Excellent service from a hard working duo - Stanley and Martin; they removed our 30 years old windows (all 10) and replaced them with brand new Impreza models which look great both inside and outside - but most importantly - function perfect, blocking cold drafts. The main snag was the waiting time because we (me and Window Works) were affected by the pandemic supply chain issues and had to wait 9 months to get them finally delivered and installed. Gianna, Yesica and Nina - back at the office end - also were very patient and supportive throughout the long wait, giving me constant feedback about my order. Anyhow, the work was very professionally done, they were courteous, fast (2 days from start to finish) cleaned up every corner throughly, and we are delighted with the end result.

From start to finish my window replacements and installation was a pain free experience. It began with Harland my sales rep. The paperwork I needed for my HOA was handled by Jasmin who was super quick to respond to my questions. I received updates, which were greatly appreciated, as to the progress of my order. Nina scheduled my install. Nikolai did a fantastic job on the actual installation...awesome. The whole process ended with Stephanie who called to make certain I was satisfied with the windows and explained my warranty. If you need windows, don't hesitate to call WindowWorks!

Great experience all around. From Project manager Michelle to the installer Oscar. Good quality windows, pricing was in line with everything i checked around on, and the install team were complete rockstars. Left zero mess, all windows done perfectly, showed me how to use them and they were in and out 15 windows in about 1.5 days. 100% recommend. In truth my neighbor also used them and gave me the recommendation so i'm paying it forward.

Replaced 40 year old sliding doors. Installation was fast and seamless. 2.5 hours and boom done. Install crew was polite and courteous. And the follow up call from the company was prompt and informative. I could tell the difference right away on how good of a product it is.

Window Works impressed me after dealing with roofers and having patio doors installed by other (very expensive) companies. There is nothing more frustrating than to sign the deal and not hear from the business for literally months! Window Works kept in touch with me consistently and I never had to call them to find out what progress was being made. But better yet - the installer,Alex , was on time and explained what he was doing, didn't dilly-dally away and installed my 4 windows in great time. Then he cleaned up nicely when he was finished! Highly recommend Alex!!!!! I plan to have more windows replaced and I will positively ask for him to install. Finally - after 4 bad experiences with different companies - I am happy to say I found a reputable company and I am so happy with their work. Window Works should teach other businesses about customer service! They are a great experience.

We ordered a bow window from Window Works and it was just installed today. I never thought I could love a window, but I do. I’ve had several neighbors comment on them too. The inside trim matches the existing trim perfectly and they are just gorgeous. The installers were on time, professional and worked really quickly. And the communication leading up to the install was very good also. There is some follow up work that needs to be done and it is already scheduled and I am confident it will be done well. The window did take awhile to be done (ordered in November and installed in June) however that was on-par with other window companies we got quotes from.

We purchased 4 windows and expected they would be installed mid-Nov. The windows were produced faster than expected and they were installed 9/29. Peter was on time, tidy, strong, professional, and quick! He definitely knew what he was doing! We were kept up to speed on all the details through texts and phone calls from Samantha and Gianna (our concierge). The village inspector stopped today for the final inspection and as he was talking to us he commented that "these guys do excellent work". WE AGREE!!!

Purchased new windows for my entire home after seeing the windows they replaced at my parents house. The two guys they sent were amazing. All function very well with low e glass to lessen fading and I only wish I had done them all three years ago. Big improvement in warmth but due to ever increasing material costs, I can no longer replace additional windows. The workmen were professional and polite. They all did a great job. I had a front door installed several years ago with Window Works and liked the quality of the door and follow up service to adjust the door when I felt a draft. I had multiple windows installed several days ago. The quality seems superior. The ease of pulling the screens out is so much better than the previous windows I had. And so far they seem far better insulated. My only issue was having the installers show up much later than the original install window I was provided. But they made up for the time when they came and finished all the exterior work the following day. I'd definitely recommend Window Works given the quality of the product and how proficiently they work with my home owners association.

Delivery time did take a while probably due to supply chain, but we highly recommend them and would use them again. Really love the windows (I've had them for 6 months now) quality, value, design. The energy efficiency is a big factor, blocks heat from direct sun and holds in heat in cold temps. The windows look beautiful and are of great quality. Our deciding factor was the in home estimate and demo of window works products. We shopped around and compared quality and cost, window works won our business by demonstrating the quality and value of their product up front. Customer service was great and they managed my expectations well through out the process. I will definitely use window works again for future projects.

Window Works has been amazing since day 1. We have a 20yr old house with windows that were never taken care of so we needed a complete replacement and a new patio slider. We met with each of the Chicagoland companies for quotes, and they were not only very expensive, but the sales reps were horrible. They were also focused on just replacing the individual casement windows VS. the entire window. When we met with Juan at Window Works, not only was he incredibly easy to talk to, but very informative. He provided us with options none of the other companies mentioned. We ended up replacing all of our old casement windows with sliders which has provided significantly more natural light and looks amazing. The installers that came out (Robert and his team) were very nice and professional. It was incredible to watch them work, they were really a well oild machine and some of the best carpenters/installers I’ve ever worked with. There were a few minor issues during installation, the window screens didn’t come with the window, and the patio door screen was the wrong color. Window Works resolved this within about 30min and we already have a date to have these fixed. We HIGHLY recommend window works and Juan for your next job. The warranty they provide, and the 0% financing options were also icing on the cake.

I LOVE MY WINDOWS & DOORS Jerreen S. 2 days ago The sales representative, Juan came out and discussed the windows and doors that I was interested in. Juan was very knowledgeable and professional at the home visit. The day that my windows were installed, They had their own inspection guy stop by to insure that the installation was going well. Juan, also stopped by to check on the installation process, and to insure that everything was up to my standards. Juan provided excellent customer service, along with the ladies in the customer service department.

I have my windows installed in May 2022. The installation was done on time and professionally, however, none of the gentleman spoke English. Nonetheless, they did a great job. When it began to get cold in November I notice air coming through the window edges on eight of my windows. I called Window Works and they sent a service manager, Hector Quezada, to assess the issue. Hector was very knowledgeable and diagnosed to issue quickly! I have had many things repaired, installed or delivered over the years and I have never had anyone as professional, Competent and courteous as Hector! Thank you!

Window Works communication was top notch! The new patio doors are a huge improvement over what was there before. We did experience one "issue": when the rep came to do the final measure, he suggested that the door be changed to slide/open from right to left, instead of left to right, which was a brilliant idea, and made more sense for the layout of the room and accessibility. However, when the installation was done, the change to the slide direction of the door was not implemented. When we inquired about it, we were told the change could be made, but not without extended time and expense. While this was not a deal-breaker, it was disappointing. It was a great idea.

