Advance Siding & Windows LLC installed vinyl siding on our house & garage. We are 110% happy with their work. (We are picky and tend to scrutinize any work done on our home). Kent was easy to work with & stopped by regularly to check on progress. He has the BEST construction crew we've ever met! They went above and beyond to make everything PERFECT! We had areas of rotted wood & windows that had been improperly installed from a previous contractor. They took the time to properly frame the windows and replace the damaged wood. The aluminum wrap on all of the trim looks beautiful. The crew was easy to communicate with and asked us questions about many details to ensure they completed the work to our satisfaction. They took time to do the job right and their work is meticulous. I highly recommend them!

I’m very satisfied with the siding job on my house. The crew ( Luke, Kurt, and Curtis) were conscientious and professional. Luke would say he does the work like he would on his own home. My neighbors on both sides of me ended up hiring Advance to side their homes and a neighbor down the street went with them as well. My brother and I contracted Advance to side our houses and are very happy with the end result. Kent was easy to work with and his bid was considerable lower than the other bids we received. Kent and his crew are awesome. It all started with a no pressure estimate and a thorough discussion of work to be done. His crew is hard working, efficient and very good at their job. It's the little things that always stand out with remodeling and they do them right. His material selections are high quality. We own a 1954 ranch and went with the Alside double six insulated siding, new doors and replacement window inserts at his recommendation. We couldn't be happier with the end result. The house looks better than new, it's quieter and sure to be warmer in the winter. I would definitely use Advance Siding & Windows again.

I couldn't be happier with Kent and his crew on my house. He replaced the 60 year old masonite siding with Coventry Vinyl Siding, repaired damaged areas and pretty much re-built my garage which was in terrible shape. He found quality companies to replace my 6 foot wooden fence, build new decks front and back and coordinated the new eaves with covers after they completed the siding job. The team was very nice, always on time, cleaned up daily and answered all of my questions as well as making sure my Siberian Huskies never had a chance to get out the open fence gates. I'm impressed with the quality of the workmanship, they never took short-cuts but did the job right. Kent also responded to all of my calls and texts punctually. As a widow is it hard to find great companies and folks and I certainly thankful, my neighbor told me about Kent.

There's a good reason for all the positive reviews here. I have an older home which had wood siding and trim, and didn't want to deal with the combined issues of repainting and replacing rotted pieces anymore. So aside from the vinyl siding going on, all the wood trim was also capped with aluminum. I'd challenge anyone to spot any exposed wood on this place anymore. Being an old home which has been added onto more than once, it's oddly shaped with a lot of non-standard corners/joints etc. There were also a lot of things unique to this property that I needed addressed. Kent was very good about getting all that information beforehand, and his crew worked with me to address everything. When they say they'll work with you on whatever you need done, they mean it. And they did a great job. It looks like it could have been built this decade!

I've used Kent for multiple jobs, from replacing windows in an entire house, siding a garage, repairing soffits, replacing exterior/storm doors, to a few windows. Kent will bid the job at a fairly reasonable price, show up when he says he will, does quality work, cleans-up after he is done, and is just a good guy in general. Kent is one of the good contractors in Des Moines, and I highly recommend him for all your siding/window needs.

My brief experience with Advance Siding & Windows (brief because my plans changed drastically and I couldnt hire them) was good. For the short time I spoke with them, I was quite impressed. At least my first impression is quite good. Sorry I cant speak about their work, because I didnt have the chance to hire them. My senses rarely lie to me about such stuff and I hope this is not the first time. I will share my full experience once I have the chance.
