5-star service from beginning to end. We’re in the process of several renovation projects and hired Midwest Construction to replace 11 windows and two 3-window sliders. They were hands down, the most impressive contractor we’ve worked with. Sales (Lee Sykes) was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. No pushy sales and he spent quality time going over everything with us. We were quoted 3-4 months for installation and were thrilled when it happened at 6 weeks. Installation was just as impressive. Joe was always on time, super efficient, professional and overall a really nice guy. He is experienced, which we appreciated so we didn’t have to babysit him (which is what we’re doing with other contractors). Angela and Brent were our office contacts. They were always friendly and very responsive. Our only regret is that we didn’t replace every single window in the house. We will definitely be using Midwest Construction in the future!

My front door and a window (the same size as the door) was replaced. The window was reframed and made smaller. I had mini blinds put between the glass. MWC did a great job on the installation and getting everything I asked for completed. I am very happy with the results. I would not hesitate to refer others to them.

We worked with Midwest to replace all of our windows in our almost 100 year old home. Troy was great to work with to explore our options and put a proposal together. Joe was our installer and he was fantastic. He kept us updated each day while he was working, answered any questions we had, was timely, cleaned as he went and took pride in the work. We really appreciated Joe treated our home with the respect he would his own. That means a lot to us. Brent's communication was great leading up to the install and after. The team as a whole has been top notch. Our home is transformed - the windows look great and from the outside the wrapped trim refreshes our curb appeal. On top of it all - the warranty gives us the peace of mind if any issues come up in the future they'll be taken care of. Thank you! We had 29 windows installed in our house. Work was done on time and with great care and precision. Installer kept us informed about any concerns he found once our old windows were removed. He did some damaged window framing boards replacement when they showed past moisture damage. We would strongly recommend Midwest Construction for any of your home repair or construction needs.

We had Midwest Construction come out and install all new insulated vinyl siding, sliding door, gutters, and soffit. Joe was very professional and did an excellent job. He answered all of our questions and showed up every day. We couldn’t be more pleased with the finished product, and will be referring everyone that we know! Summer 2019: We had a great experience with Midwest Construction and plan to use them in the future. We had three windows and a door (became a patio door) replaced due to age. The quote was reduced after a second look was taken, saving us much needed money. The installers were courteous, punctual, and professional, answering any and all questions. We can't wait to have them back to replace the other four windows and siding. December 2020: We now have all the windows replaced! The workers were great. With COVID-19 always a concern, we greatly appreciated the workers wearing masks the whole time. They worked in areas with carpet and hardwood floors, cleaning up any mess they made in the process. We love the warmth these windows are already adding to the home. Our bedroom is averages a 7 degree lower temperature than the rest of the house. The new windows in the room already increased the temp by 3 degrees. We cannot wait for them to replace the siding later this year.

He is very knowledgeable and could answers ANY questions we had, very good to work with . The gentleman that came to install the windows took no time all and they turned out FANTASTIC!!! you can't even see a space on the inside trim GREAT JOB. Now comes the siding crew - what can I say ... they are all professionals. Roberto and his crew knew what to do and with expertise. I had a few questions during the job and he knew what I wanted and how to deliver, The whole crew was very kind and courteous and kept the job clean and neat throughout the whole tear off and installation. I am so pleased with our new sunroom/deck. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable and the project was done before the estimated time. The construction crew did an excellent job, very professional and did an amazing job. The electrician contractor (Action Electric) was also amazing, it was a challenge for them to run wires across a finished basement but when he was done you would never know he was even there. Again I can't express how happy we are with the whole package.

Midwest Construction was great to work with. we have an 1914 Victorian home that had the original widows that were very drafty. We replaced 19 widows with the triple pane and no more drafts, The installers did a fantastic job and were very neat it their job. Overall and we are very pleased with this project. This is the second mobile home I have owned and the second mobile home I have had Midwest Construction install their seamless guttering on. Quality in craftsmanship merits the 5 stars easily. Contractors were clean, courteous, respectful and above all else knowledgeable of their product and services. We recently replaced the roof on our home and garage, and installed all new windows and doors on our home. We could not be more pleased with the end result. The Des Moines representative, Troy Deaton, made this entire process a positive experience for us. Not only was Troy proactive and responsive, (actively taking care to reassure and address typical construction issues as they came up) he went way and above and beyond to literally walk us through the entire project details. He continually kept us abreast of scheduling, addressed any and all concerns and physically checked in on a regular basis through to the completion of the job. The windows of my 1931 home were in very bad shape. Back in 2007 I contacted Midwest Construction and had two rounds of window replacement completed in '07 and '08. This year I had a couple more bedroom windows replaced and only have three more openings to be done. I have nothing but admiration for the fantastic work that the staff of MWC perform. The windows may seem expensive up front BUT they are guaranteed for life! When the seal failed on four of the original replacement windows from 11-12 years ago, they were replaced without cost and without any hassle. The look of the windows has really improved the look and value of my home.

We are so happy with MidWest. There are many reasons but most important to us is they done it all .builders, electricity, every thing. When one was finished the next step was there ready to start. They all came in do there job, cleared up and left. We also so had a new roof, new gutters, ( on all the building). We talk to other companies and we had to find some of our own contractors. They done everything. They work with the city on permits and everything . We couldn't be happy with MIDWEST CONSTRUCTION AND TROY.

Midwest Const. did a wonderful job of installing our gutters and downspouts following a severe storm that occurred earlier in the summer. We were concerned about the extensions to the downspouts being too long. They returned to trim about a foot off of the extensions. Thanks for doing such a GREAT job.

Midwest Construction replaced 7 of the windows in our church. The workers were courteous, and timely, but more than this, they cleaned up after themselves. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere they had been when they left.