We just had our new windows installed by My Window Works and I just want to say that they did an excellent job. We had met with Juan in September of 2022 who really took his time and explained the quality and the prices of new windows by My Window Works, and we were so impressed that we ordered our new windows that night. We were told that it might take 5-6 months to get the windows installed, but here it is, the middle of November, and our new windows were installed today. We were expecting the price of these new windows to be quite expensive, but we were totally surprised when Juan gave us the price of our windows including installation; very, very reasonable, that's for sure. After dealing with Renewal by Anderson, I was highly sceptical about getting replacement windows that I could afford. I saw an add for My Window Works and read their reviews and thought I'd take a chance..and boy I'm glad I did! They started the installation exactly when they said and went without a hitch. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, someone is always there(like Michele) when you have questions and quality and coast of their product. Our experience with the install team was less than desirable, and are still waiting to hear how the damages they did will be fixed. We have about a 30 inch scratch in our wood floor, that’s at least an inch to two inches deep. The manager offered $150 for the damage, which was incredibly offensive. They also left broken glass scattered around in our backyard. To which we received a “I’m sorry” from the office. A tech came today, to fix the weather stripping on a window that didn’t function properly when installed. He also replaced a screen, that the installer had put in torn. The techs name was Dan. He was awesome. Explained everything he was doing and quickly fixed the weather stripping and torn screen. For the money we paid, we are disappointed in the service we have received from the install team and communication with the office. However, Dan was great!

We opened conversations for quoting our window project with several companies and WindowWorks' Gilles Murad was the only representative who we felt truly understood what we needed and what really made sense. He spent the right amount of time explaining the design and type of windows that would suit us best. No pushiness, no pressure, gave it to us straight and worked hard getting us the right package and pricing. Even after the contract was signed he's still available to answer any questions we have. We had terrible old windows that needed to be replaced after a bad winter. To be honest, our experience with Window works was amazing. We changed a total of 26 windows and 2 patio doors. The installation team guys were so professional and experienced in showing up as scheduled, explaining what they are doing, and finishing the job in a timely fashion. Where do I begin?! From start to finish this company has met all of my high expectations (I mean when you are looking to replace all of your homes windows you should have high expectations as it is a very costly home improvement project). We were setup with John Annoreno to come out and go over the company pitch and demo of their product (which was pretty impressive). What sold us was John's honesty, knowledge/expertise, our gut feeling about him and ultimately him telling us to definitely do our homework in our quest to find a company to do the job up to the expectations that we mentioned (he wasn't desperate to make the sale). We decided to go with Window Works and were then set up for an exact measure date. We forgot the gentleman's name but he was also very personable, friendly, honest, and answered all of questions. Last but not least came the install day! Our installer Paul was absolutely amazing! I worked from home while he did the install and witnessing all that he did (the tear out of the old windows looked grueling), and the care he took when cutting the aluminum for the capping was next level! He answered all of our questions in regards to wood rot, and we laughed about all of the things that the original homeowners did wrong when installing the old windows. And we can't forget about the support staff (the schedulers, administrators, and the text platform runners) Specifically Gianna Marino and Michele Ortega! Before each of these guys could leave from our scheduled appointments with them, we would receive a call or a text from the support staff asking if we were satisfied with who came out and did we have any questions or concerns. Sincerest thank you to the entire Window Works family! We our very pleased if you haven't picked up on that tone by now.

Installed windows on 3/27/21 but despite multiple discussions the crew were not prepared to install the windows so that the inside sills would be deeper than the windows they replaced. We did the same with an install 10 years ago with Window Works without issue but this time they insist it will take a second install crew and an additional cost to do this. Also did not have correct size to replace molding removed to convert 3 double hung windows to a bay/ bow window. So we have been living with exposed wall and insulation edges for 4.5 weeks. Took 2 weeks to get a response to even start planning what it will take to finish the job. Took another 2 weeks of push back to get an itemized list of supplies and labor to finish the job. They claim we would only have to pay “half of additional cost” but then the contract amendment is $100 more than what half would be. We feel scammed and disappointed. -Update. 1 day after posting this review on google and copying to the Better Business Bureau the company wants to finish the job for no additional cost. Of course we are happy with this solution. We are scheduled to take care of this 5/21/21- they offered to do it sooner but our personal work schedules don’t allow for a sooner date. I will update when the job is done. Update: 5/21/21 We are happy the job has been completed satisfactorily. One very nice carpenter completed the work on all 7 windows in about 4 hours. Changing from 1-4 stars. Would have been 5 if we didn’t have to post a complaint to finish a $19,000 job.

I had a new sliding door installed 1 year ago. Everything went fine except for two things, a draft In the one corner at the floor and someone had to come back out to seal from the inside. The second problem was they brought the wrong color frame for the screen for the sliding glass door. They finally brought a second one and it was the wrong size. Next time the service guy came out he brought two screen doors and neither one fit. Finally after another wait they brought the right size door but the latch was broke and the screen was loose. Today they came out and fixed the screen and the latch and finally a year later from the original install date everything is done correctly. I know Window Works has a lifetime warranty but it should not have taken that long for them to get that sliding screen door correct. Happy it’s finally done and does look great.

After 20+ years, it was time for windows replacement. I reached out to couple companies, and they paid a visit to do a show and tell on their products. I then asked them to submit a proposal. After noodling over a couple days, I selected Window Works because I felt comfortable with their products, plus their price was within my budget. After the installation, their windows did as expected, keeping the noise out a lot better than the old windows and definitely keeping the room temperature steady for days before I had to turn on AC. The crews were great. They shown up at 8am and were able to install and replace 40 windows by end of day. Shout out to Gyles Murad for a great presentation on the products and for great customer care. Lastly, my heads off to concierge team for great customer care.

We called in to have windows checked due to a slight draft. The technician came on time, courteous, listened to our concerns, assessed the windows had all equipment necessary and resolved the issue - seems that window frames just needed to be adjusted. He also went beyond and check all our window work windows. Awesome customer service!!

Exceptional service. We have compared several vendors for custom order of entrance door, panorama windows and patio doors. MyWindowWorks has a great follow up service and update on the progress of the work. Sales person Mahmud(Moses) was very knowledgeable and demoed the ability of the glass to withstand heat and cold better than any other glass. After the installation, we had follow up calls on cosmetic issues, and the technicians were dispatched in due time to complete all remaining queries. I worked with Yessica on all questions related to lead time, updates on technician and installers, and Karen, for final touches of paint and clarifications on spec. I will definitely be considering this service again for other projects for windows and doors. I got the feeling that they approach the project as if it's their own, which is very important for such a life-lasting service as windows and doors.

