They stayed in touch with me the whole time even during the order process of the window. I am glad I decided to stay local for this project I needed done. Thank you JC Tonnotti for being efficient. Vinyl Siding Installation: over 2 seasons, I called 6 installers, and had 4 quotes. Right away, Mike was obviously experienced and easy-going. Having met with several companies already, I knew what to listen for and what to ask. I appreciated that when I asked for suggestions for a couple of tricky spots on my house, he offered professional advice based on experience, unlike the other 'salesmen' I saw, who would only respond 'whatever you want'. I also asked about non-stock shutters, which he looked into and had to special order, which I appreciated. Other places simply said "No" when I asked. His quote was right where I expected based on the other quotes I received, but because of how thorough Mike had been throughout the quote process, I was comfortable committing to JC Tonnotti. He was honest that they were booked about 3 months out, which I expected and the job started about 10 wks later, with good communication along the way. The crew started on a Tueday, it rained one day that week, and by the next Monday, the job was done (medium-sized simple house). The crew worked right until 5pm each day, no loud music, no using phones all day, no yelling to each other. They were respectful in their work habits to me, my property and my neighborhood. Their clean-up was excellent-no scraps all over the place or in the landscape beds. I highly recommend talking to them if you are considering new vinyl siding.

I would highly recommend JC Tonnotti. They finished installing vinyl siding on our home last week and they did an absolutely incredible job. They also installed a new window as well as a new sliding glass door that leads out to our deck. Mike, who was in charge of the job, was incredible. He was honest, hard working, and he delivered on everything he promised. The workers were amazing. Fast, professional, clean, and extremely hard working. My husband and I purchased a home and quickly realized we were going to need new windows. Several people recommended JC Tonnotti so I gave them a call. What started out as just replacement windows quickly turned into basically a full exterior remodel because the prices were so fair. There was absolutely no pressure to sign and we were the ones to bring up all the other work and not a sales pitch by the salesman, Jeff. There has been a few bumps in the road, supply issues and all that, but they were handled quickly and efficiently as possible. Mike, the supervisor, (an awesome asset to the company) calmed my nerves and even made me laugh a few times in a stressful situation. I have so many more things that I can add but you get the idea. From Jeff, the salesman, Joe, the owner, who came out and measured the windows and gave me advice on what style window to choose, Faith and Leann in the office who had to deal with me being cranky, the siding crew, the window crew and finally Mike, all are a great team and a wonderful company to do business with. I can’t thank them enough and we’ve received so many compliments on the remodel already. We highly recommended them, their work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers.

JC Tonnotti replaced the siding on my house. We started with cedar shakes and ended with vinyl. Installation happened faster than expected in this market where construction is taking a long time. They were communicable on what was happening and when. The gutters were installed right after without delay and the dumpster was picked up quickly. The job site was also left fairly clean leaving little for us to do after except admire the new beautiful siding!

I chose J.C. Tonotti due to the high quality reviews and meeting with Joe. We were replacing our windows that came with our condo that was built in 1978, so this was a big deal. We wanted to get it right. Joe gave me a quote that was a little higher than another quote I had, but I trusted both the quality of the Harvey windows and the company behind it (J.C. Tonotti). I could tell he cared about the quality of his work. The window installers were fast, professional, and kept my place clean afterward! I like to take this opportunity to review my experience with JC Tonnotti. Several months ago, I had Joe and his crew replace 26 windows, 2 entry and 2 storm doors as well as the siding on my 82-year-old home. I knew there was likely going to be issues with rot on an exterior wall and wanted a company that would be able to handle any framing or other unexpected issues which may arise without having to bring in any additional outside contractors. I met with six competitors and received estimates. I either felt the estimates were inflated for comparable products or, frankly, felt uncomfortable with the thought of most of these vendors accomplishing what they proposed to my satisfaction based on our conversations. Although I saw several lackluster online reviews, I found Joe to be straight forward throughout the process and fair with any incidental costs. He met with my wife and I multiple times over the course of several years, was patient and at no time resorted to any high-pressure sales tactics. Steve managed the two crews and was always easily accessible even outside of business hours. Dave, Mike, and the rest of the guys helped expedite the job by working on a weekend to keep the project on schedule when the aforementioned rot issues came to fruition. Additionally, during the pandemic, our 8-year-old daughters educational process was forced outside during the construction process with the implementation of remote/ distance learning. Never once did I or my wife hear the guys swear or talk inappropriately. Finally, Rachel and Faith were pleasant and handled any billing, rebate, or warranty issues. I consider myself a knowledgeable and self-sufficient person and typically cringe at the thought of others working on my house or automobiles. The magnitude of this project was simply out of my scope given my family and work demands. My experience with J.C. Tonnotti was as seamless as I could have possibly expected with any issues being collaboratively discussed by both parties and implemented to my satisfaction.

