I worked with a salesperson by the name of Jay. He was very professional showing up in a timely fashion and educating myself about the product. I purchased a sliding glass door and a large picture window. And siding for the entire house.There was some confusion regarding the size of the picture window but the mistake was immediately fixed and a new correct sized window was installed. I contracted in May and the project just completed. Let’s face it supply chain problems are everywhere I don’t blame champion for the delay. When the siding was going up I wanted to make some changes. Initially I spoke to the workers at the job…. That didn’t go so well…. I contacted Jay my salesperson together he and Ryan the project manager worked to give me exactly what I wanted! This little house was somewhat of an ugly duckling but now with their help it’s on to being a cute little place. Thanks to Jay Cody Ryan and the installers for their help🥰

Most of the reviews here are based on sales experiences, so hopefully this is helpful. Excellent services from sales to installation. Kenneth was our sales rep and he came on time to discuss our needs. We were looking to replacing only our bay window that was shattered (see pics), but decided to do our entire 1st floor (13 windows) because why not??? He discussed every options available from Champion and other competitors. After we reviewed what they had, our order was placed on 5 Aug, 2021 with an expected 60-90 day wait time. Fast forward to 27 Sep, 2021, Alex and Lane arrived at the appointed time and completed the installation as planned. I'd recommend asking for them if possible because they did not step on my rugs at all. That's a big plus! Definitely not the cheapest company, but their product and services are top notch. *Pics only show a few, not all 13. Good luck!

Jay was extremely professional and had extensive product knowledge. Gave a great presentation and thoroughly went over their products. Made the breakdown of everything simple and easy to understand. Definitely knows his audience and is a good communicator which is a rarity in today’s world of home improvement. If you’re thinking about having Champion out I would ask for Jay.

I witnessed my Daughter so at peace with her meeting with Jay and she felt so well about this experience that we decided she wanted the DEAL they gave us right off the bat, but the savings increased so much they really impressed us, and the quality is bar non going to keep your window cool and the trim and pass that onto us in my huge high ceiling historic rooms and our electric bill is sky high!! Needed!! He was not a creepy sales man that makes ya feel pressured and uncomfortable! Overall we really feel great about our experience, so thank, and to all blessings, and special thank you to Jay for really breaking it down and being patient with me, I have to have that!! I can at this time just comment on the salesman that came to our house to make the presentation. Jeff Shumate was professional, and quite well trained and informed about the product. He answered all questions and withstood all difficult questions with a smile. We ended up ordering windows because we truly trusted him. I was, and still am, a bit concerned that they required almost all payment made before installation. In my experience large companies usually ask for half before install and the remainder after install is complete. I still have one day to cancel and will be sleeping on this tonight- especially after reading so many reviews regarding poor installation and poor customer service.

Update: As I mentioned below that the review may come up, I felt it only fair to raise it up a little bit since the new window was installed today. However, the installation folks leave a lot to be desired. The notice I got that they would be at the house was four minutes. Good grief. Funny too the owner responded to this review after a month and after they got paid. This review may come up it may not, we shall see. We, my husband and myself, entered into a contract with Champion in October 2021. I get a call from my husband on December 23rd that the window installers would be at the house in 30 minutes on a rainy cold day. We scramble and wait and wait, no one calls or shows up. Later we find out a couple windows were not "on the truck" so Champion installers 86'ed the install without telling us. A month or so goes by and even though we called and called, no response. We even went to the office on Borders Way, no response, door was locked. Finally after being on hold for over and hour and calling 50 phone numbers my husband talks to someone who promises an email that never comes. Until the morning of February 8th we had not heard anything but the install crew called my husband and said we will be there within the hour. If we weren't so anxious to get those windows, I would have said H#LL NO, cause I was working from home and my husband was at work and we just weren't ready but I let them come on and we again scrambled. Yesterday evening February 9th the installer declares they are finished. Umm.. no your not I didn't contract for you to install so many windows plus a damaged one, so your not finished. He said that's a service problem. No, that a you and Champion problem because I am not paying on an uncompleted contract. Good night. My husband ends up on the phone with a lady who tells him to pay over the phone minus $1,000.00 until they fix the window. H#LL NO. It would never get fixed. I know this because I've learned Champion's customer service sux. Champion's installation timing is terrible and their customer service. Now we wait and see about replacing this broken window.

Tandi did a phenomenal job at presenting/selling the Champion products!!!!! Excited for our install date and see the outcome!!!! Above was after we ordered our windows but since had them installed a few weeks ago....installation was done by Al and Champion needs to give recognize him as a phenomenal employee. We had 8 windows installed and I was surprised that Al was a one man crew....definitely IMO a 2 or 3 person crew job....but not only did he handle the job in ONE day but he did an exceptional job at it!!!! Windows are the best quality and during installation I had three neighbors text me how great the looked!!! I had a appointment with Jay Tarvin to get an estimate for Champion to build a Screen Room. I had already gotten estimates from other companies but after meeting with Jay and going through his presentation I was very impressed with the quality of the materials, warranty, and value gained by building a room that will last much longer than what the other companies offered. Jay was very professional, on time, and answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable by answering all our questions and concerns. We ended up agreeing to build with Champion before Jay walked out the door and if the rest of your team performs up to the standard Jay set I’m sure we will be more than happy with our upcoming build experience.Outstanding job Jay you have set the bar high for your team.

The representative Mr. Jay Tarvin came to my home and provided me with exceptional customer service and professionalism. Jay was very friendly and didn’t just give us a sales pitch. We want to close in our back patio. He sat down with my wife and I and explained the differences between inexpensive glass Windows versus the better quality and why they are necessary along with the warranty differences between other companies. He wasn’t too pushy and knew the product. We liked the product but the prices are steep. We knew going in it would be costly but not as costly as he quoted.

Set up an appointment for today to get a quote to replace 12 windows in my house that are probably the original windows from the 70s. William Whitaker showed up on time and was very professional. Even under time constraints because my wife having to go to work his presentation was thorough and very detailed. Walked us through every detail from construction of the windows, warranty, which is probably the best you'll get, and showing how much heat the windows block, which in middle Georgia is an important thing. The quality of their windows was far better than anything I've seen. Ended up giving them my business.

To be frank, I sometimes come across as abrasive when requesting estimates as I just need the bottom line. I want to know the quality aspect, what benefits are involved and more importantly, warranty. Jay came out to provide an estimate for siding install. Although it was after our appt time, I was called well in advance to prepare...don't recall the last time that happened. Jay sensed what I was looking for and our overall goal. He gave me what I like to call "the meat and taters"...no fluff, no bs, just the substance and what would work best for us. A couple of years ago, Champion added a sunroom to my home. It has become my home away from home. I have been so pleased with the quality of service. They stand behind their work. If any problems or concerns, they immediately address the concern in a timely manner. Please note that I have not had a lot of concerns, but with those I did have, all it took was one call and someone was here within a few days to correct. (Window broken by yard crew and small leak at one of the seams in ceiling). I was so pleased with the sunroom and customer service after the sale, which to me is of utmost importance, I recently had all of the windows on my house replaced--17 in all. All work was completed in one day and it looks as if I have a new house . Needless to say, Champion does great work. If comparison shopping for windows, consider Champion. You may find cheaper, but you won't find better. When looking for something to last a lifetime, get the best. You can't go wrong with Champion.