My experience with WindowWorks was very good, from start to finish. The sales experience was professionally handled. The ongoing communication with Michelle was what I was hoping for while we were waiting for our installation date. The installation team showed up on time and were very professional. Viking was one of the installers and I was at home the entire time they were installing 8 windows and our patio sliding door. He answered any questions I had and went over everything when he the job was completed. After they left I noticed that one window lock was not lined up and I couldn't lock the window. I called Michelle and she had someone come out the same day to help get this resolved. I have to say I was worried about going down the home improvement road with all of the horror stories I have read about. I chose WindowWorks because of the reviews they received. It was a leap of faith and I feel great with the outcome. Thank you WindowWorks!! Great job! I attached just a couple of pics I took while they were installing everything.

We had a walk in shower installed one day ago. We had to wait ten to twelve weeks for the material, during that time I talked with the concierge desk to see how things we’re progressing, I talked with Taisha who was very helpful, and several other people who were also helpful. I even call Rory my sales person who answered all my question. The material arrived within the ten week time. It took Nick the installer two days to complete the job. WW did a professional and an efficient installation. We had a few hiccups during the installation that were quickly resolved. Update: our windows were installed today. Honestly I couldn’t pronounce the gentleman’s name who installed them but one man came out and within 9 hours windows were installed and looked absolutely beautiful. The gentleman was extremely polite. Was kind to our children and animals. And when he saw the baby taking a nap he took his lunch break so he didn’t wake him up. The windows turned out amazing and I can already feel a difference in the temperature of our home and notice the ac isn’t going on as much. Our curb appeal has greatly improved with these windows. I highly recommend window works to anyone needing windows and please weed out the negative reviews on this place as I for one highly recommend them. We had Stephen out to give us a quote to have 12 windows replaced. He was very honest and did an amazing demonstration. He is well educated in his field and knows what he is talking about. He worked with me on the price and was able to find me a great budget. He was honest with the instal time and unlike other companies I feel safe using windows works after having Stephen come out. My windows are scheduled for July to be installed can’t wait for them to be put in and follow up with another review

Great service from beginning to end Window Works! Never had windows replaced on home built in 1977. Did my research and had 3 estimates. Anderson guy showed up late in his Tesla and we were inconveniencing him (more than double the price btw). Feldo had me take a picture of his IPad and that was my estimate and never followed back up or heard from them again. I went with Window Works and very happy I did! Window Works, very professional, good quality windows, always responded in a timely manner. The installer went above and beyond, even having to trim some bushes. Would highly recommend Window Works!

This is a very long review. I want to give an honest assessment of my interactions with Window Works and for me, that can’t be done in a few lines. My experience with Window Works was a very slightly mixed bag, but overall, extremely positive, which is why I gave them 5 stars. My sales person was Gilles. He was great. Even though he had quoted both windows and siding, when I opted to go just for the windows, he didn’t try to pressure me into doing both. He used no ‘scare tactics’ and I appreciated that very much. The pricing is reasonable and in line with quotes I obtained from other companies. I had dealings with Gianna, Stephanie, and Michelle in the project manager/customer service aspects of the project. They were all pleasant to work with. Additionally, they got things done! I made some changes in my original order (thanks to the gentleman that came to take measurements and his brilliant suggestion regarding a huge sliding window in my kitchen.) Gianna helped with that. As the project was done I worked with Stephanie mostly, and then Michelle. They were both helpful in addressing some issues I experienced both with the initial installation and follow up that was required. A gentleman named Vovo was the foreman of the crew who came to rip out all my windows and install the new ones. This crew worked really hard and did a mostly excellent job, with the exception of one window. My only discomfort was that we had a bit of a communication challenge as Vovo was the only crew member who seemed to have a better grasp of English. That was a little frustrating for me, but the work they did was generally top notch. The exception being the aforementioned one window. The window itself was installed correctly, the framing was just under par. That issue was dealt with by Stephanie who arranged a ‘redo’ appointment. The ‘redo’ had to be redone twice. There was a communication snafu with Vovo and the entire frame was not replaced as was required. An inspector named Greg was dispatched to look at the framing and confirm that my complaint was legitimate. After his visit, a different crew was sent to my home to reinstall the entire frame. Nikolai was the lead in that portion of my Window Works adventure! He and his partner were polite and so careful! They laid down tarps from the front door all the way to the window that was getting the frame replaced. They did a stellar job on the frame, it looked beautiful and perfect. The other ‘issue’ I had corrected was due to a manufacturing problem. My windows are vinyl with a wood looking coating. The miters had excess white vinyl showing. They weren’t properly trimmed during production. Hector was the lead technician who came and fixed the miter issue and also some loose framing I discovered. Hector was a friendly and helpful person. I appreciated what he and his partner were able to do to trim and stain the miters ~ they looked terrific after they were done! Their work made a huge difference in the appearance of the windows, and truly, I’m thankful to them. Hector also gave me something like a pen that I could use to touch up any future scratches. He even gave me instruction on how to use it correctly. To summarize, I am extremely pleased with the work, the follow up, and the outstanding customer service provided. This a company that takes its responsibility to their customers seriously. That type of true interest in making the process of undertaking a huge, expensive job for their customers practically seamless and completely satisfactory is hard to find! Window Works has a good sales team, are highly organized, have great communication with their customers, are punctual, and are completely responsive when snafus arise. This is the company I will look to when I’m ready for new siding. Well done Window Works, my thanks and gratitude to each of you.