First Installation: We were very pleased with all the employees of J. C. Tonnotti we have had contact with from the sales person to the office staff to the installers. The quality of the windows and door as well as the workmanship when your crew came to install them last month was obvious. They arrived promptly, reviewed the rooms where the installation was to take place, and got right to work. They were organized, respectful of our property, diligent workers, and cleaned up completely before leaving; in other words, professional. Any interactions with your workers was polite. The crew leader gave us a clear demonstration of how the windows work for cleaning, etc. All in all, it was a very positive experience and we have already placed an order for more windows and another door to be replaced by J.C. Tonnotti. Second installation: We recently had a second round of windows and a new front door unit installed by J. C. Tonnotti. The workers arrived on time, reviewed the rooms in which they were doing the installations and started right to work. They worked quickly and efficiently, leaving openings to the outdoors (in February) for as short as time as possible. One team member had to leave to pick up some additional materials which delayed their progress, but they stayed until the job was finished and completely cleaned up. Our house is much brighter and warmer thanks to the fine job they did. Third Installation:Once again, we enjoyed an efficient and professional installation of windows and door to our garage by a crew of J. C. Tonnotti. It is a pleasure to work with such a dependable company. And, every crew that has been to our home has been hard-working and respectful. They arrive when expected, review the work to be done, and finish the same day, always leaving the premises neat & clean indoors & out.

The installers were here for 6 hrs and everything was done efficiently and professionally. You wouldn't know they had even been here! Cleaned up nicely when they were done. My three-star review is not as much about the work that JC Tonnotti did as the poor quality of the Harvey windows they recommended and installed. We ordered the windows last year from JC Tonotti, and I have to say they did an excellent job on the installation. They were very professional throughout and left the house spotless, and the install looked good. There were some issues with the staining on the trim which they stood behind and resolved. However, the Harvey Majesty windows we got are surprisingly poor quality. They’re all drafty. Right now I’m standing near one and I can actually feel cold air seeping through the frame. It’s 15 degrees outside, no wind, and the temperature in the house went down 4 degrees in an hour. The vinyl ones we had to put in the bathrooms are even worse. I asked them to put plenty of insulation around them so I have to believe it’s the windows themselves that are the problem. I’m not sure what can be done about this at this point, but I’m just writing this to warn other about Harvey windows - never again. .

J.C. Tonnotti performed well during all phases of my recently completed (fall 2021) window installation job. They graciously worked through three different quotes for projects of different scopes at my residence. Once the order was placed, they managed to get the windows faster than expected. When the day of installation arrived, their workers efficiently and effectively installed quality windows. I am entirely satisfied with the outcome of the job and would recommend J.C. Tonnotti to anyone needing residential windows or glass doors. One should note that I am a repeat customer. In mid-March of 2020, J.C. Tonnotti and company replaced a sliding glass door with a new model manufactured by Harvey Building Products. They handled the negotiation and installation process well. They even accommodated a somewhat non-standard door size while keeping the total cost reasonable. Once all matters were agreed and an installation date was set, the workmen quickly and effectively installed the door. They also took time to clean the installation site when finished. After a little more than two months, I can say it still looks great!

