The nicest and most caring people. Not only were they able to replace my windshield within a timely manner, they also cleaned all the glass out of the inside of my car. Did I mention the sticker that reminds me of when to change my oil was moved to the new windshield as well? Will definitely recommend to others and be back!!!!

After we had a rock thrown from the lawnmower shatter the glass door at our church, we were worried we would not find someone to be able to replace it quickly. We called Sheppard's and Calvin came out within 30 minutes...then measured...and returned with the glass within 15 minutes. The entire repair was almost quicker than we could write the check to pay for it! I was extremely impressed with the promptness and professionalism of this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Hopefully we will not need any more doors replaced anytime soon, but I will continue to use Sheppard's for any other glass needs!

This was my first time having to take my car somewhere to get the windshield replaced because it’s new and has sensors that have to be reset when getting the windshield replaced. The staff was very courteous, understanding, and patient with me because I had to reschedule dropping off my vehicle twice due hospitalizations. My windshield has never looked better and my vehicle sensors are working like they did when I first bought the car. I highly recommend them!

Another auto glass company off Augusta Road lied to me about when I had a scheduled appointment. I called around on Friday because I needed a windshield replacement that same day. Let me tell you this...Amanda at this place is AMAZING! She was DETERMINED to help me and get it replaced same day. She is such a kind hearted person. Within hours they came to my job! The 2 guys that came and replaced my windshield were SO nice! The people that work here really care about helping you and doing a job of great quality. I HIGHLY recommended this place! Awesome!

Sheppard's Glass of West Columbia is the best! I had a back windshield to shatter in my car. I called and they were not only able to do same day service they got the job done within 3 hours. The technicians MM and CB were quick, clean and professional. They vacuumed up the shattered glass and replaced the windshield. The ladies in the office are wonderful as well. They called the insurance company for me and made sure to let me know when the guys were on the way. Thank you all for the excellent customer service you all provide. After a buzzard flew into my windshield I called several places and no one could take me for at least three days. I called Shepherd’s glass and they were able to take me that day. Shepherd’s Glass called my insurance company and made sure my insurance would cover it. They replaced my windshield in an hour and a half. Extremely professional, very polite, and great facilities while you are waiting. I would HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely return in the future!

Sheppard's glass was referred to me by a trusted friend and I was apprehensive at first but they delivered superior product as well as customer service. They came out to my office to estimate the damage done to my front windshield within two days of speaking with their coordinator, Amanda Mingie. They fixed it that day - so fast. And Amanda helped me with the insurance claim over the phone (keeping everything under 10 minutes as I was at the work at the time and under a time crunch). Overall, Sheppard's glass was fantastic for me; my new windshield looks stellar and their customer service was incredible. Will definitely recommend. A+

These guys are amazing!!! Someone through a rock through my girlfriends car window on a Sunday and in less than 12 hours Sheppard's had called her back, ordered the glass, came to our house, replaced the glass and even vacuumed the broken glass from inside for her. They are extremely professional and prompt. My store was recently broken in to and I called on Sheppard's glass to come replace the glass on a sliding glass door that was shattered. They offered a shatter resistant alternative called lexan and I opted for that. The price, including installation was so reasonable that I had them replace both windows! They were ontime, went right to work and had the entire job done in about an hour. I would DEFINITELY recommend them and or use them again in the future!

Wow. Same-day, at-home service for a cracked windshield. Dispatch even moved up the appointment, staying on top of service calls for maximum efficiency. I had my car's passenger side window replaced there on 6-3-2016. They took care of it the same day after the car was broken into. Called several other places and was told 3-5 days. I would say the customer service was outstanding, and I was quite pleased with the work done. They arranged everything with the insurance company as well. We were greeted by a friendly , knowledgeable representative and the waiting area was pleasant , cool & comfortable The glass for our picture frame was done in less than 5 minutes and the cost was 25% less than another nearby glass location .No wonder this company has been in business for so long ! My first time at Sheppard's Glass service! My car window broken and I searched the shop for replacement of windshield. I called in the morning around 8:30 and took my car to shop about 12:00 pm. They finished the replacement around 3:00 pm. Great job ~~ I think the shop is a family owned business.

I've been coming to Sheppard's for glass for more than 30 years. I don't need glass often, but when I do, this is the only place I come. I recently needed some help with a mirror for a home improvement project. Mr. Sheppard was very gracious with me and took the time to really help me out. This is a family owned business and they are great people.

Wonderful experience replacing master shower glass! Great locally owned company protecting their reputation. And it shows! Punctual, polite and professional (with a fun side)! Sandra and Amanda were a breeze to deal with. Installer did a perfect job. The only problem is competing for shower time!

My son that i love so much slammed our Pella sliding patio door. The resulting impact shattered the glass. Pella quotes for replacement door was around $2100. I called sheppard's glass and they encouraged me to bring it by so they could take a look. Within minutes of seeing the door these experts identified that it was Low-E, double paned glass and even the specialty "muttons(frames)" inside of the glass. I was given a super reasonable quote and the new glass was ordered. Less than a week later i dropped off my door and it was ready within the hour at a quarter of my quote from Pella. I cannot tell that the door glass was replaced! Matches the other perfectly. Stop shopping for a glass company and go with Sheppard's. Awesome people and terrific service

awesome experience...another body shop, after repairs, left the bolts to the window regulator just laying in in the door...after a couple of months the window fell off the tracks. Dropped the car off at Sheppard's and it was fixed within 2 hours!!!