We had a warranty service appointment scheduled on 8/17/2022 for a cracked window panel between 8am - 10am. No one showed up so we call them and the rep we spoke to apologized and said they had a glitch in their scheduling system. Our new time slot was 11-1pm. We were a little upset as we had errands to do. Received a call from one of the project managers and she was sincere about their mistake and offered a gift card for the mistake. We recently purchased a vinyl sliding glass patio door for our town-home. My WindowWorks was the only company willing to work with our budget. We met with Keenan and Mike on 2 separate occasions. They took the time to answer all of our questions. The communication from the entire company has been outstanding. They even reached out to our association for approval on the patio door. The door was installed 7 weeks after signing our installation contract (this is standard amongst all companies). About 2 years ago, I had all of my windows and exterior doors replaced. It took 2 days, but the crews worked hard in the snow & did a beautiful job. I had 8 windows plus a picture window along with a decorative widow ( Octagon window ) so a total of 10. Installer came on time by himself and I was told he was going to start the removal so I called and talked with Stephanie on getting him help. She assured me that he will have a helper there in about an hour. She took care of that issue because 3 more came to help him. Got a call back to to see if it's going well. After the installation there were a few things that needed to be done. Called back to customer service and again was assured I will have someone out. With in a week I had Daniel out and he fixed and adjusted what was needed. A Big Thanks go's out to the ladies in customer service, Stephanie, Michael, Yesica. We rearranged our schedule ( we work full time jobs and I take care of my elderly parents) for this install. Today we receive a call that they have to cancel because of the holiday weekend. They do not do installs on holiday weekends. Do you think they would’ve known it was a holiday weekend before scheduling us weeks ago? My WindowWorks is awesome! We ordered 23 custom windows from them to replace the original ones in this house. With Covid it took a bit longer for the windows to be delivered, and that is 100% understandable. When we were originally looking to replace our sliding glass door to the back deck, we had several people come in to give us quotes. Most quotes were above the quote we got from Window Works. There was one that was less than Window Works. I believe the salesperson has a lot to do with how you feel about a company, and their salesperson was very knowledgeable, respectful and personable. The biggest selling point for us was that the screen door has a lifetime warranty. We have a small dog and as I expected she has managed to run through that screen quite a few times already since we had the door put in. Every time we have called to get service they take care of us within a two week span and that is the longest I think I've ever waited. Every person that has come to my home from Window Works has been highly respectable very friendly and do the job quickly. They always answer questions that I may have and if they don't have the answer they tell me who I should call so I can get an answer. At this point in time I do not have any plans to replace anything else but I guarantee you that when that time comes Window Works will be the only place I call. Everyone I have dealt with were all very professional and handled any questions or concerns quickly. Had a delay in getting window, not MWW's fault, refi to get funds had issues and supply issues due to Covid. When the day finally arrived, the 2 installers were here on time and did a great job, installing, cleanup, even wanted to mop the floor in Florida room. Was scheduled as a 2 day job but due to weather forecast for the next day, these guys worked until almost 7 pm to complete the job. Only problem was when they took 1 window out of the packaging it had a cracked glass. New one was ordered the next day and have a tentative install date. Windows look great and I am very happy with the results. I give a big thumbs up to the installers, sorry I can't remember their names but they did a terrific job. Update, 4/27/22. Paul came today to replace the broken window and take care of a couple issues I found with weather-stripping. Paul was very knowledgeable with the products and how to fix the problems. He even found an issue with the patio door and promptly resolved it. It's amazing to find a company that tells you an arrival time and they are here on time!!!!! How many places can say that? None that I have dealt with in years. It was a pleasure dealing with Paul, Very amicable, got right to work and took care of all the issues. Would highly recommend Window Works to everyone based on the way I was treated and the exceptional dealing with all their employees.

The windows are good quality however don't believe when they say they can install them within 8-12 weeks or even 20 weeks. It took us seven (7) full months with multiple rescheduling by WindowWorks. Their shipments only come to Chicago once a week and they were stuck in PA. Once installed we had several follow-up items that one window wouldn't open, one screen was damaged and they hadn't painted the trim work. We did resolve those issues but spent a long time picking up all the broken glass they left outside when removing the old windows. They incorrectly missed on the second order we had that we wanted frosted windows and still have not received that replacement.

WindowWorks did a great job from Sales to closure. I ordered a sliding patio door and the salesman was helpful and honest. He explained the options clearly and was patient. The order was complete and it takes some time to deliver/schedule install so be patient. The concierge service is attentive and keeps in contact throughout the process. My only gripe was that the install crew was a little careless and messy. They worked hard but left caulk all over my deck, the threshold was unsafe, the trim was poorly done and my walls had some damage. It took them several weeks to finish all those issues due to scheduling of which I didn't mind. They eventually fixed everything and we were happy. The biggest takeaways are that the product is solid and we love it! I was angry at first due to the issues but WindowWorks spent a lot of time communicating and making sure I was satisfied. They wouldn't rest until the issues were resolved. Thank you for that as we appreciated it! I recommend this company and their products!

I love love love my new windows!! They’ve made a huge difference in the warmth of my home this winter. My home is less drafty and the furnace doesn’t kick on as frequently. You know, as a homeowner, and a consumer, when you look for a good, honest company to help solve your goals of making your home better, and it is maybe just a new set of windows or a new door , all you look at is the initial quality and intimately the final price. I say this in all honesty, working with Margie and Volva( the windows service tech) in their wonderful service department, is always a real pleasure!! That is not to say that I have had any major issues with the quality or the installs, but whatever it might be, they always exceed my expectations on every level!! As a homeowner, contractor, and a business owner, they are the only company ( in the last 25 years) that has stood the test of time in my eyes!! Margie, the coordinator of Window Works service department is always making it very easy to work with her team. August 28,2021I was told by the salesman that it would take 8 to 12 weeks for installation of our doorway and that installer are employees. When I called the office after 2 weeks I was told it will be 18 weeks before installation. I was upset as the salesman lied about the time frame, that he knew the time was 18 weeks. The installer was an independent contractor, second lie from salesman Our doorway looks great but we though we could have new door way for Thanksgiving day since we had family from several states in for the holidays. Would I recommend WindowWorks NO.

We had previosly ordered sliding doors for our patio and deck and were extremely impressed not only with the quality of the doors but also the customer service provided by the company. When my husband and I needed new siding and, based on our past experience, we decided to hire Window Works for our installation. The work crew arrived early on August 16,and worked efficiently but at some point I realized that the capping around the windows wasn't being done! When I inquired as to the capping, I was told by one of the crew that they were only supposed to cap the front windows. I immediately called the office and was told that capping the windows wasn't included in the contract even though my contract said that it was! Needless to say, that while we loved the siding and the work ethic of the crew, I did not give Window Works a satisfactory review! However, the next morning, after reading my review, Samantha Steady, our Project Manager, reached out to me to find out why my review was negative. I explained my problem and she said that she would talk with her Supervisors and get back to me. She got back to me in less than two hours and said that after explaining my concerns to them, she was happy to report that all of my windows would be capped at no additional charge to me! As a result of Samantha's immediate response and her taking the time to listen I would once again wholeheartedly recommend Window Works to anyone considering home improvements! As a company, they are willing and anxious to make sure that their customers are happy even at their own expense!

Ultimately, really happy with our products, and the service. I think we might have found ourselves in a backlog with all of the other people undertaking home repairs during COVID, and as a result it took a couple of appointments to resolve the small number of installation issues/quirks we identified after installation. Window works was super responsive, and we worked with Michele and Paul to resolve any outstanding installation issues. Just wish Window Works had been a little more transparent up front about the timeline given the volume of work they had on their plate at the time. Happy with our beautiful windows overall and would still recommend them to someone else looking for new windows.

