Once they came to fixing my windshield, they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and did a great job. However, they were very busy and couldn’t address my cracked windshield for about a month and the crack got much much worse over the time I was waiting for my appointment. It was definitely concerning. If they didn’t have such a long wait time, I’d recommend them to everyone!

Can’t say enough. I drove over without an appointment to see if they could sneak me in, and they were able to fix the ding in my windshield right away. This - unfortunately - is not the first ding from a stone hitting the windshield and will likely not be the last. Can’t say enough about their service. Always great.

AMAZING Service!! I needed a small glass circle for a project my wife was working on and was worried such a small job might be turned away by a busy glass shop. The Folks at Portland Glass took the order, were professional, and very reasonably priced. Imagine my surprise when their service van showed up at my door the next day to hand deliver the order. I've always used these folks for my auto glass because they do a much better job than their competitors, but I was completely blown away by this most recent experience. I will always choose to patronize any business that provides this outstanding level of value and service..

Our double pane window shattered this winter suring an extreme temperature change - we contacted a window dealer for replacement an received a quote in the three figure range - we decided to try Portland Glass - they came out - measured the window - ordered tge replacement glass and cane back an installed the new double pane glass - all for under$300! This company and its staff were very kind and helpful. I had tried 3 times to get a windshield replaced with another company, that comes to your location and each time they tried giving me a scratched or already chipped/damaged glass. I told them, I would not accept that and called my insurance company, who immediately apologized and sent me through to Portland Glass. They were so sweet and helpful and I had it done while i waited within an hour and half. Thank You employess at Portland Glass yall saved the day. I would say to anyone portland glass did a great job and i am very happy with the work they have done... if you need glass or awindshield done please Call them first!!!

Amazing job. Second time in two years a rock has cracked my windshield. First time they came to my work and did it while I was working, second time I went to their shop. I was out of there in an hour and they even put all my inspection/parking stickers back on! They also have an amazing selection or residential glass as well!

My friend crack her windshield and I needed Portland's number for her and saw I could write a review ..it was a couple years ago we bought our treasured older mustang to them ..before that our car was at a shop and they had safelite put glass in we didnt pick them. safelite put the new glass over old adhesive and didn't clean track which lead to water leaks we then had body work needed portland pointed thst out to us ...are windshield has been in ever since and today looks as good as it did the day they put it in .and no leaks or repairs ..so please pick Portland over any others to trust with your ride... they care...thank you portland I always recommend everyone to u.and we are in the car show groups...

I reached out to windshield works first because that was the first one listed when I did a search. They said “that windshield is dealer only”. Simply couldn’t help me. I contacted the dealer and they said “all windshield companies can order through us, and we recommend Portland Glass, they do great work”. I called PG, they helped connect me to Progressive to make the claim and remained on the line with me so that when I was done with the insurance they set me right up with an appt for a few days later. I dropped my vehicle off the night before my appt, they called me by 9am the following day to tell me it was ready to go! They also have a one year warranty on the glass, which is amazing because if I get damage from a rock, etc they replace it FOR FREE! Polite and courteous staff, I will definitely go back to them for any future windshield repairs/replacements!

On the last day of our vacation my car was broken into. I couldn't drive all the way back to Mass with a smashed window, in the rain! I called Portland Glass at 8:00 am when they opened. They had me in later that same morning and the window fixed by 1:00 pm. While I can't say that Portland Glass saved our vacation, they did more than I'd have expected an auto glass company to be able to do.
