Window World did an excellent job from start to finish. Mr. Louis Farmer, our sales rep, was extremely thorough, detailed, professional, and answered all of my questions. In addition, the installation crew did a wonderful job. They were efficient, neat, and cleaned up after the job was complete. They also took the time to check all the windows one by one (we had 14 windows replaced) to ensure proper working order and showed me how they worked. Then, to my surprise, Window World sent out a Quality Control Representative to ensure the installation was performed to the quality of work they aim to deliver. And it was! We are so pleased with our new windows! And we are thankful for the quality service we were provided all the way through! In addition, the guarantee on the windows is excellent, and that part was one of the main reasons we chose Window World above all the other companies out there. We know we made the right choice! Window World made everything very easy. The salesman, Larry, stayed in contact, let me know when he would be there, and was there at the appointed time. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He also made the decision making easy. Once my windows were ordered, it took about 3 weeks for them to be ready, and that was expected. I got the call they were ready and they came out the next day, got the job done and my house was left with new windows and nothing at all for me to clean up. I am very happy with the new windows and the entire experience was very positive.

Window world was on time, and kept in touch with me on what was going on with my project. The installer contacted me and let me know when he would be at my residence, and arrived when he said he would. The installers were very professional and friendly and did an excellent job installing my new windows. The installers cleaned up inside and outside when they were finished the job. I had one issue with one window and it was taken care of without any issue. The installer showed me and my wife how the new windows operated, and answered any questions we had. I am very pleased with whole process in dealing with window world, and the new windows look great!

He helped me pick my new windows by showing me the way different color windows would look on my house. He deserves 5 stars. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because none of the installers could speak English. Window World, you might want to work on this.

I will gladly recommend Window World. They called to confirm my time on the morning of my appointment they told me the time they would be there. The windows were installed professionally in record time. I was impressed by the team work. The windows really enhance the appearance of my home. The thing that impressed me the most was the fact that (not sure what his title was) someone from the office called as well to give me his phone number to call him, if I had any problems with the crew, extremely late arrival, or any on scene issues, etc., needless to say I didn’t have to use the number they were all great. I’m a satisfied customer.

The installation was flawless. In working with the salesman I was told White was an option. Within the rules of the condo association I live in I told him it said brown. He went on to point out others in my association purchased white. So I went with the same. I have since found out that the windows must be brown or bronze. Which means now I have to paint the exterior of the new windows. Another expense. I would recommend that sales people have their customers look at any association rules whether HOA or condo. Have sales keep in line with those rules so the customer doesn’t incur any extra expenses or problems.

There are few comments, transported doors on top of a panel van and slid them off the roof to get them down,They arrived around 2pm and were having problems but did not want them to keep working till 9pm.After finishing the first door and second door the next day I found a few things with the door so we noted it on the paperwork and haven't heard a thing from Dave or window world. I bought our own lockset and they installed them except for the deadbolt lock plate,José said it was to big, I thought he was going to get another one but that never happened. So I went to home depot, bought a $10 chisel and installed it myself because I knew they would not come back. Window World, you need to follow-up with your customers if you want good reviews

From start to finish ,everything has been great. Sales contacted me the same day I requested information, a week later they came to do measurements and give me an estimate. 5 weeks to get windows after order was replaced. Installers installed 18 windows in 1 day. Tore old windows out, installed new ones, caulked and sealed evethjng and cleaned up after themselves. There was very little for us to do after they left besides out blinds back up and move furnitures. Exceptional all the way.

Three and a half stars. The windows are good quality, and I can definitely tell the difference in heat (or lack thereof) on my enclosed porch with the new windows. However, if you go with Window World, stay on top of their installers. The nail flange stuck out on pretty much all of my windows after installation, making it necessary for me to screw it down prior to applying window tape. See pics below. Also, I was told the installers would install window tape, but they do not. They sent my windows with half screens, and I had ordered full screens. They did remedy that, with full screens coming in a couple weeks later. However, the installer for the screens came and I had to leave before he finished. He used my ladder, which I don't necessarily mind, but he used it backwards (literally set it the wrong way, it could have collapsed on him) and then left it under a rear window. I didn't realize it was outside (through 2 rainstorms) until I had need of it and looked for it. I am an insurance adjuster, climbed over 340 roofs last year alone, and this ladder is my number one tool. Now it is rusted. Additionally, I am still missing a screen, which is on order after I called the company. These additional trips are costing W W money, when they should have gotten it right the first time. Installation June 22nd, now Aug 15 and still not complete, but just 1 more screen at this point. Not a terrible experience, but not as good as it could be. Hopefully your experience will be better.

Overall adequate experience. Salesman didn’t let the installer know that one of my replacement windows would require special tools to remove the existing window. Installer was not confident he could do the job without risk of leaving it incomplete hence an empty void where the new window would go. He said he didn’t have the right tools for the job. I agreed to delay install but paid full invoice price originally agreed upon. I am concerned that the supervisor never called me to discuss this issue and I have a window in my garage. The installer was knowledgeable and professional. His general laborer assistant was less than good. He consistently slammed entrance doors and eventually broke my front door key assembly to the house. I specifically addressed my concern about white carpets and there use of drop cloths. The only area drop cloths were used were directly under the work area and not the overall traffic pattern the techs used. There was very little effort to clean up - debris on carpets, vendor sticker on new windows, or cleaning windows after install.