In all they do a very professional job. I had both windows and doors replaced. My windows are fantastic had them done 5 years ago and just had my doors installed. I like the warranty for there products which is a value in itself when selling the house since it transfers. One bad is they use to have wells fargo do there financing now its greensky which gives a shorter window to pay them off also a $250 charge for financing :( not good if I knew this I would of financed a different way

The two men who installed the 13 windows on my house were able to get the job done in one day during the cold weather and every window looks perfect. Overall, our experience with window works was a mixed one. Our sales person Jeff A was great and very responsive. From there, the communication with the company was not ideal. They said someone named Samantha Steady would be reaching out to me to provide updates regularly throughout the process. I only ever heard from anyone by text messages that could have been automated, because they never addressed me by my first name, instead “hi, last name.” The only time I tried to call to talk to Samantha, she was out of the office. I had a couple of questions about the process leading up to installation: I had wanted to refresh my memory and see pictures of similar projects, and also ask about how the work would proceed in inclement weather. I looked at pictures on their website but they weren’t quite comparable to our windows. I reached out to customer service online 4 or 5 times and never heard back. Finally, I sent a text message to Jeff and he responded right away and sent me several pictures. If you are going to go with this company, make sure you ask all of your questions at the time of the sale and when they come out to measure. I thought I had asked everything I wanted to but more questions came up along the way. The installation went smoothly, however the installers cracked some of the wood surrounding one of my windows in the process. I alerted them to this and they caulked over the crack in the wood. I did reach out to the company and they had a painter come out to assess the damage, make any repairs needed, and paint over it. So, overall, a mixed review. The windows are beautiful and I’m hoping when the weather turns colder we will be able to tell the difference between our old windows and these.

Window Works never ceases to amaze me. My new windows were installed in November (the process was easy, great value, great windows and phenomenal service). Last week a painter noticed one of the latches were broke. I wasn’t sure if this would be covered or if I’d need to hire someone to replace. Rest assured Michele in CS assured me there was no problem and even set up a repair appointment based on my work schedule. Honestly, she couldn’t be more accommodating and nice as she was. They put down tarps and cleaned up after themselves. Caulked everything neatly. They took care of everything. They also remained masked the whole time and were very friendly and professional. While I have been a Window and DoorWorks customer for about 2yrs now, I’ve had to call about minor issues with my front door they installed, and every time they have sent someone out, covered all those costs as part of their comprehensive warranty. But the last visit was from one of their technicians, Ryan. He was outstanding - not only was he professional and personable, but he went the extra mile double checking that both knobs and both locks (double front door) were all aligned and secured, as well as aligning the door both bottom and top to make sure maximum thermal insulation was being achieved (i.e., no air/light leaking in/out). Stephanie in the call center was also very responsive, and made sure that my service was excellent. Ryan volunteered to send out some stain to match our door (he didn’t have any on his truck), and Stephanie followed up to make sure that was handled. I will say, it’s the warranty and customer service that keeps me recommending Window and DoorWorks!

When we first started shopping for a window replacement we wanted to be sure we got a great product but also a business with great customer service. Window Works delivered both of those while also being very competitive in pricing. These days it's tough to find a good product with great service also. Every person at Window Works that helped my wife and I both were very helpful and wanted to make sure everything worked for us. They weren't pushy at the very beginning on the sales side of things like a couple other vendors we talked with. As new homeowners we only wanted to replace one window cause this one caught us by suprise and other vendors only wanted to replace all the windows or nothing at all, Window Works said they'd be glad to do one window only. (As a business who wants to earn future work from customers should take the big jobs and the small as not everyone has the ability to drop $9k in windows all at once) The communication of everything setting up for the install was easy to deal with. Then when the installation came time we had a great experience with the two installers that were very polite and were very personable. Hector was great while he was here I can't seem to remember the other gentleman's name but they both did a fantastic job when here. They both kept me filled in on completion time estimate as we were trying to plan my daughter's naps while they weren't making much noise then. When we have a couple of our other windows swapped out in the next few years I will definitely be using them again. And we have already noticed an immediate difference in the room we had the window installed in as far as the temperature being much warmer now being that its end of January. I have no problems with the product as what was shown to my wife and myself was impressive. Everything was done efficiently with no problems. I'm still going to give this a 5 star, but there was a problem with the financing. When I contacted them they were offering 24 months no interest no payments. This plan was ideal for us as we needed time to eliminate other loans. Instead we got a 18 month plan by mistake when the sales rep wrote up the contract. Because of this mistake I missed the first installment which caused a hit on our credit rating. I had to contact WindowWorks to get them to correct the error that was made which they did. I'm bringing this up since we had clearly said at the time of purchase that we needed the 24 month plan, not once, but three times to the sales rep and still he got it wrong. When shopping and financial plans are offered that you make sure you get what you asked for.

After they were finished, there was a minor issue with the wall where they pulled the old window out, but they sent somebody out to fill in the drywall and repaint at no cost to me.

They were even less expensive than the other quote we received. The installation was delayed due to the shelter at home orders but they still coordinated with our village to get the building permit. I had a fantastic experience today with WindowWorks. The Service Manager (Hector) came out to replace a broken window spring. He then took proactive action and replaced the spring on the other side of the window. Hector noticed a broken window lock latch and replaced it. I then asked him to take a look at my door that WindowWorks installed a couple of years ago. The door had a gap at the bottom which was allowing air to come in. He said he would be happy to adjust it. Hector is not only an excellent Service Manager, he is also a great company ambassador. The Customer Service representative ( Michele) was extremely helpful and genuinely concerned about the issue I was experiencing. She called me back the same day I had originally called in to tell me the parts to repair my window were on order. When they received the parts Michele called me and worked me into their schedule within two days. Window Works is a great company. The gentleman who put in all of my new windows and doors ( sorry, but I can’t remember his name) was amazing. He did the whole installation by himself and worked from 8 am to 7:00 pm two days in a row. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and a hard worker. Great service! We LOVE our new doors. Everything from the visit from their sales person, Chris H, to the measuring and installation was handled very professionally. We needed a garage entry door and sliding patio door to replace older doors that were not in good shape. Chris showed us all of our door options and helped us choose exactly what we needed. The only hitch was that on our scheduled install date the weather was awful. I was saddened to hear that other customers that day were giving WW grief over rescheduling. Would they really want a hole in the side of their house for half a day with rain, snow, and cold pouring in? As much as I wanted the new doors asap, I was happy they did the right thing and didn't compromise their staff's safety nor our home's. Ultimately I really like these doors a LOT more than I expected! We were replacing (out of shape) french doors and I was worried this might be a downgrade but NO - the new doors look fantastic and our garage is a LOT more secure.

First heard of WindowWorks walking around a car show this past March. My wife and I stopped by their vendor booth to enter a drawing that unfortunately we did not win, but scheduled for a free estimate. The pandemic hit the US and business was put to a halt for a couple of months. I received a call in May that business was back and operating, so we rescheduled our free estimate. A sales rep named Henry came to our home. He measured all doors and windows and then sat down with us to further describe and demonstrate the products WindowWorks offers. He was very professional the entire time and we ended up ordering 3 new custom doors for our home that same day. Production took a couple of months, which was fine. Throughout the production process, Michele assisted us and would call/text every couple of weeks to let us know of any updates to our order. She then called mid-July and said the doors were made and ready for installation. We set a date for about a week later and 2 installers came within the time frame that I was given the day before. The installers were also very professional and there was a couple questions that came up, but they asked myself before installing and all went very well. There were materials somewhat all over, but when the installers were all done installing the doors, they cleaned up every single piece of debris inside and outside. I could not be more happy with the entire process and the finished product is fantastic. We love the new doors and are highly considering WindowWorks for our next major project, which would likely be window replacement in the near future. This company truly cares about its customers throughout the entire process and even after to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with the end result. This is why I would recommend this company to anyone looking to update their home.

