Zachary from Window World came to our home to discuss replacing 18 windows that had been installed in 1899! We found him to be professional and thorough as well as amiable; we felt confident that this would be our company of choice. On November 7th, Brandon arrived with Henry and Dylan. For 3 days they were punctual and professional. They paid incredible attention to detail and improvised by building new pieces when parts of our ancient windows cracked. They kept us informed of everything they were doing and were very considerate. We have two entrances to our home, one of them being much easier to navigate carrying out all the old frames, but they chose to use the less convenient route saying that they did not want the cold air to affect our thermostat and apologized for the inconvenience!! They checked in with us arriving and leaving, and we were very impressed by the quality of their work; they did not hesitate to consult with and/or check upon each other. Brandon led this team with patience and skill. I was apprehensive about the whole process, but I can honestly say that this was an incredible experience, and we LOVE our new windows – no more drafts and easy to clean! Thank you, Window World, you have successfully improved the quality of our home and I would enthusiastically recommend this company.

Overall, we were very pleased with Window World. We reached out to Zach on a recommendation from a local contractor to replace my parents 50 year old windows and large sliders. Zach made the entire process seamless. Brandon, the foreman on the large job, was exceptional! He worked tirelessly to meet the challenges of the job and was polite, courteous and meticulous. We definitely would recommend Window World for your window/door needs!

Great experience from start to finish. Questions were answered quickly and clearly. The team of Adam, Quan, and Logan, who did the installation, was exceptional. It was a big decision figuring out which windows/company to go with--the positive reviews of WW helped us make the final choice. We are glad with out decision and high recommend!

We had moisture problems around our windows, and Window World resolved it with full replacement windows. We suspected there was mold in the walls, and they scheduled extra time to open the walls below the affected windows, clean it out, replace 2x4s and drywall, and do a rough mudding. We love the new windows, and we are very grateful for the thorough job they did.

The service was great - fast, easy to understand and responsive. The salesman (who is also the owner) could have sold me a new exterior door but said, "I can fix that for you in 15 minutes." And he did it at no charge.

Installed a bay window in second story where there was no window before. It was a great experience from the start. People in the office were helpful and responsive, someone came out right away to measure and help us plan what we wanted, they gave us a realistic idea of the timeline from the start, and the installation process was incredibly smooth. Finished the job in 2 days and the window is high quality and beautiful from the inside and outside. Crew was awesome - easy to work with, very understanding/willing to work around little kids being home, checked in about our preferences throughout the process, left the job site clean after both days... Can't say enough good things!

Reached out to Window World of the green mountains based on their stellar online ratings. We needed to replace all our old wooden, and probably very expensive, Pella windows that we're no longer closing or sealed. We reached out to five other companies as well. Window World was the most responsive and Zach (owner) came out twice, once for the initial bid, then to confirm all the measurements and include a few changes. We chose Window World because, 1, we were going with vinyl and from what we learned it seemed most places, even the more expensive high end ones, used similar vinyl products so it seemed silly to pay more for comparable products. 2 The other bids were 30 to 50% higher and they couldn't offer a bay window in master instead of double hung. A few were offering smaller windows for 50% more. We replaced 13 windows, a sliding door, front door, added a bay, and replaced another superfluous door with a window. A lot of work. They came out in December and busted all the work out in three days! Insane. At one point we had 15 guys in our home to get the work done on time. Now that the weather's warmer we're opening all the windows and a few were sticking, Zach came by again and got em all running smooth in 20 min. The windows are warm, easy to clean, obviously a huge improvement visually, and have a lifetime warranty. Maybe if you're custom designing a home and you want bespoke wood windows I can see looking around but for sturdy, long lasting, hassle free windows for 1/3 of the cost I'd recommend Window World %100.

The building inspection just wrapped up! Zack and the crew were great from start to finish answering all of our questions; and working smoothly with minor bumps in permitting, and supply chain issues. while we had a fairly simply job. it was under contract and complete well before winter and far faster than i thought it would be. I recommend you give them a call.

Personable and efficient! They put windows, sliding doors and back steps off our back porch. They worked hard and did a wonderful job. They even were able to do the back steps on short notice (not in our original plans) and easily catered to the design we wanted. We had them come back to re-do our front steps and couldn't be happier. We will definitely use them again for future work.

From our first contact call through the installation of our windows, they cared about us as customers and went above and beyond any expectation we had for replacing our windows. Everyone we met was professional and considerate. The work crew was quick, efficient and there was no mess to deal with. The windows look really nice. Fantastic experience with Window World of Vermont. Zach did an excellent job from the initial sales experience all the way through to installation. We did our homework and shopped around getting quotes from three other local window shops, all were very professional and I'm sure the windows would have been fine, but Window World was able to deliver the same quality windows at almost half the cost of the other quotes. It's clear WW takes pride in their work, the installation was quick, clean and meticulous...I highly recommend Window World of Vermont if you are in the market for new windows.

They did an incredible job! Very neat in their work, trust worthy, both my wife and I had to work we left the house open to them. The windows are beautiful. The house is quieter, we live on a busy road and the house feels warmer. We should have done this years ago, we don't miss our old storm windows or the old vinyl windows we had that never sealed. You won't go wrong hiring Zach and his company Rob

We sought a few estimates and went with Zac's because he was very professional and thorough in the details. The pricing was reasonable, the team that installed the windows was experienced and worked efficiently. The windows look great! We are very pleased and look forward to completing another several replacement window installation with WW of GM in the near future.