When I called to get a quote they were really friendly and it didn’t take long before someone came to my house to get the measurements of our windows, talk with us about our options and give us a quote, and all for free. He was very friendly, helpful and informative. When we put in the order for our windows they let us know the timeframe of when they would be in and that’s when they came in. The installation went very fast and smooth. The installers were friendly and showed us how the windows worked and answered any questions we had. We love our windows! They made a huge difference to the front of our house and even a difference with not feeling so much heat or cold like we used to with our old windows. We have three more on the back of the house to replace and we will only go with Window World when we are ready for those to be replaced. I highly recommend! And the prices are very affordable!

We went with the well known national brand and it did not disappoint!! Fairly priced and got 0% interest for the whole home. Also, we were estimated to get the window in 6-8 weeks they were custom built and installed within 2 weeks! Chandler who helped us every step of the way from window sizing to getting our home cleaned up after we had a less than satisfactory demolition clean up. Not everyone can be perfect so despite the mess I’d still give Window World 5 stars

Hurricane Ida did major damage to our fishing camp in Chauvin Louisiana, but not because of our Window World windows. Despite wind gusts of approximately 160 mph, the 11 windows held, and required no repair, even though our place was so close to the eye of the storm. I highly recommend.

LOVE my windows!!! Wish we would have done this sooner. Every step of the process was so easy. Mr Billy and Steven were both supper nice and friendly. Steven came out for the initial visit with Mr Billy doing the follow up and taking the measurements. Took about a month for the windows to come in and they promptly called and emailed to set up installation. When the guys showed up they told me it would take about 2 hours, I had 10 windows 6 of which were big twins as they called them. They had my old windows out in a matter of minutes. It took just a little over the 2 hrs to finish the job. Ivan and his helper were very nice and respectful. They did an excellent job!!! Everything was cleaned up and taken away. All I had to do was admire my new beautiful windows! I would highly recommend Window World to anyone!!! Just as my DIL recommended them to me.

Not often I write online reviews, but Mark & Robin @ Window World warrant doing so… After much research (and a few competitive cost estimates) we made the decision to invest just under $12k in new windows with Window World.—and it must be said, our sales rep Mark Scariano, played a BIG role in our decision. Mark was endearing and professional, and always responded favorably when needed most. …5 Stars to Mark! BUT, as noted in previous reviews about Window World, the installation process was a very different story. …I’ll spear you the disappointing details. …let's just say 'the first installation crew was noticeably inexperienced & ill prepared' and leave it at that. I quickly called Mark (our sales rep) who eventually connected me to Robin, his Field Supervisor. I explained to Robin our deep frustration and disappointment in the first crew, and to his credit, Robin IMMEDIATELY took charge of the situation. Two days later, a new crew was sent out (supervised by Robin) and collectively finished the job in a professional & timely matter. Bottom line: Robin deserve’s MUCH of the credit for turning things around. …“it’s not how you start, but how you finish.” ;-) So again, “Well Done Robin!” Our new windows from Window World are of Good Quality. There is unquestionably a noticeable difference in our homes ability to retain air conditioning. Love the windows, but the installation experience could/should have been better. Thus saving Time & Money across all fronts.

We had been looking to replace our wood windows which were starting to rot for some time. We had several contractors give us estimates. Typically 3,000.00 in Labor plus window cost. So looking at 8,000.00 total. For 2 huge Custom size Pella windows and 6 smaller ones. Window world cost was 4,000.00 for a total of 8 Windows. We decided to do the 2 big windows first and the other 6 smaller ones later. Total cost for the 2 windows with labor, 1,614.00 for high quality energy star rated windows. Plus 20 month 0% financing. I will never use another company for windows. Window world has my business for life! Oh yeah, comes with lifetime warranty on glass and 7 year service agreement. I would highly recommend them if your thinking about replacing your windows, doors, siding or hardy plank.

I called for a free quote and Mark Scariano was the estimator that was sent out. Mark was very knowledgeable and made picking windows very easy. I received a phone call when my windows were ready and installation was set up for the following day. The contractors that were sent were amazing!! It took less than 3 hours for them to remove, install, and clean up all 10 windows in my house. During the installation process, a window world representative called to make sure everything was going well. Great customer service and great products!!