Very pleased with the process and the final product of the job JC Tonnotti did for me. JC Tonnotti replaced round top windows in my home recently, one in the two story foyer, and one in the bonus room. Joe (owner) met me at my home (on time) and walked through the job with me. Joe gave a thorough explanation of the process, and that it would take some time as my windows were custom windows. He gave me the estimate, and as this was an insurance claim, discussed the job on my behalf with the adjuster. Once the claim was settled, the windows were ordered. I received a call from Dawn with the delivery date of the windows, which would be delivered to my home, and the installation would be the following day. Once the windows came in, I received a courtesy call from Dawn to confirm the windows had been received, and to confirm the install for the next day. Dawn was very polite and friendly. The install crew showed up (on time) and spent most of the day. Again these were custom windows, and not the easiest to install. The crew pretty much knew what to do, but Dave was there giving leadership and direction and insuring that everything was done correctly. Windows were installed, site was cleaned up, and I'm very pleased with the job and the process.

I got to tell you from when we first walked in their store and met Jeff I could tell he was a no bull, down to earth kinda a guy. Basically not a fake person. We talked for a while and set up a time to do a quote on replacing our windows in our house. He was on time at our house and told me I would get a quote within that day. I noticed their shop was quite busy and told him excellent. I received his quote the same day and had to review it with some competitors and get back to him. It was about a week later I got back to him and told him it was basically the only reason I went with J.C. Tonnotti was because of Jeff the salesman and reading other reviews sold me. They are not real expensive but not cheap either. Which is great for me because I don't need a headache or break the bank. Mr. Tonnotti (The owner) came by my house to double check their measurements to make sure for an accurate quote. That should tell you something if the owner comes out to see you, he cares and wanted to meet us. A+ in my book! Installation day was about 10 weeks out and not a problem. The installers were Mike and Matt and showed up on time and answered my questions before they started. It took almost a day from start to finish. They both did an outstanding job and cleaned up after themselves. Quality work I got to say. So if you need a review here it is, J.C. Tonnotti is the place to go from start to finish. Quality people, workmanship and price all in one.

Company responded to my phone call to set up a appointment to come to the home to discuss what windows I should get and take measurements. After measurements where taken, I was advised window would be about 3 weeks. I was notified within that time frame that the window had come in, we set up an appointment to install, the day before, they called to confirm. Install went very quickly, everything was cleaned up, and installer explained how window worked. They took care of filling out the warranty with the window company. Only thing, the screen was damaged and they have to order a new one. I am sure when it comes in, they will contact me and get it installed. Everything went very smoothly and I was pleased with this company. They were great to work with, very professional. Would use again.

We replaced 16 windows, including the basement, a door and the garage door. Joe is no pressure sales! We paid less for all of that than what one window company quoted us for just windows! The entire job, from beginning to end, was exactly as Joe had promised! He was also flexible when we asked to delay our installation and added in extra requests. The quotes/invoices were quickly drawn and immediately sent to us. The products and craftsmanship are fabulous and with the exception of the garage door, all of the windows and the door, were installed in 1 day! We intend to use Joe again in the future for additional improvements!

I recently had 2 windows installed by J C Tonnotti. One was a standard sized window and the other was a large window that required a double hung. I called J C and immediately got a hold of their office manager. I did not have to make multiple calls or chase anyone down, which tends to be the process with contractors. We scheduled an appt for an appraisal and Joe (The owner) arrived promptly on the day we had chosen. Joe reviewed the space, took some measurements and provided estimates. We discussed a few different options (sliders, double hung, etc..) and decided to go with the most affordable choice. The windows took about 3 weeks to custom order and Joe called to schedule installation a few days after that. Joe was not present during the actual installation but this had no impact on the quality of the installation. 3 guys came out to install the windows and it took under 2 hours in total. After the installation the installer in charge walked me through the process and we inspected the windows together. He then reviewed the warranties with me and explained who to contact if I have any issues. I have had the windows for about a month now and everything seems great. No issues with any of the seals and the windows look GREAT! I will certainly be contacting J C Tonnotti for future window installs.