After installation, we noticed two small defects in the product, however, Michele and Dave worked with us to make sure that the affected pieces were repaired in a timely manner. The sales pitch is like a full education in windows, our salesman Ricky explained all the different types of replacement windows that are available. After learning about window works windows and all of the benefits, we decided to purchase them. These windows have a lifetime warranty. It's cool in my rooms even with the sun blaring now because window works windows have a slight tint to them. The installation only took a day and was done very well. A manager came out to the house during the installation and inspected the work. The price was good considering these are the best windows you can buy and they have a lifetime warranty. Don't get fooled into buying "flipper windows" from the home improvement store.

Recently the flashing on the sliding door came loose, and the dog forgot about the screen door and the screen pulled loose on the bottom. The window installation was completed, however, for quality of craftsmanship and cost of the windows, it should be completed right the first time. Then, there was several follow-ups to complete it. In the interim, there was unprofessionalism in making claims to file collector charges, when in fact, there were delays on correcting the work. The level and means of communication in the aftermath was unprofessional, but in the initial job of trying to get the sale the company jumps through hoops. The company should focus on quality from start to finish as a means of doing business.

Had a 3 panel patio door installed in '14 and requested some additional caulking that didn't happen during installation and they came out 2x since. I have used this company before and were happy with them. The first time we replaced 4 windows on the first floor and saw a big difference, partly because anything that was newer was going to make a world of difference. But with that being said I started to replace one window before contacting them that I bought from the local home improvement store, and window works windows blew that one window out of the water and that was why we decided to replace 11 windows upstairs. The old windows we had would heat the upstairs so much that it was hard to sleep. The new windows they had put in made a HUGE difference. Michele Ortega from the concierge department was fantastic and helped me through out the process. I am super happy with this company and the workers who installed them. There was only two of them because of this crazy pandemic we are in but they finished in like 6.5 hours and did a fantastic job. You won't be disappointed.

We selected Window Works for siding and windows based on comparison of quality products and a fair price. The window install was better than expected, good crew, on time and great job. The siding/gutters is taking longer to get scheduled mainly due to weather. Communications with sales rep and customer service were not productive until we found Karen Oberoi. Our thanks to Karen for working with us to get this project scheduled. I will do a follow up review when the entire project is completed. Update 2021. Had one piece of siding come loose in the wind, The customer service at WW continues to be exceptional! They sent an expert tech out (Paul V.) who ordered a replacement and later returned to install it. During the ordering process and scheduling Michele constantly kept me updated and even did a follow up call after the job was done to check on it. I could not ask for better service and highly recommend Window Works.

From the beginning, Richard my salesman was courteous and explained about the company and how the windows are constructed. He was able to save me money by recommending a few ideas which enabled me to go from nine windows to six....and with certain incentives was able to give me a great quote. Before the windows were installed I did have to amend my order with him to get all the trim replaced also. The crew that came to install the windows and trim did a very professional job and made sure to clean up as well. They were only able to do trim on three windows but that was do a miscommunication that I had amended my order. I kept in contact with the company, which was always very courteous and willing to help. They arranged to get trim finished earlier than what was first said. And the second crew that came to finish the trim were excellent and made sure all the details were done to my satisfaction. We were told 6-8 weeks for install. That would have put us right before xmas. It was more like 16 weeks for the first install. 2 of the windows weren’t triple pane, so a month later they came out to replace those. One window broke upon install. I think 2-3 stars is a fair review, because they are doing the job, and saving energy. But they don’t feel like smooth new windows when opening and closing. And they feel a little thin/cheap in the middle. They were a little pushy w/final payment. They wanted it before the work was completed as ordered. Not the end of the world, just something to be ready for. 3 install days for 8 windows (2 of which were welded together, so 6 openings total)

I was doing a cost/value analysis of several companies that specialized in the installation of security doors and a party whose opinion I valued suggested I take a look at WindowWorks. I did, and I was not disappointed. They were always business-like in their approach to problems, courteous, and professional. A problem developed with one of the locks but once it was brought to their attention they scheduled an appointment to identify and correct the problem. Hector was the responding installer, and he, realizing the lock might jam again, installed a temporary lock until the permanent lock could be ordered and installed. Seven years ago I used Window Works to replace my windows, doors and patio doors at my house. I have been very satisfied with their product. However, during the last year I noticed a leak under my patio doors. I contacted Window Works then, and one of their associates came and temporarily fixed the problem since it was already late in a year to do any other major repairs. The fix held up close to a year, yet it appeared again within the last two months. I called Window Works again, and spoke to Michele relaying my problem. It turned out she found detailed info on my problem from the year ago, and after sending a few pictures of my problematic patio doors, she initiated the repair process. She communicated with the supervisor who inspected the doors last year, and within a couple days contacted me with the offer to redo the installation at no cost. Couple weeks later Hector and Vova showed up on time, and reinstalled my patio doors adding some additional protection against the possible leaks. They approached the project very honestly, trying to apply all possible solutions. Time will tell if it works, but for now, I am grateful to Michele, Hector and Vova of Window Works for the professional service they provided. Thank you!

Measure Date: 7.30 Install Date: 9.9 Window Works straight KILLED it with windows for my house. The rep John came by on July 30th and measured our stuff, gave us an estimate and explained the process, the financing options, the payment process, the cancellation policy, everything. WW went through our HOA, got the approvals and sent us the building permit. The guys showed up on September 9th and took out the old windows and got the new ones in (2 on the first floor, 2 on the second floor and a sliding glass door) in less than 3 1/2 hours. Later on, we were looking at the windows and found that one...didn't close right, didn't lock at all. We thought it was installed incorrectly, so we called. Another rep showed up this morning (September 10) and was like "oh no, it slides from either side..." closes the window correctly, locks the window and he goes "man, this was the easiest service call ever!!!" So, that's our bad... lol. Overall, a great experience. This was our first time purchasing windows four our first home, and it was a good one. ALSO - my next door neighbor hit me up and was like "who did your windows?? I need windows for my house!!" So I'm going to refer a new customer here in the next couple days. Thanks for the great work, Window Works!!

