This company did such a good job replacing my windows. The owner led me straight - I was thinking I would need to replace all my windows; however, the owner looked over my windows and pointed out the windows that really needed replacement, saving me a good amount of money. The crew showed up on time and did a very professional job. They stayed focused and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I'm very happy with my interactions with this company, and the job done.

I highly recommend adding the Aluminum sills - one thing to not have to worry about. Great service and a Fantastic job! Eugene is very honest, not a typical sales guy. Their prices are much cheaper compared to other big windows companies. His crew was excellent. They did a terrific job. They installed 16 windows for us. They were done in one day and their work was phenomenal, cleaned up very well after their job was done and requested us to inspect every window before they left. They even offered to fix the mess that Home Depot made with one of our previous installations, without us even asking for it. We are very impressed with their work. I'd recommend them anytime. We have 18 more windows and I told Eugene that I'll be calling them soon.

This company is unbelievably efficient. They started at about 930am and were out the door by 430pm after replacing 15 (windows including 2 picture windows). It was done by a crew of 2. One would take the windows down while the other brought the new windows in. One would put the new windows up while the other sealed the windows from the inside. Then one would seal the windows from the outside while the other picked up all the scraps. These two were definitely not new to teamwork. One's name was Rafael but I didn't get the other gentlemen's name. Kudos to them. Eugene then came the next day to inspect the job like a responsible business owner should do. I highly HIGHLY recommend this company.

We set out to replace all our wood windows (25) and exterior doors in our house, so we contacted and decided to put Universal Windows Direct into the running. Eugeniy contacted us the same day to start the quoting process while the others took a few days, which immediately stood out. We decided to go with Universal Windows after reading about the quality of the major company brands and I am glad we did. We had wood trim around our old windows with lots of detail we were worried about losing with switching to casing but they did a great job with the aluminum to make it look detailed. Eugeniy and I were in constant contact making sure we got what we were looking for with our doors. He went through 2 or 3 different companies on the back end to find our product options and was always available for questions. Our installation took approximately 2.5 days with rain becoming a slight factor, which is very good considering we had 2 double doors replaced, a palladium window, and 25 exterior windows. We had Ezzy, Nick, Eric, and Jose on our job and they were all very attentive to their work and took extra care to do the job correctly. There were plenty of wood rot spots I wouldn't have known about that could have been capped over, but they replaced the wood pieces where necessary without oversight. We are very happy with the service and would definitely use his team again.

We had our patio door replaced. The original was one big sliding door which they do not make anymore so the whole 10 feet had to be filled. The door had to be custom made which I do not think they normally do, but they did not turn me away, they did it! Eugene was so communicative throughout the whole process, and very patient especially with us asking about different options such as the doggie door. We also had a couple windows replaced last year with them, and will be going back next year for more. We love our door and so does our dog!

We are very happy with the work Eugene's crew did on our house. The windows came in much quicker than any other bid we received. The doors that were installed needed some tweeking and the crew came back and adjusted them promptly. The installation was quick and the cleanup excellent. Though we had been warned our venetian blinds might not fit the new double pane windows they fit just fine. The guys even put them back up for us. We also had them do some gutter replacement. Quote Process: I bid out my 21 window project to 3 companies and hands down, Eugeniy was the most responsive, punctual, and easy to deal with. He didn't try to sit in my house for hours trying to pitch why we needed to go with him and how we needed to sign at that moment to receive an "amazing deal" which no one else can get! Eugeniy listened to what we needed and then explained what window options he had with specs, how long it would take to manufacture and install, and what the cost would be. He answered our all of our questions without hesitation, measured our windows, and gave us our quote in a matter of 30 mins. Install: We hired Eugeniy and in 6 weeks, we got a call to schedule a time to install our windows. The install team were here and installed all of the windows, with the beautiful white aluminum capping in a day. They were professional, explained what they were doing, and answered any questions during install. There was a little issue with the leveling of the window but the team came back to resolve the issue since it was getting late. Windows: These were by far not the top of the line nor were they the cheapest. We added the Prairie style grids where 4 sashes were a bit off. Eugeniy was super responsive and made sure to have those replaced right away. We love the windows, they've already reduced our energy bill by 20-30% since May and the best part of it is that the service was exceptional!! I recommend Universal Windows of Atlanta wholeheartedly mainly because of Eugeniy! He will make sure that you get the best service for the best price with quality windows!

He was on time and very professional and courteous! His price quote was VERY reasonable! There are ways he could have made more money off me with little benefit to me, but he didn't. He gives a feeling of confidence with how he responds immediately via text/phone whenever you have a question or are trying to arrange the date/time for installation. And, due to the wonderful weather in GeorgiAlaska (NOT!) we had to communicate a lot to get a date that was favorable weatherwise to install the windows. The wood rot was so bad he even helped us cover the rotten area from the outside (second story window that didn't open) until the replacement could occur. The windows fit well, look great (he offered many options), and the crew did a nice job on the install. We are happy with the install and hope to work with Eugene and Universal windows in the future.

We wanted to add a new picture window to the side of the house, on the second floor. I did some research and called a few companies - most of them either don't cut out new windows anymore (due to the challenging nature of the work) or they'd only take it if it's a bigger job (3+, 5+ windows). It was down to Universal Windows and another company, and I ultimately went with UW because the owner Eugene sounded confident and experienced, and the price was very reasonable. After ordering the custom size window, the construction and installation was easy enough! A team of a few including the owner showed up and the construction lead Ezzy was very talented and experienced. The team was very caring - they took off their shoes before entering the house and cleaned well enough after the construction. They completed the job beautifully and efficiently - the window looked like it belonged to the house all along and was of high quality. I'd recommend these good people without any reservation.

I had already received four other quotes but when he came, he asked so many questions others didn't that I hadn't even thought about. No one stopped to ask what's next or looked confused. Silence and completion! Next up were the vinyl crew. They came in the same way, machine working. Lastly was the gutter crew.
