Atkinson's came to my home and laser measured where our new glass will sit on our desks. We wanted to protect our wood tops of our desks. They worked fast and they are very efficient. It did not take long at all and the installers were scheduling to arrive and install. The installers were clean and wore face masks and were quick about their work. The glass broke on my gas fireplace on a sunday morning. I was able to call monday and get a quote and time frame for getting a replacememt panel. I was able to drop off the frame and they directed me to a store to get the gasket. I was able to get everything ordered and through the pricing explination knew i was getting a great deal. They were very patient and kind though the whole process. Had my glass installed amd ready to go a week later. They helped me take it to my car and make sure it was secured for the drive home. The glass looks amazing and i am so thankful for these guys helping my fix my old fireplace for a very good price! Will definitely be working with them again!

Even though I didn't get back to him for a week, he remembered me and still had my information. The installation was quick as well, and they offered me a chair to sit in while I waited! The shower doors are beautiful and the workers were kind. My only complaint is I would have liked at least a receipt. I spent $1600 and didn't even get a receipt. No guarantee of any kind. Nothing with a number to call if there was a problem with installation. Not even an emailed sales order. All I got was the original emailed quote. Now, nothing had happened and we haven't had any problems with leaks, but I still would have liked a receipt for my own records.

Dropped off a 1971 RV long window. It turned out to be pretty expensive to switch from plate glass to tempered. Luckily they scratched it so I asked for a discount even though they were very apologetic. It did not save me much since my bill was still over $250. I am happy with the glass but I will check around for a better deal in the future. I have more older RV windows to do so please contact me if you want my business:)

So I broke my living room window in my 1900's home. I freaked out because the glass is old and modern houses have vinyl windows. Atkinson's took care of me. I even brought them an old 1960's window frame and they repaired it to like new on the fly. Give this place your business. They are the best.

I was in Boise for a doctor appt. and I was looking for someone to replace one side of the glass in an octagonal frame. For some reason seems to be too hard for a lot of places to cut. I found Atkins on Google and dropped by. No problem for them but it would take a day because they were backed up. Fine I said I'd be back in a week since I didn't get to Boise were often. I live in Melba. They called me that evening to let me know it was done. As it happened, something came up and I had to go to Boise again the very next day. The guy had it up on the shelf by his desk. Which I appreciated because it contained chairished photos and memorabilia. Lastly, it cost me less than $4. Very happy, I will return even though they are in Boise. First class service nice people.

Good place for custom cut glass I have a curio cabinet that belonged to my great grandmother it has curved class on the sides one of them was broken in a move. Not only did they make it look like it did originally they fixed the door so that won't happen again. I don't know about the cost the movers covered it

My experience with Atkinsons was a rocky start. They goofed on ordering me the right balances for my window. Ok, stuff happens- people make mistakes. Since then, they have gone above and beyond WITHOUT my insistence. They delivered(for free) the new parts and took the old ones back- then had a technician come out to further troubleshoot why the second set wouldn't work. And called to let me know after everything was said and done that the second pair of balances may not function properly because of the weight of the window. It's not quite as straight forward as I've written here, as the parts are not just a "simple match"- So it is possible that they're understanding of what i needed was off. What I'm saying is that i don't think because a couple mistakes were made that their ability to assess the situation was off at all... Now, mistakes happen. The true measure of a vendor is how they decide to handle it. A+ Would HIGHLY recommend them.

They require your credit card number BEFORE they will send someone to your home for a repair job. They seem to feel it is a normal business practice to distrust the customer while requiring the customer to trust them. Something bass ackwards here, no?