He explained every step of the process and detailed all of the components of the windows so we would feel comfortable with our choice. As he promised he was there on day of installation to make sure we were satisfied. He is a wonderful people person who works with integrity and an honest and open approach to the sales process. The install team worked with excellent craftsmanship and we were blown away that these two experienced men installed 17 windows & kitchen slider door all in one day. They did not leave until both inside & outside were clean from debris and they walked us through the job to assure our satisfaction. And during the installation day a member of management stopped by to make sure all was going well and that we were happy. We can’t say enough about the Window Works product, their customer service, sales approach and management team. We love our windows! We'd like to make a quick addition to our review. Window Works did a great job installing my new front door. The sales representatives were very knowledgeable about their product and arrived on time. The installers did a wonderful job installing my front door and were very careful to protect the hardwood floor in my foyer. The installers added extra insulation around my front door and my new front door fit the front door space perfectly. The door arrived ahead of schedule and I couldn’t be happier. I selected Window Works because of the transferable lifetime warranty on the front door and because there is always a Window Works foreman overseeing the job. I also liked the fact that Window Works has an excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau and excellent Google reviews. I also liked the fact that Window Works provided a free estimate and did not pressure me into signing a work contract right away like other contractors did. I went to some of the big box retailers and they charge a 145 dollar measuring fee and their doors are not painted or primed and their doors do not have as good insulation. The big box retailers also do not provide custom fit doors. The representatives at the big box retailers also were not very knowledgeable about their doors. I am really happy I decided to go with Window Works for my front door installation. I also contacted other contractors besides the big box retailers and Window Works but they did not have very good reviews from the Better Business Bureau. I definitely made the right choice when I chose Window Works for my front door installation.

I think it is important to share good experiences when they occur. Our experience with Window Window could have gone a variety of ways but the people associated with this company displayed they have pride and sincere interest to do the right thing. First, the measurement team was very professional, the concierge service is excellent during the entire process and the installers exceeded every expectation. Second, I will say not everything went as planned. The patio door did not come out as I expected. This is where Window Works rose above what many companies would not do and why I stand by my 5 star rating. Even though it may not have been perfect at first, they were amazing to resolve the issue quickly, professionally and with outstanding follow-up. I would use Window Works again and happy to recommend.

Great experience with Window Works. The concierge service was responsive and kept me up to date on the progress of my order and installation. The installation guys were amazing. When installing the windows, they stopped and double checked with my on the casing, because the color on the work order just didn't look right when they started installing it on the first window. After looking at the color pallet again, we came up with a better solution that matched our home much better. This saved me from disappointment and wasted time. They could have easily installed what they were directed to install based on the work order and shrugged their shoulders when I complained, but instead, they consulted with me during the install to make it right. Overall very pleased with the outcome.

Had 5 large upstairs windows replaced. Replaced 25yr old builder grade slider windows that had broken seals. The new windows are much better quality and I love how they slide smoothly and lock much more securely and smoothly than the old ones. Installers did a good job, but one of the windows had a huge dent in the frame (they claim from the other windows leaning on it in the truck). I noticed it on final inspection and brought it to the installer's attention (they installed it even with the softball size dent in it). He immediately set up a time to have a repair man come and fix it with the heat gun. He came out 2wk later, but couldn't get it perfect, so he ordered a new frame. Ty & Vovo came out today (3wk later) and installed the new window and it looks great! They do good work, are very respectful, and left everything clean. My overall experience with WindowWorks was very positive and I would call them again.

We had some initial issues with our order but Julie Negri at WindowWorks was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. The door is beautiful and we are so glad we spend the extra money to get the built-in blinds! The basement block windows look really good too. I will say I wasn't thrilled with the installation contractors. The door initially didn't close properly, they brought the wrong flashing color and left glass pieces all over our basement floor. Julie tried to help us rectify this problem but I would definitely like to see them use different installation contractors because we weren't very happy with their work.

August 18, 2020 Seriously, Window Works got the right employees working for them in Kasey & Paul! From speaking with Kasey to make the repair appointment to Paul making the actual repair I received nothing but exceptional customer service. Kasey, was very attentive and concerned about the issues I was having and had no problem helping me immediately. There was no sending me to someone else or waiting a few days for her to get back to me. Rather, she assured me that my concerns were the reason she was there. Immediately my fears were calmed. Additionally, she welcomed me to call her back if I remembered anything else that may be needed. Wow. Now a days there are not many businesses that are concerned about the customer to that extent. I was thankful and impressed. When the day came for the repair, it was Paul who arrived. He came out exactly on time. Again, wow. I was impressed. After some light friendly and humorous good morning greetings he got straight to the job. Right away I felt comfortable and felt like the job was going to be done right. It did not take him long to correct the problem I had with my window. He knew and did his job well. Also, I had forgotten to mention the re-screening I needed done on another window. He was the one who reminded me of that repair. Again, I was impressed. He could have thought well, she didn’t mention it so I won’t either, but instead he completed all the repairs and did it very professionally and cheerfully. Please know that neither Kasey or Paul asked me to give a review. I did this because I wanted to. I appreciated Kasey & Paul. Both sales staff and technicians are very kind and knowledgeable. They were honest with us from the beginning about what we could expect, and they worked efficiently to make sure we got good quality windows within our budget and were even able to schedule the installation around our busy work lives. The only issue we had was that one of our cats got out while the guy was running material in from the front yard, but he was very apologetic and even stopped to help me look for him (luckily he only got as far as the back porch!).

Great experience from the start. No high pressure to sign immediately, great customer service keeping me up to date regarding the manufacturing of my window up to the install date. Windows look great! Install crew Adam and Marvin were very careful of my property inside and out, tarps throughout house shoes alway off and no damaged evergreens or tree branches. The window install and caulking around the window as well as the aluminum wrapping of remaining wood was done very professionally. They cleanup after so well my wife couldn’t believe it.

I was disappointed with the delay and rescheduling for my windows. My window agreement was made in November and the installation was supposed to happen in mid January. My installation was delayed by Window Works until April. My old windows and the new windows were installed in one day at which time the remainder payment balance was due in full to the installers before they could leave my residence. Update. After contact from WindowsWorks all issues were made right.

Had our patio door installed in May. It is now September and still waiting on it to get fixed since the initial installers did a horrible job...leaking, siding buckle, glue seen, etc. Everytime someone comes out , there is still something that isn't fixed and therefore we need to schedule that. Last person that came out is giving us hope that once the part comes in he can fix the problem and we will be done with appointments. It's been a horrible experience from the beginning. Would give 1 star but Hector is giving us hope so because of him gave it 3. Update 9-22-21-again miscommunication about install so dropped down to 1 star. We'll see how the work looks tomorrow 10-8-21 Raising my rating to 4 stars because Hector came and did an amazing job on our patio door. Works better than before. Love our door with the mini blinds in it

The project was done in 2 days and Danny and Jason did an amazing job making it all happen. I am very pleased with my new shower.

