Paul did a great job from the product knowledge to staying in touch through the installation process to make sure no issues occurred. Windows came in a month earlier than expected! We had 4 double hung windows along with new construction 6ft and 8ft sliding glass doors installed. Clean capping and caulking on the outside as well. Would recommend Joe and his crew again. Respectful and clean!

Eric was our rep that came out and walked us through his product and recommended window to replace our original windows from 1986. Being a hands on guy and opting to let a company like window nation to come in and do the job took some convincing on their end because I was concerned about quality of install and quality of window, once he proved they aren’t buying in bulk from big box companies and marking up outrageously, and giving representative pictures to the quality they provide, they earned my business. Very transparent and I felt my voice was heard in my final decision. Another great factor is everything they are going to use on install isn’t a secret they give names and tell you to research them. Makes it easier for a homeowner to understand the product, and why it’s used. I will recommend this company to anyone when considering window replacement.

While I do not feel it was worth the money and they forgot to send an inspector to close the permit on the windows, I did find the people within the company including the installers were incredibly nice. Get a couple different quotes and then try window nation. Their "discounts" are a gimmick like everyone else, they're just more persuasive. That's my advice.

*Well, the resolution took much longer than anticipated but we are happy with the outcome. It appears as though the frontline staff (salesman, schedulers,etc) are generally very responsive. Managerial staff however is not, we can appreciate that this is a very large company but we honestly felt like we were left hanging and had to keep emailing/calling to finally get things wrapped up. We received our answer yesterday and we are happy to put this to rest. If you don’t mind that the install doesn’t go smoothly and you need to wait weeks/months for the issue to be addressed and for your project to be completed then I’d say this is the company for you. Paul did a great job explaining the product and the process, hoping that the install goes as smoothly! *Update…we are very pleased with 16 out of 18 windows, unfortunately 2 were measured incorrectly so the job could not be finished last week. This is exactly what we were hoping would not happen! If Window Nation resolves this in a timely manner we will be very pleased, only time will tell…

I am surprised no one had any comments about the actual windows installation. Everyone is speaking so highly about the sales people. Something is sketchy. Another thing, we had a sales person coming in and he gave us a price of $56,000 for ~20 windows. Then he jumped on the call with his boss and figured the way of lowering the price to $37,000 by "jumping on a big commercial job they had in CT". We almost fell for that but google reviews raised a red flag.

If you choose them to provide estimate, get several quotes/estimates prior. Product looked fantastic, but the pressure to make a decision was ridiculous. The discounts and way they pitch their best and final price is just a gimmick. You still end up at a very high price. No warranty for installing windows yourself is ludicrous as well when almost all manufacturers have one. Prices seemed high and without the luxury of having time to decide/obtain more estimates I felt anxious and uncomfortable. They should be more confident in their product and pricing instead of applying all this pressure. pervasive business tactics IMO. Had to walk away.

Haven’t had my windows installed yet but I had Dave and Eric stop by for a free estimate. They were very professional and thorough. Had samples and a demo that showed the process. Also explained about the warranty for the windows and that the company prides itself on a customer satisfaction. Will update once services are completed but so far so good. Update to the installation process. 2 of the windows were mismeasured and I had to wait another couple weeks for the windows to be remade. As appointments are booked out further took another 7 weeks for that appointment in which the installers never showed up for the 2nd appointment which I found out when I called asking for an eta as I had already been waiting for a few hours. I was told they couldn’t park and couldn’t get into the parking lot without any calls. Finally windows have been fully installed which I signed co tract July 2021 and installation complete February 2022. There are some things I need to get fixed. One window appears to be slightly misaligned another does not stay open and will start closing. Another window there a parts that are broken off although this is more cosmetic but that speaks to the quality of the installation and carelessness. Overall, there were several hiccups with the process. Not sure that I would reuse the company. Costs were lower but unsure if I would go with this company again.