We are very satisfied with our windows, but the process leading up to our installation was not the best. We had scheduled for a salesman to come on a Tuesday to discuss our options with us. He had called the day of to let us know that someone messed up the schedule and he would not be able to make it to us on our assigned day. He eventually made it to us the following Sunday. A few days later than we wanted, but it was fine. We ordered our windows that day and they took about 7 weeks to come in, which we were made aware of so that wasn’t a problem. Once they did arrive, we scheduled for them to come to our house on a Thursday. We made this appt a week in advance. Thursday morning rolls around and we take all necessary action to prepare our house. Take down all curtains and blinds, remove every piece of furniture away from the windows. Our house is a disaster zone but we have everything situated the way it needs to be. We get a call around 9:00 that morning from a supervisor saying they will not be able to make it to our house bc they did not finish a job the day before. There was no way they would be able to come the day we scheduled well in advance bc they didn’t want to do a half job. Myself and my husband had taken off of work to accommodate Window World. I eventually got us scheduled first thing in the morning the following day. When my husband called Window World to confirm they had us down on the schedule for the FOLLOWING Friday which was a week away. So there was some confusion on the scheduling side. The next morning rolls around and someone calls me and says they’ll be at our house between 9:30-10:00 am. Perfect. At 9:30 a truck pulls up and one person gets out. I greet him and ask if anyone else will be joining him and he says no just him. One person was sent to install our 7 windows. I know of people who have used Window World before and they have had entire teams of people replacing their windows. I was hesitant about safety with just one installer. He did a great job, but it did take him until 4:30pm to completely finish the job.

I originally had an installation appointment set and the installer did not show up or answer my calls. I was very upset because I had taken off of work and I felt my time was not being respected. Supervisor Johnny Mitchell fixed this problem in a very professional and timely manner. I set another installation appointment and the new installer, Sergio, did quality work in a short amount of time. January 18 and still no window and no idea about when it will be installed. We were scheduled for the 17th, the freeze in the city postponed it--understandable. But the next day we are NOT on the schedule and no one knows when we will be re-scheduled. Also, no one called back as promised. Just want my money back so that I can go to another company that has some sort of responsibility. UPDATE: Here it is weeks later, my credit card has been fully charged from the beginning of this fiasco, and still we have no replacement window. The second window came in and it also did not fit! They were supposed to put a rush on the replacement, and instead we have not heard one word from Window World. I am thinking that it would be best to open a complaint on my credit card for the full charge. We had company over the holidays, and the broken window from the very first visit lets in too much cold air, and two people who sat near the window complained about the cold. We cannot understand why the shop cannot get the size of the original window correct, nor can we figure out why there is so little communication from Window World. It is very disappointing. 1/3/2018 Not sure how to rate this time. We have used and recommended Window World several times on rental properties and family homes. We also recommended them to young friends who have a construction and renovation business, and they have used them as well. The salesmen are delightful and seem knowledgeable. But this time we had to replace a window in our own home (not a WW window). After waiting with no word about when they might arrive, we called and the operator said, "Oh, the window just came in!" and she set up a date. They came, but the top window had been damaged in transit, so they installed what they could and said it would come in in two weeks. We waited and waited with no response. So. . .WE called again, and the operator said, "Oh, it just came in today!" My husband managed to speak with a supervisor and complained, but no real response. The installers came BUT THIS TIME THE WINDOW DID NOT FIT--wrong window from the factory. The installer came on Tuesday and said he would put a rush on it and have it here shortly. Of course, we heard nothing from WW, so we called on Friday trying to get this mystery supervisor named Robert at the 800 number, who, of course was not available. But the operator said that the rush order just went in on Friday, and Robert would return our call--not our idea of a rush order. No word from "Robert." I think this will be our last order from WW; it is unfortunate because the salesmen and the windows and the installers are fine. It is the management that is irresponsible and non-responsive. Someone in charge should find a way to communicate with customers more responsibly. FEBRUARY 2018-- Received a call from a Production Supervisor of Window World in Baton Rouge. He was extremely understanding and proactive about our situation and resolved things absolutely to our satisfaction. In spite of the complications above, I now have to reinstate my original evaluation of Window World to FIVE STARS and blame all the confusion on some complications that once brought to a supervisor's attention were handled and resolved as we would have expected from the Window World we have dealt with in the past. The product and the installers are exceptional, and we thank WW for recognizing and handling our previous dissatisfaction. We will continue our recommendation of WW and will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.

Quality of work is good except one of the 26 church window had a broken pane. Sale rep did advise no issue to replace when the pane comes in two weeks. Post cleaning Is a different stroy. The Pastor of the church and one of the other members had to pick up broken glass and trash from the windows replacement. This morning the nursery worker found broken glass in the nursery. Every window that i open had trash on the bottom of the inside of the window. I'm very disappointed on the window post clean up. The only other complaints is i get a text two days in a row and email from the sales rep. To ask me to fill out this review. I did not want to fill it out until i inspected the window this morning before church started. Well see above review!!!

I had my windows replaced a few years ago, the window it self has held up and looks as if it was installed yesterday, very nice product but not perfect, the installation was not a pretty sight, the foreigners who ripped the old windows out actually took out chunks of the main frame, I had to stop them and make them slow down and take out the old frame carefully, if you have this service done, make sure you watch everything they do, once these windows go in you can't see the damage they do underneath your new windows. I gave four stars for the quality of the windows.

He also followed up with me several times to make sure everything was going smoothly with the order and installation. Ken Hines #1579 Mr. Hines gave me a call 2 1/2 hours prior to his arrival and arrived within the window that he was scheduled to get here. He came in to uninstall a damaged window and quickly installed a new window with no problems. He carefully removed and replaced my blinds and curtains with no damage, and he cleaned the space he worked in before leaving. He was extremely courteous and polite. Much appreciated!
