was resolved. I highly recommend this place if you are thinking about upgrading the sound system in your car. I did, and couldn't be happier.

Came to car tunes to look into getting a system installed on my 2019 Honda Civic. Not knowing much about car audio, Alex was there to help guide me through the process, we went out to my car and he looked in and around it to assess what he was working with, then we hopped in and listened to the range of music I liked and see what it currently sounded like. What I wanted was new door speaker and tweeter on front and back, and in the trunk something light that didn’t take up my entire hatch space, yet something I could feel with rap and still be able to keep up with metal. All while keeping my stock head unit. I listened to the suggestions he made and we sorted through different options until we came up with the following list- focal rse-125 door speakers and tweeters front and rear, Rockford fosgate puch to push them, an LC7 for my stock head unit, for the back we went with a Memphis audio mini mojo 8” in its own box already with a Rockford fosgate punch. Sunday morning I went to drop off the car for the install. I meet jimmy the installer and he, Alex and I, went over placement and For me to see everything that was going into the car. Monday after work I picked up and it far exceeded my expectations it’s sounds absolutely great. The install is SO CLEAN, the amps are cleanly installed under the seat and no wiring showing, the wiring to the battery blends in extremely well to the factory wiring the way it’s ran and secured under the hood. I will definitely come back here for other services, as with most stuff you get what you pay for, you may find labor a bit cheaper at other places but for the quality of work, knowledge, and the time they spend with you to make sure you get what you want is more than worth it. Thank you Alex, Jimmy, and crew.

Got a pretty good deal on a new head unit with Carplay. Installation was clean but some of the steering wheel control buttons were not programmed. Vehicle was new model year and the documentation to program the module was not available. I took the truck back to Cartunes and the installer contacted the steering wheel module manufacturer to get all the buttons programmed. They took the extra time to make it work right.

I have a 2012 F150 FX4 with the Sony system and I asked Eric and Isaiah to set me up with a Crystal clear system they recommended the focal 130as up front and isc570 in rear I must say these door speaker sound amazing. Then Eric recommended 4 jl audio w3 8 inch subs in custom ported box I have them running off to jl audio 1000 The Audison bit one is the heart of the system I will say I was very skeptical about The 8 inch subs but I will say this thing bangs and you can hear every detail of the music I am very satisfied and I highly recommend taking your vehicle to car tunes.