From our sales person Tony, to the instillation every thing was awesome. My husband did this kind of work back in the day, and he is very aware of how things should be done properly, he was more than impressed with our two guys work. When we saw only two men show up we thought this might turn out to be a two day job, that wasn't the case, these two guys worked in complete harmony, they knew each others next move and worked as a team like we have never seen before. The whole job took about five hours, and that was with the removal of the old windows, installing the new windows, and two new screen doors, and the cleanup. When they left, our house looked the same as when they got here, with the exception of our brand new beautiful windows. Awesome company to deal with I would and have recommend them to anyone. Window Works has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. From the original Sales appointment, to the ordering process, communication by the office and the install team everything went better than I hoped for with such a large purchase. We had 3 Custom larger sized windows and a patio door done with a wood grain finish on the inside. One of our windows was supposed to be Tempered Glass and it was not I contacted the office team and they contacted me quickly and corrected the issue by putting in a re-order for the correct glass which we will get swapped out in the near future. The install team was very nice, prompt, clean and even helped us replace a rotted out piece of wood we had under one of the windows. Their pricing seems a little high but they worked with us on the pricing to get it where we were comfortable and it is a very high quality product. We can notice a difference in how our home feels in this summer heat with the Air staying in side making the AC unit not have to work so hard/go on as often.

The windows are beautiful, our house looks amazing, and the guys who put in the windows were excellent! My only Reason for not providing 5 stars is I wish they would have came back and painted the trim around our sliding door and touched up the window paint. The installers were awesome and did a great job cleaning up inside and outside on the day of. The salesmen who sold us the windows over promised and under delivered. He told us they were going to touch up paint where needed. When the company called us to see how it went, they said it wasn’t in the contract so they wouldn’t honor it. It feels like after spending so much money on putting new windows in our entire house, they should follow through on what they said.

They have great products In my case I have ordered 18 windows from them They came out and installed them within the timely fashion. Yes there were small things that unfortunately didn't go well such as: their installer forgot to finish caulking on two windows from the bottom. However the day of the installation we had a 100 degree weather. In couple of days, the inspector from window works came out and he noticed the unfinished job. Within couple of weeks they came out and finished the job. So overall I am really happy with the windows and the installation hence the 5 star review I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend window works for all your house renos and projects! Their customer service was one of the best experiences I have had. Our windows came out beautiful and the installers work with patience and were very clean after they were done. Very punctual when it came to starting the project and finishing the project. They had to come on another day as it started to get dark, and they did not want to rush on putting up the window and risk it being done improperly. They came super early the next business day to finish. They showed us how to work every window and went into detail on what they did step by step. LIFETIME warranty on all the windows! Tina Garcia worked customer service, and was super helpful and professional when it came to answering questions and getting to the root of the issue/concern. She is not shy when it comes to phone tag as she wants to make sure I was happy with how everything turned out and made sure I had all questions answered. MikeTubay and Paul did a GREAT job finishing the window!!!!! I would give both of them 5 STARS!!!!! I would say the company needs to have the office Employees communicate better with their customers. After having a problem with not having all the material the first time to install the window. Also not having the material stain when it should of been. I didn’t like that Karen in the office not returning the calls that I left her. I do have to said the window is beautiful the installers did a great job. This was the first time that we ever had to replace windows. It was the first window out of the rest of our house that we have to do. It was not a good experience. Window works was great and provided us with a beautiful door. Our installer noticed that a piece of casing was too short and decided it should be reordered and reinstalled. Michele worked to remedy this and an over charge and a door that was ordered wrong but still delivered on time. We love our new front entryway! Customer service was really great.

I was sick when the installer came and said I couldn’t have them install my Windows because I was too sick to take down the curtains and rods and everything ahead of time so we’d have to reschedule it and he called his boss and his boss asked if they took down the blinds the curtains and rods and put them back up afterwards if we could go ahead with the installation and I said yes that would be fine. I was just too weak to do it right now and that’s exactly what they did they took everything down and put it all back up ... they were super nice they did a great job and they cleaned up after themselves. I was very, very pleased with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get new windows! Thank you Window Works!!!

Professional sales and installation teams. Concierge services throughout the process to answer all questions you have and provide status of activity. I would highly recommend. Finished product is beautiful. Having these new windows has already provided a quieter home because it is well sealed. No more drafts. Hardware invisible and has nice lock near bottom base of window for the casement windows. For my village, Window Works managed the detail of getting the permit which is included in their price quotes. Quotes I received from other window companies did not include management of the work permit and was told I had to do it. Which by the way did not lower their quote compared to the ease of service from Window Works from start to finish. I will definitely being doing business again with them when I get new doors.

We had 13 windows replaced and it was completed in one day. Everyone including the sales team, customer service team and installers were very professional. The night of the install we had a major rain and we didn’t have one window that leaked. It was a perfect test for me to really see how the windows did during a major down pour. I didn’t sleep well the night before the install as I was thinking of all the nightmares that could happen. It was a PERFECT install and we didn’t have any issues whatsoever. We even had an inspector from Window Works come during the install and checked and inspected everything. When they completed the job, the clean up was outstanding! Thanks to all at Window Works for a great job in every department throughout this major process!

On 6/26/2021 we were having a heavy rain and all of a sudden my ceiling in my kitchen was steadily leaking. I panicked because I am in the process of selling my home and we were supposed to be having an open house that day. Our roof was replaced in 2018. I spoke to several people and they were all nice, but the one person that really sticks out the most is Karen Oberoi. She has been a God send throughout this whole process. Her professionalism is outstanding and she is very personable. This whole stressful process has been so easy to go through with Karen's help. Definitely would recommend Window Works and if there's an issue, Karen's your girl!

We had our windows replaced earlier this summer. The sales rep that came out to our home was wonderful to work with and the crew that did the installation did a great job. We did have 2 small minor issues that we requested to be fixed. Michele Ortega the customer service specialist we dealt with was phenomenal with keeping us up to date and following up to make sure everything was going well. Vova was the service tech that came out to fix the minor issues and he was extremely polite, courteous and knowledgeable, they are true assets to their team. I would definitely go back to Window Works when the time comes to replace our front door. Our only issue was with a gentlemen named Tela who my husband and I both dealt with regarding the fixes we were requesting. He was a little condescending and rude, but I will give him the benefit of the doubt as he was also dealing with some family emergencies to our understanding at the time. Thank you Window Works for the great windows!!

We were in need of window repairs and contacted WindowWorks. We spoke to Michele to place the repair work. Michelle was very professional, understood our issue and immediately set up an appointment for a technician to come to the house for the repair work. Within days, a repair professional Vova was sent to our house and did the repair work. Vova was very knowledgeable and repaired the windows with ease. He explained to us what was needed and repaired the windows in a timely manner. Vova did a great job. We can see the difference from before the repair work to the finished job. We are very happy with the customer service provided by Michele and the work done by the technician Vova. We would highly recommend WindowWorks for new windows and or repair work.
