This is a family owned business that really cares and puts love in everything they do, they have an amazing team you can definitely trust! We hired Kaps Construction to install a half bath, closet and two new ceilings in our 100 year old house. We got estimates from three contractors and Kaps was the most reasonable. Being a retired facility manager, I worked with the Kaps team and I was very pleased with their finished renovations. They kept to the schedule we agreed upon in the contract. His staff did top quality work, they were professional, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They aim to please the client and went out of their way on my recommendations. Our experience with Kaps Construction was extremely positive. Their responsiveness is something I have not experienced with any other contractor. We quickly had an estimate and as soon as we were ready to move forward, materials were ordered and our work was scheduled. Patricio and his team did an excellent job. Look no further! Kaps Construction is everything you are looking for. Tired of contractors not showing up on time? Doing poor work, not responsive, jacking up prices? I am a woman and have dealt with my fair share of rude male contractors for my multi family home who thinks I dont know anything. Kaps Construction was none of those. The owner, Patricio, was professional, on time, and responsive including via text. Easy to book an appointment and follows a schedule. Quote one day and work was done the next day! KAPS is your one stop shop for project management, design assistance, and total remodel. We had them do deck stair repair and a complete back stair deck replacement, as well as a complete bathroom remodel. They will provide market competitive bids and conduct the work at a high level of professionalism and speed. I had a great experience with them. Unlike many of the contractors i have dealt with, they make sure to answer and return calls, which in itself is a big distinguisher, but overall, across the board they were great.
